This is my 2nd time at the salon. Kim did my nails both times and did an EXCELLENT job! shes a perfectionist and takes her time! The place is clean and modern and the staff are all very friendly! Love this place and will be going back in the future!
Went in for a pedicure only a few people there. I have gone there before and had no issues. This time it was a joke. Pedicure was the worst I have ever gotten my toe nail are all different sizes there not even straight there all at different angles. One of the nail techs was coughing so bad that it made it very uncomfortable like she should have stayed home. I will never go back there again just horrible

Absolutely horrible! The lady w boy hair cut cuz she wouldn’t tell me her name was so rude and rough w me she would tap my hand to move it. She made my nails flat flat shape no curve and not shaped correctly. As soon as I walked in I was made fun of everyone stared they talked their language between them only cuz I asked if could have a lady do my pedicure very unprofessional paid 65$ not worth it at all the polish dried and had bubble in it. Don’t waste your time and Money. RUN! Do not go there!

I’ve been going to Nice Nails for years. Their service is always great and my nails and toes always come out great. No complaints. They are very clean and sanitize often. I’ve done acrylics, dip, no chip, regular manicures, pedicures. Would recommend.
I got a fill in with Lisa and my nails came out great!!! Lisa did an amazing job and I cannot wait to see her next time! Unfortunately because they were working on my nails and feet at the same time the color I picked was not the color that was put on my toes. By the time I was able to notice it was too late and they were closing. I don’t think that my feet were done properly they are very rough at the bottom and I’ve never gotten a pedicure this poor.
I had a great experience. I am currently in town on a business trip and wanted to pamper myself with a full set of acrylics. I’m pretty picky when it comes to who does my nails, because I have had a few bad experiences in my hometown. My nail tech was Lisa & she did a wonderful job! Lisa listened to exactly what I wanted and was very careful and precise with her work. I got a full set, coffin style, decorated orange glitter gel, perfect for the fall season. She took the time to go through multiple colors to help me decide what would look best. I was also offered water as well as a massage, which was awesome. The salon itself looks very clean and well put together. The price was also very reasonable, $45. I would definitely recommend this nail salon and technician.
They are perfectionist here! I’ve gone to dozens of places around the area and nobody does nails like these ladies do. Absolutely love coming here!
I’ve been going to Nice Nails consistently for over a year for pedicures and no-chip manicures. The staff is friendly and they take pride in doing good work. They make it a point to get to know their customers. Newly remodeled and new massage chairs. Love this place!

Love nice nails. Always nice and helpful staff and a wide variety of colors and services. They offer regular, dip and no chip with hundreds of colors each, wax and eyebrow services. A bit on the pricey side but worth a day of pampering.
The ladies are very nice but they didn’t do a great job. I got a French manicure and one of my nails is misshapen. The nail art is also poorly done. Also while I was in there multiple people walked in saying they recently got their nails done and it was chipping really bad. Good service but poor work. :(
I did a full set with short nails and it cost $60 I find it very expensive.
First time going to Nice Nails and Tammy did a great job! I requested coffin shaped full set and she made sure I was satisfied. Tammy took her time and did a great job. Highly recommend
Like most people I am picky with my nails and for how many times I go to different places its not always been a good experience.My sister called me to tell me of this place and the technician she had and how much she loved the outcome.So I called and tried for them for my first time at Nice Nails and can honestly say it was a really really nice experience.My technician was Valerie and she is amazing!!I absolutely LOVE LOVE how she did my nails!!They look and feel very natural! Not this thick gauck placed on them like most places Ive been n too. She has such a gentle touch too... and very sweet to talk too. I can tell by my nails she takes pride of her work.I most certainly recommend her and this salon.Very clean which is also very important for me ! friendly place to walk in too.I will definitely go back to Valerie and this nail salon :)Never have I felt the need to actually post my comments on a web sight... this is my first ever posted comment so it is goood.Thank you again Valerie
Went to Nice Nails yesterday for the first time and I was impressed. Everyone was so nice. I got a full set of acrylics with no chip polish and they turned out beautiful. Lisa took the time to make sure she got the length and shape just right. Definitely would recommend!
I was seen immediately by a very friendly staff. Offered something to drink shortly after I sat. WiFi available. Kathy was my nail technician. She was very friendly, quick, detail-oriented and knew her job well! No dilly-dallying, helped with color choice, patient. I was very satisfied with the overall experience, clean spa, trendy decor, nice aura. Price, excellent! $30 for Shellac (no-chip). $15 manicure. I’m used to $12. They charge $5 fir removing a previous no-chip. So, worth the 10 bucks extra for the no-chip (2-3 weeks vs. 2-3 days). First timers sign up Using their emails utilizing a point system for each service done. Discounts on future manicures. 200 points. If you pay cash one receives entire points 1 pt/dollar spent. Credit/Debit cards - half the points. I will be back for sure! If you live in or near Addison stop by! The nail spa is right next to Jimmy John’s, across the street from Marcus Cinemas. I hope it lasts the 2 weeks as I take care of my hands. Bravo! 💅🏼😊

Great place!!! Last time that I went was a month ago. The staff was very professional; took care of every guest expeditiously, and with a friendly demeanor. Everyone was laughing, smiling, and having a great time. The only reason I havent been back sooner is because I had my first dip manicure, and it has lasted this long!!! Will definitely be there on my next day off!!

Nice decor and nice nail techs. She took her time doing my manicure and pedicure. Other places Ive been to rush through it quickly to get to the next customer. My tech did a thorough job and gave me a relaxing massage. Most other places also skimp on the massage. I would recommend this nail salon.
I was a first time client and a walk-in too. Tony took me right away. And gave me a beautiful French manicure. One of the nicest Ive ever gotten. Very impressed with the salon. I will definitely be back. Cant believe all these years Ive lived in Addison and just discovered this place practically in my own backyard!
Nice Nails is a great place to get your nails done! I have had two gel fill ins, one with Valerie & one with Tony. They offer great customer service and even give you a shoulder/neck massage at the end of your appointment along with a great hand massage. They are definitely on the pricey side. I paid $45 for a fill in with a $5 tip but the extra cost is worth the great service.
Today was my first time going their. Its very nice, clean, ppl are very nice. They offer you something to drink and hold good convo. The lady that help me named Tina was just the nicest ever. Did an excellent job on my feet,felt like I was walking on clouds. Thank you so much.. give this Plc nothing but good good good .

Really Great Experience! Woman was so sweet and wanted to engage with me and have a nice conversation. Nails came out beautiful although, where not the exact color I hoped they would be. Still fell in love with the color and didnt care at all! (What can you expect though? Gel is never the same color as what it shows!) she did my nails very fast and they came out very neat and clean! They even gave me a free lotion! How sweet!
This was my first time going here and I was very happy with the service! I was looking for a good nail salon where they could do some nice designs and have a variety of colors to choose from. I’ve found it! I was very very impressed! I will definitely be going back! This will be my new go to nail salon. I highly recommend! They are very good!
Poor quality on gel nails as gel was not even close to the cuticle. Looked like they were a week old. Redone at another shop. Dirty looking towels.
I waited to leave a review. I thought I would try a different place than my normal. Well, I should have stuck with my norm. I came in for a pedi. It wasn’t anything special, but did a Nice job besides having some gaps between edges. Then, they were pushy on me getting a manicure. I said no. Then I thought sure why not? I never treat myself. Well, I never get a manicure because I have kids and cleaning etc. well, they pushed me to get a no chip. They couldn’t take no for answer. The man told me 2 weeks, you’ll see. Well, here we are a week later and I am chipped. Now I need to take the rest of my nails off. Disappointing because I spent some decent money at their salon today. Next time I’ll either go to my normal place or stick to just my pedi.
Will never come back here as they treated me horribly. After calling ahead for a full set and pedicure they took 2 hours doing my toes and then proceeded to tell me they “didn’t have enough staff” to do my nails. The best part was there was a walk in that came in and instead of having her wait since I was there first they sat her down and told me they can’t do my nails. Never again. Don’t recommend. Especially annoying since I always got my nails done here brought my friends as customers and got lashes and brows done all the time. They don’t care about their regulars.
My nails never last when I get them done here. Also not sure what they use but my nails burn and hurt afterwards.
I am from out of town a stubled on this shop over the weekend. The people were very friendly. But when i finished and was told how much the total was i felt like the tech was nice because she thought i was a sucker. They are way over priced. If i had known i would have gone someplace that would have given me a manicure and pedicure and a brow cleanup for about 50 dollars not 73 dollars. If i wanted to spend that much i would have gone to a real Spa. Shame on them for taking advantage That was a treat for me and now i feel bad about it.
I had high hopes for the new ownership but once again their work is always rushed with little to no attention to detail. Pedicures come out ok but if you get your nails done forget it. You will have polish missing from the sides, bubbles if you get gel, and too much of a gap between the top of your nail and cuticle so one week later it looks grown out needs to be redone. This place used to be easily 5 stars up until about 4 years ago. It keeps getting worse. I wont be returning ever again. I gave enough chances.
They no chip gel manicure and pedicure took over a hour and a half and were expensive I spend almost a $100 and they didnt last a week. They could have done a better job on layering to make the nail stronger. But the workers are nice.
I got a pedicure 2 weeks ago and my toes still look great! Today’s visit I got a no chip manicure and pick a beautiful color and the manicure turned out perfect. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went to visit this nail salon on Friday, September 22. I asked for an acrylic fill in with no chip nail polish! After 2 days the polish began to crack & Peel!!! I returned and showed the nail tech. His exact words were sorry we dont provide refunds but I will fix your nails for you. I reluctantly agreed. Ha! The very next day my nails are peeling again!!! Stay away from this nail salon!!!

Best nail salon. Got lot experiences with this place. All staffs and manager are very friendly. High recommended place for nails. They carry all high end product line.
First called to see if they were busy the lady said no come on in. I said okay perfect! Then I get there and she asked me to chose a color and I did then they sit me down a couple minutes later. Then the lady is finishing someone up then she comes to me (I was getting just my toes painted) she cuts my toe nails doesn’t even ask what shape I want and I didn’t remember to tell her, so she cut it very short and it was VERY uneven.. Then I say I wanted square shaped then she tried to make it into a square shape and fails then I asked her just make it round since most of it was round and now it looked like round and square.. she was in such a hurry she took 2 seconds to fix and left but that’s fine I understand I didn’t mention what shape (but as her job) she should’ve asked. Okay so whatever I was trying to get over that but then she goes to finish this other ladies nails and has her 10 year old daughter paint my toes.. I’m sorry I came here for a EMPLOYEE to do what I’m paying for.. Don’t get me wrong the little girl did a great job but the mother was in such a hurry she didn’t ask me what shape or take her time to fix her mistake.. First time coming and last.. tbh
Wow!!! Tammy gives amazingly relaxing & attentive facials (I have had 2 now - yay!!!!), does my eyebrows exactly in the shape I want @ 51, and colored them THE perfect color to boot 2 weeks ago (Thank God!!)!!!! Her coloring made my gorgeous green eyes pop so that was an unexpected added benefit besides covering my gray!! Tammy also gives great neck massages at the right pressure points while I am waiting for my pedicure to dry, and does an incredible job with my nail coloring always!! After teaching for 26 years at the middle school level, I can totally tell Tammy takes exceptional pride in her work & pleasing my wishes always!! She has definitely earned an A+ in my gradebook and will in yours too!! Tammy and all the others are incredibly hospitable to me and all who enter while I am there which impresses me as well!! It is a great place and I would recommend staying with the new ownership there the last 3 months like me!!! You wont regret it and the prices are in line with other places around the area too...according to my friends, who are in the know when it comes to pricing ANNNNNYTHING :-)!! Holy moly this place sucks! I get my nails done A LOT so I know how decent nails should look. The first time I went the guy didn’t even put the gel powder on properly I had to come back two days later and get it redone because it was actually hurting me. It’s been a week since I got them redone and a nail actually fell off... idk how the hell thats possible since I got gel and no chip. I paid extra for it to be sturdy and shiny. Don’t go here guys.

Awful most recent experience. The nail tech used an old nail polish for my toe nails which did not dry in a reasonable amount of time and smeared right off. I also learned today I was over charged before multiple times. When I got no chip manicure I got charged $40 for it when it is only $30. I brought this up to the nail tech and I was basically laughed at. Definitely not worth the money!

I payed $40 and my pedicure was good but the manicure was terrible, it was done in less than 10 minutes, the nails do not look evenly trim and the color was not evenly applied. The attention was good but I won’t go back
I hate to share the best-kept secret around, because it will be harder for me to get into her book....haha; however, Tammy honestly gives T-H-E BEST FACIALS & PEDICURES AROUND FOR THE PRICE!!! I have had 3 great facials & numerous pedicures at two other salons around the area, but Tammy, by far, IS ALWAYS THE MOST ATTENTIVE THROUGHOUT & HER NO-CHIP PEDIS LAST ME EASILY 8 WEEKS!! I cant beat that price anywhere with 4 kids!! Tammys facials are to die for & keep my 52-year-old face looking 30-something for 3-4 weeks afterward too! CHEERS TO YOUR OWN KIND OF BEAUTIFUL, EVERYONE!! 💝💝

Been going there for years but prices were either raised or they just really wanted to take advantage of me. My mother and I always go and get our nails done the exact same thing me on acrylic nails and hers on regular nails and she got charged more than I did.
Bad experience, I got no chip on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was chipped, went banck on Friday to have them fix the nail and the guy fixed but so told me that they dont gurantee it, I said I understand but its not suppose to fall off that fast its no chip! the nail the guy fixed chipped even worst yesterday basically I have to get all of them redone. I will never come back.

Money hungry , over priced, rude and rush your service. Manager is loud and obnoxious and the lady who did my nails couldn’t take criticism dont blame the customer it’s tacky.
Wishing I could have given them zero stars. From the moment I walked in, they began to pester me with different and more expensive options, and it didn’t stop. They continued to critique my eyebrows, insisting that they needed to be done. Additionally, their services were overpriced for the quality. Do not waste your time/money here.

2022-08-19Second time here and I absolutely love it!!! My first no-chip manicure was long lasting and gorgeous; so I just had to come back. The color options are endless and the shop is so clean! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The pedicures are relaxing and not rushed. Great prices too!

2022-07-20I tried to like the service but honestly the worst nochip I have ever gotten. My right thumb chipped 2 days later and i got it fixed. Now all my nails are lifting. Dont reccomend no-chip from here wont last you more than 7 days and is not worth what you pay.

2021-08-22I dont know why this place has such high reviews. I went to this place 3 times and will never go there again. I got my nails done yesterday. The manager herself did the job. Her work speaks for itself (picture). I specifically told her I didn’t want any gaps. Still there are lots of gaps and cuticle as you can see in the picture. The manager was not polite at all, yelled at me multiple times, not clean, money hungry & super stressed! I went to nail salon to get my nails done. I didn’t go there to be stressed.

2021-09-09Been here twice during my lunch break. They get busy but are accommodating and make time for you. They still do a great job and don’t rush you. The girls are friendly and make sure you’re getting the results you want. I’m usually picky with nail places but so far I’m very happy coming here.

2022-05-09Staff was awesome. They really listened and did exactly what I wanted. I’m from out of town and needed to get my nails done. If I’m ever in the area again and need them done I’ll be back for sure.
