Went there to get our battery tested . We had Andrew test it and everything was fine with it. He gave us some pointers as to what might be causing a hissing noise from our engine. It’s hard to find people at businesses like this that not only do there job but take the time to look out for their customers. Even though this O’reillys is far from my house , I will definitely come back to buy my parts from here and look for Andrew. Left quite an impression. Other places like this should hire people like him
Andrew is my guy and nobody can touch him. Andrew will go out of his way to help. Andrew is very friendly and he know everything . All guys in the store are very friendly. I forgot my phone ,and one of the guys came out running to tell me that my phone is inside . What a store,what a beautiful service. I give it a plus 10 . The best there is in Chicago.

Incredible service! I came in looking for hardware to install a cargo net on my SUV. Vincenzo was able to find the right bolts after coming out to my vehicle several times. I cant say enough good things about Vincenzo and OReilly!

Andrew was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our car issue. He came outside to the parking lot and helped us pop in rivets on the car. This O’Reilly’s and especially Andrew are highly recommended.
While changing the tires on my truck, my caliber fell and snapped my break lines. I went to this orielys several times throughout the day looking for help and Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable on my issue. I ended up messing up more parts trying to change it and this man knew every single detail on how to fix it and finding the parts I need to get my truck back up and running safely. Andrew. This guy... I am so very much appreciating him at this moment. I yesterday I had gone to advanced auto parts and picked up some headlights. They were so rude there and nobody was willing to help me at all. So I put them in this afternoon and decided that I wanted new highbeams and to replace a turn signal that was out. I decided instead to go to O’Reilly and Andrew totally not only gave me a great recommendation that are making my headlights seethree times further than they did before, but he also took the time to come outside and install them for me. It’s early January and not warm outside and he didn’t even skip a beat. His many years of experience at Jiffy Lube have served him well. What an employee to have at O’Reilly! 10 out of 10. Thank you Andrew so much for your help. It’s genuinely appreciated. I’ll be back :-)
I thought I needed new windshield wiper motor, but first tried the fuses.They weren’t the fuses, but after taking to Randy, he thought it could be my steering wheel switch.He was right! Thankfully I only spent 20 minutes on the repair vs hours to find out I was wrong with my diagnostic.Thank you Randy!

Ive only ever had 1 pleasant experience in this store. Ill wait sometimes over 15 minutes because they only have 1 person in the store pulling online orders and checking people out.Ive also come in with a part I found online, but the employee with ask for another item instead of the one I asked to purchase.Everytime I go into that store, I feel like Im talking to a mechanic, they think you know nothing about what youre fixing/buying.
I had a nice experience here recently. A light had gone on my dashboard for maintenance- I realized I was late getting an oil change & I thought the light meant I was very low on oil. It was early evening and I had a long day of driving the next day so I was worried. I decided to stop at the OReilly near my home and I was thinking I would ask one of the guys in there if they could put a quart of oil in for me to buy me time til I could get my oil changed. A young man named Andrew was working that day and I explained my concern to him & that I wouldnt even know how to put oil in my car and he came outside with me to check the oil. Long story short - I didnt need oil - he explained what the light was indicating & was very nice & informative. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need and he actually put my fears to rest that I would be fine for a couple of days til I got my oil changed. I was truly impressed with this employee and grateful. Some places might have tried to take advantage of a woman who obviously didnt have a lot of car knowledge. After this experience - whenever I do need anything car related I will go here and I would highly recommend them. I really wanted to give this young man a good review - he deserves it.
This place is awesome. The starter battery in my Prius suddenly died. I was able to finally get it started, went to OReilly, and Andrew took care of the rest for me.He replaced the battery in no time at all. After watching him do it for me, Im sure it would have taken hours to figure out how to disassemble everything in the back of the car to even reach it.Ill be returning here for my future car maintenance needs.
They have a few workers that go above and beyond what they. have to do great employees and makes the store one of a kind in this day and age..
This OReillys used to be a Murrays and I still call it Murrays. They turn brakes here, both drums and rotors which is crucial if you know what youre doing. They recycle used engine oil here and they let you pour it yourself. Also very crucial. The staff here is helpful at best and dweeby at worst. It obviously helps if you know what youre looking for.For tradespeople: this shop speaks your language.For laymen: listen to the people at the parts counter, they know better than you do 100% of the time. These guys have more experience in the industry than youve been alive.No, I dont work here but I used to work in the industry. This shop ranks easily in the top 5 shops in the North side metro area for me.
Very friendly people work here. Took my dad to buy a battery for his car and they were very helpful. Bought the battery an the employee carried it out to my vehicle an took the old one out from the back of my vehicle. Thanks

They had my cabin air filter (which seems to be a rarity at other auto parts stores for some reason even though my car is common as dirt) and they got me in and out in less than 5 minutes without a lot of hassle looking around the store. So this place is ok.

Horrible customer service, I asked to have someone take a quick look at the noise I had in my car they told me to come back later, so I did went back there the next day there was a guy with glasses who refused to help me to take a look at it to get the part I wanted, totally disappointed!

2022-05-13The guy behind the counter was just arrogantly sure that the cabin filter has only one filter that he should be sent back to school. And retrained in customer service.Because he didnt see it ever it doesnt mean it doesnt exist.Even after me trying to explain why the cabin filter consists of two filters or accurately of three he told me Im mistaken it for the engine air filter. Btw its 17 M-B GLS 450

2022-06-23Been coming here for years and I always got helped by Randy! He is awesome and knows his stuff and overall a genuine man! If you want a knowledgeable employee go see him, because I had another employee bad mouth about him yet he didn’t know anything about how to replace a part on my vehicle, little did he know I’m a mechanic myself. 2022-05-09Randy was the best. Drove in from Michigan. My vehicle threw oil can signs even though it said 30% oil life. He helped confirm my fear that the oil was really low, showed me the right way and quantity of oil to replenish so I could be safe to drive back home.

2022-01-03Visited this location for a quick purchase. The gentleman at the register was extremely rude to both me and his coworker. He laughed at me when I didn’t know the trim of my vehicle, he walked into me while returning to the register and he complained and used vulgar language when making the quick repair on my vehicle. I do not recommend visiting this location.

2021-12-11I had a really good experience here today. I usually go to autozone but I went here today because autozone is full of wimps who close at 7 and I dont think Ill ever go back. They have a better variety of tools here and the staff is amazing. They came to help me find what I was looking for and he gave me tips on how to fix my issue and offered his help. Great experience and this store has earned my loyalty.
