I got a massage from Orawan and a facial from Carrie. They both did a phenomenal job. Very friendly and professional. I’ve never felt so relaxed before. My joints feel great. Will definitely be going back again sometime.

Hand down amazing !! I had a great visit with Orawan and would absolutely see her again. I went in for Thai massage and had an amazing experience. Orawan listened to what I needed and adjusted pressure and technique. Beautiful facility nice and clean. I highly recommend Orawan Well being.
Orawan is AMAZING she has a warm energy about her and does phenomenal work. The atmosphere in the room is calming with the comfy table and complimentary tea. I have never been disappointed with any of my monthly appointments for over a year.
Orawan well being is hidden gem! I found this place through yelp. This was my first massage and facial experience, so I had no idea what to expect. My skin very sensitive but Orawa knew exactly what to do and went above and beyond to leave my skin glowing. The massage was a combination of ptessure point and stretching. The entire experience was wonderful from syart to finish. Orawan absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming back.
I had a wonderful customized massage from Orawan today. She did deep tissue, hot stones, aromatherapy, and stretching. It was very therapeutic and I feel amazing. Her space is beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting.
Absolutly fantastic massage in a stunning & unique massage room. Katie did a sensational massage combining deep tissue and deep relaxation with isnt easy to achieve. The blueberry Sage aroma therapy was a nice touch. Im looking forward to an organic facial and my next massage. Incredible vibes and high praise for the posh room & Uber comfy table/face rest. Its a YES for me

This place is clean and well kept. My massage was from Groupon, so I think there was a set thing to do for it. I asked for my shoulders and neck and didnt feel like I got as much focus there as Id like. This being said, Id give it another shot given how kind the staff was and how clean the place was.

Was in need of a massage to work out a specific problem area and was lucky to find an opening with Orawan. By far one of the BEST MASSAGES Ive ever had. She knows the muscles, how to work them, and relieve tension. Already booked my next appointment.

2022-08-28I had an amazing facial by Carrie. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Left the salon feeling so clean and refreshed! The room was very modern, clean and inviting. Had to fight my sleep a few times because it was so relaxing but I didn’t want to miss the whole process. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

2019-01-05This was such a remarkable experience. I had the hot stone/bamboo massage and vitamin C facial. It was so incredibly relaxing and refreshing. I definitely plan to go back. The facial completely shut off my brain and I was able to just zone out a relax. I am a new mom of a 6 month old so it was life changing to be able to shut my brain off for a while. The massage gave the best type of pressure and relaxed my muscles. I will not go to any other spa in the area after such wonderful services. Please go pamper yourself; you will.not regret it.

2021-12-05I almost couldnt believe that this business has ONLY 5 star reviews. That was until I went in for a prentala massage last week and had THE BEST massage of my life. I almost fell asleep several times as I felt so relaxed and peaceful. I loved the calming room and heated bed. The work was absolutely phenomenal. She knew all the areas that was causing me pain amd worked those out through both massage and stretch. I will DEFINITELY be back. She is Absolutely amazing. I left happy, well rested, and pain free. A+ SERVICE

2021-05-26FANTASTIC!!!! It is the best massage I have had for years. Orawan do her best to take care my problems. The room is clear and makes me feel safe and comfortable during pandemic. She uses organic products, and smell very soothing. Highly recommended!! :-)

2020-10-19Orawan Well Being Spa is absolutely amazing. You feel transported and wonderfully cared for; Orawan provides so much attention to every detail. Her deep tissue, Thai aroma massage, bamboo and hot stone massages are *phenomenal*. Her massage rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. I felt safe even during COVID, because she has an independently owned studio and takes all the precautions. (Bonus: shes now selling pretty face masks with adjustable ear loops and nose wires for less than $10 and mine fits great.) I have been going to Orawan for ten years and it has been a fabulous experience each and every time.

I was fortunate to have Michelle as a therapist.I suffer from lower back pain and I mentioned it to Michelle and she did an outstanding job.Great firm pressure and fluid technique. It was so relaxing.1. Booking online was super easy.2. She also use hot stone on your back while massaging.3. The room is very relaxing, nice spa music, tea, fruits water and cookies for customers to enjoy.Ill be going back soon.

2019-02-06Love love Orawan well being! Excellent service and results. Ive been coming here for over a year and every single time I am blow away. My awesome esthetician was Orawan. Every time I walked in I was greeted by smiles and was offered hot tea and fruits water. Orawan was great! She is knowledgeable and informative and explains everything in detail. She take her time on your skin and customize your facial to meet your needs. The spa atmosphere was super clean and beautiful. Make sure to make appointment in advance because she fully booked for week ahead. I would not get my facials anywhere else. Im looking forward to my next appointment.

2019-12-09I cannot say enough good things about Orawan well-being. I have been to a few different places in Arlington heights and this one was by far the best. I feel so lucky to have Orawan as my massage therapist. I have been coming regularly for a few years now. I couldnt be happier with progress my lower back pain. After only a few sessions I feel much better. She was attention to trouble areas and was able to loosen up the tightness muscles. Orawan extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Super nice atmosphere and very relaxing.Thank you Orawan to helping me.
