This is not what urgent care is supposed to be. A 2 to 3 hour wait is ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of transparency on walk ins. Might as well go to an ER if your to wait 3 hours in the lobby and another 2 in the room.
I would give zero if I could. Looked online to see which urgent cares we’re still taking patients and they were. Walked in and they said oh the doctor decided to go home. Don’t waste your time.
The two stars of this review are for the receptionist and the nurse practitioner. If you want to feel respected by your physician, seek help elsewhere. I might be able to understand if the doctor was overworked, if I hadn’t been the FIRST patient seen that day. I understand that you may have dedicated your education and career to the study of medicine, but I have not; so, when I inevitably have questions about my diagnosis, I expect them to be answered without one foot out the door and a back turned towards me, itching to move on. When I ask which pharmacy my prescription was sent to, I don’t expect sass, or an eye-roll. The doctor LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me - no joke. I really wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but as a customer service rep, I feel a personal responsibility to speak up. Medicine should be as human as it is scientific - and you will not find that here.
I think they have one nurse. Cant handle being both a clinic and a test site very well either. Feels like a glorified billboard. North Shore is a faceless company why wouldnt they be brainless too?
Would not recommend. They had a sign up that the front desk person had stepped away for a moment then 15 minutes later 2 employees returned to say they’re on break for another hour and a half and can’t help us. Unprofessional.
Wish I could leave zero stars. A family member went to this urgent care to get checked out and they had her wait in the car due to covid which is understandable. but after 2 hrs of waiting and 2 phone calls from the nurses collecting her insurance info and her symptoms....THE NURSES WALKED OUT OF THE BUILDING AND TOLD MY FAMILY MEMBER “oh yea no ones here everyone left.” How is that even possible and okay?
Horrible place for blood draws. Always has a 1-2 hour wait even when there are no other patients and they struggle to find tests that should be in the system for regular patients. Either hire more nurses or close the location. Its just a painful experience.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR BLOOD DRAWS.Theyre not properly trained to do so. HER EXACT WORDS WERE IM NOT A PHLEBOTOMIST SO I CANT DO THAT. Then refused to give me any info saying they didnt draw blood because they had to pull the orders from the system.WASTED AN HOUR PLUS OF MY TIME.
I went here thinking I was going to see a doctor, but ended up seeing a nurse. She had no clue how to diagnose me other than making me go and get scans of all sorts and even after everything, she told me to go to the ER. People, please save your time and money and go to an actual doctor. I dont k ow why this place even exist if all they do, is tell you to go to the ER as a best alternative and even after you have just paid $116 just so that they can tell you that.
The staff is patient and friendly. Excellent service for lids and adults who we brought there. Its so much more efficient than going to the ER for x-rays etc.
Came in with flu like symptoms. The staff was efficient, thorough, and friendly. Myra was so helpful at the front desk. The facility and the restrooms were very clean.
For some reason there is always over an hour wait time. Not very helpful and I was tested for strep throat and never got my results!
Very slow service need to hire more staff. been here for last one and half hr.
I have been in hospital in different states but this is the worst so far

2022-09-01Only go here if you need a covid test, anything more and it’s the worst thing ever for the medical staff here. Never going here again for my client.The white lady doctor was rude uses her privilege as a doctor to her own advantage. She has no consideration for anyone’s circumstances, will not go above and beyond for you, and will not try to understand you. I wish I could further explain the situation, but HIPAA prevents me from doing so.Keep it simple when coming here, they’re not the smartest people, except the one medical assistant that put in our information in the exam room. She was nice. I wish the patients here good health, and to be safe.

2022-04-28I went in because I had symptoms synonymous with either bronchitis or a sinus infection. The front desk receptionist and nurse were incredibly professional and helpful. The doctor was terrible. Her name was Dr Burke, she didn’t even get my information correct and she downplayed my symptoms. When I asked for cold medicine recommendations, because apparently my coughing and wheezing and inability to breathe was just a common cold, she stated that she doesn’t not recommend cold medicine because it doesn’t work. That I just need to drink liquids and let my “cold” pass. Incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. I will not be returning, nor should any of you visit this location.

2022-07-24We went in because my 91 year old husband with very limited mobility had pain getting progressively worse in his ribs. The staff was wonderful. Dr Daul and Neeloafer (sp) the nurse/technician (1person with 4roles) were so very professional and attentive. They and other staff helped my husband get onto the exam table, helped him prepare for the X-ray, get in position for blood draw etc. We got the results quickly. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Be advised that they were closed for 45 minutes from 12:45 to 1:30 for lunch which wasn’t indicated on the website or door. So many places are short staffed right now, and it was evident they don’t have a large enough staff to take turns getting lunch.

2022-06-22I walked in with my 3 year old son to this location around 10:15am. There were probably about 3 people ahead of me but when it was my turn to register with the front desk, she tells me I have to comeback at 1:30pm. Because they need to take their lunch break which was still a couple of hours away. I said ok and cameback at 1:30.The reason I had to go see doctor was that my son and I have been sick with nonstop coughs, high fever and sore throat for the past 5 days. I have taken all the OTC medicines and none of them worked. The doctor tells me that my son and I are completed fine that does not need prescriptions. I asked if I could have some antibiotic, instead she tells me I can take some allergy medicine for my sore throat. I don’t have an allergy why would you recommend that??? She tells me just take Tylenol. I have never experienced such an ignorant human being in my life. Especially, in her position. I’m home now with fever and coughs and obviously I wasted my time and energy going to this urgent care. Never going there again.

2022-08-08Ridiculous, they close 1 hour for lunch. Simply say well you can go to another immediate care. PUT IT IN YOUR HOURS SO PEOPLE DONT DRIVE THEIR SICK KIDS HERE

2022-04-29There was no receptionist at the front desk when I walked in. The receptionist finally walked in after about ten minutes and told me they are very busy and that there is no doctor here to see patients today and they are only doing covid testing for northshore employees.

2021-09-02The scheduling at this urgent care is so backwards. I waited for five hours and each time I Checked in at the desk they told me I would be seen soon! 6 hours I was waiting and they didn’t bother to tell me when I showed up that there were 50 people ahead of me. That’s just rude and disrespectful. When I asked they said they aren’t allowed to tell people which makes no sense what kind of policy is that?! I seriously hope there are better places than this out there.

2021-08-31I am still upset that they had some new trainee do my daughters stitches on her chin and even though I kept telling her she wasn’t doing it right she kept going with it then the nurse decided to show up after and realized it was messed up and tried to glue it after the messed up stitches. The scar will forever remind me of this incident and it makes me so upset. They need to hire more experienced and property trained people. Other wise the staff was friendly.

2021-12-26It’s pretty bad right now, I got here at 8am, there were already 12 people before me in a line. Everyone had to wait outside just to register. Three hours later I’m still waiting for my appointment just to do a Covid test. They reached their capacity for the day around 10:15am so no one else could register. Make sure you come early if you want to get in.

2021-07-28I called them in advance because me and my 4 year old son had an earache, they told me to come in and they don’t accept appointments. I canceled my appointment I had for another place for the next morning, arrived 30 mins later to a sign on the door that said they are at capacity, I still walked in because I was confused why they told me to come on in, the lady said the capacity could change by the minute, as she was walking out the door to an empty parking lot. I wouldn’t waste my time to go here.
