I had a great experience with O’Hare Auto Body. Alex, Phillip and staff were awesome throughout the whole process with my car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.
Came in because I was rear ended and this was one of the few places that can do body work on a Tesla, after almost 3 weeks picked up the car only to have to drop if back off a couple of days later because now my brake lights dont work (not original problem) and theres a mysterious vibrating noise in the back (not there before) like somethings not flush, fit well. I thought things were scanned and checked before customer was called for picked up especially after being there for such a long time.
Excellent service. My family and I are from Evansville and had a wreck on vacation. OHare took care of us at the scene, helped us with rental and were all together genuinely caring, helpful and kind.
Very smooth arrangements with insurance company and rental car. Exterior repair and paint was done correctly, but there were scratches in the new clear coat that had to be buffed out, sandblasting sand in the subtrunk, and loose trim that had to be pushed back in place. So QA wasnt great.I wasnt kept informed on progress, but the vehicle was delivered about when originally promised.Parking lot is really tiny - seems like an accident waiting to happen.
Brought my car to them he said $30,000 to do the work and that they would work on it when they have nothing to do and that it would be done whenever.This place is a joke. They think everyone that walks in they business doesnt know anything about bodywork Ive been working on cars for over 22 years and i know B.S when i hear it.
OHare Auto Body is truly the best of the best. Recently had our company vehicle fixed here (Ford F-150) after it was rear ended and it came back to us looking brand new! The staff is super friendly, informative, and professional. They definitely know what they are doing over there. Nick was beyond helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. He made sure everything was handled with the insurance company as well as the rental car agency and that we were properly taken care of. I would recommend OAB to anyone and everyone.Thank you to the entire staff!!

My Tesla was here for 6 weeks, and then when I finally got the call to come pick it up, it wasn’t even washed. I also waited about two months for parts to arrive before I could even take it in. In addition, they delayed me being able to pick it up by not sending their reports promptly to the insurance company that paid for my car to be fixed. I called so many times trying to check on things or move the process along and just felt very frustrated overall.
I was hit by another car in my company truck and O’Hare Body Auto made the repair process smooth and hassle-free. I received a quote from them and they got my truck in fast, and they returned it on time. They were very good at communicating with me through the repair process and I appreciated doing business with them. They also took care of working with the insurance for me. It was important that my truck got original pieces during the repair process and this was one of the only places I visited that did not push for off the market pieces which was very appreciated. I recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired!
Initially they had told us the car would be fixed in a week. Then they told us they needed two more days and then when those two days were up they told us they needed yet two more days. At the end of that week they told us the car was ready but when we went to pick it up, the car was a disaster. The car was brand new and only the driver’s side was ever used but when we went to pick it up the entire passenger seat was stained. When asked about this we were told the car was already like that and that they didn’t even get in the car on that side. It wasn’t until we kept insisting to them that our car wasn’t like that when it was towed that they apologized and said they would see how they could fix it. On that same day we saw that a light was not changed that they had told us would be replaced brand new. They insisted it was brand new but it wasn’t. Eventually they’d said they would replace it. We asked if the wheel was also brand new and they said it was. They then told us we could take the car home for the weekend and bring it back on Monday but we said we wouldn’t take it if it wasn’t even fixed. They told us it would take two more days but it wasn’t ready until the following Friday (it took two more weeks than we were initially told when the car entered the shop). Here we realized that another part was scratched and never fixed and they told us they would call us up when they had the part so we could get it fixed. This was over a month ago and we never received a call regarding this part. When we asked again to confirm if the wheel was brand new we were told it was, only to later find out it wasn’t brand new and rather just repaired. I don’t understand why they lied to us when they could have explained the estimate to us. Overall it was a very bad experience and a huge lack of communication on there end. I would not recommend.
Excellent customer service. One of The Best! I was kept updated and informed of the progress on my Porsche. More importantly, the work was completed on time, as promised. I enjoyed working with Trent, who was very knowledgable and showed a lot of patience in explaining the work done my car. I would have no problem recommending their services without any hesitation.

My Tesla Model Y was crashed into the side of a Car Wash by the attendant. OHare Auto Body was so easy to work with. Was able to tow my car from the far west suburbs! Helped us deal with the Insurance Agency and completed everything on time. Highly recommend for Tesla Body Damage Repair.
I had an excellent experience with this body shop. They worked directly with our insurance and were far better at communicating than I ever expected. The repairs were done much faster than we expected as well. The people were very nice.I would highly recommend this shop.

Very happy with the whole experience at OHare AB. Great service from beginning to end, managed the insurance co., kept me informed and did a great job fixing the front fender, bumper and side rocker panel on my Porsche 911. Also had extra work done and it turned out beautifully. They even fixed a couple of scratches on the back bumper that were out of scope. Would recommend them to anyone with a PCar or any other. O’Hare Auto Body is the best place for accident repair. I have been in 2 fender benders, 10 years apart, in two different vehicles and the work on both of my vehicles was like new. They do an amazing job!! The best part is they all are the most friendly, positive and efficient people. They care about their customers and their vehicles. Haley is amazing! They wanted a very one sided agreement even though there was insurance. didnt give time to finish or updates. insurance agent and I were chasing all the time. they are backed up and keep taking cars and then hold them to do the work! so there is no finish date or time. only when it was close 6 weeks later did they advise on when the car would be done
Unfortunately I was in an accident and the dealership sent us here for the body work. Every person I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. My car looks like it did prior to the accident!
About a year ago my car was hit from the rear..I had just gotten this car so it was still brand new to me. After bringing my car into the shop the employees all seemed to be on my side. they made me feel confident that my car would be perfect when it was finished. It felt like I had a team backing me up. Thats a good feeling to have being a young man with a car that none of your peers are driving..oh and they were Mercedes Benz certified so they showed love under the hood with taking care of my necessary work. Thanks again you guys, from Trent all the way to the nice lady who worked the front desk. I still till this day even a year later appreciate the work you guys did. They will forever have my business.

Great auto body shop! I was rear ended in my 2013 Porsche Cayenne, and I filed a claim through insurance. Trent and Deanna were great at keeping me informed, they handled the insurance portion of getting the repairs covered. Trent FaceTimed Allstate to show damages etc. Only took one week and the car looks better than before. All parts replaced were OEM.Thank you for doing an amazing job!!!!Highly recommend this place.
I brought my car in off the street without an appt and they took it in and tried to repair it. They did not even charge me. However, the work was a bit more extensive than we thought and they had already informed me that may be the case but they were very reasonable in estimating the cost and the part they had to order came in very quickly. The work was done swiftly and efficiently. They even washed the car before I picked it up. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my auto body needs.
The Team at O’Hare Auto Body was fantastic from start to finish on the full repaint of my 1989 Porsche 911. They were given a puzzle of a car, in many pieces, from me after another shop abandoned my project and they were able to complete it above and beyond what I was expecting. Kelly and her crew kept me up to date throughout the whole process which was amazing. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for future projects.
I have had my car detailed by OHare auto body shop in the past. I in the past two detailing jobs was very pleased and most satisfied with the level of quality in the work both in actually body work and detailing. This is my third visit to this shop to get work done. My automobile was involved in a auto accident in which I was not at fault. Not only was I once again very pleased with both the repairs and detailing of my vehicle I was more than pleased by both the professionalism promptness of the staff employed in the front office. Erin took care of her job in regards to what her duties were in regards to the repair of my vehicle but went more than the extra mile to not only to respect me and my auto during the repair prosess but to do all she could to get it completed in a fair and timely fashion. Nick was another person to note. His knowledge of my vehicle from past experience made this job easier for me to go through as he remembered and assured me that I would have it exactly as I wanted it to be. I am extremely pleased with O’Hare auto body shop. My Tesla model X was with O’Hare Auto Body for almost 5 months. It took 5Months due to Tesla’s lack of part inventory and slow turnaround for computer diagnosis. I had just gotten my car and within 48 hours, I backed into another car. I was told to bring it to O’Hare auto body. They literally got my car in that day. We asked them to do a couple extra things while they had it and they accommodated us no problem! Deanna in the office kept in close contact with me to keep me posted on the progress. Ohare Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my Tesla Model 3. Theres no way anyone could tell where the damage was! Deanna was fantastic to work with. It may have taken a little longer than I wouldve liked, but the quality of work was well worth the wait! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.
At first I was not sure Ohare was the right place for my vehicle to be fixed due to the fact it was an hour away from my home. After listening to others reviews it didnt matter the distance, but more of getting the vehicle fixed correctly. Ohare is certified with many makes all the way down to Tesla which was great to see. When contacting them Erin was more than helpful to get the car booked in, set up the rental, and get everything coordinated to ensure the hassle of dealing with a crashed vehicle was easier. Nick stepped in to take the vehicle every step of the way through the repair process, and kept me updated on the process all the way down to certain delays due to backordered OEM parts. The quality showed when the one back ordered part could have been swapped out for aftermarket, but they did not want to install anything other than the OEM equipment which is the same mindset I had. Tom the owner has a awesome team working for him couldnt be happier with the repair. Overall will definitely be doing more business with them! Thanks to the entire team for taking care of the entire process.
Apprehensive wasnt even close to how concerned I was dropping off a new Porsche 911 with very rare paint color to have a fender repainted. Tony, the manager, and his expert painter assured me of their quality work. Tony was absolutely outstanding in keeping me apprised of the work and repair timing. Great customer service Tony!!!! Picked it up today and it looked like new with absolutely outstanding workmanship in the repaint! They virtually detailed the entire car (even better than the Porsche dealership). Highly recommend utilizing these high-integrity professionals (I will certainly bring my other cars to them!) for all body shop needs.

2 of my MDX got rear ended and got fixed here. Thank you for the awesome job and back to the original look. This place is at least 8-10 miles away from me but would come to them for their professionalism, friendlyliness, very attentive good communication, and quick fix. Definitely recommend this place. They work with rental car and can pick up drop off on the same place which makes it more convenient.
I had body damage on my Mercedes GLA 250 4-matic and needed my entire front bumper replaced. I still have warranty on my car so I did research to find a shop that was Mercedes Benz certified and a preferred shop withState Farm. Mercedes warranty prefers that you select a shop that is MB certified so that they can honor the work done if anything goes wrong in the future. My experience was great. They were easy to get a hold of and the paperwork was straightforward. I already had my car inspected by a State Farm rep and I knew the estimate was way below what the actual damage and replacement of body parts would be. I know State Farm would rather pay for non-OEM parts and I wasnt exactly happy about that. But this shop used brand new OEM parts sourced by a nearby Mercedes dealership, and the replacement work was well done. I spoke with Mike who took care of the work and he was honest and easy to get a hold of with questions. I got my car back within the time frame specified and the invoice was easy to follow. They billed my insurance directly and dealt with my claim on their own.They certify their work and it’s guaranteed. A few months later one of the sensors in my bumper got knocked loose and they took my car in the next day and fixed the issue right on the spot, true to their word.If I ever need body work again, I am definitely back coming here.
I just moved into the area about a year ago. I read some previous good reviews and saw a bunch of Teslas out front so I thought this is the perfect place to take my Prius. I came in and had an initial talk with them and they took some pictures. Nick did a follow up call where I had explained that it was a minor taillight job. And that there was a little bit of weird situation who was paying for the job. It was a warranty company and not an insurance company. Even know this job with small and they had to jump through a few hoops to get everything taken care of they still treated me extremely well. From the time of my initial call started to when I got it done was extremely fast. Nick was extremely communicative in the entire process. And they got my car looking perfect again! Nick and the entire crew over there truly care about your business no matter how big or small. I will definitely recommend them to anybody in the future, and also if I ever need anything again!

Great service. Walked the second mile to help me. The quote was an over two thousand dollars job. Though it was not what I want at the moment, they were willing to patiently entertain my questions and suggestions. My brand new Honda CR-V was then given a temporary quick fix and I paid less than $100 only. The friendly and honest service was excellent. I will go back whenever I need an autobody work on my cars.
They did some work on my Honda Pilot as part of warranty service from HONDA ON GRAND so far the best Honda dealer i know , great help from service rep David Taub, thanks again Dave, and will see how the work the body shop did holds on.

I have been going to OHare Auto Body for many years and have never been disappointed. I recently took my car there after hail damage caused so much damage I never thought it could look the same. They not only exceeded my expectations with a job that brought my car back to like new condition, but they completely handled the insurance claim without me having to be involved. I also got my car back sooner than expected.
I cannot recommend this place to anybody. The car wasn’t properly fixed. They took my car didn’t finish properly, when I went to show them what they didn’t do, they took the car again to fix what was left, and it’s already been 2 months and the car hasn’t been fixed yet! Don’t use this body shop ever if you want your car to be fixed properly with quality and fast!
Well, one thing I can say is that I am starting to feel like family over there, as I have been there a couple of times in less than 6 months. Let me explain. 1st accident was my fault, 2nd was someone else. The first time I went to them, Kelly and Deanna handled the situation with incredible professionalism. The targeted repair time was spot on, they handled the car rental, everything. Everything was explained to me in detail how the repair was going to be handled. There was constant communication and updates as to what was happening with the car. Both have an amazing eye for detail. On both occasions, Kelly and Deanna were able to pick out scrapes and dings that escaped my eye and I usually pride myself on having eagle attention to detail, I stand corrected. The 2nd time, someone rear ended me. Both Kelly and Deanna were beyond sympathetic to my plight (I chalk it up to bad juju). What was even better about this dumpster fire of a situation was that the only thing I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up and even then there was the offer to pickup and drop off the car. Deanna handled everything, I never had to speak to the insurance company. Handled the rental car, there was nothing for me to do. Deanna stayed on top of the insurance company and communicated with me the latest events. That was a huge relief, I don’t think anyone wants to deal with insurance companies, especially when the situation is already stressful. The stress was completely alleviated. Both women are truly lovely, gals you can hang out with. I just wish I didn’t have to visit with them under these circumstances. The establishment is operated like a well oil machine. Was able to meet the owner, who is very nice and cheeky too! They go above and beyond when it comes to car repair. A big THANK YOU to Kelly and Deanna!
Super disappointed and will avoid this place. Had my Tesla Model 3 there to correct numerous quality issues. Found them to cut corners whereever they could. 2 out of 3 paint issues seem to have been attempted to be fixed with a paint stick. One out of 2 body issues also need rework at another place. I don’t think they can stay in business with this kind of quality of work. Seriously, shame on you guys.

I have know Tony for many years now going back when he was a painter @ International Body Shop. He is very kind & knowledgeable with what he does. We had our Scion in there body shop after we got hit the day after Christmas. Turn around time was very fast and Tony kept me in the loop the whole time. Our car came back to us looking like nothing ever happened they did a great job. Thank you very much OHare Auto Body staff I highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs body work. Got a small dent the size of a baseball above the drivers side rear tire well. Was recommended to this shop from AAA and I must say that I could not be happier. Tony greeted me immediately as I walked in. Jumped right up and dropped what he was doing in order to come take a look at the dent. After some quick assessment he made the arrangements and took the car from me right there on the spot. He had one of the other people from the shop take me over and drop me off at rent a car around the corner.The work was done well, in a timely manner, and the level of honesty and professionalism is something I am not used to seeing in the auto repair industry. I will highly recommend others to visit Tony at Ohare Auto Body.
This body shop did over $13,000 of unauthorized repairs on my car. Yes, thats correct, over $13,000! They took almost two years to do the work and never informed me that the repairs were denied by the insurance company, yet they continued to work on the car. Now they are keeping my car and have threatened to sell it. I now have retained a lawyer to file suit to get my car back. I have in addition contacted the States attorneys office and they told me that there may be some criminal exposure there (insurance fraud, etc. & auto theft). So they want me to come in and file charges, which I did! The States Attorney also told me to call the police and claim the car stolen. In addition I have filed charges the the local police department.The GM on staff at the time tried to tell the owner to give me back my car, that none of this was my fault, and the owner refused. Since then there have been several GMs walk out on this place. Run, dont walk from this place!

The work done here was excellent and prompt. Any delays that were had were becuase of insurance folks and the rep i delt with was always on top of getting in touch woth them or working with me to get them moving.The work on my car was top notch. I could not tell what was original from what they had replaced. With it being a new car your always nervious how these things will turn out and I Could jot be happier.One other thing o really appreciated was they giv e you the option to text. For me with my work and family schedule it is so much more convient and efficient if i can respond in texts. Plus with this option i was able to get images of what i needed for any question which have come up post accident.I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for excellnt service and great results.
My beautiful 2013 STI was damn near totaled by a hail storm when I was in Denver CO. I never believed in baseball sized hail but I do now. Just after my car was destroyed I was planning to move back to the Chicagoland area. I was not sure where to take my car so I called the Porsche dealer in Naperthrill and asked them where they took their cars. They pointed me to OHare Autobody.Tony was my service consultant and he did an excellent job. The work was going to take 3 weeks and Tony kept me up to speed the entire way through. Tony, great job man! There were a couple small items that needed attention after the work was completed and Tony took care of them immediately. Thank you Tony!The best part.... My car looks like the dealership just peeled the factory seals off of it! Paint looks amazing! Body line are perfect! My car looks perfect! My family has been using OHare Auto Body for twenty years. They just fixed our new Kia Niro after my son was hit and it doesnt even look like it was in an accident. Fabulous job. Thats why we keep coming back. I had to use Buick for some body work when I was in Florida and the job was awful and more expensive. Im glad to be home.

Very personal and professional service. Deanna and Kelly were very thorough and thoughtful, and helped make it as pain free as possible getting repairs done on my Tesla going through Geico insurance. Geico refuses to pay appropriate labor rates for Tesla Repairs which is absolutely ridiculous! Geico doesn’t get the fact that a Tesla Car is basically a driving computer and requires trained Tesla specialist to do repairs. Bottom line Geico you don’t go to your regular doctor to do brain surgery.... you go to a neurosurgeon who is reimbursed at a much higher rate than your regular doctor!!! ... Easy concept to me.It will be interesting to see as more and more cars go high tech if Geico will continue to rip off luxury car owners!!Big Thank You O’hare Auto Body for excellent repairs on my Tesla and your patience and professionalism!!
OHare did a great job removing 2 small door dings in my Tesla Model 3. Their Paintless Dent Repair was quick, clean, and very cost effective. No I dont have to look at what other careless drivers did to my car anymore! So all you Tesla and Porsche owners out there, OHare is the place to get your aluminium body repairs done.

I got hit twice in my brand new vehicle brought here, I get my vehicle back with damage done to my rain guards and they have the gull to say they were like that previously. Then they told my insurance two different stories due to smoke or natural defect! First off there was no defect and paint on a rain guard is not from cigarettes!!! Worst

2022-06-13I had used OHare Auto Body many years ago for minor damage to the rear bumper and recalled their repair was excellently completed. It looked like new. So I brought our newly purchased/used Mini Cooper S in recently for an estimate for some cosmetic repairs. The estimate was more comprehensive than I expected, however we felt it was fair. After having the car for 2+ weeks, we picked it up and were very satisfied with the workmanship. There were just a few minor adjustments to be made and they corrected them on the spot. I would recommend them to all who own higher end vehicles, especially the ones considered to be your baby.

2022-05-13Very professional and HONEST. Always worried when I need repairs done on my car. I saw the reviews on Google and decided to try Ohare Auto Body. Couldnt have been happier with the service. I felt from the very moment I got there that they were treating me with respect, and more importantly, thought about the continued relationship with me and my car. I thought I was in for a $1000 transmission repair minimum, but the repair was much less intensive and much cheaper... they easily could have taken me to town, instead they did what was required and charged me honestly. One of the best experiences and thats rare when it comes to car repair.

I thought this would be a whole day thing, but they had me in and out in no time! I had several scratches on my car, and Eloy did an incredible job making my car look good as new. 2022-04-02I was one of the unfortunate Honda Pilot owners with peeling paint. Ohare did the repaint of my roof. The service was great. Done on time and updated throughout the process. My car was cleaner inside and outside than when i dropped it off for the work. Nice staff as well.

2022-01-06I had an amazing experience working with OHare Autobody from start to finish. I worked with Trent, he helped me with the claim process with the insurance company. I was very hands off during the process.When it was time for me to take my car to get fixed they arranged the rental and I was picked up by Enterprise. I didnt have to call to order my rental, it was done by OHare Autobody.While they were working on my car I was getting text messages on what they were working on, and updates on the estimated pick up date.Communicating with staff was very easy and they were very friendly and helpful.THEY ARE TESLA CERTIFIED! which to me was very important. The parts they order are from Tesla, every time a part would be ordered I would get an email from Tesla, I was up to date on everything.The pick up was super easy. They were nice enough to charge up my car and ELOY did a phenomenal job with the detail both inside and out.* i was very impressed with the way I was given with paper work. They gave me a USB drive and all my files were in a PDF form. WOW!I will never go any where else when it comes to Collison repair. A+++ work. My car looks better now than when I first bought it a year ago!!!!

2022-06-14My car was in a BAD accident and I had Ohare Auto Body do all the repairs. Let me tell you Ohare Auto Body is the place to go!!! They handled me like I was the top priority! They drove me to the car rental and handled everything with the insurance company (someone hit my car)The customer service was top of the line, they answered all my questions and kept me posted with texts on my phone or if I called in they always were more then happy to talk with me about my car. Let me tell you have have dealt with many body shops in my 55 years and Ohare Auto Body takes the cake!!! They have a stellar business they really care about their customers. Let me tell you my car looked brand new when I picked it up!!!! The car drove like the day I drove it off the car lot! I cant be happier they gave me a flash drive with all the paperwork and pictures of the car for my records they keep up with the modern times yet give you customer service like the good old days!!!
