Did a horrible job on my nails and feet.....will never go here again!!! I took pictures to show how my hands look after 3 days.
This place was actually good. But lately they do very bad jobs their no chip the last 3 times has chipped off within days! For sure not coming back here...
Eyebrow lady is RUDE. she act like she didnt know how I wanted my eyebrows, but the last time I came in she says, “you want them like before right?” Got ONE pedicure here before too. it was mediocre. OVERALL: Service is trash and nail/eyebrow work is sub par. spend your dollars at your own risk.
Terrible experience! Do not go here. I tried this place for the first time and we were horrified. This place is completely unsanitary number one! Their service is slow and yet they try to rush you to pick a color. One of the nail techs had some kind of open sores all over her hands and when asked to fix my moms uneven choppy nails she didnt even put on gloves?! Im sorry but no major red flag! With open sores like that and accidentally cutting a finger. Nope! Never again!
I’ve never had a problem with this salon until I went to get a French tip on Valentine’s Day. It hasn’t been two weeks and my nails are brown and the acrylic is fading away. I won’t be going back soon.
I wish I could rate it zero. First time I went. Fantastic. Second time this past Saturday morning was awful. The lady rushed through doing my nails and today during work. (I work as a order taker) they started coming off. So embarrassing

TERRIBLE! If I could give zero I would!!!!! I got my eyelashes done here the other day and now my eye is swollen and irritated! They look cheap and they use A LOT of black glue! Dont go here !
DONT GO TO THIS Place..Sour towels and a male who works here messed up my nails and has a nasty personality @ short change me out of a dollar,crazyHe cut my nails off @ put on tips with lots of glue when i told him....i asked for gel on my own nails he laughs in my face....crack tips i didnt ask for and being bully i didnt look forwards to...

Terrible, worst nail shop in the world, I’m 29 been getting my nails did since I was 16, by far the worst experience ever! Should be closed down!!! Rude techs with over priced work
The staff was so kind and friendly and my nails turned out so great !!
As you come in there’s a strong smell of something that has gone bad, service is slow and they leave nails uneven, place is so unsanitary and employees are always distracted.

2022-06-08Went in for a fill in and I wasn’t even in the chair longer than 30 mins if that. There was acrylic left along my cuticles and the sides of my fingers, when I pointed it out the lady said it was dead skin. She put the top coat on my nails and didn’t bother to get near the cuticle and tried blaming the cuticle oil saying it made the top coat separate after I had already put my hand under the uv lamp. As she was painting my nails two of my fingers started to burn soooooo bad and she said well I didn’t cut you. Not to mention it was $40 for the damn fill in. After leaving I had to stop at the nearest shop to get them soaked if instantly Bc if the pain in my fingers I didn’t want to bother even going back. Definitely never going back again.

2022-03-01Go somewhere else , first and last time I get my nails done here. Way too rough tending to my cuticles and didnt pay attention to the shape I wanted. Not very hygienic either I may add.

2021-08-14The guy that did my nails Jack had my no chip polish bumpy as hell.. the lady who sits in the front doesn’t like doing black people nails if she is available she will have you wait for someone else and then service another person but different race. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

2018-10-26I have been coming to Pro Nails for years. Its ways busy, service can sometimes be a little slow(is why I gave it four stars)but they do an amazing job with My Pedicures, Manicures. The Tech Lisa always does my eyebrow waxing and my eyelashes. Simply the best. Ive never seen or heard anyone say they are not happy with the work done at Pro Nails. Try them out

2017-04-02Im currently looking for a new nail salon & I decided to give this place a try since a friend suggested them. The nail tech was very nice and he made conversation. However, his finishing works didnt match his personality. He did a nice job with doing the fill in, but my nails are over polished and over filed into casket like shapes (prior to coming in they were medium length square nails). Im disappointed because I spent $30 for a fill in when I couldve just gotten a new set elsewhere.

2018-01-02For the love of God, please don’t go there to get your eyelashes done. I went one time and I didint like how they came out and little old me decided to give them one more chance, I even took a picture of what I wanted and everything. They put so much black glue on them, they feel so heavy and now for the worst part, they were so heavy and piled on that 80 % of my real eyelashes FELL OFF!!!! I mean you do get what you paid for right but please owners of this place invest in someone that actually knows what they are doing!!!! Never stepping foot in here again

2017-08-30They got a star because its the only way I could leave feed back and warn others to steer clear of this place. Not only do they do lousy work, but they dont stand behind their lousy work. The owners seem to be a married couple, and in the short time I spent there, I witnessed the wife refuse to help someone who was dissatisfied with the workmanship of one of her employees. That shouldve been warning enough, but as you can tell, it wasnt. What can I say, you live and learn, right? To make a long story short, if you go to this nail shop, what you can expect is to start with a base price and then as youre in the middle of getting your nails done, youre told that if you want your nails a little shorter its an extra $5 to cut nail, even though theyd be wasting less nail polish on a shorter nail...its an extra $5!! So what services come when you get a manicure, a fill in or a new set? It seems to vary from place to place, but these people will charge you an extra $5(thats on top of the short nail $5), to clean your cuticle up... isnt that part of the service? Why would anyone pay to get their nails done and not expect for the cuticle area to be cleaned up? They did an absolutely crappy job on my nails and their excuse was that my nails were old. Apparently I shouldve gotten a new set because you shouldnt get more than 2 fill-ins. It seems like information that I wouldve like to have been given or suggested to me, before they started working on my nails. The husband also stated that if I had gotten a new set, then they wouldve fixed the chipped no-chip painted nails, Lol 😂 ((I posted pics I took today, Tuesday 8/29/17, of what my nails look like now, and I got my nails done Friday...No Chip, Fill-in)) he fixed four nails that were chipped by sanding them down and repainting them. This one started chipping today.

2016-08-10Literally the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to. I went twice due to the fact that the first time was for a fill in and Ive never had one. So I gave them a pass, I went back for a full set and lord have mercy. It is the worst set of nails I ever had.Its a wonder how they are still in business. Ive had these nails for 5 days you shouldnt see the lines on my nails and the acrylic shouldnt be lifting already. Never will I EVER spend 50$ there again for this CRAP 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

2021-06-18Time is Money, I had asked if they could do something I wanted in particular. They said take a seat I wait 45 min for them to inform me, when its my time to get the service, that they do not provide the service that I had specifically asked for. The website is s so misguiding and it provides false advertisment. The lack of communication is devastating. I really wanted to give this place a chance. My time wasted for absolutely nothing.
