Place was amazing. The front desk lady really greeted us and was really kind to our needs and what we needed. Wait time was great we waited less than 10 minutes. The nurse was nice, kind, And she listen to all our concerns. Overall great service and I highly recommend coming here if you need any medical help.

So far no one’s here staffing the place. Just a sign that says they’ve “stepped away for a moment”. Just came from their immediate care center in Andersonville only to be told that their X-ray is down on weekends due to being short staffed. NorthShore needs to let patients know right away if and when anyone would be available to see them. It’s hard to judge times but people deserve a heads up on expectations, especially when they’re in pain and duress. Not knowing can add major strain to what is an already stressful situation for most people. There’s a patient waiting next to me who works for NorthShore, on the phone with their customer care who can’t get ahold of any of the staff, supervisors or general management. I understand websites are supposed to help automate staffing shortages but they don’t seem to be helping. Even the staff agrees from what they’ve told me.

12/17/21 Current Practice: Many are for COVID test. If you go afternoon, you must aware that you will wait for solid two hours. They were done by around 3 pm because they take walk in phone numbers so no one have to wait in waiting room for two to three hours. Today it was done by around 3 pm. Make sure your phone app notification is on, and pick phone (3 times courtsey call according to the receptionist). The recieptionist is very nice, very polite, and the nurse and the practitioner work all day long risking their lives. They are doing their job! I walked in right before lunch time and was told after 1 pm opens and 4 people ahead waiting. I misunderstood the receptionist explanation and went to back around 1:45 pm but 1 person was not even done. So I waited for an hour and half by my choice. I observed some ppl gave up (long waiting) or turn down (missed last spot). Walk in immediate care is only one practicione (or few), and one or two nurses. Many palces are like that. Do not expect 5 physicians are waiting for you.

I am very disappointed for the rudeness of receptionist Janet and refused to accept my family and called 911 to threaten us to leave the immediate care.

There was nothing immediate about my care, it seems they have staffing issues.

The point of service/front desk person, the nurse practitioner (Kelly), and the MA/RT were all AMAZING. I wish Kelly could be my primary care provider. She took time, tried several things to resolve my issue and actually reassured me about another health issue/question I had, not just my chief complaint. Nothing Id change (though I havent seen the bill, and she warned me that the Immediate care pricing may be higher than seeing my PCP during office hours. I think it will be worth it to have such great service, and not have to take time off work)

Very ir response answers by receptionist at desk. There was no patient in ahead of us but it took more then 1.30 hours to take patient in for check up. No hurry at all by staff.

Took my daughter there on 11/3 for a nagging cough she’d had for 3+ weeks. Was told it was allergies and to give antihistamines. The next day I took her to her regular pediatrician and she heard wheezing. After a nebulizer treatment didn’t resolve the wheezing she was diagnosed with pneumonia. The nurse at north shore was nice enough but missed pneumonia
