I visited this place to possibly purchase a cash car for my daughter. I wasnt looking for anything fancy and I my expectations were minimal at best. However what I saw was a lot full of cars that were nothing like anything in their ads. I was highly disappointed with the service as well as selection of vehicles/ junkers. A total waste of time. The owner stated below that I was looking for a $1,000 car? To the contrary, I came to the lot ready to make a purchase, which is why the next day I paid $3,800 cash for a vehicle from a private owner and it was well kept with decent mileage for the year make and model and looked better than anything they had on their lot. I took my time and money and got a much better car.
Be aware of fake mileage. All of their cars are listed with suspiciously low mileage. Ive decided to check VIN on one of them. Find out that 10 years ago this car had 132700 miles. Today it is listed with 127008 miles. I cant say if thats the case with every car from them, but I highly recommend checking VIN before buying from them.
They were great and went above and beyond. The car my wife bought had a transmission issue and they were able to cover the repair cost even after the 15 day warranty period. Will definitely recommend this place for whoever is looking to buy a decent used vehicle.

It is a crazy time to buy a car with prices being so high. My son needed a reliable car to get to work. The salesman was honest in disclosing the issues each vehicle might have. We bought an older vehicle with very few miles and they worked with our budget. The salesman had the car detailed and ready for my son to pick up the next day. The car works very well and it is a Toyota Corolla which I know will last us for many years.

Yesterday I had a great experience while purchasing my 2014 Chevy Cruze! The owner is very reasonable and works w you especially if you’re on a budget. Initially I went to see a 2012 Hyundai Sonata but he quickly told me that it needed a little work and showed me cars that were in fact ready to go. So, for that I definitely recommend people to go check them out. The customer service was great overall and I’ll definitely be back in future.
It was a very good experience. There was a difficulty with the transaction due to the banks, not because of them or me. They held the car, followed up multiple times daily with the banks and me. Then they delivered a clean, beautiful car with a thorough and free CarFax report. This could have gone poorly, but they were professional, kind and thorough. They are good business people and the car runs incredibly well. I have already recommended them to others. It is hard to trust a used car dealer. You can trust these guys, they have proven it to me.
These people are great. I have bought 2 cars from this place and both are still running great a year later. I had one issue with an AC not working and it was fixed the next day. This is not your typical car dealership with pushy sales people trying to upsell you. The salesman is honest and upfront and his prices are good. I highly recommend this place for a good used car.

These people are very fair and offer very reasonable (low) prices along with great customer service. No pushy sales. They give basic warranties on engine and transmission. You are sure to walk out happy and satisfied. If I ever want to buy a used car again, then this is the place I will go back to.
This place was bad, they sell a lot of cars with various problems. I would not recommend buying from these folks unless you have an extra few thousand to fix the car. Im a certified mechanic and just wanted to check them out! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I drove off the lot with my first car in life, a mid-size SUV priced at over 40k MSRP for little over 5000 dollars. It has all the features youd expect to find in a luxury car like heated seats, navigation, sound system, power lift gate, leather interior, memory seats, etc. Its 3.8 L V6, 260 hp engine and AWD promises smooth handling and security in the winter months, important for a new driver like myself.We never would have known about it if Ali hadnt made a recommendation as we were sitting in his office getting ready to put down a deposit on a similar Hyundai. He is an honest business person, professional, and trustworthy. After we put down our deposit and returned a week later to drive the car home, we stayed the entire day at the dealership test driving other cars, ending up as the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave. The entire time Ali and his partners patiently made themselves available to address all our questions and concerns.When it came time to process the paperwork he played it straight and we paid nothing towards unexpected fees or taxes.Ive always had the impression that buying a used car is a risk and potential liability but that wasnt my experience at this dealership. I know Id have been hard pressed to find a better fit for my budget.I highly recommend you go check out his inventory, online or in person.

I had such a wonderful experience at Premier auto works inc Alsip Illinois! I was looking for a convertible in my price range and their beautiful pictures drew my interest. I thought for sure that the car wasn’t going to look as nice in person, but to my surprise, it did! The pictures represented the product perfectly! Shah Jee was so helpful with all of the information and in negotiating fairly on the price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice, clean used car. Bought a car from them. A Mazda 3 sedan ,year 2013. Bought it with no problems. Next day engine light goes on and took it to a mechanic and said a piston was bad. Took it back. Just saw it again ready to be sold. So I suggest to be careful. I’m not going back there again or recommend anyone to go.

2022-04-16Trying to get information about a car to purchase and Im getting the run around. Shah gee is not a good salesmen. I simply asked for mileage on a car and Im being ignored. When i asked if there is someone else i can talk to he gave me a thumbs up. Seems like a reputable guy. Their own ad says not actual mileage. If you cant answer questions about a car on your lot you shouldnt be in car sales.

2022-07-22They post vehicles that dont have on site, tell you to come by to take a look at them. After driving over an hour, the vehicle in question suddenly had to go to the mechanic, but I was welcome totake a look at the other vehicles they have. I wasnt interested, and they said theyd call when the other vehicle returned. Of course the vehicle I was interested in never materialized, and no one ever called back to come take a look at it. Classic bait and switch tactic. Id be leary of going here to do business.
