The team was great and communicated very well with how the process was going to go. The staff was great and took their time with my child knowing she was scared. She came back happy and excited for braces! What else can you ask for!

This is THE absolute worst orthodontist office.Most of the staff seem like students and dont know what theyre doing. On top of that everything is disorganized. Youll also have a new doctor see you basically every time (if theres even one seeing you) so nothing is consistent. Its a mess.You get points for good reviews so dont bother reading them.0/10 if I could rate that.

The plastic product they use to make retainers is very cheap as all my sons retainer broke after using them for 3 months. To replace them is almost $400. Don’t give them your buisness, they are only in this buisness to make money out of people who take their children to get braces, they don’t care about their patients. Not to mention, they don’t understand how insurances works either, I owe them more money too so these people are scammers! Read the other reviews on how they don’t understand what portions insurances are to pay.

Dr. Hiroshi was very thorough with his work. You can tell how knowledgeable he is. I came here for a second opinion since my daughter needs braces. Come to find out she needs more than that due to damage to the roof of her mouth and damage to her gums on the bottom of her teeth due to and overbite and her teeth being angled. I had known she needed braces for a few years but i needed to wait for her baby teeth to fall out in order to proceed with getting her braces. Through out the wait the issue with her gums and roof of her mouth was never addressed.Tara is the office manager. She made sure we understood the process and was very helpful! The staff explained the procedure using a video so my daughter could understand as well. Im thankful I found this place!

Great work! Im amazed at how much improved in 1 year!! However, scheduling is ridiculous! And, forget trying to get in for an emergency! The call center is difficult. And, way too many reminders!!!

Highly dysfunctional office . Lazy staff that does not want to help patients . Was told they don’t do appeals. Since when ? It is your job to do that . I will appeal the decision since they are to lazy to . I was told they would help . Staff is a joke . I will never return ! Save yourself the heartache go elsewhere. Will be calling insurance company to let them know .

I will start with the time I had to Replace my first daughter’s retainer as well as her permanent retainer. The permanent retainer should be in fact permanent but in fact broke after the first month of being in as one of her two sets retainer broke as well . Call and was told the metal they use doesn’t just break and if we want it replaced we would have to pay because it is only covered for 2 weeks . (Side thought Permanent means permanently if they stood behind their quality why only covered for two weeks.?) so that money was just wasted and paid for new set of retainers after a month those snapped in the back by the molars called again and was told again it is past any Replacement coverage. So she has gone without for some time now . Fast forward to present Back in the office today to get replacement Retainers for both my daughter’s teeth today12/20/2021 . We also Purchased the bronze package in order to get two sets of retainers oldest daughter got both younger did not . Wasn’t worried at the time of pick up for molds thinking it was just on file a second set was owed . Went into office today And was told younger daughter received both sets of retainers which is not the case office manager over talked me over talked the doctor in the office just to get her point across saying she double checked all records saying both retainers have been obtained false statement. As she tired to get me to set an appointment for my younger daughter to have her teeth check out for movement. I explained to her that when we came to pick up molds retainer was not on mold as she started. My older daughter received two cases with retainers in each. Now I was told the second retainer comes on mold. Might be the case with some but not ours . I am very disappointed in the service we received not to mention the poor Quality of retainers permanent retainers and replacement retainers that I have spent over $1,200 for. I would not Recommend this place for any service after the braces come off of their teeth. Should have been a red flag in the start of this when the office manager and doctors change so Frequently in this location.signed Very disappointed customer
