I wish I could give Persin and Robbin Jewelers 10 stars as they are knowledgeable, kind, humble, consistent and most importantly customer focused. I purchased a Rolex from them about 3 years and brought the watch in for service under Rolexs warranty and Heather took care of the watch from receipt, to sending it to Rolex, giving me updates through the weeks of Rolex servicing the watch, and delivering the watch back to me today (4.14.2022). I have a few luxury watches and I will never buy a Rolex from anyone else but Persin and Robin because Heather and Brad are absolutely the best and they sell to the right customers who are loyal to the Rolex brand and true collectors. Keep in mind I live in the City and I drive all the way to Arlington Heights because I only trust them. Thank you Brad and Heather!
Persin and Robbin is a beautiful store with a welcoming staff. I recently had the pleasure of working with Heather, who helped me acquire my first Rolex. It was a long wait (the market is what it is), but she never forgot about me or the watch I wanted. Great experience, great customer service. I will definitely be back!
This is a great jeweler that is interested in establishing relationships with the local community. I’ve gone to P&R for a couple years now, buying necklaces and a watch (so far), and have found the whole staff to be friendly, transparent and honest. They’ll continue to get my business going forward and I highly recommend you give them a shot to become your go-to jeweler as well!
I had my engagement/wedding rings rhodium-plated here and they look amazing! The customer service was exceptional, specifically Marla and Kris, who helped me at drop-off and pick-up. There are many great jewelry stores throughout Chicagoland but this one is top of the heap. Incredibly helpful customer service, excellent options and no pushy sales mentality. Highly recommend to anyone looking to be treated like a customer rather than a transaction. In particular ask for Heather… she does an outstanding job.
I brought a gold signet ring, which featured a hand engraved family clan crest into Persin & Robbins at the suggestion of a friend. It needed to be resized slightly as I had worn it daily for 25 years. They did a remarkable job. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations and I hope to do more business with them moving forward!
Came in and met with Heather 4/20/22 to discuss my first Rolex purchase. She was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We discussed all options and zoned in on a few that really stood out to me. She even sent me home with a great Rolex book Ive been reading. Although I didnt buy anything that day the customer service I received was top notch and is what will make me keep coming back. Fingers crossed I can do business with them in the near future!

So I went in to have my wedding ring (shackle) resized. In this case they were decreasing the band. So that you can picture it my band is an Irish love knot. The task was not easy. However they did an exceptional job. Im truly grateful.Thank you

High quality jewelery and repairs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They have repaired watches, resized rings and replaced the diamond mount on my engagement ring. Drive 25 minutes to get to them because I trust them.
I came here to get a Rolex serviced and Heather was incredibly helpful and communicative the entire way! My experience with Heather was easy, fun and professional. I called some local dealers to find a hard to find Tudor BB58 with no success. Then I called Persin and Robbin; Heather had the watch in hand and offered to put it aside for my viewing. This being my first time visiting Persin, not having a previous relationship, Heather treated me like a long-time customer. She was Genuine, no pressure, focused on what mattered to me, overall an outstanding experience. Of course I bought the watch, love it. Now Heather, please find me that black blue GMT Master II:)
Updated 6/2022:I was on a waitlist for a specific Rolex model. After 6 mos., I received a call from Heather that it arrived. I told her that I would visit on Saturday afternoon. Upon my visit, I tried it on and proceeded to get my Mastercard for payment. Heather told me that she could not sell the watch to me this same day as the owner changed his policy and would only accept bank wire or cashiers check for Rolex purchases; even cash payments are refused. Being unprepared for this odd policy, and not being forewarned, I left and called the owner (Brad) on Tuesday. I explained what happed and asked if he could make an exception to his policy especially since I was an existing client that purchased a Rolex from him before using the same card. He absolutely refused not giving a plausible explanation to this absurd sore policy. I think the owner (Brad) should understand why a client may want to use a credit card for this type of high dollar purchase (i.e. airline miles, cash back, low interest, buyer protection, etc.) as well as the value of prior established client relationship. I would expect this type of treatment from an unauthorized Rolex dealer, but certainly not from an authorized one. I have contacted several other authorized Rolex Jewelers in the area and they all accept cards for payment, so I will wait for it again to arrive and take my business elsewhere. Perhaps Rolex should consider their relationship with this jeweler; as my experience certainly does not reflect Rolexs unwavering philosophy: customer satisfaction. At Rolex, the customers are at the heart of all considerations and every process. It is a shame and unfortunate these values are not shared by Persin and Robbin Jewelers. They certainly do not understand what it means to be an Authorized Rolex Jeweler.

The communication is fantastic, to begin with. I was told Cathy could help me, and that she did! For a fair price, my handmade gold earring were adjusted by the jeweler. They go above and beyond with a pleasant experience and answering all your questions. Twice over they adjusted my earrings and we got it right. Its difficult to put into words my experience with Persin & Robbin. As soon as I entered their beautiful Arlington Heights store I was greeted kindly and warmly by the staff. I spoke with Heather about my intentions on purchasing a wedding band for my future wife, and a Rolex watch for myself to signify the event. Heather went above and beyond in accommodating myself and my fiance. Cathy, assisted us in creating a beautiful custom wedding band that my future wife will cherish forever; while Heather was able to miraculously find me the Rolex I had wanted, even when the other Rolex ADs in the Chicagoland area either laughed at me or failed to even acknowledge me. On top of that, the owner, Brad, also took time out of his day to speak with me and ensure that his staff was taking care of me; which you rarely get in other stores. They have helped me in making my wedding day an event to remember and for that I am eternally grateful.

Our experience w/Persin Robbins Jewelers continues to be outstanding. We are returning customers, and this time involved resetting a 3 stone necklace and redesigning my wedding ring. Our designer was Kathy Luhrsen, and she was fabulous w/her suggestions and design ideas and patient w/our questions. It was an added bonus that we happened to have similar taste in jewelry, so we were both on the same page from the 1st moments. The neckace came out delicate and beautiful, perfect for everyday wear. The final result of the wedding ring redesign was 2 rings, a beautiful rose & white gold, very organic looking main ring that is an interpretation of the past-present-future style, and a stand alone white gold eternity band. We are very happy w/the end products and the process, in fact we gave Persin Robbins another ring that has some damage, which they are also going to redesign and reset for us. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler, no question. Our very positive experience was with Kathy, she is a highly experienced designer, which is what we needed as our job was very specific, but depending on your needs, there is no doubt a consultant there that would be able to help you. I have bought my wife the most beautiful earrings from Persin and Robbin this Christmas and last. Also had three of her Michele watches repaired there - she is very hard on watches and they repaired very reasonable priced and cleaned them that watches looked new . We have made this jewelry store our home after Suzy sold me a rare Rolex watch for my husband. All other Rolex dealers would not sell me the Daytona watch, but Persin & Robbins had it in stock and sold me the watch with being a first time customer. This jewelry store gives you a fair price and treats you like family. Upon subsequent visits, we worked with the owner, Brad. He was so helpful and patient. We travel 45 mins from our home for all of our jewelry purchases now and it is well worth the distance. I highly recommend this jewelry store; they will not disappoint.
I’m sure this is a good business but I’d be doing a disservice to the ownership/management group if I don’t share my experience. 2 years ago I was looking for a Rolex(DJ31 diamond dial) for my girlfriends birthday and since my business is in Palatine, I came here first but the saleswoman didn’t take me seriously so I ended up buying it at CD Peacock. Giving the local dealer the benefit of the doubt, last month I came in again looking for DJ41 for my fathers 60th birthday, but I was dealing with a salesman this time. Unfortunately the experience was no different than the first time. The salesman acted as if he’s doing me a favor and was very standoffish. Therefore I ended up buying elsewhere, AGAIN!! With my 35th bday coming up in February, I can tell you where I am NOT going to shop. Ownership should know that Persin&Robbin had a chance at a lifelong loyal customer but they dropped the ball(TWICE). The only business they’ll MAYBE get from me and only because they are nearby is when and if I need someone to polish/service my watches.

Offered coffee with Belgian chokolates (it was done so natural in welcoming manner)! Feels right at home! Class all the way.But thats only part of my excitement about this store. Everyone working there is friendly and very nice. I had to bring my gold cross in their to get repaired. I just went to pick it up after just a few days, they even called me to tell me it was ready before I went a day early! I was so excited. My cross is perfect. They also cleaned it beautifully. I havent had my wedding band checked by a jeweler in 14+ years and I knew it needed repairs. I received a recommendation for Persin and Robbin Jewelers and thought I would give them a try. They made the repairs, adjusted the size and cleaned it for me. The ring looks like new and I couldnt be happier. Another item they repaired at the same time was a set of earrings I inherited from my grandmother, which had a broken post. A local jeweler once actually looked down his nose at me and said, We dont work on costume jewelry, -- but not Persin and Robbin. My sales person said they would send them out to see if their repair person could fix the broken ear piece and would let me know if they could repair them. Ultimately the posts on both earrings were replaced and I have had the pleasure of wearing them again. Thank you so much for the fine service.
My husband purchased my engagement ring 20 years ago from Persin and Robbins which I absolutely love. The entire head needed to be replaced and when I picked it up, I feel in love with the ring all over again. Quality work and it was even ready ahead of schedule.
Ginger is the best! We brought my moms 63 year old engagement ring and wedding band in to have it “cleaned up.” Ginger is extremely knowledgeable and made some great suggestions on what to do to make it look brand new. She really took time to explain everything that was going to be done and put my mother at ease. The ring is gorgeous! Really looks brand new and my mother could not be happier. Exceptional work and an exceptional staff, highly recommend.
Went into the store looking for a new diamond wedding ring & band for our upcoming 35th anniversary. A surprise for my wife. Intended to shop other local jewelers but after my first visit and follow up communications I didnt bothe looking at other places - I was that impressed and comfortable with everyone. I have been a customer here for over 25 years, and they are the most honest reputable jeweler around. Even moving farther away, I still come back and bring any repairs to their store. They have fixed my diamond ring, watches and other valuable pieces of jewelry and never an issue. I also will use them for replacements and special pieces if needed.
Had a stone reset from a ring into a necklace. The work was impeccable and finished in a timely manner. The person that took care of me was so helpful, kind, and always smiling. Great experience purchasing a new watch (Rolex). Both Brian and Brad are extremely knowledgable and exemplify what horology professionals should be.If you dont understand the watch industry, your experience may be different - dont expect what you would expect at a mall chain store - these guys are few notches above that. And if you think $1000 to service a watch is too much, this is probably not your kind of a place.Again, one of the best experiences I have had around the globe with a watch boutique.

I was remiss in not asking for the name of the person that helped me but I brought some items to be brought in for insurance appraisal and she was very honest in telling me that several items would not be worth the cost of an appraisal or even worth insuring as their value was a few hundred dollars at the most. I felt that was a very professional and ethical way to manage a business rather than just take my money for a needless appraisal.When I am ready to purchase any jewelry will certainly look here 1st.Very pleased with the appraisal.

Amazing service from this local jewelery store and from itss manager Suzy. She was Super accommodating throughout the whole process to what I was looking for in an engagement ring. In terms of the look of the ring and the price she knocked it out of the park. I was picking out my ring for my girlfriend of 4 years, decided to do this short notice and in four days they had the diamond ring turned around and set for me. It looked amazing and now fiancé completely freaked out. Lol. I will definetly come back for any other purchases or repairs in the future to Persin and Robbin.
Had a jewelry appraisal done here. Time and cost were reasonable and everyone I spoke to in person or on the phone was pleasant and professional. I was kept informed and notified promptly when my appraisal was ready. Convenient location and easy to park.
I took a necklace I had bought elsewhere to have remounted. Suzie took the time to make sure that she could do what I wanted. Heres the thing that sets them apart from others! She rushed the delivery and the jeweler mounted it in less than a week so my fiancé could wear it that Saturday. Because of the total experience, they are now my go to jewelry store! I called regarding repairs on my 5 year old Rolex that would stop running, I asked for a ballpark figure for repair. I was told they needed to take it apart 1st (understandable) so I brought the watch in. After visually looking at it I was told its probably the main spring and I left it for an estimate. I received a call from the watch tech explaining that they were going to replace the crystal, crown, seals, polish it, etc. and it would cost $950. When I asked why it wasnt running right, I dont think he even knew. He was just focused on selling me a complete overhaul. Mind you this is a watch that has hardly been worn and neither my wife or I can see any issues with the crystal. After further discussion with the Tech I found out that any Rolex that you bring in for service is going to cost a minimum of $900 and take 2-3 weeks, and they are going to replace parts whether I want them to or not. I went elsewhere.
The manager “Suzy” refused to run my husband’s credit report for a purchase, because he is a CDL license holder. She stated that this is the store policy, not the bank’s. How prejudice towards young people with CDL? She even asked him if he had another license. Well, if you don’t know it is illegal to hold 2 licenses, do your research and don’t ask customers lame questions like this. I’ve made numerous purchases at similar stores and was never judged for my age, accent and ID/ license type. CD Peacock, Razny and Tiffany’s provide a 5 star experience to all customers, unlike Persin. We can definitely spend our money elsewhere, she can keep her merchandise for clients, who she wants to impress and approve their age and origin. Sadly very unhappy, discriminative people hold positions like hers.

I bought my first Tudor watch here and she could not have been more patient, friendly and the products are high quality! Best customer service- clearly care about their customers, their experiences and help get the right products for their customers! I bought an extra watch band and put it on for me showed me how to size it and willing to swap out anytime! ! I never felt rushed and felt I was like the focus- even on her lunch hour!!! 2022-04-23I have been working with Persin and Robbins with many different people since 2014. They have ALWAYS been professional, courteous, honest and diligent. I had bought everything from used Rolexes to having work done to buying Rolex links for multiple watches. Dealing with them is always a pleasure. They are my go to Rolex dealer in Chicagoland. Pictures below are the XL links they ordered for me for my hidden clasp jubilee bracelet (a hidden secret that these are even offered for the perfect fit). They sell Tudor too which is a great bonus!The whole staff is a pleasure to work with. Other reviewers are saying the same for a reason.

Ask for Heather if you interested in Tudor or Rolex. She is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The Owner(Brad) is very nice and humble both were listening to my need and helped me to buy my 3rd watch from them. 2022-04-11Purchased a new Rolex to add to my collection. Heather was very knowledgeable as others have stated. However this Rolex A/D has some strange policies. They wouldn’t give me the cardboard outer box shipping sleeve and they refused to include an extra band link so I could actually wear my $14000 dollar time piece. They wouldn’t take my credit card or Debit card even though they do honor Visa in store for purchases. They demanded a bank check from me. Because of Covid I had to make an appointment at my bank and run around town to find a branch with an open appointment to get the check cut. The owner has since apologized for the missteps and has agreed to pay for the one link that I needed to be able to wear the watch. I’m not used to having to jump through hoops when purchasing high dollar luxury jewelry such as this. This store came to me well recommended but sadly their business practices left me sour.

Though I had not visited the store before, Heather, recognized me from our brief phone conversation and invited me to take a seat as she displayed on the counter the time pieces we discussed. Heather, who manages the Rolexes, was very friendly and has extensive knowledge of the watches. She gave us her thoughtful and honest opinion on the first watch she brought out which was too big and didnt fit my taste. The second watch she showed fit perfectly and was stunning. We ultimately decided to purchase the piece and had a seamless transaction. This place is highly recommended, and we will be back again for my dads next watch.

2022-03-14Next week is my sisters birthday. Since she liked my necklace I decided to come to this store to look for some necklace. I only know this store because some of my friends recommended this place to me. When its my first time here Im amazed at this place. Its spacious and easy to look for some jewelry. Some staff will assist you and help you. They will tell you what kind of jewelry it is and what the price is. Since Im familiar with their place I went straight to the necklace area. Its too hard to choose what kind of pendant because all of it was beautiful. The necklace was worth the price. At the end I chose a simple necklace where it is perfect for any kind of outfit. Im sure my sister would be so happy if I gave it to her. She will definitely love it!

This was my first visit at this jewelry store and I was worried that I would be pressured into buying something right away but Heather’s approach was super friendly.
