This has to be the worst or Riley in Chicago they got about 8 people in there day in and day out 3 are in the back talking the others are just doing nothing to speed up anything the line can be composed of 2 people and the wait time would be 30 mins or more the phone wait time is about 20 mins idk howMuch they payed the people on top to give good feedback cuz anyone local can tell you how backed up theyve always been autozone has less staff and somehow always get the job done no question why who will ultimately outlast pls fix this location
Service was bad. I had to ask for someone to come to the front because they were on the phone in the back. Im happy I dont shop there often.
The store associate Freddie was very professional his assistant store mgr currently on duty (time between 4:30 & 5:30 pm) was rude & unprofessional. due to the fact this store mgr placed my order last Thursday under another customer name . the order was not found under my name & he insisted i pay for the item & walked away.
They are very helpful mens and womens cant get no better. Thxs 👌🏾🥰

Can you believe that the manager tried to force the sale of some caliper grease. Claiming that the hardware to rear brake pads come with the grease. The manager s name is Robert.
Commercial manager is a scammer I went to the one on grand Avenue and got a faulty part they told me go exchange it at this one and the person claiming to be the commercial manager says oh I dont do things like that I said whatever and went to pay and they were trying to charge 12 dollars more like really You work for the same company so why is the same part at another orillys not the same price when you can see the same part number on the receipt. Auto zone here I come!!!!
Ordered online for pickup. O’Reilly advertises curbside to just call and order gets brought out. Called and was told that’s not a thing and that I could come in and get my order. (Done this at other O’Reilley’s easily) Came in and employee who told me that was also walking around with his mask around his chin. Ridiculous.
These guys here are super friendly and Ive always had a great experience every time I go there.They definitely treat people like human beings here

OReilly is better than auto zone on any level no explanation needed we went to auto zone yesterday for brakes and the man didnt know how or what he was talking about as a matter of fact he did that to everyone in his line. But we got out stuff from OReillys thats what I am talking about.

Came here after traveling all to all the Autozone locations around for an outlet thermostat housing. Came in here and the beautiful you do lady helped me right out with a big beautiful smile and grateful eye contact. 😁 Very nice place everyone was nice and very respectful.

I love this Oreillys. I might not know everything about my car. But as long as you tell them the sound and where it comes from. They seem to know. N I spend less then going to my mechanic. Also they gave me another number to some one closer. Saved over 750.00. And my car running perfect. Out the deal. Got a oil change I definetly recommend them. Guys name was Roberto and Ishmael. If I spelled correctly. 2 thumbs up!!! Never go any where again. They’ll make you spend on stuff u don’t need Then buying the best of the stuff u do need ...
Filthy store. Lacks customer services. I walked in and was the single customer in the entire store and asked for a specific wax. Robert then pointed to the aisle and stated if we have it is in aisle #1. He did not offer to walk to the aisle and locate the product nor did he look it up in the computer. As Oscar rang me up Robert talked about his multiple children and having 6 and he went further to talk about how by him being Mexican it is stereotypical. I disgress. Unprofessional on all levels. Oscar was professional and provided exceptional customer service.

This store sucks. The employees (Ismael) are inattentive and too worried about leaving for the day and multitasking to get you the right part. Drove 45 mins to this specific store for a specific size rotor which i asked for and was told it was the right part, but it wasnt.

The prices are great but the low rating is sadly due to the homeless and sketchy people they allow to loiter outside their store at all hours harassing people who walk in for change or generally mean mugging. id hate for a woman to walk in here with those people lingering..

2021-08-23Today, I went into OReilly and requested help with my battery. They actually have a tester at the store. I ask a clerk for help. He told me that he couldnt help me due to Covid restrictions. After, a great customer service clerk Angel tested my battery. He was also able to place the new one back in my car. I was very happy he was there to go above and beyond to get the job done.

2021-11-26It was Thanksgiving, my light bulb went out in my car and the guy there was clearly not the person to work THAT DAY ( , first of all they get paid time and a half) but then he told me they only carry one type of light bulb for my truck asked me if I could go get the bulb , I tried to get it couldnt but then I went back and BUDDY CLOSED THE STORE ON ME????? SO IM FROM CHICAGO TAYLOR STREET TO BE EXACT THIS GUY WAS SLOPPY AND WANTED TO GO HOME AND EAT, LIKE DUDE THEM ARROZ CON GONDULES IS GONE BE THERE WHEN YOU GET HOME, WEED IS LEGAL IN CHICAGO AND I HAD SOME BLACK MAMBA I WAS TRYNA CRUZ BUT SAFETY FIRST CANT BE RIDING IN A LUXURY TRUCK WITH ONE LIGHT OUT.......SHOULD HAVE WENT TO AUTOZONE... I DID THEY WAS CLOSED...I WOULD GO AND COMPLAIN ABOUT sloppy joe but hey its 6:16 a.m on black Friday 🖤 bout to take a ride and see all the thirsty shoppers # CYBERMONDAY
