Raising Canes Chicken Fingers in other cities:
First time at a Raising Canes, amazing chicken. Will definitely be back. The chicken is tasty and nicely breaded. The sauce is amazing, the bread was the best bread Ive had at any fast food location. My wife loved the garlic bread. My kids loved the fries. Overall great experience.
Raising Canes Chicken has great tasting chicken. The strip were crunchy and juicy. The fries were tasty. I also enjoyed a refreshing glass of their lemonade. My daughter had their sweet tea and said it was great too. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. It was my first time going to one and I will be a returning customer. Very pleased.
The floors were too oily all over the place, the tables too dirty and the drinks area not to speak. What a disappointment the first time I see such a neglected location of canes!!!I should have cleaned my table because it was disgusting! The food good as always!!Please clean the place!!!!!
Dining room closed because the restrooms were out out service. Where do the employees go? Of course we were rained (pouring) on trying to open the door because their district manager said they couldnt post a simple sign letting the public know. Food was good and hot, but nothing to write home about.
Great chicken. However it was so busy on a weekend during lunch that it took almost an hour I had three orders and they got one of them wrong it was supposed to be a six-piece but they only ended up giving me four and of course I didnt know this until after I left. People are very nice though as well.
Chicken was really good, big pieces in my order. I really liked the bread that came with my order it was soft and had a good taste. Showed up to a long line at drive thru and thought It would be a there for longer then expected, but the line kept moving so I was in and out in less then 10 minutes.
Good chicken tenders but not quite as good as other locations in the South. Went early on a Sunday Inside and it was not busy like it gets later in the day. I’d still come back when in the area but wouldn’t wait more than 10-15min. Love the bread and the sauce. Keep an eye on those soft drinks levels.
I am giving this place five stars because of the absolutely amazing customer service I got from this place. I am not going to explain into detail as to what my original issue with this place was because it does not matter it was solved so quickly and friendly from the staff that works here. Ulises D. whom I believe to be as the area manager and Jordan P. Did absolutely nothing but help me in the most friendly manner. I applaud both of these men because they know how to make a customer happy. They definitely need a raise! Thank you again you guys, I’m eating this food for the first time as I write this review and wow it’s delicious lol
The chicken was great and so was the toast. The fries are good, but nothing special and the cole slaw did not make an impression on me. I can see this being a restaurant that I go to every couple of months maybe. With such limited choices and the chicken being the only standout, no reason to go more than that. The service and employees are the reason for 4 stars, would have been lower without them. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked if they could help me. I had come in to pick up a mobile order, it turned out I had not finished all steps in placing the order, so they did not have it. I ordered at the counter and had my food very fast.
I went there for the first and only time Thursday evening, the service was great but thats where it ended, the chicken was ok, fries were nothing special (made from frozen crinkle cuts) their version of Texas toast and some coleslaw that wasnt very tastee. I dont understand the hype or the attraction for this place but in my humble opinion I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, just what joliet didnt need was another chicken place.
My wife and I had our first and last time eating here recently. We were not impressed. I like simple menus but this takes the cake. Chicken tenders, chicken tenders and oh, did I say chicken tenders? Yep, thats it. Oh they do have a sandwich...made of chicken...tenders 😆! To add insult to injury 😆, they only had one dipping sauce. Yep, not what we expected at all. Fries werent half bad, but it would take more than that to get us to return. If the tenders actually rivaled Chick-fil-A, maybe. Oh well, to each their own I guess.
This location is new and so it’s very clean. Customer service was great and the lines moved swiftly. The servings were huge. The food however was totally bland. Raising Canes is a mix between Chick-fil-A and KFC - minus the flavor. Prices are comparable to other area fast food.
Food is just okay. Been to this location about three times since its open and the food quality is not as great as the other locations. Garlic bread is usually soggy and the chicken tenders are no longer crispy. Fries are warm and not hot. And this was immediately after receiving it.
First off, I felt the chicken was fresh and cooked well. I loved the garlic bread and the coleslaw wasnt bad. My problem is they have one sauce which is their sauce. If you dont care for it then your out of luck. Im not the type to dip chicken strips into ketchup either. In my opinion it hurts their business with folks like me who want options for sauce. This is why they are not getting a better review.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. Chicken was okay, fries were soggy, and the coleslaw was mediocre at best. Only the garlic bread/toast was worth the time it took waiting in the drive thru. Not worth the money nor the hype despite high expectations. Very disappointed. Overrated for sure.
All they serve is chicken fingers thats the only style of chicken you can get. Its good, it was hot and fresh. The sauce was good but not as good as everyone says it is. Like I said its good but a little overhyped. I gave it three stars because its good not great I wouldnt go out of my way to eat there. My family is big on food and could tell you where to go eat wherever youre at and all their reactions were its aight or it was okay.
Sweet tea and lemonade are both very good here. Chicken is moist and is good. Nothing really stands out as special flavor or anything. Menu is sparce which is fine but no reason to rush back other than to buy gallon jugs of their sweet tea. Chicken is just good like many other places.
Brand new location and it opened with a bang! Great customer service and fresh tasty Chicken tenders - speciality of Canes! Glad they opened a location close to me as I will be there often as I used to when we live in Texas. Hope others get to enjoy this new place soon, you wont be disappointed!UPDATE: Food is still fresh and plenty...just watch for rush times as they do get busy inside and via drive thruUPDATE 2: Like others, they have staff shortages so, be careful when you go as theyre extremely busy during rush times. Our family did notice the shrinkage as well for tender size and quantity of sides one gets - again, just like everywhere else these days
Check you order before you leave. We were missing items in our take out. One was missing a piece of bread and two of them were missing coleslaw. It was not worth driving back to get the missing items. Then one of the tops was not on right and the drink spilled in the carrier and the bottom fell out. Was not happy at all. Hopefully this was a fluke. This was only our second time visiting this joliet location.
The chicken was delicious, tender and juicy. They have a very limited menu and really only one sauce option, so if chicken fingers and the Canes sauce arent your thing, there arent lots of options for you. If they had ranch of buffalo sauce this would be a 5/5 fot sure, but I didnt love the Canes sauce enough that this would ever be my top pick for fast food chicken.
5 stars! So happy to not to have to drive to Naperville. I dont know why someone would leave a one star review a month before they opened when the date has been set in stone for months now. Some people have zero common sense. The place is open now and did not disappoint!
Since theyve opened a Joliet location, Ive been there literally 3 times a week. Typically the experience is great and food is tasty. Today there was a long hair in my cup. It grossed me out. I poured it out. Once I got all the way home I then realized that my order was incorrect. Why have people checking orders if its not read correctly? This was a terrible experience. The hair made me reconsider Chick FIL A. Please keep the side of hair next time. Smh.

2022-04-10Yes, the tenders are good. But not good enough to wait 30mins at 430 in the afternoon. They very much prioritize the drive thru and do NOT fill orders in the order they are received. Will not be back to this location. Especially since the Chil Fil A across the street has great customer service. I ordered 6 tenders and no sides. This was not worth $10.00

2022-03-22Everyone here was so friendly! Service was quick and food was good. I didnt catch the gentlemans name but the person giving out the food was delightful and made my day. I loved the puns while ordering. Great experience!

2022-04-07Good chicken fingers... Hot, fresh, and the sauce is really good. But honestly kinda expensive for what you get. Fast service though. Good food but not much for the money

2022-09-19The atmosphere is good and the wait wasn’t bad (4:30pm on a Monday). However, I still couldn’t give a better rating than 2 stars. The 3-piece tenders costs almost $11, so I expected some pretty big tenders for that price. Unfortunately, these tenders are skimpy AF 🥲 Also, the sauce isn’t hitting the way it used to, and I know it’s not me because I’m hungry as hell right now. For $4-5 less, I could get a better tenders meal from Jewel-Osco. Also, the garlic bread is way too salty.. The fries are kind of okay though? 😅

2022-08-12I ate here a lot years ago when I was in Baton Rouge. The chicken an chicken sauce is delicious, way way better than Chick-fil-A. The tea is great, I get unsweetened but if you love southern tea this is the place for you. They also have lemonade and Arnold Palmers. Im subtracting a star because on my visit the chicken tenders were so tiny. Like they took a regular tender and cut it in thirds. You can see in my pic next to a little fry. I see in other photos this isnt typical, so I guess Im just unlucky. I really wish they had a spicy chicken sandwich. Their sandwich is good but it needs a bit of heat.

2022-08-16Greated as we came in the door. Food was ready within minutes. We were skeptical of the sauce for the chicken fingers but it was great. Definitely going back and cant wait till we get one that is closer to us. Didnt leave hungry, portions are good.

2022-06-27Their chicken strips are very good. This is probably my third or fourth time there now. This visit it seemed like they were a bit smaller. The service is still pretty fast considering how busy they were.
