2020-12-18I had the best customer service experience today! I bought parts to fix my car the guy who sold me the parts gave me the wrong parts, I didn’t know. I was put on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy and couldn’t afford to fix it! I today went to get it fixed we figured out all the problems went back to this location they replaced the parts and helped in every way they could! Kept Apologizing and made sure I got what I needed!Thank you so much for the great and friendly service!

2021-04-06I have an 89 Suburban that I am trying to make mobile again by bypassing the air conditioning compressor Jose help me find the exact idler pulley that I need to switch out by taking the time to size it properly. I always appreciate the time these guys (girls too)take to help out especially on the Collins St store with it being is busy as it is in the neighborhood

2019-02-02The customer service and assistance that this particular staff offers, is one of my favorite automotive stores around. If you know what you need, go there. Make sure to do your research, its cheap quality, but it works for what it is. Brian is the reason why you guys got five stars from me. Great customer service, keep it up.

2017-10-29Always great to come here and get the help I need. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they have the parts we need for our diesel engines. All the parts we have gotten alway fit too. We had issues before with Autozone giving us wrong parts. Overall, great place to go.

2020-08-01Customer service is less than ideal. I thought OReillys specifically prided themselves on their customer service training but Im failing to see where that has been implemented in any of the stores in Joliet. Employees also must not be obligated to follow same mask guidelines as the rest of us.
