Only pet store we go to! Very helpful employees that are knowledgeable about their products. If a product is having an issue they update it where that product goes, so you dont need to try figuring it out. If its a manufacturing issues or currently being shipped you will know. They also do donations to help out other animals in need and their in house program helps you save. I would definitely give them a try if you havent already. You wont leave without a smile! 😁 Oh, dont forget to bring in your pet so they get some fresh air! 😉

I went into this store for the first time. Unfortunately they stopped selling the nutro for cats so I needed help with another brand comparable to that. The clerk was very helpful. And she even carried the bag to the register for me and to my car. Awesome customer service!
I love that the food we buy for our dog is part of their frequent buyer rewards program! We buy two bags of frozen food for our dogs every weekend. The people are always friendly and helpful.

Having unfortunately moved away from North Aurora, Ive had to use the self service dog wash at two other PSP stores and I will now forever miss the North Aurora store. The dog wash is what brought me in regularly, and I am so grateful for this locations two separate rooms with three tubs each (REAL grooming tubs). Extremely frustrated with other locations, so wanted to give North Aurora a shout out for their dog wash area.
I have used this pet supplies plus exclusively for the last 2 years for my pet food. Typically I have a good experience. Yesterday however my husband went to get dog food after dropping me off at work and instead of politely explaining that they were only open to seniors at the moment, my husband was abruptly and rudely asked if he was 65 or over and then told he couldn’t be in the store for another 15 mins. We take the virus issue very seriously and would have respected the time for elderly had we known it was reserved for them. I’m very upset however that my husband was not respected in the process. Please re-teach your management how to not make their customers feel spoken down to, it’s not good customer service.
Was hoping for smaller bags of the type of food that I feed my dog (they do carry the brand) but I dont need a 40 lb bag for a Boston Terrier. Nice people working in the store.

Do not buy loose/ unwrapped Pig ears. Bought one for my dog, within an hour, she was in E.R. Pig ear was toxic, my pug was foaming at the mouth and unable to walk due to the high levels of poison. Had I just gave her the treatand left, she would not be here..To the response (below)from Pet supplies, this took place over 4yrs ago, paid cash. In addition I called and notified the store manager at the time, do you need me to upload the proof of her medical record stating the events? Secondly, why would you have a record of cash paying customers? The response from you is not only disregarding also insinuating that Im confused/dishonest? Google maps asked for a review of your business, and that was the experience. I highly doubt that you where employed at the time of the event. That was my experience! I
Did a self service dog wash at this location for the first time. Greeted at the door. Area wasnt as cleaned up as I would like. Water temperature seemed kind of hot at times. Drain was clogged with previous dog hair during the middle of the wash. I unclogged it myself but there was still a problem. I flagged someone down and he resolved the issue. The time alloted seemed kind of rushed for my big hairy golden retiever. Might try one of the other locations next time. Not terrible experience but could have been better, particularly with the water temperature. Please verify next time.
Pretty large selection of dog food here. Had a hard time finding a good product for my pups sensitive tummy... but found the perfect one for him here, and they keep it in stock for me! My pup is so much healthier now, thank you to their recommendations! Great deals. Knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Not a lot of pets, but a perfect place to get SUPPLIES for them. Remember your $5 coupon from your Woodmans receipt!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a smaller store, so dont expect to find everything, but it has the basics that you might need.The self dog wash is an amazing deal. 5 washes for 25 dollars. They supply all the necessities and clean up. So easy!Pet friendly of course. I bring my pup in everytime.
We went in today to buy a fish after selecting everything with the help of Grant a great associate and getting ready to check out the manager Rebecca came over to tell us since we did not have the tank up with water for 24hrs we were not able to purchase the fish and after I said ok she made a remark of “is this too much for you”. Not sure what she meant by it but left really upset and to know she was a manager and had no kind of customer service toward a buying customer is really upsetting! Her tone and demeanor really needs some better direction.
Limited fish livestock and saw some dirty tanks and dead fish. Felt sorry for alot of their Bettas. Otherwise the store seemed well stocked with supplies.
Great variety for all your pets needs! Great deals and coupons. Love bringing my dog and letting her sniff out all the treats. She loves walking around the store and getting attention from the store staff. They are always willing to help, answer questions and give a belly rub!

Very friendly hand helpful staff. I always enjoy bringing my dog here. They just recently updated the dog wash which used to be only three stations to now at least six. They have nice hoses that inject the soap right into them to speed up the whole process. Lots of towels and a dryer that isnt too loud so it wont scare the dogs.I often find coupons for the store and I believe that you are required to have a rewards card to get some sale prices. It is free but some may not want another card to carry around.
This is the best place to give tour dogs a bath ... I wish my dog would agree with me ... young people working there, with sufficient knowledge, very helpful and polite.But people, let be real ... when you use a washer ... clean after your dog!!! Just because you dont wash your dog at home, that does not make this people who work there responsible for cleaning after your dog either. Is a cheap service, very affordable, with soap and towels. Have the courtesy and clean your mess up!... I know allot of people can... why cant all do the same?
Thank my lucky stars i didn’t need a membership or pay ten dollars for my son to use the bathroom. I cannot begin to tell you this story of awkwardness.Must have been a really long day for these employees, but it still doesn’t justify the BS attitudes.

We went here to see prices of wet cat food and ended up getting the food because the prices were the same as everyone else We ended up getting these cool cat bowls that we saw on the website a couple of nights ago and some cat toys. I am sure we will be going back for more food and toys.
Everyone is always so friendly and out going! They are always looking to help you. They are very knowledgeable as well. I really enjoy this location. The sales are good too! I love how there is an pet shelter next door and that you can donate to them directly from the store! ❤
This place is great and has competitive prices. We use the dog was all the time. They have a punch card for the dog was which is very convenient because our black labs love playing in mud.
I love this place and its affiliation with Anderson Animal Shelter. But unfortunately on several occasions I have witnessed the woman who is seemingly the manager treat the staff poorly and speak to them in such a condescending and demeaning manner. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, everyone has a bad day(s), but i have seen this inexcusable behavior far too often. The staff deserves better because they are truly great.

I went for the first time to get some puppy food. Nancy helped me out. She was very polite, informative and most importantly patient with me. I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back for all my dog needs here. A wonderful experience.
The troubles I have had lately are the last 5+ visits your store brand cat litter being nearly out of stock, only 1-3 boxes left. I typically purchase the unscented, but lately to get any I have had to purchase the scented varieties. I used to purchase 6-8 boxes at a time. The other issue being the brands of cat food I alternate between also either being out of stock, or extremely low stock. We purchase the higher quality, natural foods, usually 2-6 of the largest size bags at a time. You also discontinued carrying a few brands we liked. Overall beyond this, we love your store
I love Pet Supplies Plus for their wide selection of items for my pets needs and having the best prices along with coupons I can actually use! As an advocate for animal welfare, I enjoy shopping at a place that partners with a local animal shelter to sponsor events to help pets in need. They also offer vet clinics just about every weekend for families to come in with their pet(s) to get a list of preventive care done by an actual Veterinarian!!The staff is knowledgeable on pet care and the store is always clean and very well stocked!
Bathing area is fantastic!! 5 starsHaving to sign twice for a check... 0 starsThey cant even tell you why or where your second signature is being used. When they tell you that all places do this, they are really lying now. If you sign twice for a check at other stores, at least you know where it is being used, once on the check itself and secondly at the end of an explanation from the bank for the automatic withdrawal. Pet Supplies Plus employees have told me that its being saved in the office. I only go there for the wash area, only.

I typically order dog food from Amazon but, long story, needed to refill sooner, so I went in to the store. Located the brand and there were only 5lb and 30lb bags so I bought the bigger one for my 120 dog. It was on the bottom shelf. Under the bag was a sticker with the price, $49.99 andastuck right on the edge of the price sticker was a bigger one in red that showed the same price and then saying save $2” and $47.99. When I checked out the food rang up at full price. When I questioned it, a young man was sent back to check the price and returned saying the price was $49.99. I then went back with him to show him the price I saw.He literally had to get down on the floor to look at the tiny print under the numbers. Then he explained that they stack 2 different foods together, so the type I wanted was on top of a similar bag but for senior dogs .The senior food was on sale, not the one I wanted.Very deceptive! The stickers are together looking like the sale price stickers is associated with the one it is literally touching and directly under the bag of food.Back to Amazon for me!
As always this store is great. Helpful staff and I always find what I need. If they dont have it, they will order it. Plus I love the fact they work on getting donations for Anderson animal shelter next door. Everytime I go there I donate food, toys, ECT.
I was giving my dog Kibbles & Bits, and I went in and talked to Bill who is a great person. He told me about Native, which by the way is very good food. My dogs are doing great. I love coming to this store because the people here are so helpful. I live in Montgomery and I still come here because no where else do you ever get treated this good.
I went here to buy some gold fishes for my fish tank. Staff here are very friendly and they care about your pets. They suggest you what to do or what not do and how to protect your pets. Prices are cheap when compared to the Petco. They also have customer cards for discount offers. Over all, Good :)

Self grooming service is fantastic. They provide the towels, soap, conditioner, and wash station for my dog. All I need to do is arrive with my dirty pet, wash him, and leave. Friendly staff.
PSP has become my go-to pet supply store. They carry the high quality food my dogs eat, and with my dogs food being so expensive, the PSP coupons really help. Everyone but one person who works here is super friendly.

I cant say enough kind words about Pet Supplies us. I always get a Hi when I come in the door, everyone is always willing to help.
They have been a tremendous help with my aging dog. She went through a period of where eating became difficult for her and everytime she rejected canned food they would gladly exchange for another. We finally tried a dry food for her to eat and when we had difficulty getting the larger bag to save $, they substituted smaller bags for the same price. I always stop here for the friendly help, advice and customer service!

Great workers and a nice new dog wash However, we have just learned that our favorite cashier Samantha has left. She was such an asset to this establishment and will be missed deeply! I am so disappointed that this company didnt give her the promotion I think she deserved. Samantha was an employee who who rememberbppl by names along with there animal name. I will be considering driving to Montgomery Pet supplies to do my business! This is way out of my way as I live 5 minutes away!Very sad to see her leave! Poo poo management!

2022-01-27I love shopping at this location. Everyone is nice and helpful and I appreciate when they offer to help you take stuff to your car! I always find great deals on cat toys and supplies for my kittens. This has become my GO-TO store for all my cats needs! ALSO I love that they finally started a rewards program! Still dont know how the program works, but I hope to earn a reward soon.

2021-09-12The self service dog wash is clean and convenient! They have a 5 washes for $25 sale which is great, Petco is $12 per visit to the self service dog wash and that doesnt include conditioner. Ill definitely be taking my pups here from now on for self service!

2021-11-04Great and friendly service. Love love love the selection on dog food, treats and more! I never seen raw bones and would suggest if we had more selection of raw protein for our animals please! Samples given at checkout. The boxes are adorable and I always seem to get some good things in there for the pup.The dog wash is a must for the husky I own and I really wished you guys had better towels or larger ones for larger breeds.

2022-02-22Found a collar that I needed for my dog, and was able to easily use a good coupon Id gotten.Ive been trying to find this kind of collar for some time now, and that coupon made them competitive with online stores.PSP seems to fit so much into their stores despite their smaller footprint. I dont even think I want to bother with Petco/PetSmart anymore.

2021-12-09Theres been a lot of change over in the store and it seems like they have gotten rid of some of the products I used to always buy there. So for me Im now going to Petco or online. I would prefer to buy here but they dont carry my dog food anymore.

Maybe working in the industry is just rewarding.PetSuppliesPlus is no exception.Greeted when I come in.Healthy supply of food, toys, and pet gear.Why I come, is for the awesome self service dog wash area. Having a punch card is also great. From my most recent visit, Ill say the only drawbaxk is that the service dog wash punch boards are almost double in price now. Kudos for the staff sharing this info.Ill still be back, but Ill be less happy that it costs more to wash my dogs there.Still good customer service is to be commended.
