Excellent place, bought a new BX1880 with loader. Jason was very helpful and let us try it out at the store before we bought. He then delivered to our house and went over operation and how to disconnect the loader and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend. Now what attachments do I want for this tractor;)
Wow what a great place to buy a tractor. I got a great deal on a tractor in the spring and then I bought a snow plow in the fall. I had them install the plow and we had some miss communication about that. I talked to Jason about it and he had a guy out right away to take care of it. They even when way above and beyond on the scope of work. They really took good care of me. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their customer service.
Ken was fantastic. He came out to my house to deliver my tractor and spent sufficient time with me making sure I was completely comfortable with the machine. He definitely puts the customer first so he could fully understand my needs. I couldnt be more pleased with this purchase.
We recently bought a used Kubota L3800 from them and everything went super smoothly. Jason and his crew are the nicest folks you could ever want to deal with. Would not hesitate to deal with them again, even though we drive from Michigan. Thanks again guys (& gal !).
It has been my experience in dealing with Pillar Equipment that the owner and staff take the extra steps necessary to solve your problem. I find this refreshing in this day of box store no one available to help you even find the thing you are looking for. To have a company available with knowledgeable staff and staff knowledgeable enough to ask questions when they don’t know.

Staff unpleasant and incompetent. Gave me a quote of 330 dollars for a roughly 30-50 dollar part. No one is taught basic manners and no proper training. Best to just 👍

Was having a issue with my tractor and had a bad experiance at another Kubota dealer in town. They found a piece of debris stuck in the hydraulics. They didnt slap on parts they just fixed the problem. Very happy.
I just have to say that I have owned approximately a dozen zero turn lawn mowers and my new ExMark Radius 52 with mulch kit is by far the best I have had. Couple that with the great customer service and follow up from Ken, I couldnt be happier.

2020-05-10I was looking for a tractor to mow an acreage that I have. I contacted Pillar and worked with Jason to find the right tractor. We ended up with a Kubota B2650. The tractor has the power that I wanted and the belly mower cuts great at a high rate of speed. I went with the Quick Hitch system for the 3pt making hooking and unhooking a breeze. Great service and knowledge of the equipment at Pillar. I strongly recommend Pillar Equipment.

2022-03-12Attention Truckers: If your delivering and coming from 19th st (either NB or SB), turn onto 17th Ave Dr. You should than see the facility on your left. This is optimal to set yourself up for a see-side back (alley-dock). Use GOAL and be aware of minimal traffic as youll be backing in from the street. Youll than see an exposed orange ramp outside, back straight into that (doors open) so receiver can unload you. If there is a truck ahead of you than you should probably wait in the street, traffic isnt too bad on here. Use google maps or other sources to plan your trip.Overall checking in and dealing with receiver was easy and pleasant. I would deliver here again!

2021-11-12Ken installed a Husqvarna automower at my home. He was great. The mower is awesome. I’ve cut my weekly summer yard maintenance from 90 minutes down to 10. When I did have a problem Ken responded quickly and provided a solution. 10/10.

2021-09-07I was in desperate need of a repair part for a Husqvarna riding mower and had checked Amazon, Husqvarna and all my local Husqvarna dealers with no shipment for at least a month and a half. In desperation, I just started calling different parts places around the country. I lucked into Pillar Equipment and had the good fortune to deal with Meggan in parts. She had one on the shelf and as promised got in the mail first thing the next day. She was pleasant to talk with and extremely helpful. Based on this experience, I would recommend Pillar Equipment for all your parts needs.

2021-08-11Service Department is fantastic, specifically Tim. The man took care of my mower, checked on warranty, and refered me to Husqvarna for additional support. I respect Pillar Equipmemt for their professionalism and thorough customer service. In previous service appointments, they were also very dealership worthy in the sense that they gave my mower a full wash and wipedown when they finished their service. 5-star customer service.
