Angel at Redline Towing is top tier professional!!! I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for his flexibility, patience, and professionalism. I had a horrible morning with my car stopping in the middle of an intersection in a neighborhood I was not familiar with and mistakenly gave wrong pick address. When Angel received my assignment he called introduced himself and confirmed everything. He calmly took the correct information and picked up my car. THEN!!! I threw another curveball at him and mid pickup had to change my drop off location. Angel not only got my car to the shop within his personally promised ETA, but sent me pics of the location of my car. Angel is a ROCKSTAR!!! Crazy bad morning turned into a restful night thanks to Angel and Redline Towing.
I want to give High recommendation for Angel. Angel is such a professional and courteous driver that we really appreciate his help when our car needs to be told. Angel provided great service to us and in a very professional and quick manner. He is such a wonderful guy.
Horrible service, I asked for a tow for my truck to my house, and when I got to my house the tower said he couldn’t park my car correctly because my battery was messed up, but I know ways of putting cars in neutral from the gear shift lock just Incase if you have a bad battery or alternator. So instead he leaves me car parallel in the street when someone could easily hit it. Then I noticed my passenger mirror was missing. Then I had my car in the shop for a week with other issues before the tow, and once I got my main problems fixed on my car I got it back and they told me now that my alignment is messed up. And the tower claims he don’t know what happened to the mirror. And I’m pretty sure he probably don’t know why my alignment is messed up. Before my car was towed, my car was driving just fine. Just so unprofessional. Never would I use this company again. They hire anyone.
One of their drivers turned on his lights, cut across two turning lanes and blew the red light to get on 294 s on 1/18/22 around 715am. Heres his picture. Dont use this company.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Driver was dispatched with an ETA of 2 hours after 2 and a half we called for an ETA. The dispatcher said hed have the driver call. Never did. After a second call the dispatcher gave us the drivers number..almost immediately after cancelled our tow saying the equipment was no longer available. after leaving us stranded for almost 4 hours on the side of I 355.

Terrible service. Drove fast as hell while towing my car. Then Crashed my car into my garage when offloading it. Quickly jumped in his truck and pulled off without my vehicle being all of the way in the garage. They spoke a different language the entire trip, which I find disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend this company to an enemy.
Wrote email to Redline to inform them about one of their drivers going south on Mt. Prospect Road. Truck had a set of bright LED lights on rear of ramp which was basically blinding anyone driving behind truck. At Oakton and Mt. Prospect Road truck went into the left turn lane to go east on Oakton. Instead he turn right going west on Oakton in front of the 2 southbound lanes. When I wrote the email it said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I think its been about 3 weeks. I wonder how this guys driving record is.
I was quoted $94 for a tow. When the driver was 10 min. out he called & gave me a price that was double. When I questioned it he had Moe from their dispatch call me. He was incredibly rude & unkind. He cursed at me, yelled over me, when I asked for his supervisors name he informed me his name was Moe & that he was the owner before hanging up on me. Very upsetting, unprofessional & uncalled for!
Blew a tire on the highway. Not a good situation. Eddie arrived, quickly towed and replaced tire. Great experience. Eddie was professional, personable and highly experienced.

Worst towing experience ever. The dispatcher kept telling me the driver was 10 min away. They told my insurance company they had arrive ONE HOUR before they actually did just to keep the job and keep me waiting.
I needed a tow to the tire shop. Angel arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and extremely courteous. Also fast and efficient. His customer service skills are excellent. I am a customer service manager so I look for certain things and Angel demonstrated to me he has it. He should be commended for his exceptional service and for giving your company a great look. My car needed to be towed to the dealership. Volvo Roadside Assistance sent Redline Towing to pick it up. I am not sure of the name of the tow guy because when he arrived I had a family member give him the key. Anyway, I called the dealership the next day for an update and they could not find my car or the key! After over an hour of searching, my service advisor found my car at an Audi dealership 2-3 buildings down with the keys left in the car which was left unlocked! Mind you this was over 12 hours after my car was dropped off. I was appalled! Even if there was no room to leave the car in front of Volvo, why would he not lock my car and place my key in the Volvo Dropbox?! I hope this is not how they always run business.
Worst towing company ever. Damaged my vehicle and won’t give me their insurance information to input a claim.
I waited about 2 hours for this service to find out they were going to leave me stranded in the freezing snowstorm. The driver was also stoned and reeked of weed and was really unprofessional. Like many others, they take advantage of people that have no control over the situation
I was locked out of my car so I went through my insurance Allstate to get towed home or to see what the problem was, the guy that showed up name was Moe he was unfriendly and didn’t even try to help me unlock my car, he stated he didn’t have the right tools and my insurance stated I didn’t have to pay any out of pocket and Moe said I had to pay 50 extra dollars because he didn’t have the tools to open my car. Completely unprofessional… I will not ever use this company again

Their customer service was complete garbage, I had to wait 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive, even though they said 10 minutes. The tow truck driver was very rude and called me a bunch of names that I did not like(very unprofessional)
Volkswagen roadside assistance contacted redline to tow my vehicle. I was informed they would be here in 60 minutes.I called at one hour and ask for the ETA. They said 15 minutes. Two hours after from the initial call by Volkswagen they are no-show. Customer service on the phone with red line was deplorable. Call somebody else to tow your vehicle.
Thank you Angel for a quick and easy service, tire ripped apart at a random place on the Dan Ryan and 30 minutes faster than the ETA you were here! The man was extremely helpful, insightful, and more than easy to talk to. Appreciate you guys and wish you only the best in the future!
Took over 2.5 hours to show up. In checking with company, they mentioned they stopped to get gas and would be 20 minutes. That was in the second hour. He most likely was having lunch. As we finally approached hour three, he showed up. Drove recklessly to the car repair shop cutting off drivers. Arrived at destination. Broke my car key and told me it was broken. ( It wasnt...we used the key with IDOT without any problems. Dont use this company. Reckless young guys with no understanding of customer service or quality
This is by far the worst towing company Ive ever used, the truck that they showed up in to tow my car was clearly not made for it, as I told the manger that my car was lowered and that it will need extra help getting on the truck. They told me it wouldnt be a problem. But instead they broke my front bumper and refused to pay for it, horrible service
My car needed a new battery. After the tow truck driver dropped it, it needed much much more! Now my car is in a junkyard scraped. All because of one tow. Theyre lying about dropping the car and refusing to refund me as well. Do not use. Get a legit company.
I called for a tow at 12 midnight they didnt arrive until 3:30 it was 5 when they completed the task of getting car on flatbed. I took pictures of my tires before he arrived by. I was told they are not responsible for damages... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..the time I get to auto shop theres a hole in my tire
I will give - 4 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. DONT USE THIS COMPANY especially if you work with your insurance. Waited for towing my car for almost 3 hrs and after I complained with my insurance agent some driver called saying that maybe it would be here in 40 min. UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

This place is garbage. my insurace uses them for the free tow they provide, the guy was super inpatient at the shop he took it to, dropped the car, blew the tire and it wouldnt reverse. please do not use this company, please put them out of business. 1 star is to high

2022-05-14Can’t express how much I appreciate Angel from Redline Towing for taking care of me and my family today. One of Chicago’s very own potholes took out a tire leaving us in need of a tow and Angel came thru. Being we were close to the White Sox stadium before a game was starting made for a pretty chaotic scene. However with his prompt service and shop recommendation after the shop we went to didn’t have the tire we needed, after confirming over the phone they did, he went above and beyond what was asked.Good clean and reliable equipment and service, if you need help would recommend and if you get Angel consider yourself blessed.

2022-01-08Angel was so helpful today towing my car out. My garage has a low clearance and most truck couldn’t go in and tow my car out but he offered a quick and easy solution for me and got my car out and towed in time. He was very professional and quick with his service and is passionate about what he does. Would definitely recommend his service!

2022-01-08I was on A flat in 13ﾟ weather here in Chicago. Geico road side assistanceservice going to take 7 hours to get to me when I saw red line towing they were towing a vehicle to the gas station I was stranded at. I flagged down the gentleman whose name was Angel. He was very nice, he took the time to offer me a seat inside of his warm vehicle why he pulled my car on to his flat. I really felt like he was truly an Angel. He was on his way to pick up another vehicle which he was scheduled to pick up but he took timeout to drop my vehicle off To the nearest tire shop so that I wouldnt be waiting out in the cold . He was super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend.

2022-01-31I called in for a tow for a flat tire I was unable to fix and I was told it would be about an hour. I was looking at their service pricing listed on google while I waited. A tire change was estimated at $45 whereas the towing was estimated at $80. When the tow truck arrived I asked if we could do the tire change using my spare rather than the tow and thats what he did. When he was done a few minutes passed and I was told I needed to pay $85 for the tire and until I did my car would be blocked in. This towing company does not honor the prices that were listed online. They will shake you down and ignore your correspondence when you try to communicate with them afterwards. Im sure you can find a much honorable towing service.

2022-04-12They drained my gas tank!!! I had my car towed by them and then later that night when my car was in their lot waiting for an estimate, I got an alert on my phone that I was low on fuel, they had siphoned almost a full tank! They charged my insurance $3,500.00 to tow my suv from Christ hospital to their lot…. It’s less than 3 miles. This is an extremely shady company. When waiting for a tow I was repeatedly told it would be there in 20 minutes….. it took 2 hours, which was fine but annoying that their office was so dishonest about the wait. I’ll call somebody else next time.

2022-02-05I had Allstate send me a towing truck because of a flat tire and told me I would be paying $19.26 out of pocket because I would be passing the miles they covered. Once the towing driver abba arrived he stated it was going to be $40 for labor and the $19.26 for towing. I told him that’s not what Allstate said and I would have to verify and asked for his name and his managers name. He stated he called his manager Sam who said I had to pay the labor fee because of the snow. Allstate verified this was not true. If you’re a girl getting their service please don’t fall for their lies. I did not pay the labor fee because I knew the driver was just trying to take advantage.

2022-05-31My mom, sister and I were traveling late evening on Memorial Day and got two punctured tires. We could not get through to any tow truck companies. We finally reached Red Line trucking. They sent Mohammad out. He was very helpful. He took us to get new tires and had us back on the road in less than an hour. He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to help us out.
