My experience at Niva so far has been wonderful! They took the time to learn about my condition and develop a thorough treatment plan for me, which was explained very clearly. When I asked for time to really review everything, they were very accommodating -- no high pressure tactics! Im early in my treatment, but Im feeling positive about my results so far. The people who work here are so incredibly kind and friendly! I look forward to seeing them every week. Im very glad I found Niva!

This place is a scam. Do not fall for it! They wanted $3700 outside my very good insurance to inject vitamin B into my toes. They also booked my insurance for a free consultation and had the audacity to bill me for the balance.
NIVA Health is an amazing place to be - I can’t say enough great things not only about Drs. Jason and Rebecca Lamarche but also about the staff- Lauren, Jacqui, Maja and Tiffany who all go above and beyond to help their patients get the best care possible at every visit. Their knowledge, professionalism, compassion, understanding and dedication to healing makes every visit not only beneficial and effective but enjoyable as they actually listen to the patient to help and provide guidance in any way possible. I am getting “the works”from neuropathy treatment to weight loss (lost 28 pounds) to Chiropractic treatment and they provide so many more services. I highly recommend NIVA Health for anyone who is searching for help with their health issues - this is absolutely where you’ll get it.

2022-05-03Albeit the pandemic sadly hides it with mask wearing, I have never left this place without a wide grin on my face having just had the most pleasant interactions of my day with the friendliest staff Ive ever met.While the formal treatments give me hope for my pain, the staff feels like the real treatment. After suffering a stroke at 31 and being left to my own devices to find help for my lingering neuropathy, Niva Health in Naperville was the first experience Ive had where I didnt feel like just a rushed number. Every single employee—and I mean every single one of them—that you see in the office feels like a part of the treatment with just how caring they all are.I have Central Pain Syndrome all across my affected side (from my stroke). The pain never quite stops. But through my journey of trying to get back where I was pain-free, Ive acquired a lot of stress working with various doctors and attending appointments nearly every day. Niva and its gem of a staff have become an oasis that I actually look forward to coming to.What part of the body doesnt heal itself? they told me. Ive held on to those words and feel empowered to keep on trekking. Id absolutely encourage you to try this place out, especially if youre hurting and youre in dire need of some direction.

2022-04-11Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Niva offers a lot of services in a great atmosphere. Staff is very helpful with finding a treatment plan for you without the added sales pressure.
