I havent had my surgery yet, i have a fracture from 3 years ago that never healed. My twin sister & I are much impressed & by GODs Grace Trust his skills to help me to walk without pain & i pray without having to use a walker. He is Very thorough, he also ordered a CT scan so as he stated we can see the picture. Its sad that he has to correct another Surgeons mistake but i trusr GOD & therefore I Trust Dr Church We recommend him Highly!
Dr. Dane Church performed my hip replacement surgery in November of 2021. He has been working with me to see that I have the best possible outcome. I appreciate his knowledge and efforts to this end. He is easy to work with and very helpful.

Dr. Church is very friendly and straight forward, no nonsense type of doctor. He talks to you so you can easily understand what the plan is for your care. He treated me and my wife like a person and not just a patient. He explained everything we ask about and answered every question that we ask him.

Both my first and second appointments were wonderful! Neither of the shots in my left knee hurt at all. I was quite amazed. On top of that, the result of each was more than I had hoped for. I could walk without the pain, and I could maintain control as well. Without the shots, my knee would buckle without warning, causing me the necessity of always having my walker. I cant thank Dr Church enough for making my life easier and much more pleasant. Thank you, Dr Church!
I was referred to OC for exam of my knee. I found Dr. Churchs PA Jake to be caring, insightful and informative about my concerns! He took time to listen and answer my questions.When Dr. Church entered the room, it was like sunshine lit up the room. Everyone was cordial and helped in every way they could. Dr Church gave me all the attention I needed without me feeling rushed. He answered all my questions in laymans terms. Even when I fell and was worried about injuring my new knee he treated me with concern and encouragement making me feel a lot less anxious.

I have had three surgical experiences through OCI, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I recently had a TKR by Dr Church. I had a TKR six years ago at another location, and the experience was less positive. Dr Church answered all my questions and made me feel less anxious. He gave me his cell phone so I could call him directly with any concerns. He told me about ice compression as a possibility to enhance recovery. After much research, I purchased a unit which has been a game changer in my recovery. It would be advantageous if these home units could be used in the hospital following surgery and sent home with the patient. Dr Church also used the “enhanced recovery after surgery” protocol which was a first for me. After 13 surgeries, this was the first time I woke up with no nausea. I even ate a meal the evening of surgery and the morning following. I would recommend OCI to anyone having ortho surgery. I also like the walk-in clinic and seeing a doctor for initial assessment.
I had both hip replacements done by Dr. Church. He is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. And a great person. Could not ask for a better surgeon.

I’ve had both knees replaced. When Dr Church did the second knee, it was by far, the easiest recovery and quickest. He is, by far, the best of the best, from my initial appointment to the follow up. Very comfortable very informative. Highly recommended
Dr Dane Church is a Great Surgeon of the knees. I had been dealing with locking knees, pain, bone on bone for about 10 yrs before finding Dr Church. I had 1st knee done Jan 14 2020 and when I was able to walk it was painful but totally different pain now no issues with it. My 2nd knee done Dec 22 2020 still recovering from it but again different type of pain than before surgeryI would recommend this Dr and the Orthopedic Center of Illinois in Springfield IL 100%Sincerely;Evida L Stanley
Dr. Church was great. Always took the time to answer all my questions. My only issue with Orthopedic Center of IL is after six months they still owe me a credit on my account due to required pre-payment on surgery and I met deductible and out of pocket for the year!
Excellent care. Dr Church really cares about his patients. Gives you options and helps you make decisions. He doesnt rush you to surgery.

Well be having really bad issues with my hip and back..having stenosis with my nerve pinched on 3 places going down to my toes is a nightmare....everyone pointed me to Dr Church..I said ok..lets roll...he found I may have tore cartilage in my hip..so waiting on mri to confirm....he was up front on ths issue and what will have to be done...I am.looking forward to walking without screaming and crying..

2022-03-25Dr Church is an amazing surgeon and person!. He is so personable and genuinely cares about his patients and wellness. I had a very complicated break and surgery and he had me weight bearing since day one with a broken femur. I have never known a doctor to say he was excited to perform my surgery! I felt completely safe with him and knew he would get the job done. I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for me! I highly recommend him!!! You are the best Dr Church!!

He is not only a great doctor but he is a great person too! He called me from his personal cell phone after the surgery to update me! I 100% recommend Dr. Dane Church!

When I had my surgery, everything went without a hitch. Follow up care and advisement has been fantastic. 2022-07-01Dr.Curch is very personable and very thourghal. There is no pressure to have surgery or any other treatment if you dont want them. Had my left knee replaced a year ago and he did a great job. Havent had any problems since.

2022-06-30In 2019 my knee was swollen so hospital sent me to see Dr. Sharma first and after lengthy heart problem I had my right knee replaced March 2, 2020 it was great heal wonderfully. So the second was done and not so good. But I knew the second one wasn’t right. So I went to Dr. Church who said he knew I was in pain but couldn’t figure out why, so he did a redo on left knee and he actually redid hole knee and I know it is going to work cause it is just like my right one healed. Only thing I’m to never smoke again, and I will be just fine.Thanks to OCI I’m going to be alright
