I went in i was right away greeted the woman was very helpful the price of my purchase was nice so in short I was very pleased.

2020-01-29We bought a table off the floor that had been assembled at the store using the wrong tool. All the bolt heads were stripped. We didnt know until we got it home. Called back to the store and they were defensive and not helpful. They should have given me new hardware and provided proper tools that come with a new table. Also werent willing to discount.

2020-07-130 stars if I could. Was medically discriminated against today at the Peoria, IL store, and was not allowed to shop due to my condition. In IL, all Covid related mandates have been ruled null and void on July 2nd. In addition, it is illegal to discriminate based on medical condition, and it is also illegal to threaten or intimidate someone. The cashiers acted in an intimidating manner towards my inability to wear one, which can be punishable by law. Just FYI 😊

2020-07-28Greatly disappointed in the service. One worker was rude and abrupt about a papazian chair. The only reason its not 1 star is because the manager made up for it.

2020-07-15The some of the sales staff (not all but they know who they are) are very rude and unfriendly. Im sorry they are closing as I do shop at their other locations.
