OReillys Auto parts has always been a great place to shop for parts even when they where Murrays Auto parts but now what I believe is they should teach their employees how to sell parts because lately theyve been selling the wrong parts when they never done that before

Yesterday I came to OReillys after leaving auto zone in Calumet city off of Torrence because Thomas the manager told me that he didnt feel confident in installing a battery in my 2001 Toyota echo. He stated he had trouble all day with battery installs. At that point I knew it wasnt the car it was him... He was incompetent so I took my car to OReilly. A full figured young Hispanic woman with a nice manicure installed my battery in less than 5 mins in the snow yesterday ! Shes my shero! Im not going back to autozone, she won me over and pulled through for me... From now on Im taking my business to OReilly off Sibley and torrence in Calumet city,il
Poor customer service, the Mexican girl that works there was on a personal ☎ call while 3 of us were in line waiting before she decided to hang up the business phone and help out! Going 2 AutoZone next time for sure!

80% of the time they get the part wrong or the part comes really late...could honestly use more staff

2019-10-06I went to OReillys Auto Parts to get some parts for my car and was there for quite a while because the two individuals that were servicing me were steady playing around.(Sam and Angel) I looked at their shirts. Jeff then came from the back to assist me and was telling me the best options to get for my starter. He was very knowledgeable about the information that he was providing to me. I was very pleased with the service that he provided and just wanted to say Kudos to him. I really believe if he was not there I would have been there longer and would have given up and went to another store or even the competitors because of the antics of these two. Once again Kudos to Jeff you are phenomenal and I am giving him five stars for the service that he provided that day. I have refereed several individuals and family members to this store and always tell them to ask for Jeff.

2019-05-25I will pass this store up instead of good service. I got a comedy I phone first needed my battery check still under warranty I was told it was so I drove. From Sams club praying that I wouldnt cut off made there not to get help. Had to call AAA to get tolled home. If knew I was going to get my battery check I would have keep going toward the store. In the city where I brought it from NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

2018-02-11I’ve gone to this location numerous time and always had a pleasent visit, the assistant manager Felipa seems to always be very helpful, but on these last 2 visits I was so unsatified. Was helped out by Rosa, when we pulled up she was sitting down, we walked in the door and she was sitting down on her phone, the entire visit she was on her phone and she was very unprofessional, while on her phone she was being very “nasty” to whomever she was talking too, that kind of conversation she be kept behind the bedroom door, hopefully next time we dont have to encounter that...

2018-02-14If you cant find what your looking for they would find it for you. They go out there way just to take care of there customers. Its one of the cleanest stores I been to. Very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working people at this location.
