Amazing experience. It was an hour drive through traffic there and back for me but it was so worth it. My technician was Alex and she was so gentle, considerate, and helpful. I felt like I was at a spa, not an imaging appointment. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. I was seen right at my appointment time. Waiting area and facilities are very clean and there’s plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
Don’t ever go to this place . I have checked in for 3 MRI , they said they will do 3 on the same day .So then I went on the day the imaging has to be done and I was waiting for over 45 minutes , they came and they can do only 2 exams .They just waste the people time . Front desk people don’t even tell how long we have to wait , they just check in ask to sit lobby . Horrible experience!!
Alex was a perfect tech for my ultrasound. She was warm and friendly, efficient with the appointment, and thorough. The staff was helpful and helped me run through my appointment quickly by sending me info to preregister. The pricing was the best that I could find. I highly recommend!
Checking in was easy we got there and waited for the time our appointment and a lady came after us and the ladies at the counter told there were issue with the machines keep in mind we been waiting for 2 0 min and then they let her in before us and then they sent us to another location for the screening horrible service and discrimination
Britani, the nurse who did my CT scans at Naperville Imaging Center provided exceptional service to me! I expressed to her that I was a bit nervous and had no idea of what to expect. She made me feel comfortable and explained exactly what was going on. As a first time CT imaging patient, this made me experience much better than what I expected coming into my appointment! :) thanks Britani!
I have had several different types of imaging done at Naperville Imaging. They have top notch customer service from scheduling the appointment to the front desk staff to the people who perform the images. You can’t beat their prices and quickness of getting an appointment over the hospitals either. Facility is super clean. I won’t go anywhere else for imaging. Highly recommend!!
Called to get an appointment from a referral that was given to my by a doctor, and was treated in the most unprofessional manner. I emailed the referral to this facility, and was told by the representative to contact the clinic because she wasn’t familiar with the doctor. I then called back to Pioneer Physicians, which I who referred me. The rep at Pioneer Physicians advised me to have someone from this place to call to get any additional information that may be needed. Called back to this facility and advised the representative Pioneer Physicians said to call them for additional information, and was told she couldn’t call them or schedule an appointment because I didn’t know the doctors name, and it wasn’t a doctor she was familiar with!!! Are you kidding??? I have NEVER in my 35 years of life have known medical facilities being unable to call or communicate to better help the client. So in all I couldn’t book an appointment cause I didn’t know the doctors name(was not my regular doctor) And the representative at this facility could have simply reached out to get the information needed. I will report my experience to every platform. Hopefully this facility will retrain their workers to better assist the client and not inconvenience them because they don’t know a name of a doctor. Unacceptable
Points for cleanliness and promptness on day of appointment. The actual patient experience left a lot to be desired.I had recently switched my OB due to a move and he sent me over to this facility for my 32 week ultrasound. On arrival, I was promptly escorted back to a room by the tech. The tech did not introduce herself or make any effort to make me feel comfortable beyond instructing me to lay on the exam bed. At my previous facility, they had a screen on the wall so that my husband and I could see the ultrasound in progress. This was not the case here and the tech did not turn her screen towards me. My husband said he could barely see anything as well. She did not make any effort to take the initiative to explain how the visit would go. I finally asked if I would be able to see the screen for a glimpse of the baby we were so looking forward to. She curtly said that she has a “lot of pictures to take” and would show me when she was done. The rest of the ultrasound was spent in silence. The techs at my previous facility would explain what they were doing and make small talk. We didn’t hear any heartbeat. After she got the images she needed, she did turn the screen and let us see. The baby was turned in a not great position and she did not go above and beyond to get a better angle. We barely saw anything. We got four print outs of the ultrasound on which pretty much nothing is clear, whereas my previous facility would provide entire rolls.I work in healthcare and am very aware of what good patient care is versus subpar and this was definitely the latter. The tech made no effort to involve myself or my husband in the visit or to generally connect with us as people beyond what task she needed to perform. I realize that this is a general imaging place, and doesn’t specialize in all the fuzzy feelings an OB centered place would be more apt at, but I can’t imagine coming here and experiencing such cold treatment if I was worried over the health of my baby or if there was any other health issues I would be needing imaging for.At the front desk, I noted a sign stating that they would provide a $5 Starbucks or Dunkin’ gift card in exchange for a good review, which is a red flag as well. Good reviews should come from excellent care of the patients a facility serves, not the prospect of receiving a gift card.
Update 7/13/21: The manager reached out to me and nothing helpful came of it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here.++++++I only came here because my insurance said it was less expensive. Overall everyone was friendly but I absolutely hated that the radiologist did not do their own diagnostic and pretty much just copy & paste from my last scan at a different location. Its counterproductive when I wanted an unbiased opinion. On top of that, they gave me a disc and did not send it to my doctor so now I have to drive all the way out to Chicago or Fed Ex the disc to my doctor; they only send the notes. Blah!
Horrible customer service and service in general. My wife had a few appointments with them and everything was going through the insurance. They didnt reported appropriate to the insurance and the insurance didnt pay them of course so they ended up taking us to collection without even asking for a payment from us for a something that was their mistake and I had to pay hundreds out of pocket after everything was approved from insurance on the first place. When I called to make the payment they didnt even want to talk to us. The billing guy is very rude and always with attitude even when you call them to make a payment.2 months ago my doctor sent me to have a chest scan and they were so confused and unprofessional my doctors office spent an hour to figure out the details with them. When I went there they still didnt want to accept me and didnt know what to do. Bunch of untrained morons! I will never use them again! Unfortunately there is no zero option for rating.
My experience with this facility was frustrating. When I first called them I was told they did not take my husband’s insurance. After further research I finally found out they do. All they needed to do was ask if my husband had doctor’s orders from his doctor’s referral department which he did. Their front office staff do not seem to be throughly trained. I am not sure the technician gave my husband a numbing agent before inserting the IV line to give him the contrast dye before his CT scan resulting in a painful experience for him. At this time I could not recommend using this company.
Wanted to give you some feedback on Natalia in the front office who showed absolute lack of empathy during my appointment today.I had to reschedule my appointment already once and push out the MRI by a week despite being in pain and requiring an MRI to follow up on appropriate treatment with my doc.The office is also very inefficient because I never got an email or text confirming or reminding me of my appointment time.I arrived at the parking lot at 11:30am as there was construction and had to re-route to and struggle to find the way to the office location.I finally was able to find a spot away from the office and had to struggle to walk to the office due to my back pain. So I was obviously a bit late for my appointment. No one at the front office had communicated to me about the construction at the office that would require me to plan ahead and arrive early for my appt.Liliana at the front desk however requested my ID and insurance card and proceeded to check me in at which time Natalia went to check with tech and came back to tell me I had to reschedule again for a 2nd time given I was late and I was expected to check-in at 11:15am. I did mention I had not got any confirmation via email or text reminding me of these at which point Liliana confirmed they didnt have my email on file - is that my problem or the inefficiency of the front office to take necessary information during intake and confirming appt? However I am 100% certain you have my cell phone number because you have called me so my question is why didnt I get text msgs? And geez why would you take my ID and insurance card if you were not going to do a patient intake. At this point I said its ridiculous and I wont be interested in rescheduling and asked them to figure a way to accommodate. If they didnt I was definitely going to not reschedule but change providers. Frankly this is not the first doc office or lab where I had to wait around beyond the appointment time as a patient so not being able to flex for consumers needs to change in healthcare as a practice. Really guys do you think docs and health care professionals are the only ones with lives or that patients have to wait around for you when you run late and not vice versa? An effort was made to get the tech. I told Natalia that I dont want to talk to the tech but want to talk to a manager or supervisor....but she didnt move or act like she heard it and it required me to raise my voice to make sure she heard the request loud and clear. Still no response she is just sitting in her chair acting as if she heard nothing. I walk up to her and ask if she heard me to which she says I was yelling. Well I didnt have to raise my voice if you acted on it in the first place and did your job. She finally gets up from the chair goes inside and gives a call to the manager Sara and explains the situation and claims she offered to take me in if there was a no show at noon or that she is open after. Both these options were not offered to me in the first place. Am sure Sara gave her the right direction to figure a way to accommodate but Natalia wouldnt do her job which is to convey the msg and explain it to me because she didnt want to talk to me at this point (she thinks I have a hearing problem too to not hear what she said to Yasmin). The saving grace was Yasmin who showed the maturity to explain and advise on the plan to accommodate me.Would like to commend her for stepping in and doing the job of the front office desk despite it not being her role. And to top it all it was my birthday so thank you Sara and Yasmin for making my day despite Natalias efforts to make it go downhill !!
My wife had to go in for an ultrasound as we did not get a heartbeat in her prenatal visit. We were told that she could not have anyone go in with her. This was hard enough as it was but we understood as things need to be done differently with COVID. I had to wait in the car. But when she went in, they told her that she could not have her husband on the phone. What?! She can’t have me there physically and now they won’t even let her have me there on the phone with her when we find out whether our baby is alive or not?! They said it is in consideration for the technicians. How about putting the patient first? Especially in an emotional time like this. If you are not going to let someone be there physically, let them be there virtually.
I went from work all the way to Naperville I was supposed to have ultrasound of my kidneys done today I guess they called me and try to cancel the appointment because they said maintenance was in the room and then they called back and said that they had the wrong order so they couldnt even do anything because it doesnt say kidneys on the papers so now I have to get ahold of the doctor and figure this s*** out
I love this place. They are very kindness, and prompt. The technician was very friendly and professional. My appointment was last Saturday (12/16/17), today at morning I asked to receive the results by email because the chronic pain is killing me and they sent it to me inmediately, I received them less that five minutes. I suffer chronic diseases, so, I will not doubt in come back to this place when I need their services. I highly recommend this place. The best place ever. Good job ! Thumbs up !
The staff working the procedures is a solid 5/5 Yasmin was very attentive and direct to my needs. Also, the blonde haired lady was very friendly. The front desk lady is a whole different story. Rehiaan or however its spelled is very moody and should take a class on basic customer service. I noticed that she was the only person working the front-so maybe shes under pressure.
I was running late, extremely late, and the ladies graciously allowed me to still come for my appointment. I do not know of any medical facility yhat do that! These days they make you reschedule the appointment and some even fine you. Thank you so much Naperville Imaging Center!! Fantastic service with an extra dose of customer care!
I had an ultrasound done there in Naperville. Eleven days later, yes, 11 days later, still no test results available for the doctor. I thought 10 days was a long time, but Im still waiting after 11 days, no results yet from this place. Called 3 times, and still no results. They say they have no control over the situation, the person that reads the results does it at his own pace. I would be cautious if you use this place. Stick with a more professional bunch. This place is not professional by my standards.
I went there for the very first time last week. The lady that did my mammogram was like my kindly tour guide thru all 3 of my tests. She explained everything to me as she did it..and saw to it that I was swiftly got thru my other tests. Also a calcium test thats not normally covered bu my insurance was available to me at no charge during October..very nice!
I came here after having a mild panic attack at Central Dupage Hospital’s MRI office. (Nothing against CDH here..... they’re GREAT AS WELL!) I called up my insurance and they referred me here. The office is comfortable and the MRI is a lot wider which makes it much easier to handle for someone that has claustrophobia. (If you’re claustrophobic as well, bring a comfortable eye mask! It really helps!)They have a really great and friendly staff. They are also cheaper in cost.Thank you NIC for making it so comfortable for me!
Absolutely the worst! I came in yesterday, 06/21/2019 at 0815 for a cervical MRI. Checking in was great and painless until... Patricia came in the locker room to asked me for a card that I am supposed to have as proof or some kind of a release from my surgery 11 years ago. I assured her that there is no card like I told them over the phone. I brought a printout of my Central Dupage Hospitals Mycharts health history - it showed all my angiograms, MRIs, w/ and w/o contrast (in my brain! cervical and spine) and all medications I was and currently taking. On there, shows no CARD this should be good enough as a release for me to get the MRI. She said I do not want to lose my license - she proceeded to walk out of the room with my record that I brought. As I look out the door to look for her, she was showing my paper to all the girls at the front desk that felt like a complete violation of my HIPPA.I already signed in computer, typed in what I had on that paper to their system and should be a need-to -know basis. Feeling violated, I walked out of the office!I had a feeling she did not want to give me the test anyway as I felt indifference from the start when she said that I shouldnt have changed yet. Or maybe, she simply did not want to be at work that day and I am that soul that had to suffer. My physician is only trying to eliminate what is making my arms go numb and hoping that it is not related to everything else i have going on so I can function without episodes but, this office is obviously not knowledgeable or have employees for cases like mine.I made a call to CDH Neuro Radiology after my visit to this facility, spoke with Sue, they were very apologetic to me with my experience with Naperville Imaging. Sue assured me that there is NO CARD issued after my kind of surgery and my condition. A medical bracelet maybe...if I chose to.I drove to my physicians office afterwards and was asked this question; if Patricia was worried about her license? Did she think that my doctor jeopardizes his over and over by sending me to get MRIs and CAT scans?Anyway, crisis over- Thanks to Edwards Hospital.
When I made the appointment 3 days ago I told them i didnt have the order. They said no problem we will get it. I drive 50 minutes on Icy streets and they tell me to reschedule they dont have the order!!! They paged the doctor and wanted to know if we wanted to leave. I called the hospital and got them to send the order over immediately. Rude. Incompetent people at the front desk!!!
Staff was courteous. Dr Kincaid had imaged my ankle via ultrasound. During the ultrasound, I was told I tore my ATF ligament and that there was severe damage. When my Dr received the report, it said something completely different (dorsal talonevicular joint capsule tear). I called to ask Dr Kincaid why I was told one thing and the report said another and asked if he could review the images again and was left with a response stating the report is correct. I fear that I am receiving the wrong treatment because the report is incorrect and that I have suffered mental anguish because I was told something different than what really happened. I feel this is extremely unprofessional to give a diagnosis to the patient and then tell the patients physician a different report.Because of this I am going for another ultrasound from a different sonographer to verify the validity of the initial report by Dr Kincaid.
This is my 2nd time to Naperville imaging. Both times I got there about 20 minutes early, both times I was leaving about 10 minutes after my appointment time with image CD in hand. Very nice professional people & very nice facility. The cost of the CT was by far the cheapest!!
I dont understand the negative reviews that are related to the ordering doctor - how is that this facilitys fault? Ive been to Naperville Imaginge *MANY* times (have to get 3-set MRIs every 6months) - and theyre *VERY* good. Do you always waltz right in at your appointment time? No. But Ill trade that for friendly techs that know my hate for needles anyday.
Hi! My name is Lindsay. I just had my 2nd set of mammogram screening at Naperville Imaging Center. The first time I was scared and nervous and they are very nice. This second time of my screening I listened to every word she said and what helped me is that I closed my eyes. So if you ever get a test done and you get situated, you should close your eyes and listen and its done in 5-10 minutes.I would recommend Naperville Imaging Center in Naperville, Illinois as they really care about the person and your not just a number!!Thank you!Lindsay
For the second time I was referred to their affiliated branch for an X-ray. I was told that their equipment was being repaired. This was very inconvenient and caused me to be late for my doctor appointment. My doctor has repeatedly complained about the quality of the Xray images they produce when their equipment is working.
The imaging / ultra sound of my right ankle was unclear & Brian Kincaid said he had to figure it out, he figured wrong, my ankle snapped as it slipped & rolled. Wouldnt he think that my loss of muscle is due to the fact that almost a year was spent in a boot. I already had one ankle surgery, & my ankle is messed up. If the report is inconclusive, he needs to express that and not make up his own princess fairytale story.
My general physician needed me to get an echocardiogram done and wrote the order to have it done at Naperville Imaging Center. Their technician, Stanimira, the cardiac sonographer, was very kind and patient and answered all my questions throughout the process. Id definitely do any future medical imaging I need done at this location. A+ and 5 stars.

2022-06-221. I loathe electronic check-ins, but the young lady at the front desk was so kind and patient with me, helping me to move through the system (no, I am not an idiot--I am an engineer but I hate these systems because they force you to answer every single question and dont always have N/A options). Anyway, thank you to the front desk young woman.2. After finishing the check-in process, I only waited maybe 2 minutes before I was called. Thank you for that!3. Not usually claustrophobic, but for an MRI tube I am! My technician, Patti, was kind and patient with me! She answered all my questions, reassuring me as we went along, and she checked with me about half-way through the procedure for each of the MRIs.4. The microphone through which the technician spoke to me needs to be fixed...I couldnt understand a word she said (not her fault--I appreciated her wanting to keep me informed!).5. I really like that when I call, you all answer right away and your phone system is super easy to navigate. That was especially important to me because on my way over, there was a road blockage which slowed me down and I needed to notify you I would be a few minutes late. Thank you!Overall, good experience for something I did not want to do -- thanks for making it okay!!

2022-03-23I had gone here due to how close the facility was to me and the price compared to the hospital. The front desk ladies were nice but were laughing and talking over me as I would try to check in. The nurse was quiet and kind. The rooms were clean. The doctor had ZERO bedside manner. Made me feel so uncomfortable and wrong for being there to begin with. Sadly, he looked at me as another dollar sign and waste of his time. No one wants to feel that way at a doctors office even if it is completely true.

2022-06-06Not sure what the deal is with this place. My wife scheduled an appointment to have a mammogram done a month ago and on the day of her appointment she shows up only to be informed that they no longer do that test on Mondays. They say they called and left her a voice mail which she never received. Why would you schedule a test for a certain day if its not available? My wife took the day off of work for this. Last time I was there it took them 6 weeks to send my ultrasound results to my doctor. I had to call them 4 times or I dont think they would have ever sent them. Ive been here in the past for other tests that went fine but that was years ago. Back to back dreadful experiences.

2022-06-17My husband had a CT with contrast. He came out with multiple bandages because whoever was working with him (Brittany) couldn’t get a good vein. 6 TIMES SHE FAILED TO GET IT! NO ASSISTANCE WAS SOUGHT from another staff member. There has NEVER been a time where someone could not find a good vein. I questioned it and she blamed my husband (told him his veins were wiggling) and told me “I’ve been doing this for 10 years, I’m not new”. Her story did not match at all with what my husband said happened. Better training would be great and learning not to roll eyes and blame the patient for your lack of care. Please note: this review is based on ONE persons lack of care. The facility and members I have seen prior to this have been wonderful.

2021-12-04Cannot say enough good about this group! They are both friendly and highly efficient. Scheduling my appointments was easy and NOT a headache like with so many other places. I was able to get an appointment within a couple weeks of calling, and on the day of, I was called back precisely at my appointment time for both of my scans. This is great, no-nonsense medical care that works.

2022-01-07Conveniently located, well maintained with very efficient staff! I found this facility to be the cheapest amongst so many more in the area. The appointment was made quick, and every step went very smooth. I had a good experience overall and will definitely return back if I need any services in future.

2022-02-08Scheduling my appointment was easy, as was the check in process. However, the physician was absolutely rude the entire time in the exam room. When I was asked a question, mid answer, I would be cut off. No bedside manner. I will not be returning to see this physician ever again.

2021-09-27I have been coming to this place since years ago when I had a shoulder injured. I have come for 4-5 times during the years and I have always found a great staff. It is easy to set up the appointments, they have helped figuring out the cost with the insurance before my MRI every time. The service it is fast and convenience. Great communication with my doctor with the results. After 2 years I needed one of my results but I couldn’t find them. My doctors office called and they fax it right away. I recommend this place 100%!!

2022-03-04It was my first MRI and I was a little nervous, and they made me feel comfortable and everything went quickly so 5 star rating.
