I cannot recommend this place.I have recommended Osf urgent care publicly on Facebook to friends and will continue to, just not this location.They cannot be bothered. This is not an ER so why do they act like it is?Making me feel like I’m wasting their valuable time, rolling their eyes at me, that’s what they are there for.I have never been treated that way before.Maybe it was an off day close to closing time and the other locations closed at 6 maybe for Good Friday nonetheless not my fault they gave you all that schedule.Ms. Jonnie Johnson “took care” of my son and I.

If I could give this place no stars I certainly would. My daughter was in terrible pain they made her wait outside because they had to many patients. She was throwing up so bad and it wouldnt stop so she went back in and asked them to call an ambulance and I was on the phone with her and they said call them from your cell phone in the parking lot.!!!!!! This is suppose to be an Urgent care?? How awful.. If you are in health care, you should certainly not treat people like this at all.

This was my second time her the doctor Dominique Johnson was AMAZING once again the first time I brought my daughter she had hives Ms Johnson was so happy and kind to us she even called me the next day to make sure my day was ok Ms Johnson is so sweet and kind to her patients you can tell she really cares

Ms.Johnson took urgent action and her sweet and charismatic time with me hearing me out for what I believed I needed before recommending me some things even better for my health. I pray to God he heals everyone that lay eyes upon this post. God Bless🙏🏾

Bad service my son was in distress and had me waiting their for 45 minutes before Ive checking him wanted insurance info.. then nurse KIM comes in and denies any treatment becouse of heart beat !!!!When becoming part of any medical service you take an oath but I guess they dont careDONT RECOMEND BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Nurse practitioner Johnson did not treat me very well, she was very confrontational, had a bad tone, made me feel like I was bothering her, and not very empathetic toward someone that was already feeling ill.

This place is great! . Took my daughter in because our own pcp appointment was not soon enough and she was in pain. It is opened late so we were able to go around 6:30pm after I got out of work. The nurses were able to prescribe the antibiotics my daughter needed. If it is not life and death situation and don’t want to wait hours in the hospital or days for your pcp appointment, I recommend OSF Urgent Care.Place is nice and clean and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great service friendly staffing felt very welcome the doctor wen through everything throughly and explained everything and went over things when I didn’t understand thank you dr Johnson!!!

Called this place to ask a question and the lady who answered the phone is very rude very nasty attitude glad I didn’t step a foot in this place it could’ve turned out way worse .
