Great nail salon! Friendly staff and amazing service, they offer a range of scented scrubs for their pedicures, pending how youre feeling! I like to get fancy nail art and they always have someone available to add details/designs/animal prints, etc!
I love coming here because of the color selection and talent of the techs but every time i get my nails done here they begin to lift after a week and its really upsetting :(
Got my nails done and the women who did it was in such a rush, made my nails so bulky with the acrylic it was so nasty and heavy, and the blending with the powder was so bad. Also the shaping weird, also the acrylic was cutting my finger when I left it hurt so bad I had to file it down so it can stop hurting. I also go gems on my nails and they came on within 24 hours, terrible application and I paid about 100$ for these nails. never going here again. It looked nice when I left then looked at then through out my day found so many things wrong with it and it was such a waste of money.
Loui does a very beautiful job, he has done my daughters nails and will be doing mine today! Cant wait till this afternoon 😌 😁
The place was nice and the manicurist was great but to pay an extra $20 upcharge for a gel manicure that starts chipping within 7 days, its not worth it.
Louie did a great job on my nails. Even as a walk-in, I didn’t have to wait on a Saturday and was in and out in under an hour.
One of the best experiences Ive ever had!!!! Rachael did an amazing job on my nails!!! I dont think I will be going anywhere else!!! Everyone is so nice and amazing!!!
Came here 2 days ago for a no chip and design. when making the appointment I specified I wanted a no chip and design which they said ok and set me a time to come in. after checking in at my appointment time I verified I was getting a no chip and design which they said yes. after being seated I showed the nail tech what I wanted and he said ok. after painting all my nails the same color( in the picture one was different) he went to go get another employer to which they told me I needed to make an appointment for nail design, which I did and verified. they went and got another nail tech and she did the design the best she could since the nail was painted black. it was also supposed to be matte but that wasnt done. The nail tech finished with putting lotion on my hands which I then had to remind him I wanted rhinestones. today my nail polish is already coming off and my rhinestones have fallen off not even 48 hours after my appointment. the first picture is what I wanted.

Tanya is outstanding, she takes her time and makes sure youre totally satisfied with your nails. She is gentle and listens to what you want. I travel a long way to get my nails and pedicure done, because of the awesome job done at Nail Art Spa!
Rachel does a phenomenal job every time she does my nails. Even though I’ve been going to her for some time now, she still makes sure the length, shape, and color are what I was looking for. I also love that she makes communication throughout the appointment and gets to know me on a personal level! Thank you for being the best!

I have been going to this place for a few years now and I love it! I go specifically to Mimi or Rachael for my dip powder and design. I have never had to wait more than 15 min even without appointments. And the staff is always friendly!
I had an amazing experience with Tiffany! They turned out so good! A little on the pricey side but otherwise there perfect.
The people who work there are very nice. I enjoyed my pedicure and they did a good job making my 5 year old daughter feel special.

Poor service. Called to make an appointment for eyebrow wax they said “you can walk in whenever for an eyebrow wax”. I go in and they said they can’t take me.
Always phenomenal service, I moved out of the area two years ago and haven’t been able to find a nail technician that does as good of a job as these people do. So I’m willing to drive an hour just so that I can get my nails done by them.
Honestly, the guy who worked with me was kind of rude. I liked my nails for the most part though, just felt kind of bad afterwards.
Nail jewels fell off 2 days after I got them. Went back & it was fixed. A few days after that, my nail was lifting! Made an appointment to get it fixed & when I got there they told me to wait 45 minutes. I hate when nail shops do this. Seriously cmon $100+ and thats what I get? 😡
Went in for a fill on my acrylics. Six days later my nails started lifting and then my thumb nail completely came off. They charged me $55 for the fill and a simple designs I went in hoping they would at least try to fix it but they told me i would have to pay something. Not worth it. Go somewhere else
This nail salon overbooked there appointment and a woman had to wait 40 minutes for her woman to do her nails. They had 7 women come in for one appointment and they had to wait. My girlfriend had to wait 20 minutes before she was waited on and she was here before before the other appointments. She’s been close to 3 hours for a simple appointment.
Great nail salon and most of the staff are phenomenal at shaping & designs. Bobby, Rachel, and Toy are my favorites, they are perfectionists just like me! The only dislike for me is when a newbie doesnt know how to do something I want but instead of telling me, they just try anyway and it looks awful. To avoid that, I am going to make appointments with my preferred techs. Easy fix!Clean space, friendly staff, great techs! Ive been going to this salon since they opened and its still my favorite one!
I have been coming here for about 4 years now and hands down the best place to get your nails done. The dip polish they use is safe and lasts for almost 3 weeks. Toy is amazing at nail art. I show her a picture and she makes my nails look identical to the picture. Everyone there is very nice and they all make you feel comfortable. I get compliments everywhere I go and inquiries as to where I get my nails done. They take walk ins and appointments. Try them you will not regret it.
Went here 4 times...drive about 45-1 hr to get there to specifically see Rachel. 2 times out of the 4 I’ve showed up she wasn’t there. I had set appointments for weeks. They gave an excuse each time, and I was very upset because they did not call to let me know. I work at a salon, I understand things happen. But they ask for my number when I take an appointment...why would you not call me?? I had to drive an hour the first time this happened just to get them filled with the same style as before, and then on Tuesday I showed up and I ended up just having them remove my nails so I can go somewhere closer to home. A real shame because Rachel did a wonderful job and I was so excited to finally find the perfect salon. But sadly the staff is very unaware and clearly doesn’t care about the clients needs. The first time no one even offered a discount for the inconvenience! I also made it clear and told the man that ho I believe was the owner, that if Rachel isn’t there for my appointment please call me. This time, again no one called, but the girl who took them off did for free, which was super nice and I appreciated more than anything. I wish they would think of their clients before the money and I would have still be a long lasting customer. I feel like they don’t call so when you get there you are still obligated to get your nails done. I pick a certain technician for a reason. Just very disappointed out of the 4 experiences I had here, 2 of them were not good.
Nail art and spa is the place to be. The owners, Bobby and Rachel are amazing. With all the new restrictions, I was nervous to go to any nail salon, but knowing that I can trust them with my safety it was a no brainer. Cleanest store and most talented staff around!
I have been going to Nail Art Spa for the last 3-4 years and I love this place! Rachel and Bobby and their staff are so awesome and the atmosphere is great! Their customer set skills are unmatched by any other nail salon I’ve ever been too. I am always 100% happy with the service they provide. When I take my daughter, mom, and friends with me they all rave about how good the service is and how nice and welcoming the staff is. I definitely recommend Nail Art Spa!I will try to post the latest nail designs Rachel did for my daughter, my mom, and I got my daughter’s 6th birthday party. It’s unicorn themed and we couldn’t be happier with how our nails turned out!
Was nice they could take me right away. Not a wonderful experience. The footbath was barely warm, the hot steam towel was not hot, a lot of excess nail polish around the skin. I used the dark red for the holidays and around my big toe is pretty red from the polish the technician couldn’t remove. My manicure ... I still have a lot of dead skin and cuticles and the nail polish is on the cuticle so I’m not super happy with the finished look.It’s not a super clean place. They do a lot of acrylic so there’s dust everywhere. I could feel the dust while my hands were under the drying fan. The salon could also use some aromatherapy or a candle. It does not have a great smell when you walk in the door. I making these comments in hopes that the owner only improve on what she started. I know a lot of people love it because the place was very busy. I just won’t be back.
I have been going to Tiffany for over a year. She is the best! She is very punctual and professional. She is always friendly and takes her time. My nails always look great when I leave. She is so enjoyable to talk with and she is also great at helping find a new nail color. When I go into the salon, it is always clean and I am greated with many smiles. I have referred several friends, and they have all been pleased. I have been to several other Nail salons, but none of them compare to Nail Art and Spa and Tiffany.
Went in to get a pedicure. I was refused service because I was told I am required to wear a cloth mask under my shield. I explained that wearing a cloth mask was detrimental to me health as I have a bleeding issue. No compassion or civility was demonstrated. Thankfully, I got my manicure down the street. Now I understand how people feel who are discriminated against due to their health or special needs.
I’ve been coming to Nail Art and Spa for quite some time now. Rachel is the absolute BEST!!! She’s a perfectionist and she’s fast! She has an excellent customer service attitude and it truly comes from the heart! Everyone there has a great attitude and does quality service. However, Rachel will always be my favorite. Just the perfect way she’s always done my nails!
This nail salon has honestly let me down. When I first started coming here the work they did was amazing! I feel like they over charge you because they can for the smallest things like shape and length. That’s my personal opinion but on top of that some of the nail techs here don’t really take the effort to provide with the service that makes it okay to charge the extra cost. This will be my final visit to this nail salon it isn’t worth it to me to pay what I do to get the nails I do. This nail salon is definitely not a favorite of mine anymore.
This was my first time coming to this nail salon. My first impression very nice place. The receptionist was very nice and I was seated right away.Rachel did my nails and she not only did a GREAT job she very friendly and had me laughing the hold time. I will definitely be coming back so she can do my nails again!

I’m VERY hard to please when it comes to my nails and I’ve searched every nail place near me to find a quality nail artist. I found one! Her name is Toy and she’s amazing. She’s meticulous and takes pride in doing a great jobs. Toy wants your nails to look perfect! I highly recommend her services. I’m sure you’ll love it!
Rachel is the BEST!!!!! I was referred to her a while back by a good friend, and It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. She’s so quick and efficient, her shaping is ON POINT, and she never lets you leave unhappy. She’s the queen of designs and can do anything you put in front of her face. Most times I show her a picture and let her do the rest! I get compliments on my nails daily and since going to Rachel they’ve never looked better. She’s a nail god and I refuse to ever go to anybody else. Nail Art & Spa is the way to go, Rachel does not disappoint!

Nail Art and Spa is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Rachel has been doing my nails since she took over the salon and everytime they are exactly what I want and more!! She can turn any picture you show her into nail art!! Ive never received so many compliments on my nails until she started taking care of them!!!! I make sure I tell everyone who my nail artist is!!
They are very fast. You don have to wait for the service , but sometimes they dont do what you ask for. I went with some pictures to see witch one they can do for me , they told me they dont have the color and that they dont use glitter in powder any more.

I have been coming here for 7 years and not once have I ever been to a better place. Rachel has been doing my nails for a very long time and every time I come every challenge I give her she always give me the most beautiful result. So first all. Their prices are wrong online and in their own brochures that they have directly on the counter when you walk in. Their selection of nail polishes are not a lot and seem to be empty or kind of crusty. When she first started my pedicure she dropped the utensils on the floor and I asked her if they fell, but she said no they were still wrapped in paper. Then by choosing the deluxe pedicure she told me it was $40 instead of the 35 that is advertised on Facebook, their website, and the brochure on their counter. I even showed her the online website and she said that the price. Already with my feet in the water I said fine and throughout the pedicure she cut my skin twice. No apologies on her part. When done and moving over to the dryer and while carrying all my own items while trying to not mess up my toes, I see myself and turn the dryer on myself. Then at the end of my trying segment I asked the gentleman whos telling somebody else the prices for a pedicure if the $40 is the correct price because it says something else on all of the advertisements. He then tells me that that is what the owners told him and he only works here. Yeah I will never come back here and let all my friends know not to as well. I should have gone to my regular place Xanadu on Golf Road. This is what happens when you try something new for convenience
Amazing nail salon. All techs perform high quality work. Lola is my personal favorite though. I drive all the way from South Loop to have my no chip manicure done by her. My no chip will last three weeks & she listens to me and doesnt argue when I tell her I want short natural nails. Awesome work 10/10 recommend.
I have been going to Nail Art and Spa for several months. It has a very friendly atmosphere. They pay close attention to cleanliness. Yen is a very good nail technician and a true perfectionist. She never rushes and my manicures and pedicures are always excellent.
Love this place! I see Tiffany every 3 weeks for pedicures and no chip manicures. She is very sweet and takes her time when doing my nails. I recommend this place because the staff is friendly, and its very clean. I highly recommend Nail Art & Spa.
I absolutely adore this nail salon. Every request I have asked they have done. Regardless if I had an awful day I always leave so satisfied and happy.. Hands down Yen goes above and beyond what I ask for. Always has a smile on her face and an awesome personality. Her work is perfection every time.
This place is great and everyone that works there is so friendly and professional. I actually followed Rachel from a previous salon and I’m so glad I did. This is the only place I will get my nails done because they always look better and last MUCH longer. Highly recommend!
Came the other week and Rachel did an AMAZING job on my nails! She pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and I couldnt be happier with the results. Ive never gotten more compliments on my nails and I definitely will be returning!
I have been going to this nail salon since my girl YEN started working here. Yen is amazing and I love coming here. Everyone that works here is so friendly and happy making it a nice getaway to get pampered. Yen is simply the best. She always does a fabulous job. She is meticulous and a perfectionist. If you want to get the best manicures and pedicures...go to Nail Art and look for YEN!!!
I saw so many good reviews and beautiful pictures I decided to give the place a try, big mistake. While the woman who started my nails was nice, they are all different lengths, shapes, bumpy, gloppy and most importantly She didnt push back my cuticles so even though I just got a full set today, I look like I need a fill. When I asked them to fix it while i was still there, they wanted me to pay for it. I didnt leave a tip, when I go back and ask for it to be fixed, Ill tip if they actually do it. Because this is NOT worth the $55 i had to pay for.

This is my go to place! Ive been going here for a little over 3 years and Im always satisfied. My girl friend and I have gone to so many salons and were never happy but ones we found nail art & spa well never look around again! Theyre excellent with designs. Also everyone is so nice!
The pedicure I got was nice. Their waiting area is so small. When I was waiting for my nails to dry there were so many people around me either because there was no were else to stand or they were going back and forth between the nail polish stands to pick their color. It felt claustrophobic in there. The price was good.
Second time being at this nail shop.Got a fill and uneven french tip done.Walked in got sat down and took 12 minutes for the nail tech to start. Let alone a lady with her screaming child next to me and another one complaining about the child. (Something I know the shop can’t control just made the experience a lot worst) I paid $45 for a gel manicure which I wouldn’t be mad at if my nails and fingers would have been done correctly. The management was worried about their meeting instead of attending their customers that were clearly annoyed and done with the whole situation themselves. After telling my nail tech that I was in a hurry for the third time she then got help from what seemed to be the owner. At this point im unhappy with the service and my nails.
Absolutely love it!!! The nail technicians are so talented. Also super kind and helpful. They make me feel so comfortable. I love Jenny so much! She shook me to the core and is the queen at what she does. Im 1,000,000% satisfied and it is worth every penny. They are such queens 🥺💓💓💓
Glad I found this salon about a year ago after going to a few different ones in area. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Whether you want regular, no chip, or dip polish there are multiple colors and brands available. This is the first salon I have been to where the staff can do both pedicures and manicures and the owner and staff care how their nails look. Would definitely recommend this salon.
I made an appointment waited 20 min. My appointment was for a dip with a manicure, the tech continued on with without a mani. I shared with the tech all my requirements and she just kept nodding her head. Towards the end, my nails looked awful, like a mountain full of layers, completely unattractive, no shape. Shared with the tech my dissatisfaction and she kept asking everyone’s opinions. Awful service, would not recommend this salon, such lack of customer service.
I was a walk in and they greeted me right away. they were all very friendly and got with me quickly. i got a ombré acrylic set. and i am so incredibly happy with them. i highly recommend this very clean and friendly salon for anyone who is looking for a good place to go.

No one here knows how to do artificial nails... they looked a mess and are okay with customers walking out of their salon like this. Three days after getting a full gel set and paying $55 two of my nails came completely off & 7 days after I had 4 broken Nails. This place is awful. Ended up having to go to another shop that charges me $40 to fix the shape/length/thickness of remaining nails and to replace missing Nails. I suggest Victoria Nails in South Elgin on Randall Rd, same price and they actually know how to do nails

I’ve been going to Rachel for 5 years now & highly recommended her to anyone I know! Most of my friends have switched to her and have never looked back! She’s soooo pretty, always friendly & I can confidently say no one can shape / style like her. Rachel bends over backwards for her clients & will even stay late just to fit you in. I’ve never been disappointed by her work & always receive tons of compliments. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!! Don’t wait any longer & book an appointment! You won’t regret it !!

Hate to leave a bad review...but my experience today calls for it unfortunately. For what its worth, the staff were nice and fairly friendly, only reason for 2 stars instead of just 1. I went in for a no-chip mani, and had a picture of what I wanted done. One of the other nail techs told me that they would have to use a chrome finish powder to achieve the look. I agreed to it, figuring that it would maybe cost a *little* bit extra. I ended up just doing the chrome over one solid color, no design. When I went to check out, the cashier told me my total was $50 (normal no-chip is $35). Apparently the up-charge for chrome is $15, which the nail techs had failed to mention. Thats a big price jump to not mention in advance, and to be honest the manicure did not turn out that great on close inspection (small bubbles under the polish, the chrome is streaky & uneven). Im not too picky, and normally not one to complain, but after this experience it is definitely safe to say that I will take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! They ruined my nails! I went here for the first time to get false nails, and they did a good job putting them on, but I went to get a fill, and saw a lady named Toy. What a mistake! I asked her if my nails were falling off, because the glue was weak, so she preceded to cut my nails all down, and then started ripping them off with another fake nail! OUCH! I told her it hurts, and she said that’s how we do it here. I asked her to soak them off, and she said she didn’t have time, and she bruised my nail bed pretty badly. I said it hurts too much as I pulled away in excruciating pain. She said that I should go somewhere else, she just said “you can go”. So I got up and left. I went to Ashlan Nails down the street in tears and told them what Nail Art & Spa did to my nails, by the time I got to the new salon, my nail bed was brown under my nails, and they said they were bruised. They said they should NEVER RIP nails off, only soak off. They took care of me at Ashlan. They said we are about “quality not quantity”. I agree. Please don’t waste your money, go to Ashlan Nails!!!! Almost every body at Ashlan said they used to go to Nail Art but switched to Ashlan. DUH! Now I know why!!!! I will be calling the village & OSHA to make a business complaint! Nail Art & Spa should NOT be in business!!!!

I went in and got a pedi and gel mani. When I left I didn’t really like how the base color looked, (possibly old polish). I came back and hr later and Mimi fixed my nails to complete perfection. Thank you so much, they’re beautiful!!!!

My no-chip always lasts, and my nails look as good on day 14 as they do on day 1. I highly recommend Yen and Nail Art and Spa
If you want to pay for overpriced nails this is the perfect spot! I had heard such great things about the designs so came in as a walk in. When I asked for designs he told me the only one that did designs was Rachel. So I asked for Rachel and they told me she was booked for the next 2 months. The guy also said that Rachel only does her designs in gel, not acrylic so that would be an additional cost. The shape, additional cost, depending on the design it would be an additional cost. When I did the math a full set with design would have been at least $100. I sat down with the gentlemen & got a standard full set with a French. Still got charged $65. Never again.
Amazing place to get nails done! Clean, organized, and willing to accommodate walk-ins. Nail designs are exceptional. Rachel is one of the owners and does great nail design as well as eyebrows!
I’ve been going to Nail Art & Spa since the old owners were there! I absolutely love my nail tech Rachel and I’ve been seeing her for probably over 3 years now! She does amazing work, and I never leave disappointed! Spa is clean and friendly!
10 stars for Yen! It takes me a long time to find somebody who can do a perfect manicure and pedicure and I will never leave her! It is a secret gem of a salon and each and every experience I have had has been fantastic. Stop looking and call now!!

I have never had a massage at here before, but after using their service I can say that Nail Art &Spa has always provided me excellent customer service. Each time I come in for about 90 minute massage (I used hand, foot and heel massage), I see the my skin was improved and it became smooth as silk.The treatment rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inductive to relaxation. I have tried several different kinds of massage services and I didnt believe that the price is so cheap ($65 for hand, food massage, hot stone massage and heel treatment)Nail Art & Spa is a true blessing to me.

Had an appointment for a pedicure and full set. They took over an hour to get to me. The water for my pedicure was cold. When they finally got to my full set, nearly three hours after I arrived, the guy who was going to do my nails stopped after filing my nails down because another customer who did not have an appointment wanted him to do her nails. He told me to sit at another chair and wait for another person. Never again will I give them business.
I have been to this salon a couple of times and I left happy with my nails every single time. I’ve been debating on even coming back for a couple weeks now because I see the way the owners treat their employees. I see I am not the only one who has witnessed this too according to the other reviews. They speak rudely to the receptionists and their nail techs. I’m sorry but that is not professional to yell at your employees in front of guests what so ever and that is just beyond disrespectful. My advice to them, go find a new job where you are respected. I don’t like the way I have seen them manage and the way they talk to their employees, many people will laugh it off with them but I don’t think it’s a good look at all

I was extrememly disappointed in this place. Their manicure only lasts 3 days. When I opted for a no-chip after having it done 3 consecutive times times they recommended for me to take it off to give my nails a break, and when they took it off, my nails were ruined for the next 6 months! They peeled and broke incessantly! I believe the nail tech rushed the process of removing the polish and therefore ruined my nail! I decided to go back a year later, and the same thing happened. I guess it wasnt just a one time deal! I DO NOT recommend this place

I have been going to Nail Art & Spa for over 2 years now. I was originally going with Tom (no longer there) when I had acrylics and he would do a decent job. I wanted to give my nails a break from acrylics and started doing no-chip manis. The only problem with that was that I had to find someone there that I liked and trusted. I tried a few people out but none met my expectations except for Yen! She is my go-to girl for mani/pedi. From the cuticle cut to the nail painting, no one does it better than her. She is gentle but a perfectionist. Not only is she an amazing nail tech but also very sweet! She actually has a conversation with you and makes the time fly by. If you want the job done right go to my girl Yen.
I was there yesterday and I am a little disappointed. The man doing my nails didnt seem to know what he was doing and had to be told by his coworker how to do a simple design. I also barely understood him.The place seemed clean and the tools were sterile. Nails look ok but are uneven.Plus it says 30$ for no-chip on website but they charged 40.

Only because 1 star is the lowest you can give, I was very unfortunate to trust that I was in good hands for the many good reviews this place has gotten. Their start up is $30 as so the receipt says for a acrylic full set and in regular places their acrylic full set starts at typically $25 and up I paid $40 as I assumed there was a extra $5 for length and shape but at most places I leave with $30 nails only getting charged the shape and they last for a month maxAs I paid $40 here the nails didn’t even last me a whole day 2 hours later I see a rip forming as I just avoided it thinking it would not fully rip it ending up doing that and I was really upset I didn’t have time to go the next day to fix that issue. I didn’t even want to with my experience just being there I was greeted kindly but along the way you just sit there hearing a lot of judgment going around and people not really noticing it . A young lady sitting aside of me left happy and only left a $3 tip which was unfortunate but you don’t judge for it the other older lady next to me says it very unlikely “who leaves a $3 tip “ and the nail techs just agree and laugh it off as one nail technician states the money they put into their products they should be getting good tips and not even charge low prices . But in my situation I left paying more than I should’ve for items that really just felt like low quality after. I just want to leave a honest review before someone else trust reviews left by their employees and not real customers.

L wish you could leave a 0 star review ! Gave this place another chance and yet again this is the only place l get a manicure or pedicure done at and develop some sort of infection or ingrown nail. My husband got me a gift certificate here after my baby was born at the hospital across the street. I went for what was supposed to be a relaxing time and had to get put on a antibiotic for a infection on my finger nail. A couple weeks ago l came with my sister and decided to try and give them a second chance. Here l am again with another infection ! (I get manicures/pedicures frequently and NEVER have this issue) The lady who did my pedicure kept digging deep into my skin and was very rough. Also like many other reviews , my sister paid one amount for her services and mine was a completely different price . (We got the same thing.) when she asked the guy at the counter about it , he said their prices went up from their brochures and online . l strongly urge anyone to save your time and money from coming here !

I’d like to say my original review is still accurate but unfortunately I cannot. Though my service was mostly good, beware of voicing any issues you may have with how you are treated there. The first time I expressed that I was upset at being left waiting a half hour past my scheduled appointment the husband goes off on me like a pit bull contrary to what they will try to convince you I never raised my voice. I barely got my complaint out before he went off.During past appointments I have witnessed the owners go off on customers for coming in to complain about previous service they received. Beware.

Went there to take my daughter for a mani and Pedi. it was not busy at all maybe 3 other people. My Pedi was horrible this lady literally made me bleed. Then the paint job looked like something my 3yr did. She was annoyed when i asked is someone else could fix it for me. Then they rushed thru my daughter service it was her birthday and she wanted rainbow nails but they pushed her to just pick a one color. Never again will i go here.
Really wanted to like this place, but they ruined my wedding party’s nails. So embarrassed for pictures on my wedding day. Hands were cut up and bleeding! Nail tech rolled her eyes when asked to fix one of my moms nails that was uneven. Never coming back.
I had no chip put on last Tuesday. They were chipping by Friday. I called today since it has been less then two weeks and Mimi said they only guarantee one week. She also mentioned that the manufacturer guarantees two weeks but they dont. I paid $40.00 and a $10.00 chip for the no chip. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Only if you want to be ripped off. Will continue to tell everyone who will listen not to go here.

I asked for shorter nails and he cut them so short I had to get square shape. Honestly he seemed like he was in a rush just plain rude. Not going back with the new ways to do be able to do nails yourself and not deal with the rudeness at a salon, Im straight.

As a nail tech you go in do your job . You have to make sure all your nails are glued before proceeding to your next step. It hasn’t even been a week and I have 6 nails left . Which by the way may fall tomorrow bc of the lack of glue I was put on. Also, I have a finger or 2 I am highly insecure about and I don’t like getting my nails done often do to my insecurities. I felt ashamed bc of the little smirk he did when he saw my nail shape. I come in expecting myself to look and feel beautiful after MONTHS of not getting “dolled up” all to come out feeling ashamed of how a part of my body doesn’t look like the rest of the ladies out here . I left no tip and I’m not ashamed . I normally pay $25 dollars for a full set & I was charged $35 for a terribly done job & coming out embarrassed of who I am.
Ive gone to nail art for years but will never return. My last two no chip manicures have chipped within days. This place has also become very unclean. I hate that a place I once loved has taken a turn for the worst.

Went to get a no chip refill and the person who did my nails left them all slanted and crooked, each nail was a different shape. Tried telling them to fix the shape and i was ignored. Paid $35 and had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed
I paid $55 for a full set of Gel nails with a no chip! I brought in a picture of an idea of how I wanted my nails done and they did an outstanding job! Definitely worth coming back!
Be careful, the will try to overcharge you for services. I went there two weeks ago and had a basic pedicure and no chip and they charged $70! She had charged me 35 for the spa pedicure, which I specifically said I did not want. I did not even get the sea salt scrub nor wax. So if youre going to charge me for something, then at least do it! Ay... never going back.

I have came here several times with my mother and my step mother. I bring a picture of designs and they always say that they can do it. They NEVER CAN. This is our last time coming here. And the lady that attempted a simple flower was rude as hell when i said no...thats not anything like the picture. Nice massage but they SUCK at nail designs.
Yen is the best! The problem is the scheduling. Multiple times they have messed up my appointments. Im writing this review from a different nail salon presently as a result. Had an appointment at 630 but apparently someone didnt make it in the books. Very disappointing
When Van used to be a owner of the nail art, the place was so nice and clean. Since the new owner took over, the place is so dirty, unprofessional, and the owner is so Rude(Bobby). I would give them 0-1 star because they don’t even deserve a good review.
The owners are so disrespectful towards their costumers and their employees. There are great nail techs in this salon. Hopefully they move to other salons. No body deserves to be yelled at, specially upfront of clients.

No chip came off after three days. Called to ask about getting them redone and the man was very rude. He told me he could give me a discount, but would not fix my nails for free.
Waited 40 mins to get into my appointment I showed up on time for. Over charges for services. When I told them I wanted a fill for my toes they have me attitude and looked at me like I was stupid. If its what I want and Im paying for it keep your opinions to yourself. Also after the whole salon heard/saw what I was getting they talked among themselves how stupid what I was getting was.

Honestly disappointed. First time I went there I loved it. But then it went downhill. I called in trying to make an appointment and gave the days I was available and he kept saying days I wasnt available so he told me to figure out my schedule before calling and then hang up. RUDE! I always find something wrong with my sets, but not from here. On top of stunning nails, they were all so kind and patient. Definitely will be back here

2022-04-01I had a no chip manicure done and the reason I got it done is because it was NO CHIP. It barely lasted 3 days. I called and they said they dont warranty their manicures and would only fix it if I paid for it. I will NOT be getting no chip from this salon ever again. VERY disappointed.

2022-06-30I have lived here for 15 years and I think this is the only place I have been for a pedicure. I feel comfortable here and people are great who work there. A couple of problems - the man boss was rather mean to the girl who did my pedicure. He acted like the girl was being slow- she never took a extra breath. Also I had a facial wax. That room needs a major cleaning. He should focus on that ..

2021-07-10We lived in elgin for 10 yrs moved to Wisconsin 2 yrs ago, tried several places there….haha…. We started coming back to Nail art spa its a 1.5 hr drive each way! Its well worth the drive for us. Rachael & Bobby & staff are wonderful!
