Pure is a perfect place to get anything you need. From wigs to trendy clothes, and makeup galore, its a one stop shop that isnt super far.
Nice beauty supply store tucked in the corner. They had everything I needed plus more and the sales were bomb

What an amazing outlet! Great pricesforhair supplies, hair, accessories, school uniforms, rugs and bags. I was only there for a very short visit but i already plan to keep coming back for the amazing deals! No more small town hair stores, Im coming to this outlet! Theyre extremely organized as well!
Nice spot for hair care products, clothing and footwear. No menswear unfortunately. I was drawn here because they had a buy one get one free sale boot clearance. I found something for a couple of good friends.
My cousin an I were the only ones out there for black Friday they let us in early an we shop til we dtopped. Fully stocked, and very helpful

Amazing uniform deals and extremely helpful at helping me get all the stuff I needed for back to school for 4 kids. The Hispanic girl with curly red hair did an amazing job at helping me out she was so kind and patient with me and the kids. The next day I had to make an exchange for 4 of the shirt I had gotten a size 12 and needed a size 14 and they where kind and polite with me even when they had a huge line.

You will probably spend so much time in here there is sooooo much to look at! They literally have everything but a grocery aisle. Every hair care product, accessory, eye/lip/face cosmetics and all the prices are so reasonable, probably more than most other beauty supply stores in and around the area. I love them and the staff are all so insightful and nice!

This place had a lot of great deals there went there looking for something specific and found so much more looking for great deals on beauty supplies try them plus they have so much more there.. Also the workers are very nice helpful and practices social distances

I get a lot of my wigs here. They always have some for half off. Wide variety of beauty supplies but not super expensive and the staff are nice and helpful.
1 star online it says they close at 6 on Sunday. Drove all the way to Indiana and they close the door well before 6. If you don’t really close at 6 take it off the door and take it offline and put the actual time the door is locked. It’s rude and very inconsiderate, inconvenient to put an incorrect closing time online!!!!!!

After always taking my friend here but never going inside, I finally went inside to help my daughter... they had everything in here. She was able to get what she needed and at a great price. Im sure well be visiting again.
There was a lady that walks around to answer questions for the customers and she was very helpful. However when I made it to the cashier. He did not speak and he continued talking to the other lady and man who was behind the counter with him. He never spoke and he never asked did I find everything. How rude. I always go to that store however I need to start shopoing somewhere else, where they are kind, nice, & professional.
My daugther loves this store. So does my pockets. They sell scrubs, school uniforms and all the hair stuff your heart desires.
It was nice. Got that 4 uniforms for $54. The employees was very helpful. Its a huge store, they had a lot of clothes, accessories, and hair products there. Wish I had time to look around. But overall 5/5.
Has gotten a lot better! Ive been coming here for 5 years but not as much. Todays visit I was greeted with good customer service. So I will be buying things from there more often.
Bundle hair was terrible. I paid $235 for a 28 26 24 and a 14 inch closure. The hair constantly sheds and gets matted quickly . It hasn’t even been a month and i have lost about 4 inches in length from trying to detangle the hair
Ive been going here for years. They have a huge selection of products. They always have what Im looking for. I dont live close by, but the beauty supply stores near me dont carry half of what they carry.
It was my first time coming here and I loved it...!! They have everything here. The hair I wanted was on sale and most of their hair is at a cheap discount and its good quality. Will definitely be coming here again.
This place makes me feel uncomfortable while Im shopping. I literally can feel the young man at the front desk watching my every move and step throughout the store as I shop. In addition, they have cameras up everywhere and i know its for their protection, I understand and get that but I feel they shouldnt assume all people steal.
Dont go here they are petty ...their nice until u can spend your money there but when you leave the store and come back to exchange maybe you picked up wrong item..example I picked the wrong color up wasnt open had my receipt from 20mins ago they said no exchange.. they dont have a large selection..go on kedzie to the wig warehouse more and friendlier.

Awful company! I order hair four weeks ago and havent heard a single thing about where my order is. I contact the company via multiple communication channels and no one has reached out with the whereabouts of my order. Please do not use this company, they will steal your money.
Friendly staff great prices and everything you want they have for your hair and they sale clothes.

Ill always have respect for this place. I was recently a bridesmaid, and I had stopped in here for a few last minute items before my friends wedding (my first time shopping here btw). I misplaced my wallet & didnt even realize until the end of eventful night that it was missing. Needless to say I was stressed. The next AM I called PF&B to see if I had left it here. I did, what a relief! I went to pick it up & the gentleman working the register remembered me from the day before. By the time he realized I left it there, I had already gone. He even went as far as to search for me on facebook, but couldnt find me as I was deactivated at the time. LSS, He handed me my wallet, and everything (including cash) was still in tact. I offered to pay him, but he would not accept. He said the way to pay him back is to come back & shop with them. No prob! This is now one of my main Beauty Supply Stores because of this experience. Honesty & Integrity goes a long way. Thank You! 🙏

Didnt have much interaction with the place just found out when I got here that I have to have an appointment so for your insurance company or any other reason make sure you have an appointment and claim numbers and all of that cuz youre not going to be seen unless you do have that so I just drove an hour for no reason

Do not buy hair from this company. I ordered hair over a month ago and never received the hair. I’ve contacted the company several times but they do not respond. THEY TOOK MY MONEY and I did not get hair nor was there a refund! B

2022-08-17Nice assortment of products. However I love hoop earrings and I purchased a pair two weeks ago that was locked up in the cabinets. First of all why do you have 3.99 earrings on lock down and then I was in shock when the sales associate walked them up to the counter. Im about to buy a hundred bucks worth of products and I cant carry a pair of three dollar earrings to the register that have already tarnished...🤣

2021-10-19The owner is extremely rude, went to exchange opened face masks! And said he wasn’t going to take a loss, so now I’m supposed to take a loss bc he’s selling opened face masks, i was out the door 30 seconds I actually went to exchange for adults! But all their boxes are damaged and wants to claim they open box infront of you. When they never did. Returned all the other stuff I purchased. These people are pathetic, in a whole pandemic! SMH
