Sunday exceeded my expectations!!! He listen to me and made sure knew exactly what I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my time there. I have a lot of thick hair and it didnt take that long for him to braid it. He moved fast but didnt take away from the quality of work which was great. We had great conversations which made time go by fast by the end of my appointment I had adopted him in the family lol. I Definitely Recommend Sunday to anyone looking to get there hair braided or sewn in!!! Hes got a customer for life in me. 😍😁😃

I went and got my hair done on Monday Morning Sunday is his name he does an excellent job! I got Micros done. I tell you my hair is so pretty as my husband & daughter says. I noticed he listens to what you want and he cares about your edges which is a must with me. Sunday is quick and the hair is neat. I will be going to him from now on. Oh, he may work out of his home however; I enjoyed the conversation we had and I didnt have to worry about kids running around or taking an hour lunch when I go other places.I will give him 12 stars if I could.

Great service! Sunday has done my hair a number of times and each appointment he gets better as he gets to know how I like to wear my hair (I normally get a side-part or middle part sew-in, with leave out). He listens and always installs my weave to my satisfaction and liking. I would definitely recommend him!
Ive been thinking about getting dreads for a long time. And I knew that once I decided to go ahead and do it. That I wanted someone to do it professionally and have me looking right. I called looking for a someday appointment and he was available, I was a little nervous when I found out that this was a house but Sunday made me feel very comfortable. My name is Talishia and I couldn’t find anyone to do braids last minute. I looked up hair braiding and read the reviews on Sunday. After calling and letting him know I was leaving in a few days for a birthday trip he fitted me right in the next day. I’m so pleased with my braids and I definitely will be going back to have him do my daughter hair and mines again. He have a new client for life. He does such a wonderful Job!. Ive been getting my hair braided for 20 years and this is the best job ever. Hes very detail oriented and he takes his time and make sure it looks perfect. (FUN FACT: IM NOT WHITE!) Sunday was very sweet and fun to talk to. It didnt take as long as I thought and it turned out beautiful! But unfortunately after only 4 days my braids r falling out and slipping even though Ive been taking care of them still trying to figure out y they r falling :( he told me to my face they would stay for 2 months. If my hair is too short then tell me and if its too soft then say something. Thats my issue with his response and this situation. Please be up front with your customers and turn then away if you AT ALL feel like the braids wont stay. I wouldve much rather waited..
My daughter went to him for crochet braids and he did an amazing job! She showed him 1 picture and it looks just like it. Will definitely be coming back. He’s professional but also kind and listens to what you want. His space was clean and we were even able to watch some good shows while I waited for her. Sunny is the best in the area!!!!
Two months ago I took a chance on Sunday in doing my Ombre box braids and im so glad I did. As you can see they look wonderful and received tons on compliments. This review is overdue, but he did my hair for my trip to the Bahamas. Not only was my hair fabulous and lasted me for over 6 weeks, I STILL had my edges when I took them out! Lol Thats a concern when youre getting braids, but he did a wonderful job and I received many compliments.
Very happy with my new hair style. Great for the summer and for working out! Not only did Sunday take his time with making sure i achieved the style I wanted, he was also cautious to ensure that he wasnt braiding too tight and we had great conversation.

Pretty expensive and the dreads he did didnt really stick, even though I had taken care of them really well. Service is alright tho, just doesnt really know how to make dreads with straight hair.

2021-11-21I had a wonderful experience!! Sunday braided my hair very quickly; a job that probably would have taken another braider 8 hours to do he did in just 4-5 hours!! I love my hair, he did an amazing job. My braids are all the same size, my parts are neat and clean, very professional. I feel good because I got what I asked for AND he didn’t mind me running my mouth the whole time he knows how to carry a conversation without judgment or making one feel uncomfortable. 😊 I definitely will be coming back!! 👍🏾

2020-11-12This was my second time getting my hair done at this shop. It went so fast and the quality of his work was excellent. He got me in last minute and I felt very comfortable in the shop. I dont think I would go to anyone else for my hair braiding again. I dont know if anyone can do it better than Sunday. He is awesome!
