My son and I have been patients of Dr. Jeffs for a few months now and I am beyond thankful the day I was referred to his office! My son plays soccer year-round and puts his body through some tough practices and games. Dr. Jeff has given him the opportunity to push beyond his limits and keep his body healthy. At just 11 years old, he looks forward to his adjustments and therapy sessions. He says he feel lighter and faster after every single appointment. I no longer feel tension in my shoulders and my lower back no longer hurts. My headaches have significantly reduced and I feel like I can keep up with my busy soccer mom schedule. I originally went to Dr. Jeff because of pain in my body in between my 3 days a week exercise routes and how difficult it became to do gardening without being sore. I saw improvements soon after, but to my surprise, I noticed my sense of smell returning which had diminished & being able to deep breath again which had become shallow over the years. In the following months from the adjustments, I noticed how much straighter I was standing and noticed that the back of my head now touched the head rest in the car!! Dr. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge when one is using natural ways to stay healthy and can guide you to the right information so you can make a wise choice for yourself. I trust his advise and am thankful for the difference his chiropractic care did in my life.
I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for a couple of years now. Best decision I ever made for my health! After years of being an athlete, poor posture, giving birth to two kids and not being careful how I lift things… My back finally gave out on me. My torso head twisted and I was leaning to the side and could not walk straight. I was referred to Dr. Jeff and Im so grateful that I went! He was able to stabilize my back and get me walking straight again. I am now on a maintenance plan and visit him once a week. Dr. Jeff cares about his patients, is extremely knowledgeable in his field! Their office staff is extremely friendly and they keep it fun throughout the year by doing raffles and giveaways and cute decorations throughout the holidays. I would recommend him to anyone!
I have been going to New Life Chiropractic for about 6 months. Dr Jeff is amazing He cares about You and tries to make sure You feel better. I was having back problems and restless leg syndrome, as well as insomnia, but since I have been going to Dr Jeff My back No longer hurts My legs no longer bother Me and O am sleeping. He show us the Love of God and guides us to a healthier life.
Im new to New Life Chiropractic and was amazed at the atmosphere of the place. It has a great family atmosphere and amazing staff! From the time you walk in, Iyvette one of the receptionists greats you with an amazing smile and positive words. Carlos, who sets you up on the back end is such a down to earth guy with an amazing testimony to what the office has done for his personal health. Dr. Jeff, the Chiropractor is a master at his craft. You can tell just by how he moves and the confidence he exudes that he gets REAL results with patients. My first two adjustments left me amazed at how I left feeling, and I am looking forward to bettering my health there as well as getting to know the staff a lot better. Go there now! At the recommendation of a friend, I came in to see Dr. Jeff about a month ago. After an initial consult with Carlos (awesome, very friendly guy), I had X-Rays done and talked about the practice, the methods and what they could offer. My first appointment, Dr. Jeff showed me my X-rays and explained very clearly and concisely to me what his plan for me was. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and he answered all my questions in a very straightforward manner. Since I have been having these adjustments, I have felt better and sleep more soundly than I have in years. My friends say I seem like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I seem like a more positive, relaxed person.The atmosphere in the office is always friendly and encouraging. The front desk people, Jen and Yvette, always have a smile on the their face and greet every client by name without having to look it up. Dr. Jeffs enthusiasm for helping people comes through in every interaction. I was skeptical of chiropractors before, but Dr. Jeff and the entire staff at new life have made me a believer.
About a year ago I had come into Dr. Jeffs office because a very good friend referred me to him. I had the spinal infusion surgery a few years back and so did my friend. She claimed that Dr. Jeff helped her spine out tremendously, so I decided to check it out. He has helped me so much and in such a short time, I have already seen a difference. I can breathe much better and my spine isnt as stressed out as it normally would. I can definitely see that they truly care about all their patients. Going in to get an adjustment and seeing the staff always makes my day better.
I found this place a few months ago. I woke up with a stiff neck. I called another chiropractor who gave me the run around.then I googled chiropractic nearby and saw the reviews to new life and called immediately! It was late already cause I was just getting off work but the lovely staff spoke with the doc and they took me in last min which I was so greatful for. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. Everyone is so polite and on point. I got X-rays done and a exam. Dr Jeff gave me an adjustment that night with after care instructions along with a follow up appointment. I came back to get my X-ray results and was given a schedule with simple effective exercises. I feel great. I got all my boys set up for their sessions After reading some articles about the benefits for chiropractic care on children. We love the services and the staff. They are all amazing. Oh and their flexible with the scheduling which is important.
Dr. Tim and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Ive been going there for about 4 months now, and I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. Everyone there takes a genuine interest in their patients. Between Dr. Tims adjustment schedule, and the physical therapy, I feel much better now than I did when I started! If I could give New Life Chiropractic 500 stars I would! Dr. Jeff is incredible and his team always makes you feel like family. You always hear everyone calling you by your name from day one. No matter how many people you see in there, they know everyone of them by name. Im always in and out and am free to ask any questions, he never rushes you. He values your time and opinions. I came from Florida and after I went to a doctor down there for physical therapy after a bad car accident I never thought I would be the same. Being 21 years old and so limited felt unfair. After doing research and trying to find a solution Dr. Jeff was the only person who would take my case. I CAN NOT believe how much better I have gotten in the 6 or 7 months I have been seeing him! I have almost all of the feeling back on my skin which was numbed in some areas after the accident. Thats something I was told was permanent and never in a million years thought chiropractic care could help that and so much more that was going on with my body. Ive been going to NLC for about 3 months now and my back, along with my neck feel so much better than when I first arrived. Two years ago I blew out my back at work and chose to see a chiropractor rather than a regular doctor and it turned out to be the right choice because he really did help me. Lets fast forward; I had pinched my siatic nerve in my back and it had been bothering me and was very close to being thrown out again. I talked to a few people from my church and they referred me to Dr. Jeff. I set up an appointment and went in. After exams and x-rays, Doc recommended a frequency of 3 times a week for 3-6 months and boy have I seen improvement. I can move my neck more, my back no longer bothers me and the biggest difference I notice is my posture! I sit straighter, stand straighter and I dont slouch as much.I believe that Dr. Jeff does more than move the bones in your body, I believe he helps encourage you to live a better life all around. His staff is great! Amanda and Cess are very engaging, helpful, polite an courteous. And the office has so much positive and happy energy that you wish you could stay longer than the 15 minutes you are there for! Very fast and efficient system! Dr. Jeff and his staff actually more like his family, are a wonderful group people. They make going to the doctor an enjoyable task. The office is full of joy each and every time I go! I will admit I was a skeptic seeing a chiropractor. My sister highly recommended Dr. Jeff. Being an RN it was hard to fathom cracking your neck as being therapeutic. Nothing I had studied in school. I am a believer now. Having adjustments 2-3 times a week has made such a difference. Blessed with chronic neck and back issues and hobbling in for my appointments but walking out much improved. Dr. Jeff has such a positive energy. He is supported by a wonderful dedicated staff. Thank you !
To begin, I train martial arts currently and after my first adjustment even my trainer noticed a difference in my flexibility and reflexes. In my experience, nothing in todays world works as quickly and efficiently as Dr. Jeffs chiropractic treatments. I just feel as if my brain has a better connection to my body now.A few months ago I was cursed with consistent lower back pain, lack of flexibility, and a sense that this is just the way its gonna be. Since I have been Dr. Jeffs patient all three of these have gone away. I can proudly say that because of New Life Chiropractic my quality of life has greatly improved. While Dr. Jeff helped me with back pain that no longer exists, it is the effect he has had on my son that most endears me to his efforts. Seeing other chiropractors to just fix the symptoms was working fine but it still didnt remedy the issue at hand. Going to visit the fine Doctor Jeff, and his counterpart, at New Life Chiropractic has helped to actually tackle the problem and the cause. I can say Ive felt a noticed improvement in overall health and comfort while still being very active. There is less pain, more mobility and flexibility in my back and hips than before. I work on the tradeshow circuit and so Im on me feet extensively, as well as playing hockey 2-3 times a week. I have noticed less fatigue and soreness during my trips. Though Im only a few months into my treatment regimen, I see a definitive improvement in overall health and wellness. I have not been very ill at all this winter...coincidence?As for the staff...what can I say. They are a fantastic group of individuals that are courteous, outgoing and theres never a dull moment. 10 years of pain from a car accident...I tried everything. Therapy, cortisone shots, more therapy, doctors, more doctors. I was totally planning a 10 years and still in pain party; trying to find a positive. Dr. Jeff BLEW all that when he helped manage and then get RID of my pain through his chiropractic treatments. Then, I had a party for 10 years and NO MORE PAIN! Dr. Jeff is not only a great chiropractor, he is a great person who treats your whole person... His staff is friendly and very capable. I have nothing but great things to say about New Life Chiropractic. About four weeks ago I started having back pain that got so bad I wasnt sleeping and had trouble even sitting. I have a family of 6 and felt that I couldnt keep up with my everyday life. I also felt in a bad mood which was not normal for me. After one week I was pretty much pain free. After my xrays revealed the pain was caused from my neck. I have been have adjustments for a couple of weeks now and highly recommend their office. The staff is also very welcoming:) Back to my normal, busy, everyday life feels pretty good:)
My mother, sister, and I have been attending New Life Chiropractic for over 5 years. Dr. Jeff and his team have been such wonderful people to be around! Let me first start by saying that Ive had a bulging disc for the past 6 years and was in constant pain. Ive been to back specialists, physical therapists, other chiropractors and even went as far as getting acupuncture to try and relieve my pain. Nothing worked. It got to the point where one of my back specialists even recommended having back surgery to which I said no.I was referred to Dr. Jeff about a month and a half ago and after the first adjustment, felt better than Ive ever felt in the past 6 years. I now go to bed with no pain, wake up with no pain, and can get in and out of my car with no pain all thanks to Dr. Jeff. I have found permanent relief with the help of Dr. Jeffs treatments and look forward to being able to play with my son pain free in the future.
Dr. Tim is a wonderful chiropractor. This practice was recently turned over to him, and Ill tell you - its hard to switch chiropractors! Dr. Tim assessed my needs, told me what he thought, and then worked with me to make sure the adjustments were stabilizing my hips and back. He recommended PT exercises, which will help set the adjustments. I am getting more movement, less pain, and Im also seeing less stiffness in my neck. Ive recommended Dr. Tim to friends and relatives. You need to see him - his down-to-earth attitude and straight-talk about what he can do for you are very refreshing.
New Life - theres not a better and appropriate word or words to equate with the blissful feeling created and effected the experiences I got out of my spine and bone adjustments, for the first 12 weeks I attended the New Life Chiropractor. Dr. Jeff, you are amazing. My back pains were like magically eliminated. Im 65 years old and felt like 35 years old now. The aches and pains that kept me awake at night were history. I have increased stamina to do my chores and feeling lively each day. It was really a New Life for me. Hardly fatigued and most important, I can maintain the healthy eating habits Ive learned from your workshop and the supplements were great. I started going to the chiropractor because I had bad headaches. Since going to the chiropractor, my head aches have gone away, I feel more energized and have lost weight. The staff is great. They are so nice and friendly. When you arrive, you sign in and dont have to wait hours to be seen like other doctors offices. Its quick, so if you have a busy schedule its easy to squeeze a visit in.
After 6 months of adjustments I no longer had any shoulder pain, minimized back pain, boosted my immune system & helped reduced my seasonal allergies. The adjustments with some natural supplements Dr Jeff recommended also helped get rid off my heavy periods which Ive suffered from extreme cramping, diarrhea, nauseousness, fatigue. I started seeing Dr. Jeff back in August, I went there out of desperation, my neck and back were in so much pain and I felt lots of tension. His office staff perform some x-rays and Dr. Jeff gave me my first adjustment. That same day I felt the difference. He is a great doctor he cares about your health and your familys health. My older daughter 7 years old started having migraine headaches and she was under a lot of stress not able to sleep at night and losing her hair(I mean lots of hair even as she was sleeping waking up leaving chunks of hair on her pillow). Dr. Jeff started treating her, when she had her first adjustment we went home and when she went to bed she was able to sleep the entire night without waking up in the middle of the night crying. And ever since then she has been a different child. She is not losing her hair anymore she is able to sleep at night and her stress level has diminished Thank you Dr. Jeff for treating my family. I had been looking for along time to find a great chiropractor, one that actually cares more about the people hes treating then the money is his pockets, and I saw many that just didnt have the knowledge or the bed side manor that Dr Jeff has. He has been treating me for about a month and a half for daily headaches, fatigue, low back pain, wrist pain and the list goes on, after about two week He asked, so how have you been feeling?? I wish there were more stars to click. Dr. Jeff has been a blessing to our family. We started our work with him when my son Logan was in pain from hockey. Dr. Jeff got him into the office for xrays and treatment on a SUNDAY and Logan was having relief right away. Logan had misaligned and rotated hips and his neck was out of line as well. Logan has been going and not only is pain free but is moving better than he EVER has. We decided that seeing Dr. Jeff was something the whole family should do and now it is a fun family visit twice a week. We all feel better and spend some quality time too. Dr. Jeff has given our family such a gift and I can not recommed his office more. Everyone in the office has a can do and kind presence and we are beyond thrilled. Thank You all!
I have been seeing Dr. Jeffs fliers in the papers for some time and I was always going to check him out. Of course I didnt until my back hurt so much that it was painful to walk. The first person that I met was Rachel who was very friendly and had me fill out the usual forms. Then the x ray technician Eddie introduced himself and explained why x rays were so important to selecting the proper avenue for treating my back problems. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jeff. I was immediately impressed with his friendly open and professional manner. He said that he would review the x rays and would make a determination if he would be able to help me. On my second visit he told me that he would be able to help me and that I was at a level three because of thirty years of problems that had built up over that time. My second visit further impressed me with the friendly personal way that Rachel, Eddie and Eric all remembered my name and welcomed me back. Dr. Jeff patiently explained my x rays to me and that he could help me with a program to begin to address and correct the thirty years of problems that had built up over that time.He said that in order for it to be effective that I would have to commit to the program that he set up for me. I said that I would and lets get started. He gave me my first adjustment and I immediately felt some of the pressure begin to ease. I had a good feeling that I had found the right guy to help me with my problems.I set up some appointments with Eddie and left the office with that great feeling you have when you know you have found the right place. Rachel, Eddie, Eric and Dr. Jeff are very professional and friendly and you know that they have your back. Later that evening while I was having dinner with my wife I was telling her how much that I liked MY chiropractor when Dr. Jeff called me to ask how I was feeling. That was the cherry on the soda. Dr. Jeff is about to become not only my doctor but also a friend.
New life chiropractic has been such a wonderful blessing to my son. A year ago my son was in & out of the hospital some times we were there every once a month & if we were lucky once every two months. one little cold turned into bronchiolitis with ear infections. Nothing hurt more than to see your son getting IVs & Drs constantly scaring your baby. For such a long time I blamed myself because I was so helpless. Drs wanted to put him on daily medicines & were suggesting my 7 month old to get tubes in his ear. I remember coming home & telling my mom how bad of a mother I felt & how helpless I felt. My sister suggested I should take my son to see Dr Jeff. My son has been seeing Dr Jeff for almost 7 months now. & not once have we paid a visit to the hospital. Came in with bad mid backpain. From first adjustment, I felt immediately better. Doctor Jeff worked an entire top-down program and while I wasnt back to 100% overnight, I definitely feel 150% now. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone remembers you and knows your name like its Cheers (not an exaggeration). I started seeing Dr.Jeff because my sister recommend him after starting to see great results on her and her daughters treatments, I was experiencing severe headaches and back pain I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and getting treated by Dr.Jeff my headaches have disappeared and my back pain is gone as well. Since I have seen great results the Dr is now seeing my husband and my 2 year old daughter as well they have been feeling great.
I had an accident about 5 years ago and tore my ACL, MCL and fractured my tibia. Even after surgery and physical therapy, I never regained 100% strength or agility. In the last year, I ended up back at the Ortho because I could barely walk. Im happy to say that my knee has not felt this GREAT since BEFORE the accident happened! Overall, I feel my body getting more flexible after each visit! Im addicted! Dr. Jeff is absolutely amazing!
I have been having pain for almost 2 years. Doctor Jeff was referred to me by a friend and I finally decided to give him a try. Ive been going to Doctor Jeff for almost 6 months now. I was told from the start this process may take between 12 and 18 months. I feel better then I did six months ago, but still have pain. But again, Im only six months in. It would be very easy to say this isnt working, but this is where this review will let you know what kind of people these folks are. I am not a doctor person nor all that patient. But you cant help just wanting to be there for every scheduled adjustment. Just walk in one time and its like no other doctors office. Rachel and Eddie meet and greet you on a first name basis everytime. They are two of the most friendly and supportive support staff Ive ever seen in a doctors office. Doctor Jeff performs his craft with such pride and enthusiasm. He never lets you get down or feel like youre not working to your goal. Its not just the work that is performed there, its the attitude that they give off that makes you want to be there and work as hard as they do to reach that pain-free life. I was told by Doctor Jeff I had to lose weight to help my situation. With his encouragement and support along with Rachel and Eddies, I have lost 20 pounds in less than 7 weeks. I may still be along way from having no pain, but I feel better about myself, not only from the weight loss, but by being surrounded by such caring, positive and friendly people. HiMy name is Rudy Acosta, and last year my back went out on me and I could barely walk. When I arrived at New Life I could barely get out of my car and walk to the door. After being x-rayed I could see the problem on my lower back and Doctor Jeff, explain in detail why I was in pain and what was the next step to get me back into correct alignment. After the x-ray he treated me and I was no longer in severe pain as I was when I first came in. I have been going 3 times a week for over 3 months and it has made a substantial difference. I have been going to New Life for over 2 years and appreciate not having to live with pain. I went to this location because a previous employee referred me to help with my sons acid reflux. His acid reflux condition is not as volatile as it used to be and hes more regular now. Adjustments have helped our family with reducing acid reflux for my husband too, reducing my tennitus, reduce my back pain, reduce my husbands back pain, and greatly reduced carpal tunnel pain and increased movement in my right wrist. I appreciate all the help that they give us which makes enjoying life so much easier without pain. Its helpful that even after using insurance they are great with keeping a weekly payment amount to make it easier and very affordable.
I have had spinal/sacrum issues my entire life, and usually work with a chiropractor where I live in California. Dr. Jeff is very easy going and cares about his clients. He does whatever he can to help each one to stay with their Chiropractic schedule of number of times a week they need adjusted. He even cares about whole body. He has supplements to help health issue you have or to help prevent health issue. If their is health issue that needs supplement or vitamin if you ask he will freely tell you what will be best for it. He doesnt carry a lot of different one at this time. But Im sure if you need something he does not carry he will tell you where to look or possibly get it in for you. Dr. Jeff even treats newborns even with in hours or less from delivery if you want him too. His office staff is two wonderful ladies that are very friendly and even take the time to talk with Dr. Jeffs littest clients or even those that are just with one of his clients. I feel that the two ladies and Dr. Jeff make the kids feel important too.Just one more great thing about Dr. Jeff that he is a Christianthat believes in God. I would highly recommend him for all your chirorpratic needs and more.
My experience going to new life chiropractic, its been great I came in like a month ago having this neck and lower back pain n since I been going to Dr.Jeff office I been feeling better with every adjustment. Its still more to do but I really recommend it to go see Dr. Jeff if u have any type of neck, lower, upper back problems, he will help u. So I really recommend to go see dr. Jeff if u want to really change ur life.
In 2008 while playing soccer, I had the misfortune of tearing my ACL and needed to have knee surgery. I was non weight bearing for six weeks, so that caused me to compensate everything on my right side. I was never in pain until I started doing crossfit years later. After doing a few overhead lifts and squats, I threw my back out so badly that I couldnt walk for days. I knew something wasnt right. I was an athlete! I thought rest was all I needed, but the pain would mildly come and go over time. I went to physical therapy and they thought it was just a bulged disc in my back that could strengthen with different exercises. It got better for a few months but then the pain came back. My last straw was when I decided to go for a short run, my back started to spasm and yet again I couldnt walk or sit up straight without pain. After doing my research online, I decided to try New Life Chiropractic and see if Dr. Jeff could figure out what is going on with me. After my consultation and X-ray, it turns out that my hips are twisted. I walked out that first day feeling much better. Every adjustment since I have started seeing Dr. Jeff feels like an improvement. Though I am not 100% pain free just yet, I feel that Dr. Jeff has definitely helped increase my mobility and I look forward to continuing to strengthen and realign my body at New Life Chiropractic. Also, the rest of Dr. Jeffs staff is super friendly and always very welcoming. :)
We are so pleased with the expertise care and commitment that Dr. Jeff has helped provide to our family. Our 10 month old daughter had chronic ear infections and was on antibiotics from August -December. We were told that she was a prime candidate for tubes AND that the tubes would help prevent the ear infections. She had the surgery at the end of December and sure enough right into January she developed another ear infection. The cycle repeated. So we went from oral antibiotics, to now antibiotics being directly placed in her ears. By February she was 16 months old...constantly been on antibiotics for 6 months....we had enough, and we felt that there had to be a better solution and something that works. Dr. Jeff was our saving grace. By getting adjustments 3x a week and opening up the eustachian tubes, it helped the fluid drain better and helped her sinuses overall. Here we are in July and she has been ANTIBIOTIC FREE for 5 months!!! Not a single ear infection since she has seen Dr. Jeff. She is a happy and healthy vibrant 21 month year old. Again we are so pleased with the chiropractic results, and my only regret is that we did not do this sooner. We could have prevented putting her under anesthesia, the tubes and all the antibiotics...but at the time we thought we were doing what was best for our daughter. But in the end....what was best, was a more natural approach which again, I wish we had known about sooner. Thank you Dr. Jeff!!! Thank you for helping our daughter and RELIEVING her of antibiotics which could potentially have a very harmful lifetime affect on her body.
I have had chronic, neck and back pain for some time. Was told by orthopedic as well as neuro surgeons I would eventually need surgery on my neck to correct the problem with vertebrae fusion. Needless to say that sort of procedure did not sound like something I would want to go thru.Upon starting to see Dr Jeff, thru continual adjustments my chronic neck pain has all but subsided. My back is still a work in progress but has greatly improved.I firmly believe that chiropractic care by Dr Jeff in the past, and in the future will keep my condition continually improving.
I had been in so much pain for too long and I was tired of taking medicine! I went to my first consultation not really expecting much and wasnt really sure if it would actually help me. I feel as thought New Life was an answer to my prayers. I prayed for some relief and this is when I crossed paths with New Life and Dr. Jeff! This past winter I took a bad fall on some ice, hurting my right arm and shoulder. When I got into see Dr. Jeff, I could not raise my arm more than 18 inches. Dr. Jeff listened to me when I explained what happened, so listened to what he was going to do and why he is making the adjustment. After his first adjustment I was able to lift my hand and arm over my head, it still hurt, but regular adjustments probably saved me a recommendation for surgery by other doctors. The staff at New Life, Rachel & Eddie are great too, they really care. My golf game is better, but it was really bad before the fall. Thanks New Life Chiro!!!
Dr. Jeff is an outstanding chiropractor because of his ability to preform on animals too. My 15 year old dog named Tuffy had some problems with his back. The doctor recommended Dr. Jeff. We were glad to see that Tuffy was better in one session. Now i go there myself and recommend all my friends to him. Overall Dr. Jeff is an outstanding chiropractor and i recommend that anybody that has a problem that can be solved by a chiropractor should go straight to Dr. Jeff my awesome chiropractor.
I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for the last 3 months. He has done wonders with my lower back. I have more mobility & less pain. Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice. I would whole definitely recommend New Life chiropractor.
Dr. Tim has been wonderful. I’ve had several issues that he has address and made all better. He can handle anything from neck pain, lower back pain to digestive issues. So glad to have such a great doctor in my life. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good chiropractor.

I went in for knee pain to find out there was a twist in my spine and my neck was out of alignment. After the first treatment my knee pain went away. After a couple of weeks the tendentious in my elbow was gone. My arms didnt fall asleep on me at night. My sinuses opened up and I stopped snoring. I also was told I have a wheat allergy, that actually went away and I can eat bread again. I lost 7 pounds without working out. I wouldnt believe it if it wasnt happening to me. It is amazing how good I feel now. When you live with pain for so long you forget how great it is not to be in chronic pain. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Francis are the best. Your in and out in 15 min and can get on with your day.

Dr. Jeff is, simply put, amazing! Ive had a constant headache - 24/7/365 - for sixteen years. Pain that literally cripples me. Ive had brain surgery, and seen *scores* of doctors; pain specialists, physical therapists, neurologists, and several other chiropractors. *Nothing* helped. Even heavy pain meds and 30+ botox injections every three months only takes the edge off the pain. Its not enough to allow me to have a normal life.After two weeks of seeing Dr. Jeff, the pain, while still constant, had noticeably dropped in intensity. I was frankly amazed, and felt better than I had since the headache began in mid-September of 1999. Its now been three months, and the improvement has slowed a bit, but is still happening. Now the pain meds actually relieve the pain most days, allowing me to not only live my life but enjoy it, rather than merely existing. Even when the pain flares up, its not *nearly* as bad.I said in the first weeks that, As an atheist, I dont believe in miracles, but if this carries on, I might start using that word to describe what happens in that office! At this point, Im not sure what else to call what Dr. Jeff has done for me except a miracle. His staff are all really great, too; friendly and capable, just like the hero of this story.

I have been plagued with migraines for years. In 2014 I had brain surgery to remove a cyst from my brain. Ive had major debilitating headaches and my neurologist wanted to put me on potentially life-threatening drugs to control them. In looking for an alternative non-medicated relief I found Dr. Jeff.I came into Dr. Jeffs office on a Thursday knowing that I had one of these major headaches coming. After my adjustment I went home and thought that I was going to be down for a week (In the past this was nothing out of the ordinary) but come Friday morning 7 AM I was not only awake but pain-free. This was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr. Jeff.
Years of back pain, I was told by differnent doctors their opinion from flat feet and postur to my being over weight. I was ordered to two rounds of physical therapy. The end of last year of last year I was given pain relievers and muscle relaxers, and told exercise, get through the pain, loose weight. I lost 15lbs and needed refills, grocery shopping was still agonizing pain, much less going to the gym. I came to a cross road: call my doctor or try a new approach, so I called Dr. Jeff. Within the week I had x-rays, treatment plan, and hope. The staff is super friendly, its a family atmosphere, but what I appreciate the most 15-20 minutes Im in and out. Its been a few months Ive become accustomed to slight pain only the night before my next appoitment when there is a four day stretch between them. Then last weekend happened! There was so much going on from birthdays to celebrating the 4th. I never imagined meeting the demands of the house work, hosting a party, serving my guest and on and on. Much less playing with all the kids and their friends and swimming. It was the fourth night and I realized what my back endured, how happy my kids were from the days events, and no pain! Dr. Jeff has given me a chance, not to be a spectator to my life, nor my kids lives. Thanking God for multiple chances, for Dr. Jeff and his ability to provide answers and relief that others could not.
Before seeing Dr Jeff, I suffering from sciatic and neck pain. I was living on pain pills and muscle relaxers. After a couple of adjustments I am pain free and threw all of that junk away. Dr Jeff is awesome, the staff is awesome.

I began treatment with Dr. Jeff when he opened his new office in Bolingbrook, IL. What a total blessing it has been! I was contemplating corrective surgery on my neck. I had been suffering and deteriorating for about 40 years, following an accident that I had done nothing about. I was at the point of no head motion right, left, up or down. Terrible pain and many other physical problems from head to toe. Dr. Jeff worked patiently and diligently to break through the years of scar tissue and make me whole again! I am healthy as an ox as they say. No pain meds, EVER. In fact, no meds at all, just healthy supplements. Most of all, I am VERY HAPPY!!!

Who knew? When we received our Daughters diagnosis of Extreme Scoliosis with the only option for surgery, we thought, There has to be something more we can do? Right in our neighborhood, we found it through New Life Chiropractic & Dr. Jeff. We are in our 3rd month of visits, 3x per week and we are already seeing positive results in physiology, flexibility and pain management. Will it remove the necessity of surgery? We are not sure but we see small changes every week. She is more comfortable and self aware of these changes as well. It feels different, according to our Daughter. 2012-08-11Going to New Life Chiropractic has been one of the best things my family has done. It was a change we made in our lives six years ago and we are still very in love with it. Everyone is nice, and Dr. Jeff is the best chiropractor I have ever met. Since Ive been going I have noticed numerous amounts of positive changes. I have better posture, my back doesnt hurt when I sit, my neck no longer feels strained, acne cleared up, and believe it or not, I feel my digestive system is better because of it too. Dr. Jeff has really convinced me that chiropractic can fix so many ailments, and Im proof. So I say, dont hesitate, go in to see him and the rest of the crew! They are fast and friendly. The results are amazing! New Life Chiropractic is the only chiropractor for me, even if I live in Bloomingdale now, we always make our trips out to see them!

2015-06-16I love coming into the New Life Chiropractic center. We were referred to Dr. Jeff by my sister-in-law. I am grateful to her for introducing us to Dr. Jeff. He is definitely the best Chiropractor Ive had the privilege to be adjusted by. He has been able to reduce the level of pain in my lower back, headaches, muscle spasms, improved my range of motion, and energy level. Changing Chiropractors was the best decision we could have made. The staff is very friendly. I feel truly blessed to have met Dr. Jeff and his staff. 2021-03-17Dr. Tim has mad Chiropractic Skills!!! I resumed my care with him about 2 months ago. I was suffering from chest pain, extreme fatigue, weakness, R abdom and kidney pain post COVID. I still went to get images taken to confirm I had no blood clot, stones, or heart issues. Since test were all normal I turned to Dr. Tim since I didnt feel normal nor 100% heathy. He has truly jump started my road to full recover and I am SO greatful for that! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ Dr. Tim!!!

2017-03-09Dr Jeff is truly amazing. I had been seeing a chiropractor for over a year and thought I was getting help. I decided to give Dr Jeff a try after reading his reviews and some nudging from my wife. My neck and back felt better after one adjust from him than it had in the past year. He does an amazing job of connecting with his patients and his hands are truly healing. If your body has aches you need to give Dr Jeff a call.

2016-03-17I started going to New Life Chiropractic 12 weeks ago because I had been battling severe vertigo issues for years, had been to specialists and things were getting worse, so with the recommendation of other family members that regularly go to New Life, i figured i would give it a try. Now 12 weeks later I am feeling so much better !!! My life has improved tremendously !! My symptoms are almost completely gone. I feel better just overall. The staff are all very friendly and Dr. Jeff is very genuinely dedicated to helping his patients and making their lives better. So glad i gave it a try !!! Its working !!!

The positive atmosphere of the office and overall sense of well being we feel when we see Dr Jeff is wonderful. 2016-09-15I arrived to New Life Chiropractic on recommendation from my Chiropractor in Minnesota. My first impressions of New Life Chiropractic were positive. Dr. Jeff and his staff welcomed me, listened to my specific issues, and worked to devise a plan to alleviate my pain.What separates Dr. Jeffs practice from all of the other practices is his staff. His staff is well trained, compassionate, and personable. Every visit they know me and others by name. They interact and take an interest in your life. 2015-01-23I started seeing Dr. Jeff at 33 weeks pregnant. I was having sciatic pain, and lower back pain that started getting worse since week 20. I am a very active person outside of pregnancy with a 20 month old at home that keeps me on the go. It was becoming more and more difficult to do everyday things and got to the point that I could not even find relief from a hot bath. I went in to see Dr. Jeff after reading many great reviews online and researching all the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy. Dr. Jeff and his staff have been very helpful and kind from the start. I received testing and a very thorough exam by Dr. Jeff to determine how he could help. After my first adjustment I felt like a new woman, no joke. 4 adjustments later I am completely in awe over how great I feel. Sciatic pain is gone, lower back pain is gone and the sinus congestion I had been suffering gone. I will continue to see Dr. Jeff through the end of my pregnancy and beyond. If you are pregnant and are considering chiropractic care you must give Dr. Jeff a chance to help you. I am more comfortable now at 34 weeks pregnant than I was at week 20. Thank you Dr. Jeff!

2014-07-25I have been a patient of New Life Chiropractic for about a month. I suffer from incapacitating migraines and other issues. I was referred to this provider by a friend who saw how much pain I was in. She knew first hand that Dr. Jeff and his staff helped her and she thought I too might benefit from their care. I was getting headaches constantly. When I came for my initial consultation I was in so much pain I was in tears. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming that I did not feel like a new patient. Much to my surprise, even after this short period of time, I feel such a huge improvement. I have not had a headache in almost a month and the other issues that I was dealing with are improving. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Frances are outstanding doctors and they really care about each and every person who walks through their door.
