The staff here is amazing! The manager Sabrina great. However Christian truly went above and beyond for me. I bought a starter that was not the right fit for my boat and I managed to lose the receipt.Christian went above and beyond to search through the system and found my transaction.I had a few trips to the store working through this and the entire time he was professional, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. It is great to see that local customer service is not dead and that young people such as Christian can really earn customers for their organizations.
Joe saved my life. I had no idea what I needed with my car. I thought I needed a terminal batter shim and they were the only place in the city that had them in stock. joe came out to have a look and helped me fix it in 5 minutes. I’ll never go anywhere else in the city if I have an unidentified car problem. Joe has earned my business forever.
The first time I went here, I inquired about glass for my sidemirror. The man who helped me was extremely helpful. There was one in stock and he couldnt find it at first but then actually dug for it and found it!!! Today when I asked about brake pads and rotors, Julio explained three types to me and honestly sold me the rotors that would work best for my Jetta. He was patient and thorough and I even got a discount!!! The reason for my second visit was because I had such a wonderful experience the first time. Today just reassured me why Ill always return to OReilly on Broadway, even though its a 35 minute drive! Im grateful. Thanks!
Customer service horrible I came in bought scratch remover not for a vehicle but to fix a slight scratch on my phone screen. When I bought it yesterday the young lady in the store she was great but it didnt work so I brought it back for refund. Honestly the common sense was totally off this girl should never be in the store unsupervised.she tried to say the bottle was was half empty I used a cue tip a very minimal amount I wasnt using the product on a car. Then she proceeds to tell me what the store policy is and I read it the policy applied to products installed or that needed some assembly to it. She and I had an unnecessary dialogue that could have been remedied with a simple refund. I left the product and receipt on the counter and told her if your store needs the $3.30 that bad then keep it.No regrets only lessons learned.
Christian saved me! It was late, and he took the time to go out with me and ensure my new battery was installed properly. It could have been a very upsetting night with an immobile car, but he made it a positive one with friendly and quality service that went above and beyond.
This location really helped me out in a pinch. Starter motor failed on the car and I was a little afraid of finding stocked parts in the city. I was back on the road the following day! This location had the part in stock (checked availability online and reserved it with credit card) Part was ready for pick-up an hour later. Installed the starter myself, it was a direct fit. Competitive prices for reman parts. Will return for future auto supplies. Friendly employees too.
Customer service is bad they lied about having a light bulb headlight in stock . I called and the lady said sure we have it . I got there she then says oh we don’t have it. Why ?? Say something when your not sure wasting my time .goid thing I order it online from a different company arrive express . Change your staff
I dont know if the part i purchased works or not, but I can review the service I got. Apparently there were 2 employees who were working there on this particular Sunday. I walked by both and neither asked if they could help me find anything - but they did comment on my appearance. Awesome.So I found my part unassisted, and when I walked it up to the desk the two employees both walked out the front door and exited the building, leaving me to stand at the register staring at pictures of customers being assisted. Try to go to a different store if you can, this one is a powerful argument against the idea of a living wage.
OReilly Auto parts its very good place to go for anything you need and its quick and you can get with you looking for and a reasonable price so I would suggest to go there if you ever need anything like twos and things to cars and motorcycles and stuff like that its a good place to go and they treat you good there okay so its a nice place to go and you meet new folks Aaron and you get to know good good in there to get your discount for 10% for seniors so go down and have a good day
I have gone to this O’Reillys Several times as it is right down the street from my house, today I bought a power steering pump and the pulley for the power steering pump the guy behind the counter asked if I would like the serpentine belt as well, I said yes, but before the guy at the counter could run in the back to grab all the parts I asked how much that serpentine belt would be he replied upwards of $40, I canceled on the belt but bought the power steering pump and pulley, a serpentine belt for my year jeep is about $10 at any other store I found the pulley at a competitor nearby for 9.99 I was charged $22 When I called the store to find out what time they closed and explained why I was going to return these items they hung up on me very unprofessional.
I have been to this O Reillys location twice and I have to say it is the worst customer experience. From yelling at customers to playing movies on their phones they could not be less interested in helping customers. I didnt even buy anything this time and all I needed was an air filter of all things!!!! I will never go back to this location or O Reillys in general

2022-01-07Very annoyed with the is store. I went in to get a new battery as I was having issues with mine. The man that helped me was very hesitant to even test my battery, which was weird because Ive done this before in the past with no problem. He was barely listening to me and eventually told me that the test was inconclusive and would not help me. He advised me to take it to a dealership, which I did. I then had to pay $400 for the dealership to give me a new battery when I could have bought on from this location for much less. Needless to say, very disappointed in the service I was given.

2022-01-05Went in to get a new battery. After they replaced it, none of my windows would go down, and the fuel door wouldn’t open so I couldn’t even get gas. Took it back to O’Reilly, where they said there was nothing they could do. Took it to the dealer and paid a little under $500 for the repair. The dealer said whoever replaced the battery blew the relay. Not exactly the best start to the new year 🙃

2021-10-02Marco worked in the rain getting my battery replaced. Dudes a champion. No complaints. Even had some friendly chatter. From phone call to seeing if they had my battery in stock to driving away it was maybe an hour? Marco rocks.

2021-07-28This is really a great place to go.I had my car battery broke.And actually was going to purchase a new one. They didn’t have it, but they helped me to find by researches and they went all the way down to another places to get and fixed. I am so excited and so happy that I went to the right place.Will definitely be going back more and more.Excellent and quality services.Appreciate it!

2021-07-23I wish I would have gotten this employees name but yesterday @ about 935pm a wonderful employee help me with my car battery replacement. Regardless of the store closing soon when I arrived he had his tools and was ready to help. Thank to this man I was able to finish my work route 🙌.

2021-06-02My wife came into the Broadway store at the end of May 2021 in Edgewater with her Honda Fit needing new wiper blades and a replacement hose for the window cleaner.Joseph went above and beyond with helping her and hooked everything up for her.Excellent customer service with true care.She wanted to make sure the company knows this and a big thanks to Joseph!
