Physicians Immediate Care in other cities:
I was unable to be seen. Their appointment system is meaningless and misleading, they still make you wait in line long past your appointment time, regardless of your symptoms. With a fever/chills/aches/faintness I was made to stand outside for over 80min PAST my appointment time, in 80F+ heat with nowhere to sit, while I waited for them to call me in. Also, they do not enforce their clearly posted mask rule inside the office. Very upset at this process and the apathy of the front desk workers. I gave up and went to the ER where at least I know they have actual doctors and actual staff to see patients, after I was made to wait outside in the summer heat, while I am actively and increasingly symptomatic and clearly ill. Maybe a real hospital will at least give me somewhere to sit inside.
This place is horrible. Made an appointment for a covid test, 90 minutes after my appointment time and finally get called back. then it took another hour for the 15 minute rapid result test to come back. Whats the point of making an appointment. They need to change the name to Physicians sometime today care.
I came in to confirm a positive covid result for an upcoming surgery. I created an appt at 1:50 for 2:30. I arrived at 2:10 and checked in. Was told to wait in the car until I was called. I ended up leaving at 3:05 without being seen and went somewhere else. Location should not post open appt’s if you don’t have the bandwidth. I understand it’s an urgent care facility, but there was zero communication. I even pre registered online to speed things up. Covid tests are so routine and quick I can’t see how this is acceptable these days.
Terrible facility! Call the day off is you come here.. my boyfriend had an appointment at 11am and did not get seen until 1pm.. what’s the point of an appointment if you are going to see the patient hours later? Not to mention they didn’t care at the front desk when you’d address them on the time matter. Never coming here again and I hope you think twice before going! DONT GO HERE
As soon as walked in I was taken care of, yes theres paper work! The wait wasnt long! The staff from Rn to Doctor ask questions and answers my concerns of my medical needs! And felt confident that I came to the right place! This is the second time I used immediate care in the last 2 years!
I had to go here for a workers comp case after hitting my head at work. The dr told me I didn’t need a ct scan and didn’t want to expose me to radiation. Then ordered a x-ray. He diagnosed me with a mild concussion and told me I needed a MRI. He tells me to go to mercy for a MRI and even makes sure I have the right address. When I get to mercy for the MRI they tell me that the ‘order’ they gave me wasn’t complete and they couldn’t do one. Im told I was supposed to schedule a MRI not just go get one. Even though the dr specifically told me to go get one tonight and made sure I was going to the right place. So mercy tries to get a hold of the dr to get them to send the right order over. They say they’re sending one but it’s been 30-45 mins already and nothing. Then I get told to go to the ER. They still can’t bring me back because the order isn’t right. If you’re going to send me to another facility for additional testing make sure you actually put everything on the order. And according to the Er nurse this is the second time they’ve done this today.
Monitor constantly displays nobody in rooms and 0 wait time when in reality the wait times were upwards of 2 and a half hours, I am unsure as to wether this is a standard occurrence or if I was there during a period of high volume, the staff and medical personnel were professional and personable though
The wait here is ridiculous. Waited more than 2 hours . I saw people come in after me and get helped before me . I got injured at work and came here for “ Immediate care “ , let me just say there is nothing “ immediate “ , about this place . If you get injured at work do not come to this place . Go to an actual hospital , and the workers aren’t even kind . Very rude.
Had a 9:10am appointment was there at 8:45am. Drug test physical and strength test. Drug test part was quick and easy lol the rest in the other hand WELLLLLLLL. I was left in a room for almost a hour before the dr came in to do my physical. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to be taken back for the strength part. Which was more like physical therapy more so then anything. It was after 11am before I left. If I have my choice I’ll never go back there again.
Very helpful. Their COVID test was super fast. But the influenza test did take a while. Just wished they would’ve given me the option to receive those test results over the phone. Reason is because in total I spent a little more than 2 hours there. All that was said could’ve been said over the phone including where I wanted my medication sent to. But overall very nice people
Do not come here for a COVID antigen test. Made an appointment for 3PM, got inside after 4PM. They are running behind, which I understand. Take the sample and say the test takes 15 minutes. 50 minutes later, I poke my head out and ask how much longer and if I can just get a phone call with the result. No, wait for the results. Over an hour later and my test was negative. I would have loved to have gone to a testing center, but this was the closest place to get tested at over an hour away.
I was exposed to covid after an outing with a friend. She learned she had covid a few days later. I was very concerned I would get it too, and I was experiencing sinus congestion and a minor sore throat. I had events planned for the next week. I was very pleased to be able to get a quick appointment with Physicians Immediate Care the next day. I got into the exam room quickly, had my vitals taken and the covid test administered. Within a reasonable time, the nurse practitioner came in to let me know my test was negative (no covid!), and double checked my heart rate and throat. I was very pleased with my visit. Also its very important to mask up. I was doubly glad that I was doubled mask when I was exposed. Hats off to PIC. Nice, efficient and friendly staff and good TLC. Great experience 👍.. thank u.
Called to ask a simple question and the receptionist who I got was very rude and nasty I asked if they were offering pre employment physical or strictly covid patients receptionist was rude and said “well did you check our website it says what we see you didn’t click on the right one then you were looking somewhere else “ very unprofessional for a costumer service person. Only reason why I’m going is because I have to but that type of service makes me think you don’t care about patients. Very disappointed. I hope management reaches out to me.
Went in for covid testing WITH appointment. Had to wait an hour to get called in. Then had to wait there to get results because they couldnt securely send the results. For a negative test and then they wanted to do a wellness visit. I went for a test, not a wellness visit. I had been there an hour and a half already and didnt have any more time to waste so I declined the check up. The physicians assistant was clearly frustrated, angrily handed me my results and stormed off. Never going back there again.
They aggressively market their COVID-19 testing but buyer beware. We took our son for a rapid COVID-19 test in spring 2021 and just received a $437 bill because you have to be seen by a doctor, who can (and will) order other tests as well. If you have insurance that covers them, Im sure its fantastic. If you dont - get your pricing up front!
I made an appointment for 3pm, uploaded my information online, and arrived 15 minutes early, per instructed, only to wait over an hour (was taken back at 4:03)! Receptionist was very matter of fact in saying an appointment does nothing but ensure you are in front of the walk-in patients…however I asked 2 people leaving and they both said they waited 1:15 & 1:30 hours and neither has an appointment. The nurses and nurse practitioner however were wonderful and if they honored appointment times I’d go back in a heartbeat. Or perhaps just not make an appointment and show up…seems to just be the luck of the draw!?
It was a little bit of a wait to be taken care off but the receptionist were nice and welcoming. They called me by my name right away for any questions or requests they had from me and when I went with the nurses to get two shots I needed they was really nice and explained the procedure, they made sure I wasnt feeling dizzy or nervous during the placement of the shots. They was the nicest nurses I have ever dealt with for requests I had from a job and even if it was just 2 of them dealing with a waiting area full of people they didnt rush me or hurt me they was clean, nice and gave me information for any questions I may have about the reactions of the shots.
Had to wait for over 90 minutes past scheduled slot with no communication from their team. The eagerness to take the payment did not reflect when it came to running the PCR test. For the price point, I would chose any other service provider who at the very least keeps you posted of any delay.
Don’t waste your time. I made an appointment in advance and still waited an hour on Saturday for them to tell me that the lab couldn’t pick up my blood samples so I’d have to go back another day. Literally everyone who walked in after me was seen before they told me this. I’m not sure why they didn’t tell me before, or even when I made the appointment, but I did go back another day. The service was quick and I was in an out in less than 10 minutes (waiting time was still at least a half hour, even with an appointment).
I made an appointment and was told I still would not be seen for another 45minutes -1 hour after my appointment time. So it took 3 hours and 40 minutes of wait time and care that should have been an hour tops. Everyone was very nice and friendly when being seen but this is beyond their control. This obviously means the place is not well staffed. There were not enough nurses/medical assistants for the amount of walk-ins you receive. I mean people make appointment times for a reason too. Our time is valuable too. Amita needs to step it up in my honest opinion.
Made an appointment for 2:40 and was told I couldn’t not be seen until at least 3:45. I have now waited over 2 hours and still not been seen. Staff should notify patients if there is over an hour wait. This was also during one of the least busiest times. When I called to ask how far behind they were the employee answered back rudely. It’s a shame that this place continues to deteriorate their reputation. I also called again at 4:10 and they had only managed to see 2 out of the 5 people who were waiting in front of me. This place is a joke, go anywhere else! After waiting 2 and a half hours I cancelled my appointment as I was able to make an appointment with my doctor and be seen quicker than wait any longer. Will continually tell people to never go here. The owner needs to get this under control as it’s unacceptable.
Been to this location twice, once for a rapid COVID test when it first became rampant in the area and I needed one to return to work. And a second time a few days ago when I took a bad fall and couldnt move my thumb and barely was able to walk on my left leg. The staff was super friendly and professional and had x-rays done in both areas. They also helped clean the awful road rash I had and gave me a brace for my sprained thumb. I made an appointment online and waited no more than 20-30 minutes after filling out paperwork and they were clearly very busy that day as well. Not to mention I had a lapse in health insurance and paid less then $300 for the entire visit, x-rays included! Would definitely go back if I were to experience any more minor injuries!
Im super grateful that they had same day availability for a rapid Covid test. Even though I had to wait about 2 hours to take the test it was still worth it. The staff and doctors were all professional and very friendly/courteous despite the fact that Im sure they had probably been working non-stop all day. I appreciate all the hard work you guys do! Thank you!
Super impressed with this places’ system; from scheduling the appointment online, to the curbside registration, to the visit itself. Super efficient; made me feel very safe and like an actual respected human, compared to other places u go that can’t even bother to look at your chart to know your name; thanx to the nurse and PA…sorry I forgot your names, but you were both super great and I appreciate it!
I had a great over all experience. I was a smidge confused what I should do when I first arrived because there was people waiting outside without an appointment. But I made an appointment online it was super easy. When You arrive go inside and press the intercom button and they check you in then wait in your car until the nurse calls and he asked me some questions and when they had a clean room ready for me they called me inside. I felt very safe and the staff was very kind. The doctor and nurses we’re both incredible, they really listen to my symptoms and didn’t rush me out. They had my medication available in office but it definitely took quite a while to receive it. Considering The pandemic affecting the medical profession I wasn’t upset waiting, though it was about 45 mins, I had a very safe experience and felt very well taken care of! I will definitely continue coming to this urgent care.
Scheduled an appointment at 7 pm - wanted to come earlier, but nothing available. Arrive at 6:53, only to learn that they are backed up an hour. Why force people to schedule appointments, when your door clearly states “walk-ins welcome.” So I followed the rules by scheduling an appointment, and now am being forced to wait behind all of the walk-ins? That makes absolutely no sense at all. No I don’t want to come back another time. I need treatment now. I did everything you asked. I even completed my registration online. Thanks for nothing.
First, I would like to say that Physicians Immediate Care should not offer the ability to set appointments if they are struggling to meet this accommodation. I had set an appointment at about 8:45am for an 11:30am visit. It was not until I stepped into the facility that I was told that everyone’s appointment had been pushed back and hour. I asked the woman why I was not notified via text or call about this given the fact that I had set the appointment very early in the day. Her response was “oh I don’t know”. So not only was I one hour “early” for my appointment, I ended up waiting two hours in the waiting room before I was attended. However, after I was attended, the nurse and doctor working with me were both very professional and attentive. I was told by the nurse after the fact that they were short handed that morning with only two doctors available. This was the only reason I am giving two starts instead of one. I think the lady managing the front desk was not helpful when it came to communicating with the people in the waiting room because all she could respond was with an “I don’t know”. Yet the nurse explained with little effort why they were so behind on attending the other individuals. Communication, it’s not that hard to do.
Over 3 hour wait even if you make an online appointment and then there are patients masks left on seats with ice packs and nobody cleans it up. I would give this place a minus 5. Total disrespect and disregard for people’s time! Saying “we’re sorry” isn’t going to help this. I never felt comfortable and I don’t think that I was even checked up by a doctor. His badge stated “team lead” ... not sure who this person was but I will probably be billed for this terrible unsatisfactory check with no care in the world. The most horrible experience ever!
Terrible!!! Waited in the parking lot for over an hour after my scheduled appt time. Had to leave to get to work. When they finally called to get me in, they didn’t even apologize for over an hr wait time.Definitely go to WALGREENS OR QUEST LABS INSTEADSo why do u even have a reservation system If u can’t abide by it.You need do respect your patients and the people that make appointments
I went to physicians immediate care to get my DOT physical. The previous facility I went to was a complete nightmare! I waited four hours to get into the office and there were problems with their equipment and they were very difficult to deal with. My experience at physicians immediate care was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the 24 years of having to get DOT physical ‘s. They got me right in and I had very little wait time. The staff were friendly and very easy to deal with and the physicians assistant was very professional and interested in doing a good job. I will definitely come back for as long as they are around!
There is an option to make an appointment to “reserve” a spot online. Don’t bother. I made my appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen for a very basic work physical. In total, my visit was almost 2 hours. The provider was professional and succinct, but that is the only good portion of the visit. Staff was overheard talking at the nursing station saying rude and disparaging things about the patients. They did not enforce their mask mandate in the waiting room. If I was not forced to go here for my pre-employment screen, I would have walked out.
First off, the ladies at the front desk were fantastic. As was, the Nurse who got me through the initial part of my D.O.T. Physical. The nurses attitude that helped me, was outstanding, very friendly, and happy go lucky. Unlike a few places I have been to in my previous physicals. The Doctor ( Dr. Arthur Sliwa) was Fantastic as well and thorough in explaining the routine at hand. Overall a GREAT experience at the Aurora (Kirk rd) Physicians Immediate Care Facility !!!
Kristina Schaefer, Cjay, and Andrea were absolutely phenomenal, excellent communication, clear understanding of what was expected of me paperwork and otherwise. Never want to be injured but glad to have the support of Physicians Immediate Care when the situations like this arise. Thank you very much for making this as pain-free as possible given the circumstances.I visited our Associates approximately a year ago (original review) and left the five star review, and I am happy to say a year later with a revisit for an injury the service and communication is still exceptional.
I had a appointment at 12:15pm, its now 2:20pm and Im now waiting in the lobby... They have been waiting for a room to open for over 2 hours but I keep seeing people enter and leave. Im never coming back here again.Update: they said they tryed to call me 2 times while I waited in my car. I showed them my call log to show no one has called me and I was met with attitude. I then pointed out that I was coming in every half hour to see what the the status was on a room opening up and asked why no one came to get me to?
I had an appointment for pre-employment Lab work two days in advance of my visit to PIC in Aurora, Illinois. Check in went easy, however after sitting 30 minutes I still was not called and upon asking how long the wait may be I was told they had no idea. I said it is only for lab work and I scheduled in advance. To which she explained they got behind and are short staffed. I understand situations happen but it was very disappointing to ultimately wait an hour for an appointment that only takes 10 minutes. When I checked in I should have been provided an apology for the delay and an estimated wait. Nothing was told at all which led to me feeling angry and frustrated.
DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE! They had me wait over an hour and a half after I had booked my appoint 30 minutes prior to my arrival time. They had a bunch of availability online so I thought the wait would be normal or reasonable. When I got there they kept telling me I’d be next when I clearly wasn’t. Then after I waited over and hour they told me to come inside because they were ready but they weren’t even ready at all!! They wanted me to wait in the waiting room with over 20 people waiting as well, with other potential covid patients, some people even looked sick..and I felt completely exposed and unsafe! I’ll never come here again!
I went to Physicians Immediate Care in North Aurora, IL on Kirk Rd on yesterday for a problem that I was experiencing. When I got there, I counted 14 people in the waiting rooms, not to mention the people who were already in the back be treated. I expected to be there for hours. The Reception got me signed in and said it could take up to one hour. She said I could stay and wait, or I could leave and they could call my cell phone when my name is called to be seen by the doctor. So, I went across the street to do some very much needed shopping at Walmart. I was gone for 30 minutes and just as I returned to the Clinic, They called my cell phone. When I got inside, they were ready for me to be Triaged, and a few minutes later, I was seeing the doctor, who listened very attentively, diagnosed the problem and got me out of the clinic in a very timely manner. I think the entire visit was only about 45 minutes to an hour…Outstanding job!!!Thank you Physicians Immediate Care…
My partner and I both went to get COVID-19 tests. We had appointments set at 11:00 and 11:40. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:00 and I didn’t get in to see anyone until 11:45. This was after calling twice to ask why they were running so late. My partner’s appointment was supposed to be at 11:40 and he did not get seen until 1:50. He had to call 3 times and walk in to ask what was going on. They had taken walk-ins before us even though we had scheduled appointments. Waiting outside in my vehicle, burning gas for 3 hours really soured my opinion of this place. Though it was a terrible wait, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a list of things to stock up on incase our negative tests were to develop into a positive case and took their time to walk us both through a solid plan of action if worst came to worst.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Physicians Immediate Health. They are very misleading with how their appointments are processed. We made an appointment for our son for a Covid testing, registered online, confirmed our time & we were asked to arrive 30 minutes early and text them when we arrived. Did as requested & were waiting in the car (we had to wait to be texted to come inside ) waiting over 2.5 hours past our “appointment time”. I had to leave as I had to go to work. This was handled extremely poorly on their behalf and I am so disappointed & dissatisfied with how they handle their “appointments “. They have absolutely no consideration for people’s times. I contacted Rush Immediate Care & my son was seen the same day, less than a 30 minute wait. Never again will I waste my time with this office (Kirk Road - Aurora). If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend them at all.
I called for an appt for a covid test for an upcoming surgery. I was told the appt was at 11 and when I arrived I was told by the receptionist it wasnt an appt but a walk in. I waited 90 min for a 2 min test.Although the 2 doctor were very personable and professional.
Everything went smooth except the fact that no one mentioned there would be a wait, they said you can make an appointment online or just walk in for a drug test, we drove 2 hours to find out theres a 3 hour wait. If they mentioned on the phone that itd be best to book online and come in that wouldve made this 2 star into a 5 star hands down.
Do NOT go here. They charge you $270 for a Covid test. All other urgent cares are free. Our school district nurse has reported them to the IDPH because they are not supposed to charge for a Covid test. They did not tell me about the charge till we walked out the door. In addition, even though we made an appointment, we waited over an out for a simple Covid swab.
I won’t ever be going back there.I have been having severe pain in my throat, amongst other issues. All I got was a COVID and strep test. They didn’t bother to look or help me out with what I can do or take to minimize the pain. They were just so eager to get me out of there.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Literally you’re better off anywhere else. I waited and held my pee for 2 and a half hours for a drug test, only to still not be seen because I could not hold my pee any longer. This place has some serious issues. The staff are rude and they clearly don’t care about the people they’re serving.
WASTE OF 4 HOURS!!!My boyfriend had a rapid test scheduled, he texted when he arrived and got a confirmation that he was checked in. He then waited for about three and a half hours and heard nothing about when he would be able to go in for his appointment. He called the office and an employee told him that he was marked as a no-show and that they could not take him for an appointment. He offered to show the text message proving he was checked in but they would not let him. The employee also said that they could not guarantee him an appointment for the following day. So, I’m not sure who messed up in the office but someone made a mistake and he paid for it. The staff was unapologetic about wasting his time and did nothing to help him schedule a new appointment.Terrible experience, would not recommend! As of 11/29/2020 there has still been no follow up. They do not even know my boyfriends name. I was never privately messaged about gathering any further information.
Talk about a place that doesn’t care!!!! Their website literally says you can walk in for a rapid test and you only need to schedule if you need a PCR test. I walked in explaining that I have spent the last several days with someone who has tested positive for COVID. I also have someone living in my home right now on immune suppressant drugs and need a rapid test to know if I am putting them at risk. Literally these girls just continued to sit behind the counter saying our policy is that you have to go to the website and schedule an appt. You can schedule an appt for tomorrow morning. I’m standing right here!! If you can see me tomorrow morning then why can you not just test me tonight so I do not put someone else at risk?! How does that even make sense?! How is this healthcare? What a joke!!!!!!
I had an appointment. That doesn’t mean anything here. They make you wait and wait and wait. And just when you thought you might be done waiting, you’re told to wait some more. I came in for a rapid COVID PCR test and spent 2 hours waiting. I will never come back to this place for anything. Truly the worst.
I called to make a pre surgery physical appointment for my tonsillectomy and got a same day appointment. Yay! Got to the clinic only to find out that they dont do that kind of physical. My time has been wasted and its obvious that whomever made the appointment wasnt familiar with provided services and that is unacceptable.
I went in for my first and second covid shot. Theyre terrible you have to wait three to four to five hours to get attended and it was extremely hot outside for me to have my car on with the air conditioner for 4 hours thats ridiculous. Then you try to be reasonable and ask him what time are you going to be attended to approximately, so you could come back and they cant even tell you that. Then you try to reschedule and they said that they cant. Another thing the people in the front are kind of rude to ask some reasonable questions
Don’t bother making an appointment at this facility! It doesn’t make any difference. Our group had three appointment, 20 minutes apart. The person with the middle appt got in a little earlier other two 15 min before theirs. They took the middle appointment first and she got out in 20 min. We had to wait an additional 90 min. We were told appointments count but it’s an urgent care so it’s really first come first serve. This takes forever
I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. The staff at the front desk were kind of rude and pretty unprofessional. I had made an actual appointment instead of a walk-in, yet they were constantly letting people that were walk-in’s go ahead of me. I waited in the waiting room for well over 90 minutes before even being brought back into the room. Once brought back the doctor came in pretty fast after having vitals checked which was fine, but they were there for literally 5 minutes before leaving with barely asking me any questions. It was such a waste of my time. I should’ve just made an appointment with my own primary doctor or anyone within their practice instead of coming here.
I walked in with a non-emergency finger fracture and was seen by a provider within an hour. Drs. Kaitlyn and Bryan, along with my nurse, Josh and Brenda the x-ray tech, were all kind, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. I felt like they each genuinely cared about me and my injury and did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and informed.I would say they were above and beyond my expectations. While there was a lot of waiting, that is something to be expected, especially on a Friday afternoon in a pandemic. Overall, everyone was professional and wonderful and I would definitely visit here again, if the need arises (which I hope it doesnt!) Thank you to all the staff for being great and keeping the front line safe.
This is the worst urgent care in the area by far. My wife made an appointment today for our six year old son to be tested for covid at 1pm. However, when my wife arrived they made her wait for an hour only to tell her they were experiencing long wait times and she had to wait another hour. After two hours of waiting she called the clinic again only to be told she was next in line and should be called in 10 min, which was not true. An hour later my wife called again only to be told she had to wait another hour, which would be 4 hours from our original appt time. My wife talked to the manager Andrea Rosales only to be told the same thing. I cannot believe the lack of service we were provided considering we had a six year old waiting in the car for that long. I will never go to this location again and am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
Id give this place 0 stars if possible, made a online appointment and yet still told my wait would be a hour. Whats the point of making and booking an online appointment time if you still have to wait. Front desk and staff are terrible. Do yourself a favor and seek medical treatment anywhere but here.
FANTASTIC experience here. Everyone was professional and friendly. They clearly have a well-designed system in place, and they do everything they can to accommodate the massive flood of patients.I arrived for covid testing two hours before they opened, and Im glad I did. They are experiencing a shortage of test kits, as is everywhere else, and Im pretty sure the number they could test in a day was exceeded before the doors even opened. Several of the earlier arrivals had lawn chairs and thermoses.Once the doors opened, so to speak, those of us in line were checked in with a pre-screening questionnaire. Then we were directed to wait in our cars, fill out the registration form (make sure you have a drivers license, insurance card, and phone capable of taking clear pictures), and wait for them to call us.The phone call directed each patient to drive to a specific bay beside the building. Each person was tested, and after about a 20-minute wait, a doctor brought out the results. This place deserves all the five-star reviews: They were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly caring of all the patients. To all who work here: Thank you for your service.
I went here to get a COVID-19 rapid test. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. The office staff was extremely helpful, kind, patient and friendly (not something that I feel like I experience at most medical clinics). The nurse that helped me (Lysette) was so kind, friendly and professional. I hope their office recognizes the amazing care providers they have working for them.
I registered 3 minor children under my name & number. There was no way to individually confirm their arrival via the text messaging. This caused a bit of confusion & lengthened our wait time. They also lost one of our appointments & I had to re-register. Once we were all in, the staff was friendly and efficient. We got in and out quickly.
Terrible experience!!!!! I followed all pre appointment recommendations to include online registration with my ID and insurance info. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and checked in like a was advised. 15minutes after my schedule appointment time I still wasn’t called into the office. I then called the office where I was notified that my appointment was rescheduled without my acknowledgment. I then still had to wait another 20 minutes after then second time slot they gave me. A simple 15 minute appointment turned into a 2 hour ordeal.
Had a decent experience at the facility, we had to wait for half n hour even after taking the appointment and had to leave because of the office work after 20 mins. We came back after 2 hours and then again we had to wait for an hour for our testing. Nonetheless, the RT PCR covid test was good and quick, we had our results in 15 minutes, doctor provided us all the information and documents that we needed for our travel to India.
Was given an appointment time and was instead seen about one hour and twenty minutes later. I was not given any phone call to say why my appointment times were delayed. I called multiple times while waiting and my call was answered but immediately put back on hold to avoid speaking to me. I had to check in using a text message and website before and had to fill out the same information and send copies of my license again for the second time. There system made me repeat that process over and over. Why should I register again when I already gave you the same personal information and scans of my license information on my first visit, less than a month ago. Horrible customer service and they avoided speaking to patients as long as they could. I only received service when I called and spoke to someone with anger and frustration. No common courtesy to let people with appointments know why they are waiting or an estimated time when they should expect to be seen.
Front desk people we Not friendly at all. Waited 30 minutes in waiting room and another 30 in patient room. There weren’t a lot of patients checked in.The tech/nurse in the patient room asked why we came to Urgent Care and not to our dr. Really? If I could I would’ve gone in to see my Doctor first. You think anyone wants to pay more money to be at an urgent care if they could’ve gone to their doctor. Not going here again! First and last time!
The urgent care place near my house had a 2 hour wait!! It was after work, and I was sick and exhausted. I decided to drive the extra 10 minutes to Physicians Urgent Care after signing up on line for an appointment. I arrived over 20 minutes early for my appointment but was helped right away. Everyone was nice and professional and I was treated promptly. I was even able to fill my prescriptions right there so I didnt have to go wait in a pharmacy for an hour before going home. Great experience and great place! Highly recommended!
I called in the morning to make an appointment for my dad because that’s how I’ve previously made an appointment for myself. Got the text messages, filled out the application. And checked in when we got here 15 minutes prior to his appointment at 3. Waited for an hour before I called for an update on how much longer we’d have to wait and they said they couldn’t find him and said that they don’t take appointments through the phone but I’ve done it before with no problem. Then tried to say it was my fault for maybe scheduling him at the wrong one or not doing it correctly through their website. But I got a text message for confirmation with the address. When I showed them the phone w the confirmation text they didn’t even know what excuse to give anymore, they asked who I scheduled it with and I said it was a guy and they said a guy doesn’t work there and just made so many excuses on why it didn’t go through but I went through the same process as last time when I came in and it was the exact same steps. We ended up waiting 4 HOURS before they got to see him. The people upfront and whoever I booked the appointment with have terrible communication skills and made us waste so much time.
I been an appointment for 2:20 pm for a covid rapid test. I called at 3:15 to follow up because no one called me to come in, the front desk lady told me only two people were ahead and my estimated time to come would be 3:35. Then I call back at 3:45 and they tell me it’s been pushed back to 4:30. Here comes 4:45 and I call again to complain again, and they tell me don’t worry your room is getting ready. It wasn’t until 5:25 that I was called back to get in. Horrific experience. Don’t come here. Go to the location in oswego and do yourself the favor.
I scheduled an appointment for COVID testing at 2:30 PM, to avoid the wait. Received their text message confirmation and waited there for 30 minutes before receiving a call from them. This woman calls me and says “you did not make an appointment for Covid testing, you made an appointment for a physicians visit” and tells me that they had someone else scheduled for 2:30. I had the text messages confirming my appointment for 2:30 but they didn’t want to see them. They then tell me that I have to wait for 3 hours. They kept ignoring my questions, and told me I’d still have to wait 3 hours despite my appointment. I never leave reviews and rarely get angry but definitely don’t come here if you’re looking to get tested timely. I’ve been tested several times and never had this issue. I’ve had family members pass due to Covid so this test is especially important. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They don’t even have the bare minimum in customer service.
I made an appointment for 3pm. Once I arrived, I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Why have appointments if the times are not honored?!! This is the second time I’ve walked out of there with no service (first time was a year before the pandemic). This was the last time I’ll ever try them. 3rd world facilities and service. If you try this winter, beware of the ice mountain and ice sheet on the sidewalk in front. I almost took a bad fall on my way out. Disgusting place
It was an ok experience. I made an appointment online. Arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment as directed. When I arrived I was told I could be waiting up to 3-4 hours. I informed the gal at the desk that I had a 1:00 scheduled appointment. She said yes she saw that but because they are also a walk in clinic, there was really no “scheduled” appointments. I was so confused as I could not understand why someone who “walked in” without an appointment would be seen prior to someone who did. It is a clinic, not an ER. The ability to “schedule” an appointment online should not be allowed on the Physician’s Immediate Care site if no one in the office abides by it. It is confusing and extremely frustrating to the consumer and poor customer service!
I didnt have an appointment yet they got me within the hour. The setup/process for Covid screening was quick and thorough, and I felt comfortable being there. Arthur the PA listened and took time to explain the best course of treatment. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
If i can give this a zero star I would. A bunch of incompetent and inefficient people. I had appointment at 8:40 am and waited till 11:12 am and still have not been seen. They told me there was three patients in front of me and it really took them more than two and half hours to test 3 people when literally all they do is take your blood pressure and make you wait for results for 15-20 mins. Their customer service is incompetent and not up to par. Their sense of time is not there. There is no urgency and should not be allowed to call themselves as an immediate care since there was no sense of urgency at all to see patients. Overall...even at a time like this worst urgent care I have ever been too.
They had traumas so they were busy but I had a 3:00 appointment for a 15 min covid test didn’t get seen until after 4:20 and no one shared my results with me until another hour later when the results show in 15 minutes. after the hour of waiting I went to go ask about my results and I could hear people in the office being rude about me asking. not a great experience.
This was my first experience with Physician Immediate Care in Aurora. I came for preemployment testing. Every person I came in contact with from the girl who screens you when you walk into the clinic to the front desk staff, the lab tech, medical assistant, nurses, and physician were All great! They were professional and friendly! Definitely a good place to go to!! Highly recommend!
I called this center for a Covid test. They were able to get my son and I scheduled the same morning. Paperwork took a lil longer than expected but everything else was good. Staff was polite, facility was clean, the doctors explained everything and we got the results quick.
I have been to this location a few times for work related blood draws and physicals. First off, do not come here if you are in a time crunch, youll wait up to 1 hour for a blood draw. If you are coming here to get a pre-employee physical, youll be here a minimum of 2.5 hours. The front desk staff are unable to tell you how long the approximate wait is. They do triage here; but surprisingly, they do not have a separate space for routine things like I mentioned above, work physicals and blood draws... everyone is triaged together.I will say, that this location is relatively clean and the staff are very friendly-- but in all honesty, if I needed immediate care services, I would go over to the Northwestern location down the street; so much quicker.
Lety was amazing, she made me feel really comfortable and safe and explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. They took really good care of me as soon as I stepped into the building and up until I left. Very nice people and will definitely be going back!
The receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful. She made sure that I was able to receive the service I needed - despite a glitch on the end of my employer. I ended up not having to waste work time because she went above and beyond to help me. Can’t express enough how much I appreciated that!
No signage to start. People were lined up all around the back of the building, just to find out that were supposed to ring around the parking lot. Communication is completely lacking. Once you physically register, you then have to return to your vehicle and register online. Youll then receive a text saying that theyll be with you shortly.....or an hour later. That call was for general health information. They informed me that Ill get another call instructing me to pull into a specific spot for the test....another hour later. Then you sit...........until a tech takes vitals and JAMS the swab up both nostrils! And you wait again. Finally, a physician comes out with results.....after 4 and 1/2 hours!!!My test was on 7-17-20. This was NOT the first day this facility had administered tests. This location needs to get their act together. Inform people that this could take hours to complete. Bring a sammich and a full tank of gas!!!
I made an appointment online for 3:30 pm. When I checked in at 3:30 they said they were running behind and that appointments dont matter. Then why have them? They had me pay before I was seen so I was kinda stuck. I had to cancel my other appointment for the day. I wasnt in a room until after 5 pm. Once I was in a room the service was ok. I was out of there before 6pm. Dont bother making an appointment because they dont honor them at all.
My experience with the nurse and doctor wasnt bad but Im giving them 3 stars because I reserved an appointment at 11:50am and they said to arrive there 15mins early so I arrived around 11:30am. I checked in with he receptionist and she told me to go back to my car and wait for them to call me. I literally waited in my car for an hour or so. I went back in there to ask how much longer and she said I was next to be seen. I wish she would of told me that it was gonna be a long wait since the beginning because I was waiting in the car thinking they had forgotten about me. Reserving an appointment doesnt mean youre gonna be seen at that certain time. Be ready to wait!
If I could have given zero starts I would have. I made an appointment for my 11 year old & arrived 20 minutes early. PIC strung us along for over 3 hours, saying they would “get her in soon” & we “were next”. Ended up going to another urgent care & never saw a PIC doctor. It’s a hot mess there.
I went in and the front desk receptionist were so sweet, nice and really made this process quick and easy. I usually get shots and it takes a while and the service can sometimes be sub par. Not here! I was seen within almost 10 mins from arriving and everything just flew by quick and painless. Even my shots didnt hurt and thats surprising because shots honestly freak me out! I recommend everyone go here and for the first time ever Im actually excited to go back just to see them again!!
Not only was my medical issue resolved with care, ease, and directions for aftercare, but the entire experience was wonderful.I spoke with Luanne (maybe Lorraine?) on the phone who was very informative and kind. Nick at the front desk was kind and helpful. Rosie the nurse was informative and helpful. Emily the x-ray tech was very upbeat and friendly. Josh came in to help assist the doctor and had no problem being pulled away from what he was doing to help. Dr Vilbar even taught him something he didnt know before in a respectful and informative way. Dr. Vilbar was patient, listened to me, and explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand. Not only was he professional and respectable, but also upbeat and funny.Everyone I encountered was not only knowledgeable but the entire experience was extremely friendly and left me feeling good. The culture that the company and management have cultivated is one I admire. On top of a medical facility already needing to be cleanly, their Covid directions were clear and appreciated.
The wait time was not long, nor the was the time I waited for the provider. The provider and assistant were very kind and unhurried. Very clean facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable too. I know thats a small detail but when youre really sick, little things like that make sitting in a waiting room a lot more tolerable.
Scheduled my son for a DOT physical.Appointment: 1130pmSeen: 3pmDuration for DOT physical: 10 minutesCost out of pocket? $125👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻My son had an appointment and was placed on a three hour wait for his DOT physical. He was then late to his job by an hour and a half! This place has major scheduling issues!Very disappointed in the logistics for theScheduling of appointments. We won’t go back.
The two people at the front desk were extremely rude, I sat in that place for 2hrs waiting to take a random drug test for my company. They put people in front of me that came afterwards. I had an 10am appointment, I wasn’t seen till 11:47am. It was a latino guy and latin lady, not sure of their names. She laughed under her mask every time some went before me as if it was funny. Basically kids running a major corporation front desk. Thanks a lot Physicians!!
I had an initial Covid-19 test at a NW Hospital parking lot and the result was negative.A week later my wife and I were tested for COVID-19 at Physicians Immediate Care 2322 US Highway 34 Oswego, IL 60543 Aurora. My wife was positive & I was negative. We quarantined my wife and then made a second appointment for my teenage daughter and I. This time I was positive and my daughter was not.My wife got a negative test 14 days after her diagnosis.I had a very easy time with Covid-19 and after a 17 day quarantine I returned to work. Each visit to was greatly professional and safe. Waiting times varied widely for each visit. The physicians were able to answer all of our questions.
The wait was about 40 minutes long to be seen. People were loud and on their cell phone in the waiting area. No staff asks the people to go outside with their calls. I didnt like the fact that I had to lay down to draw Blood. Outside of that, the nurse I worked with was nice.
A 3.5 hour experience with scheduled “rapid” COVID testing:After making an appointment and fully completing all of their electronic check-in questions, I still had to wait 2.5 hours in my car before being seen. Followed by another hour in their facility; Most of that time was spent awaiting my rapid COVID test results which I was advised would take “20 minutes”. It was a very poor experience, leaving me with two thoughts:1. Pro Tip: Consider texting their automated system “here” at your appointment time then continuing with your day until they call you & say they are ready for you.2. Big Picture: Why is accessible COVID testing still so hard to come by after 8 months?
I checked online prior to going to the facility and it stated a 15 minute wait time. After 40 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the reception and asked how much longer it would be and she stated theres 2 people ahead of you and when I stated that online it said a 15 minute wait time, she said well thats not accurate and if I didnt want to wait I could leave. She could clearly see I was extremely ill so I thought her comment to be rude. Doctor and nurses were great though.
Probably the biggest joke of a system I’ve ever experienced in health care. Went to get a rapid Covid test done with my husband. Waited for about 3 hours. I go in first and test positive with no fever no symptoms. My husband comes back he’s negative. We both sleep in the same bed and have quarantined for 2 weeks (test is required for travel.) I ask if I could retest and all I get from the lady on the intercom is “you are positive everyone’s body is different.” So I decide to go to another location (same clinic) and guess what? I test negative. They ask me have I tested before and I said “yes today.” Confused, they look at the positive results from a couple hours ago and claim I am certainly negative and that the staff must have “messed up.” SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE!
Went into the facility for the first time due to experiencing various pains. Went through the initial screening, was let into the waiting room to fill out paperwork, and while attempting to fill required paperwork I was called by a staff member stating that due to my pains, they would require to see me outside. I mentioned that I did not finish my paperwork and was told to just sign it and then go back to my vehicle. Moments later I receive a call from front desk to get me card information for payments as I signed that I wished to leave my card on file (which I did not want to since my insurance was covering...I was just told to sign it without being told its voluntary). I was then asked to proceed to park in a specific area for patients to be seen outside. A nurse came out, took vitals, and moments later it started raining, and I received a call stating that due to the rain my visit will be cancelled and to come back another day....while we are halfway through my visit already! Kind of crazy to cancel a visit for someone who needs to be seen due to severe pain.
This clinic allowed me to make a reservation @5:30pm for a physical online and when I got to the door I was turned away by staff stating they do not take physicals past 5pm. When I said I had reserved this time and filled out all forms online , the girl I spoke to just shrugged her shoulders..Instead of trying to be accommodating or understanding of my frustration. I received more empathy from my phone when I scheduled the appointment online...what a blatant disregard for people’s time. I work in healthcare as well, which makes this situation more upsetting. I expected warmth and understanding when working with someone in this field and instead felt like I was being turned away so everyone could get out of work on the minute they were suppose to. Please fix your website if this is your policy....I could have done something else with my afternoon. Then the clinic called at 5:50pm to ask where if I was close, for my appointment. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️I will never come back to this location.
Staff at the front desk dont know their own policies. I told them I have a high deductible, and am going to have to pay for the visit, but they still wanted my insurance info, and assured me it wouldnt be a problem. They told me they would send it to the insurance anyway, but that I would just get a bill in the mail. I got the bill, for way more than I was expecting. After calling their Payment services, I find out that to get the cheap $150 visit, i needed to pay at the time of the visit, which I would have willingly done, if they had given me that option.Doctor and Nursing staff were very pleasant and helpful, whole process took about an hour.
I went in to this location for an employment screening test. With an appointment minimum waiting. Ladies at front desk, greet you as coming in the door. Minimum paperwork, may be about a 15 minute wait. Called by Summer, she did my screening, vision and hearing test. Explaining everything in detail going through each procedure with me. Wonderful personality
Very happy with my Covid test experience on Sunday, 06/28/2020. I pulled up and went into the building vestibule. I was asked a few questions and then I was sent a text with a link so that I could easily photograph and upload insurance info etc. Then I received a phone call to pull around to the side of the building to a specific numbered parking spot. A medical person checked my vitals and swabbed me while i was in my car. I waited a bit and got my results right away, and then a PA came out and checked my breathing and gave me my paperwork. I was done and thankfully negative, in less than an hour. Very very very grateful, as I had been having GREAT anxiety that I had just possibly infected my elderly parents.
Do not go here during busy times if you are on a time constraint. I stopped by after work on a Tuesday at 4:30, and I waited an hour and 15 minutes before getting into the room. I left the building at 6:40. Other than the wait, the Doctor and nurse were fine. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about.
My boyfriend and I went to get Covid tests there yesterday. He misplaced his insurance card (it fell between the car seat- found it today) and they refused to see him unless he paid $270 for the test- mind you, Covid tests are free. When we asked them to call to verify his insurance, they told us that was “our responsibility” and they refused to make any calls- like any other normal doctor’s office would do.I was going to continue on with the process, but they wanted all of my medical background and history (medicines, allergies, surgeries, etc) prior to providing me with the test. I was not comfortable giving that information to a clinic that i was only visiting for a Covid test. When I refused to provide it, stating that I only wanted the Covid test, the put me in a room and told me to wait to speak to a manager. At that point, I decided to leave. We went 1/2 mile down the road and got a Covid test for free. They supposedly have “rapid tests” that give you same day results. They are literally capitalizing off of the illnesses of others during a pandemic. They also wanted a CREDIT CARD on file BEFORE they would see you. Never go here.
I made an appointment for 10:15am and did not have to wait long at all. I was concerned about my symptoms, but Lissette and Lesli Frank PA-C were so caring and patient. In regard to other reviews, waiting is a part of the pandemic occurring in our world so try some patience and understanding, healthcare is overworked right now. I would absolutely return in the future when necessary.
This rating is based on their COVID-19 test. Today I was tested because of exposure at my work. They ask the same questions about symptoms and how do you feel. Vital are checked and the the Isothermal test is performed using swabs and I thought I was getting the molecular test. The one that its send to the lab. But in 15 minutes the Dr. came back ask some questions about how I was feeling and said that I might be negative then he said by the way your results are negative. I don’t recommend nobody to waste their money on rapid test. You can’t treat your health like a fast food.
I absolutely loved my Dr. I have never felt so cared about in any other urgent care. He was amazing and really took the time and care to make sure I was okay and whatever he could do to make me feel better. I will be back for sure. He truly is fantastic and you can feel that he truly does care A LOT for his patients. Thank you!
Waited too long in car. They should have checked us in, then given us a time to return for the test. Waited over 4 hours in the parking lot. I realize they are busy, but the system is not very efficient. The one in the city gives you a time and a parking spot number.
Went to the Aurora Illinois office and was there for over four hours just to get DOT physical. I was in the waiting room for over 2 hours while the staff had plenty of time to gossip behind the front counter. During the four plus hours I was there I spent no more then ten minutes with a tech or PA. The company I work for pays for these visits but, I will pay out of my own pocket next time to avoid using this office in the future.
I went on a Saturday 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I am new to this location and had to fill out 2 papers quickly. I waited quite a while but the time went by quickly. The drug test was extremely fast and the staff was freindly. I would reccomend this location to anyone.
Staff was incredibly friendly and understanding and very gentle. I needed blood drawn and it was one of the best experiences. I have hard veins to draw blood from but the individual made me feel calm and without worry. Thank you to all the staff. Would totally go back again. Thanks!
I was having terrible pain in my left heel. I didnt have a primary doctor set up yet, but desperately needed some relief and didnt know where to go. This location was very close to my house. Im so glad they are here. The whole atmosphere is warm and cozy. The wait time at other clinics are usually over an hour. But I got in right away here. The staff was wonderful, they were very friendly and efficient. The doctor I saw was so nice I wished he was my primary doctor. I had x-rays and had the results immediately.I will definitely go back to Physicians.
The physicians are liars. I went to get Covid-19 testing done here with the promise that I would receive my results within two days due to the severity of my situation. I called today and they told me five to ten days. I have an eight month old to protect. I am a single mother who cannot afford to take off of work. I work at a restaurant and now which has to wait to whether or not to shut down for cleaning. Will not be coming back.
We had an appointment for 2:30 and werent seen until 5:30. Every time we asked how long the wait would be we were told 30 min. If they had said 3 hours the first time I would have rescheduled for another day, or gone home and come back, instead of sitting outside waiting for 3 hours. Awful experience and never again. Just tell the truth about the wait.
Very neat and clean office. Wait time is very short. The staff is very helpful and caring. I am here once a year for my physical for work. Weekends work best for me so there is never a crowd. Would recommend Physicians to everyone. Fast, friendly, courteous yet knowledgeable staff❤
Came here after being told at Northwestern that I’d have to wait 1-2 hours. The whole check in process took maybe 15 minutes at physician’s, and I was back to a room. Quick, compassionate care, and I was out within 30 minutes, and I even got my medication onsite. I would know a thing or two about urgent cares since I work in a top rated urgent care in STL. They know what they’re doing, and met my high standards.
One thing to note is that I did schedule an appointment at 11:10, I arrived early and checked in prior to that time and was not called back until 11:30. My first number would have been a 3/4 given rhat reason; however the initial tech that took my vitals was amazing and her positive attitude and genuine care blew me away. Then there was the physician that I saw, Dr Ronald Vulgar. He was absolutely wonderful. He listened to me with concern, he explained all the steps that they would take and and ensured I was taken care of. He was professional and friendly and I was extremely impressed. Lastly, I did have a chest x-ray and there was a fill in tech that was super great as well. With those 3 employees, WOW. A little work needs to be addressed with the front staff and then things would come together.
Altogether a very good experience! First Josie helped me at the front desk and she was nothing short of awesome. Then while waiting the the room Latasha took information and blood pressure. She was very nice, polite, funny, and made sure I understood everything. Finally Amanda was the Dr to see me and again was nothing short of the best. She was very nice, and really seemed concern and wanted to help. Would recommend Physicians Immediate Care to others.
THIS IS NOT A COVID TEST, IT IS A DR APPT WITH A TEST INCLUDED. They ask you to preregister and show up early, only to call you 40 min after your appointment was supposed to start and ask you questions that should have been done in the registration. Then they finally bring you back for the 30 second test, and tell you have to wait to see the provider, because even though all you scheduled was a test they force you to see a provider for an examination. Classic bait and switch.
Hannah the nurse/PCT was so wonderful! My 4 year old gets nervous about going to the Dr and Hannah made her so comfortable and happy! She was so sweet and truly changed my little ones outlook on the whole thing. She left with a smile. Brian Minardi the PA we saw was also so helpful and really kind! Highly recommend, I rarely leave reviews but they made it a very positive experience.
Recently had to go in for a few stitches after an accident at home. My neighbor referred them as his wife has been there for an emergency situation. I was greeted promptly and taken in immediately. Emily cleaned me up and Dr. Vilbar. Stitched me up. Great experience and highly recommend.
Very friendly staff, little wait time. Took my son in due to an ear infection and he was seen quickly. The nurse and doctor that attended him were really nice and patient with him. I love the late hours and that they are open on weekends. I deft recommend this clinic.
My company sent me here for a random drug test and due to covid testing, there was a line all around the building and no parking for big pickup truck, all the small cars are parked there. There were 5 parking spots save for drive up covid testing, after waiting about 25 minutes for a parking space I decided to park in one of the reserved spots, havent seen anyone park there anyways. So I go to the door right away and the lady said I had to go wait in line outside, 95 degrees with full sun shining on us all. now comes out a nurse or something saying I had to move my truck I said to her there is nowhere for me to park all the reserved truck parking is being used by cars, she said I dont care go move your truck. And then I ask her if she can ask one of the cars to move so I can park there she says no I cant. Finally my turn to go in, the lady at the entrance takes my temperature and asks me questions then says I can go in, now I am waiting once again but now indoors. I come to realize none of those covid testing people were going in the building, so why did I have to wait outside with them, makes no freaking sence. It was a frustrating 2.5 hours
I went to the Physicians Immediate Care for an employment screening test. There was minimal paperwork to fill out. I was called in to the testing area within 15 mins (and it was over the lunch break). Latasha was friendly, polite, and fast. The blood draw was the least painful Ive ever had. I was done in less than 30 mins total time. Great experience.
The staff were all courteous and professional and made the process as simple and painless as possible. They worked through the rain which was on and off all day, coming in and out and did it all with a smile. Lissette? was amazing! Can’t thank the staff enough for all they are doing.
I was so sick, had a high fever and my neck was swollen, I was treated so well here. They all genuinely seemed concerned for my illness. I was registered quickly and hardly waited to go in. I saw both Amy Parker and Dr. Russell. They both were concerned of my wellbeing. I feel better now thanks to them. Thank you. Ive never had a bad experience here.
Went in for a recertification of CDL medical card. Staff is friendly and professional. This is the only place I go for my recertification. And it is very quick. I was there less than 45 minutes total from the time I walked in the door til I was driving out of the parking lot.I would highly recommend you go here for ALL your medical needs. Thanks everybody at physicians Immediate Care Aurora for always making my visits so wonderful and uncomplicated.
I was seen in the office for a eye injury i obtain from my work place on 7/26/18..The receptionist was wonderful. She took my info and direct me immediately to the back in a room. The 2 nurse (dont remember name) was there waiting on me and took such good care of me. The Dr that seen me (Dr. Vilber) was outstanding. He explained everything to my about my injury and what to expect.. I can go on and on about my visit. I have a follow up today. Thanks to each and everyone of you at Physician Immediate Care❤
How come you make an appointment and still you have to wait a bloody hour or more for your turn.Worse place ever👎👎👎👎👎😤😤😤😤😤😤You should be ashamed.😠😠😠😠😠😠The amount of time that you make your pacient to wait is too long hopefully you reconsider how many people add into your daily schedule. And improve for the best.😒😒😒😒😒😒
Went in on NYE because I’m pregnant and my OB thought I had a bladder infection but because their office was closed, they told me to go here. I tell the doctor here how my bladder is feeling weird etc, and he says “hm, could be COVID”. How do bladder problems during pregnancy correlate with COVID when I don’t have any other symptoms?? Left with absolutely no help and a negative COVID test (of course). What a waste of my time and money.
If you are going there for a COVID-19 test, apparently they only test 25 people per day on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I got there just over 7am today and there were already 40+ people waiting in front of me, around 7:45 a nurse came out and started asking what people were there for, the kits ran out before she even got close to me. If you got there and the parking lot is already full, chances are you are not gonna get tested there that day.
The staff when i arrived were highly rude to me. They were on their phones the entire time. Even when i asked a simple question they ignored me and had an attitude. It was also a 2 hr wait just for the nurse to be rude also. It was my first time there and i was highly disappointed.
I was treated there on Thursday around noon. My doctor was Dr. Tiffany Farrell, and she was SO GREAT that I definitely wanted to tell everybody about her. She was unusually understanding and a great listener. Her knowledge about my condition was amazing, and she didn’t make me feel rushed. She printed out a lot of information for me to read about what was wrong with me. AND another thing I couldn’t believe was that she gave me some medicine right then and there to put under my tongue to dissolve and a glass of cold water and gave it time to work. I DID FEEL BETTER WHEN I LEFT!!! I think it was even better than going to the ER. Thank you Dr. Farrell

2022-02-08I messed up my ankle at work and I got there right before closing time. The doctor and all the other staff were so so helpful and attentive. They cared for all of my needs and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. I really liked the X-ray technician she was very very helpful. I definitely recommend this location if you need to go to an immediate care.

2022-01-29Great professional service. I scheduled an appointment and everything was done on time and with care and caution. The staff from intake to the physical test team were courteous and efficient.Show up 10-15 minutes early (like any interview, meeting or job) and follow directions and youll be fine.

2022-04-03Courteous, professional and kind staff from reception to Medical assistant to Physician to x ray tech. Clean facility, quick registration and insurance verification. Literally had only a 5 minute wait to be brought back to treatment room and less than 10 more minutes until Doc came in. X-ray tech came and did the X-ray 2 minutes after our Physician left the room.EXCEPTIONAL care by Dr Anthony Duran. He is very knowledgeable, listens to concerns, does a thoughtful thorough examination and knew immediately what the issue was. Thankful to have found this Immediate Care Center so close to home. Positive experience from arrival to departure.

2021-09-12Took in my 5 year old daughter today for Covid symptoms and turned out it was an ear infection. I was so scared about my daughter getting the covid test done but the friendly nurses calmed her down and made her visit a great experience. The Dr was also very kind. I wish you guys were a primary care physicians. She loved today’s visit

2022-07-08I came to this location with an appointment for an employment physical and waited in the waiting room an hour before being taken back to a room. After I was in the room, I waited over another hour before being seen. There shouldn’t be appointments if they are not followed through. There should be less appointment times if they’re not able to see them in that time frame. Staff seemed nice, but definitely not coming back after this experience.

2022-03-18My experience here was 10 out of 10! Everyone was so kind and respectful from the front staff to everyone in the back. I felt listened to and understood. They knew how nervous I was about getting an eye flush (not a fan of eye stuff), and they were so patient with me and were so supportive. Im glad I came here to get care.

2022-04-28Everyone is very professional the nurses, x-ray tech, and doctor. The doctor that I saw she was awesome. I told her the issues that I was having and she gave me a thorough examination. Prescribe me the proper meds and I was feeling better the same day. The only thing they could improve on is adding another doctor to help out with the high volume of patients. It took them an hour and a half to see me. My doctor couldn’t see me for 2 days and I was in pain already for 5 days using OTC items. This place definitely came in clutch and took my insurance Ambetter of Illinois.

2022-05-21Reserved a spot online which was smooth. Easy check-in once arrived coupled with text reminders which were helpful/useful. Good service with front desk, nurse, and PA. Only downside was it took about an hour and a half plus some change for the whole visit.

2022-04-05Site says 13 minute wait. I arrive and there is one person in the waiting room. They tell me its a 2 hour wait. I ask about the website time and they say it only counts if people are waiting in the waiting room, and all the rooms are full of people waiting for the doctor. They need to staff better if they are going to call it immediate care and stop manipulating the website waiting times so it reflects the true wait.

2022-06-06The staff were nice. I went to do a pre employment drug test and when I called they said its better to make a appointment so I did. But when I get there they tell me the wait time is over 2 hours. So what was the point of telling me to make an appointment when Ill still be considered a walk-in
