The worse walgreen I have yet to enter! If you have to pick up prescriptions from this place, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! They hardly ever have anything in stock and you spend 30mins in the drive thru just for them to tell they dont have your prescription even though on the phone the claim they do. Horrible customer service and very inexperienced technicians! I would give a 0 star if I could

Im pretty sure the only problem is the pharmacy with how long you wait and how theyre low stocked but other than that there is this Amanda girl. 1/10 Amanda girl

Store is always clean and decently stocked, friendly staff. But when the pharmacy is busy, be prepared for LONG waits. I dont know why they have a pharmacy drive through. Used it today at 3pm. Pressed the call button. Took about 30 seconds for someone to answer with Ill be right there. 10 minutes later I gave up and left.

Every time I come here the cashier people are rude. No hello when I say hi, when I say thank you they just throw the receipt at me and look away. And it’s always this way like they got attitude or something. I’ll go somewhere else for now. I don’t need negativity in a place I spend my money. It really upsets me when the coworkers act that way. Like get a new job if you hate it so much. I hope managers start watching how they treat costumers because your losing a loyal customer. I’m over it. Done. Not coming here anymore.

The male pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and rude. Im appalled he is even allowed to keep working without suspension or being written up! If you are looking for poor customer service, to obtain defamation of character, to be yelled at and degraded, then this is the pharmacy to go to. Shame on him and the employers that allow him to work at this location.

Best deals cleanest and friendliest/most helpful and fastest Walgreens I ever been in! Bathrooms were clean as well thanks yall and whoever this cashier is needs a raise.

The store staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy can be a bit more kind and helpful and the system could some updates. I get a message sometimes text sometimes e-mail telling me one or more of my prescriptions is due for a refill and I send the response to confirm to have them refilled just to get a message a couple minutes later saying its delayed by the insurance company because its not due for a refill yet. And Ive asked multiple times to stop the auto refill alerts multiple times and they keep coming

February 2021 and still Walgreens is taking over 7 days for Covid results. GO TO CVS PCR LAB TEST 1-2 DAYS MAX.Have taken 3 tests since a positive came back and received all 3 results that were NOT from Walgreens. Still waiting Walgreens. God forbid you infect thousands of people while waiting for a result with no symptoms.

The pharmacy over here is horrible. Every time I come to pick up my prescription its never ready. I give them at least 2 hours minimum to get it ready. I have three kids I went to pick up my prescription she said its not ready my doctor called it in at 130. I went at 4 to pick it up. The. They said 10.mins I came back in 10 mins and now she said come back on 20 mins. I have 3 little kids my infant is crying in the car because hes sick and needs his antibiotics and they keep telling me to come back. Im not going to be packing 3 kids under 5 in the car bc they cant get 1 antibiotic ready. This is the 2nd this happened. Never com oil ng here again switching pharmacies.
