My family and I went into Oswald’s Pharmacy to get a bandaid, but we ended up leaving there with a lot more. Oswald’s Pharmacy has literally everything you could ever want, and it also helps how everyone who works there is very nice! My Family doesn’t live in Naperville, but if we ever come back we’re definitely visiting again!
Rented and then bought a power chair from the Oswald Medical in Naperville. The staff from beginning to delivery made the whole experience very easy and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful people and all around amazing service. We were in a dire situation for our PCR testing before our trip - I will spare you the other places terrible handling of our appointment- and the nice people handling the testing at Oswalds were able to put us on a waiting list the same day. They called us at home once there was a spot available. Im so grateful for their help. The test wasnt cheap but it was worth it for all the stress it spared us.
I recently switched over to Oswalds Pharmacy for the USPS service they offer. I was treated with the highest quality of customer service and the staff was very friendly! Katie helped me ship out my 30+ packages quickly, and it was the most friendly service I have received ever with any USPS service desk or store! Highly Recommend! 10/10!

We (an American and European) needed a document declaring we were COVID negative (with an antigen test) to travel back home in Europe after spending the holidays with my family.Alex and the colleagues at Oswalds were communicative and helped us organize such documents with all of the necessary information very quickly. They made traveling for the holidays much less stressful.The testing protocol was very clear and quickly performed. Thanks to all who were involved.

I am absolutely blown away by small acts of kindness, but what Alex did for my husband and I last week simply is not small act - it saved our butts. This pharmacy is attached the post office, and there was an issue with our mail. Instead of letting it slide, Alex went above and beyond to make sure our invites were not processed and then sent back. I cannot recommend Alex and this pharmacy enough - you now have two LOYAL customers!
I went to Oswalds to obtain a blood test, they have a wonderful nurse named Haley. She was professional, kind and was so good I didn’t realize she had drawn the blood and it was over! She is a wonderful asset to be sure. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the post office within Oswalds Pharmacy today. I was helped by Katie and Willard. They were both extremely efficient, patient, able to answer all of my questions, and so friendly! Definitely will be coming here more often to use their USPS services. I highly recommend. We came in a few days ago looking for a wheelchair for my father-in-law. Kane helped us find what we needed and was very helpful. So far its working out great! Everything was made quick and easy.
Oswalds is a Naperville treasure. We are lucky to have them. I cant say enough about Katie and Becky at the Postal Counter! Always friendly, efficient and super helpful. Way better than any USPS counter Ive ever been to. Is there a way to give six stars?
I was pleasantly surprised to find everything well organized and prepared- getting both COVID 19 vaccine doses at Oswald’s. I had heard horror stories of trying to get VAX elsewhere. I made the hour plus drive from Chicago and found it well worth it. Staff was polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. Also, it so happened that they were giving the vaccine in the medical equipment department, which is where they display all of their La-Z-Boy style recliners. I had a very comfortable, socially-distanced wait before and after- in one of those...
Do NOT come here for the booster or vaccine. Go literally anywhere else. They almost just gave me the moderna booster when its not authorized for my age. The pharmacist was reaching into the box to get the shot out and goes “ohhh you can’t get this”. 2 seconds away from being injected with a vaccine that is not authorized for me to get. Absolutely dangerous and ridiculously incompetent employees. All the other services are great but the pharmacy is the absolute worst place to go. Horrendous.
I worked with Kane in Medical Assistant devices. He came to my car with a wheel chair to bring me in so I didnt have to use my crutches. He explained everything easily and met my budget. I was depressed coming in and he lifted my spirits!!! Best customer service ever. Thank you Kane!!!

I recently had surgery which can be an intimidating thing especially when you dont know what the recovery will be like and what you will need while recovering. The store itself has a wide variety of medical supplies for all of your medical needs. From the moment you walk into Oswalds you feel welcomed and that the staff there truly wants to help you! And they do! Samantha took a lot of time to make sure I selected the correct ramps and supplies I would need while I recovered. Matias was very helpful in selecting a wheel chair and making sure it was reserved for when I would need it. The manager Alex is also very helpful, I had brought the chair in when it was having a problem and he took care of it right away. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful!!! I would highly recommend Oswalds!!!
So glad we found this place. My 90 year mother needed a walker and Oswald’s large selection of quality products made it possible for her to tryout several models. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as we needed. She can now race down the aisles again and rest when needed. Highly recommend Oswald’s

I have nothing but positives. Pleasant place, friendly workers and a very interesting place. I felt like I entered another world, every aisle and corner was a new surprise. They had a usps post office, aisles of scented products and unique family games. Another section of the store was dedicated for medical items and equipment (from socks to hospital beds).In the beginning the massive variety of the store was overwhelming, but it gradually became unique and pretty cool, the longer I stayed.
We went to Oswalds for a lift chair for my mother. They were patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions (we had called several times with questions prior to our visit also). Delivery was as promised. The chair itself is of excellent construction and shes very satisfied so far.
There are so many amazing finds here. The post office is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Toys, puzzles, cards, medical supplies... Great place

We had such a great experience at this store. We walked in confused and overwhelmed trying to buy a lift chair for a family member. They patiently walked us through all the pros and cons of all the options. So much piece of mind in our decision from having been able to sit in it, test it out, and knowing they would deliver it and take the old chair and will repair it if anything goes wrong. So fortunate to have local place like this so we will definitely continue to support whenever the opportunity arises.
We bought a lift chair and highly recommend Oswalds for chairs, scooters, and any medical supplies. Sales associates were very helpful in selecting proper model chair and size. Greg spent a lot of time explaining the differences and worked with us to make sure we were getting what we needed. Hi, I am so happy with the service I received from Owald,s Pharmacy. I had to find another Golden supplier after a bad time with my local dealer. I called Golden and they told me Oswalds would fulfill my needs. Boy, they were so right. They were professionals at every accept of the sale and delivery. They were a good 20 miles or more from my home. No problem! Not only that they saved me money from the business 3 miles away. Best people in Chicago land area! Oh yah they service what they sell. We recently purchased a powerlift chair from you for our mother/grandmother. The salesman was Matias Latipaa. We just wanted to thank him for helping us with this purchase. He was very knowledgable and patient with our decisions as we were deciding for our mother who was not present. We would also like to thank the delivery man. He was very helpful in setting up the chair just as our mom wanted it and also in demonstrating how it works. OsWalds pharmacy is the only place to go for your durable medical equipment! I cant tell you how much of a wonderful experience I received from them. Their entire staff, Samantha, Tilly, Matias, James and Alex the manager are awesome! They made sure I received exactly what I needed for my condition and were very good to me, as I had to keep my rental electric chair for longer than expected. They gave me a very nice discount for my troubles with another DME company. . They also picked out the perfect rollater for me. Every time I called they worked with me to ensure my happiness! I was shopping for a reclining lift chair for my husband. I was having little luck After looking at 3 furniture stores and a pharmacy. All had very little to choose from. Then I went to Oswald Pharmacy was pleasantly surprised at all they had on the floor. My husband is 62 and didnt want his feet hanging off the edge. None of the places I went could help me. At oswalds I talked to a girl named Samantha who was EXTREMELY helpful. All the chairs I looked at before talking to her would not work .She new exactly what chair would work for him, gave me all the information on it, price ,color choices,, etc. No pressure . I ordered the chair the next day and talked with Ori and Shawn and they couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend oswalds for any of your medical needs.
Oswalds is a local treasure. This is my go to place for medical equipment and supplies as well as a favorite stop when just looking for special gifts and treats for my clients. My 84 year old mother, drove to Oswalds today in Napersville, from Shorewood. She has a very difficult time walking but insists on doing her own errands. She went to return a blow up cushion she purchased for my Dad notlong ago. From the beginning it didnt hold the air. When she tried to return it today she was told she had to contact the manufacturer. Knowing she was a senior and drove that far, pretty unbelievable that you couldnt return it to the manufacturer yourself. Extrememly poor customer service, especially for a senior. Shame on you.It wasnt an expensive item. Not really the way to do business especially professing to be there for the communitt.

My family has been going to Oswald’s for 60 years. Easily the best business in Naperville. Tonight they went above and beyond the “normal above and beyond”... as they stayed open extra late so my little girl could get her Rx tonight instead of tomorrow. The funny thing is they thought I was just a random customer... shows they go above and beyond for everyone if you ask me!

Our family has been using Oswalds for generations, and would never use another pharmacy. We especially appreciate Willard, who frequently delivers my 96 year old moms medications! Dont know what we would do without this personalized service.

When I came home from the hospital after a knee replacement, it was obvious I was not going to be able to get up off our sofa by myself. I called Oswalds to see if they rent lift chairs, and they DID!!!And they wasted no time getting it to me. I recently bought a walker and walking poles. I was able to find what I needed in a short time. The employees were extremely helpful and my movement with the assistive devices has greatly improved.
Just had all my prescriptions transferred out off oswalds. I had one script I needed and did not feel well so I chose delivery and guess what they had it ready and never sent it out and I had to call to follow up and was told it’s been ready and they never let me know. Also the last couple of scripts had to wait because of stock issues

I was able to find a brace I needed that I could not locate at a half dozen or more other locations. I called the store and was able to receive a text from the employee (Matias) with the item photo (as requested) to make sure I didnt drive the hour for nothing. I had just gone to another pharmacy that said they had what I needed, but once I got there it was not the right product. I was ecstatic to find exactly what i needed and so grateful to know it was worth the trip prior to making the drive!

I like this store. They have a good pharmacy, books, toys, Post office, etc. Old school pharmacy. Nice convenience that they have a post office inside, too.
COVID test avoid this place...they promised 48-72 hours and I havent received my test results even after 5 days. They are bogus and told me to they arent responsible about the test. I dont know if I will get my results at all.
Matias is a great person to work with. The people there are kind and help you with what you need.

We needed a lift chair for my mother asap since her current chair broke. She had just broken her arm from a fall and couldn’t be as mobile or sleep in her bed. Oswald’s was fantastic along with Samantha the person who assisted us. She was very knowledgeable, took her time with us and it was just a fantastic experience!!!!! 2021-11-09Oswalds is the quintessential small family business from a lost era. Here, friendly neighbors from nearby shop for greeting cards, knick knacks, toys, candies, gifts, medical supplies, health supplements, and more. Many of their items are locally made. They have a USPS inside for shipping items. I enjoy browsing here because old and young mingle, and it is a busy & joyful place. Visit here to find the warmth of a thriving community!

2022-08-14Thank you, Jose, from Oswalds Medical Equipment for delivering a comfortable recliner to my home after I had open-heart surgery. I could not lie down in my bed or turn on my side due to the 8 inch scar on my chest. The recliner was so helpful with my recovery for the first month. I appreciate you having your shoes covered and the cool machine that you used to bring the recliner up and down our staircase. 2022-08-22Had a Hip Replacement and realized I wouldnt be able to get comfortable or in/out of furniture at home. Oswalds Pharmacy was able to deliver a lift chair the very next morning. Technician Jose called en route, was on time and had the chair set up quickly and professionally. Had the chair for 3 weeks and it made life so much easier for recovery. Id highly recommend Oswalds Pharmacy for any medical equipment needs.

2022-08-21Damian in the medical equipment department was the answer to all of our needs. He was very patient, as we were looking for new foot rests for our wheelchair, repairing our walker, and purchasing a new transfer bench for the bathtub, and had a lot of specific requests. Great selection, affordable prices, and over 150 years in business. Will definitely stop by again soon for any other elderly needs!

2022-05-13They took great care for me when ordering the Nova star 8 rollator. Very impressed with them. So happy to be supporting a small family business that has been in business for 145 years. I am impress, & honored. I love my Nova Star 8 walker. When I was searching for wheel walkers on Google, Oswald pharmacy was the first name to pop up, so I went for it when they were advertising the new Nova Super 8. So very happy that I did. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for rollator.

2022-07-01I rented the zero gravity recliner for one month after coming home from Marionjoy. It was the best thing I did for myself! I slept in it for 4 weeks, had pt in it and massages on my leg. It was my place to rest.....comfortably. I loved it so much I rented it for a 2nd month! I was sad when it was picked up. Delivery and pick up were efficient, fast and polite. Cant say enough about this chair and Oswalds! Thank you fir bringing me comfort.
