Excellent selection of quality products. Staff are super friendly and so knowledgeable. They have made many excellent recommendations that I have loved!
Very disappointed with price. Their 60 capsule price was the price of the 120 capsule price from Healthy Planet. I do not mind paying a couple bucks extra for local business but to me is out of line. I gave them the opportunity to make the sale but he did not bite. Too bad, so I ordered with free shipping.
Great vitamin and probiotic selections, all natural foods, kombucha, gluten free items, you name it, they probably have it or can get it. Ive been shopping here for 25 years and they are a great place to shop.!

Polsons is the best health food store around. They have lots of bulk herbs for sale. If they dont have what you need just ask them, chances ate they can get it for you.

Are you in a hurry ? Let them know, they help you and your on your way. Do you like to browse ? They do not follow you around. I feel lucky to have this place in our location.

2020-08-15Been coming here since I was a kid. Sliding scales on products depending on how well they sell each month or what sales are running. For example, I found Justins Nut Butters there for 3 1/2 bucks last week. Good products, wholesome customer service, and perfect to have a local health food store nearby.

2018-03-12Awesome selection of organic foods, lotions, shampoos, deodorant and many other natural products! I enjoy going there for essential oils! I have also gotten ear candles and deodorant from there! Staff is friendly and helpful! Very organized the last time I was there. They recently did some remodeling so the front of their building is very appealing ! Nice store to check out while walking down town Antioch !

2017-09-25Been going here for 8 years and have always had great experiences with the knowledgeable staff. They have always given us great advice and offered alternative options for any ailments weve encountered. I highly recommend stopping in for your vitamins and health foods and to get good quality information on any health problems. When I first went here, I was on some serious medication for an auto immune disorder and with their suggestions, I was able to get off the biologics and keep my condition under control.
