This place has potential to be a fun outing, but it looks like you could catch every disease in the book from it. The play structures look and smell dingy. The floor is foam mats, which look like they havent been cleaned, nor do I think they could properly cleaned as theyre a porous surface. The ninja area especially looks like a germ breeding ground, since so many of the materials are a surface (rope, foam) that easily breed germs. Nasty.
First Lady told us which line to wait in and we waited about 40 minutes no big deal the kids were excited to play. Than the security guard came up and said we needed to wait in a different line, so than that made us at the end of the line because we were almost to the front at the original line. So we waited again probably about 15 minutes this time once we got to the front the lady told us we needed to sign a waiver so I asked can we just sign it up here (we saw no signs about singing anything in the building) she said no we needed to get back out of line and sign it than get back in line. We left. Wasted a hour just waiting around. We took the kids to Haunted trails instead, and they loved it. There needs to be better understanding for people especially for the new people coming in. It was just a very chaotic.
It’s very rare I complain about places online but this place was HORRIBLE. First off, $50 dollars for a 9 year old and a 2 year old? The math didn’t add up correctly. Secondly, there is no structure in this entire place. There was areas designed for infants, toddlers, and older kids but older kids were running through the entire place destroying things. My niece was almost trampled by kids in an area that said it was for kids who can only crawl. Then older kids took all the toys that were designed for the toddlers and babies wand were throwing them all around the building. Not an employee around to monitor anything. It’s basically a free for all so I only recommend going here if you feel like having your kid be shoved and knocked over by other kids because their parents or employees don’t care.
I was so excited to finally take my baby here but ended up ridiculously disappointed. The place was filthy. Slushy in the ball pit, trash all over the infant crawl area. I finally packed up our things and left when I saw someone had knocked down the swinging doors to the toddler section and there were screws all over the floor. Definitely won’t be returning.
I wouldnt book a birthday party here again. I booked a birthday party here for my 4 year old, it was a build your own package and you literally have to build your own because the party host wasnt helpful at all. Then when u get there in a decent time you still have to wait for the party host to come to you when the room is ready and the room wasnt ready on time. Also you only get 1 and half hours in the room. Other than that the kids will have a great time playing, i would only just come here to play!
First of all let me say I used to love bringing my 5 year old daughter here. I took her(5) my niece (6) and my son (3 months) and wife yesterday and this place went down hill big time. First they raised the prices which isn’t a big deal they went up a dollar or two . The first thing that upset me was we were not allowed to bring in our stroller. I understand strollers can make the floor space congested but we went as soon as it opened on a Friday so we can have enough room for our stroller so we don’t have to carry a car seat and a heavy diaper bag ,there was only about 10-15 kids there the place was basically empty. The next thing that upset me was the lack of maintenance. There was a rip in the netting of the playground which is a big safety hazard considering it can go from a small rip to a big rip in a few hours. They have have these weird stools that are flimsy and have no seat backs. I’m also disappointed in the food the pizza was good but the hotdog we received looked nasty and old ,the corn dog we had was burned on one side it was upsetting they messed up a simple food. Over all the staff was polite and the place is fun for kids I’m just disappointed in the the food and stroller rule. They should change it to no strollers during prime business hours.
I am here now guarding g a back door where the staff leave open up take out trash , no one left to mind door and the back open to trailers and card driving thru. Mind you this place is full of toddlers amd this is an accident waiting to happen. I can’t see why they can’t have 1 or 2 take out trash while another one mind the door to make sure no toddler or other small child casually walk out this door. Management need to take a SERIOUS look at this. So because of this I really want to give them a ZERO . Safety of our children is number one at any venue that caters to families. They have adequate staff to collect money so why not to protect our youth. 😜
When this place first opened I had highly recommended it and its been a year and I regret to inform you this place has lost its luster. Its such a shame too because it had such great potential but I dont recommend spending the money here currently ($18.95 for 6m-4yo). The ball machines fans arent working properly but very noisy so they probably just need a good cleaning. Theres also only 2 ride on push tractor cars, and theres hardly any props in the imagination play area at all! The floors even have random spots that have the foam puzzle pieces tearing apart. This was a very disappointing visit.
My 2yr old daughter, her mother, and I had an amazing time!!! We had considered other play centers, however since we are local. We decided to give it a shot. Im glad we chose to hang out with #luv2play. Their staff is absolutley fantastic, we were greeted by Christina, with a smile and a warm welcome. Prices/admissions were very reasonable considering the amount of different play centers in the surrounding area. Food was made well, and tasted delicious. Arcade center was so much fun for my daughter, she loved the Racing Dolphins, and Jurassic Park FPS! Favorite thing about our visit, was everything!!We definitely will be returning soon. Maybe even become regulars!
Great place. My kids loved it. Perfect for when the weather is bad outside! Only one complaint. Entrance and exit into socks only facility is the same gate. Not only was clogged, bottlenecked, and jammed when various people are trying to come in and families are trying to leave but half the people are wearing shoes as they are coming in and others only socks so when weather is bad out (like when we went) we had to make sure not to step in water or muddy tracks.
This place was surprisingly huge! A huge jungle gym, small arcade area, two little toddler areas, a huge pretend village area and a gymnastics room. I only got pictures of the gymnastics room! My kids (2 and 9) had a great time, with ton to do! We were there for 5 hours and they still wanted to stay.**Only giving it 3 stars because the parking is a mess! Literally no where to park for this place! And surround lots have signs stating you will be towed if you park there. The area when you first come in, you have to sign waivers, find a place for your shoes and jackets.... its WAY too small! Tons of people crowded right in that area by the front door. It has to be a safety hazard honestly. With tax is cost me like $34 just for 2 kids. Which seems kind of pricey. They did have a ton to do, but I decided to not let them play the arcade games due to how much it costs just to get in. $14 for a blah pizza.Lines to get in were WAY too long. Lines to get food, even longer! And the food employees were just unorganized and had no idea who was suppose to get what pizza. My suggestions would be to come during the week. It was way too packed on a Saturday.
This place is filthy! The toddlers area has ants, crumbs and dust between the foam tiles. We never saw any staff wiping down surfaces or sanitizing anything. Kids that are over 4 are going into the toddler area, zipping through nearly plowing through the toddlers and throwing balls at them. There is no regulation by staff in the main area when kids are out of line. There is a mini tractor/car in the race track area that is so broken that there are multiple holes in the plastic wheels and the steering wheel flops all over. It needs to be thrown it out before a young child cuts themselves playing on it. One of the staff had her hand inside the back of her pants while speaking to another staff member. After their conversation, she went about her business without sanitizing or going to the bathroom to wash them.Shame because it’s a well needed option for parents to have an outlet for children. I threw away our socks and hopefully scrubbed the germs off. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for an SMB, but this place was disgusting.
Had a great Birthday Party there! I read some reviews about cleanliness but the place seemed pretty clean. They even had a couple workers that were cleaning and sanitizing all the equipment and toys like every 20mins. Also Hand Sanitizers everywhere in there to use as well.
Very fun I went there a few weeks ago thought Id leave a review. It was fun I got a card and put money on it arcade was very fun same thing with the other areas sadly when I got there with my parents the place for more older kids was closed probably for cleaning. But thankfully 30m-1hr it reopened the pizza was good overall decent staff and pretty clean one concern is there are kids running up the slides by the entrance and there are kids going down. One kid almost got hit going up. But it didnt happen yeah but it was pretty good.
I take my 9 year old grandson here once every couple of months. He loves it . unfortunately there will always be parents who do not supervise their kids, and kids can get our of hand and mean. I liked when there was employee supervision in the back area (ninja room). There was some bullying going on when i was there today that i had to address. Kids act better when there are rules being enforced by the adults.
I will never never ever go here again the reason why is because the checking in process was horrible, the place needs to be more sanitized the only thing that was great was my server he did what he needed too !!!! I also paid to have a party there never got my cupcake never got the plates they never showed my son picture. I paid all that money for nothing.
I recently had a birthday party for my daughter here and I must say it’s the new Chuck E Cheese on 55th! It’s the Ghetto. The staff is unprofessional and the way the place is ran is ridiculous. They have a no shoes policy but once you go inside without shoes the floor is sooo dirty! It looks like they never clean it and how can it possibly cleaned daily if it looks dirty the it does. The place was extremely crowded on a Saturday and the food my son ordered took 2 hours. We only waited because we had a party there otherwise we would have definitely complained and left. There is a mask mandate, but it’s walking Covid in there! No social distancing at all and it’s packed and not everyone is wearing a mask. The place would be nice if it was cleaner, ran better under new management. This place needs a clean sweep.
Celebrated my kids birthday here recently and everything was perfect. We booked our party early and the kids had enough room to play without it being overly crowded. All of the staff, from the front desk, party coordinator Kajuan and manager, they all were helpful and friendly.
WORST FOOD SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! We were waiting for about an hour for six piece chicken tenders and apparently they “forgot about them”. We had to remind them about 3 times for them to only put them in the air fryer and start cooking them. When they were done, they asked for our receipt which they threw away and when we said they never gave us one they never believed us. The employee asked who took our order and when I told them a description of the lady they started laughing! This is unacceptable! At one point I started to get so angry that I was gonna ask for my money back but then the guy gave us the food. When we tried them THEY WERE DISGUSTING! AND I MEAN DISGUSTING! They were super soggy probably the soggiest chicken tenders I have ever ate. I do not recommend this place at all. It has no employees watching any kids and if someone got hurt I bet they wouldn’t even help.
TO ALL MOMS AND DADS PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.This is an updated review , this place has become trash and disorganized and they will manipulate you to get any money money out of you.I have a baby carry on bag that I put my childs water in, hat, socks, snacks, and jacket so that I dont have to carry it everywhere because if I leave them outside there is a sign that says that they are not responsible for any LOST items and I wanted to put the baby shoes and my shoes in the bag but they wouldnt allow me to(which is something new because Ive been going there for years) they wanted me to either pay for a locker or leave them outside so you can only imagine how theyre manipulating you into paying for a locker for your shoe otherwise it might get stolen.
The staff was attentive and courteous. My daughter light up like a Christmas tree running around in there. Planning on taking her back, since it a fun, safe, indoor environment. Only issue were some parents not watching their kids, where some of them played a little to rough.
Nice open play space for kids. My 19 month old enjoyed himself, it beats going to the park especially with hot summer weather. Diverse crowd which I love to see. Only thing that had me concerned was not everyone had on masks, adults I’m speaking of. Some things weren’t as clean as I would’ve thought for such a place but overall I’ll go again (with disinfectant wipes lol). Also the food station is closed during certain days of the week, so either plan to eat before/after.
Worst place ever if I could give this place zero stars I will I took my daughter there for her first birthday and it was the worst birthday ever the staff are ver unprofessional and rude to me and my guest the host didn’t come and check on the party my baby pictures wasn’t posted as it suppose to came in the package deal they security was ghetto all I asked was the shoes wasn’t safe in the cubes they make us put em in she went off like we not responsible and it’s in the wavier can’t you read very rude i will never take my kids back there I won’t recommend anybody to take there kids
I like the place and the prices are somewhat reasonable. There are many activities and climbing equipment for the kids to play. Its clean and safe. They are very serious about the no shoe policy, and they have a locked gate. You have to complete the wavier, take off your shoes, and get a wristband before theyll even let you in. Its secure, so children cant walk outside if they are left unattended.
I didnt like the way they services was theres a lot of young workers and I just didnt like it its not clean enough its not sanitized enough I dont even think they should be open for business the young managers they all just I dont know I just didnt like it most ridiculous bathrooms dirty nasty places nasty and filthy and I like it thats all I have to say
Im not a fan its no social distance no mask restrictions!! I did not see anyone cleaning after each use of the machines and checking if it was pass capability. My family was only there for less than hour.....Twice I seen 2 grown adults walking outside in their sock and walk back into the play area where my 2 toddler grandsons is either crawling or walking doing what toddlers do. $63.00 gone
My daughter had a blast! She really enjoyed herself. I think this facility is good for kids ages 2-12 (otherwise the older kids may get bored) because the maze of fun is not the right height for adults and the areas are more kid friendly ( including a dress up costume station and pretend grocery store shopping center). Granted, my sister and and I joined in on the fun to ensure my 5 year old daughter was safe. For three people, we paid $20 - Not bad for an all you can play day of excitement. Parents, I think would appreciate Luv 2 Play because there are several seating areas whereas adults can chill while kids run wild. In addition, theres a security guard posted upfront to ensure all is well. Lastly, theres plenty of parking for guests.
This is a nice place for kids of all ages. A little bit of everything. I like the fact that it’s a no shoes environment. It would be nice if lockers were available though since anyone can actually walk out with your coats/shoes and they hold no liability. The membership deal is great. My sister & I take our girls weekly and it’s so worth it. Kids need to burn some energy.
This place is great for kids and toddlers , I took my daughter here to play for her 2nd Birthday she had a great time she enjoyed herself my whole family did . It was clean the staff is nice , and not to crowded on the weekday . Only bad thing about the experience they was out of everything on the food menu and had no drinks at all other then that we will be going back .
My son LOVES this place, (now named MyKids Play). The imagination area where the kids can be mailmen, gas station workers, grocery store owners, and a few other things is my sons favorite thing to do, which says a LOT, because he loves the trampolines and mazes. They also have an American ninja obstacle course your kids will really enjoy doing. The coolest thing about this place, is that You dont need to purchase socks, as long as youre not bare footed! Regular sock work just fine here. They have little cubbyyou can put your shoes/jackets in, or you can rent lockers for the time youre there.
I had my daughters birthday party here on Out. 26th and the kids had fun. It was a really nice spot, only issue is its too pricey for the birthday packages and you only get an hr in the party room. Also, they were late bringing my food, they did not post my daughters pictures on the screen and the host they had in my room did a horrible job, she was supposed to serve the kids and my friends and I ended up doing her job!! Waste of my money!
I had my son’s 4th birthday party here and he absolutely loved the place as did the other children that attended the party. The best part is if you host a party your guest can come as early as when the facility opens and can stay until it closes. They have tons of seating that are strategically placed in each play area so that you can watch your children closely. After reading the reviews I was nervous but I am happy we choose to move forward. Our host were amazing and so was the staff!
This place has the right idea as far as entertainment. however it still needs improvements. I just had a party here and even though all the children left satisfied I was a bit disappointed. For the amount of money you pay, I feel you should have a little longer in the room. The party host was never available we literally had to track her down. This place is staffed by high school students who I would imagine would rather not be there. No matter where you were within the building the staff was serious no where to be found. They offered a valet service for people within our party, again horrible. It was only 2 drivers and they got very overwhelmed and couldnt keep up with the cars - at the end of the party I had to find my own car, My sister in law car was misplaced for a hour because this mislabeled it. The entrance for the building is way to crowded and Im pretty sure its a fire hazard. The areas where the smaller children play should be supervised, however its a free for all. I did not allow my son to play because the amount of bigger kids that were pushing. I understand its a new place and if they truly listened to feed back from the customer this place could be a great place, until then I give it 3 stars because its not the best
Came her with my sister and her kids, and the place is fun. This establishment allow shoes with covers since the padding doesn’t help especially with this cold weather. I would recommend to eat before coming, but they do have some decent snacks. Place was clean, but it is disgusting having children walk into the bathroom without shoes. The staff working around the floor were polite and the young lady who cleaned up my food was lovely, but management here needs to work on manners, as I got a rude impression from what I believe is the main person in charge.
Horrible!! Attended for a 2yr olds birthday party. Covid restrictions where??!!!! Never saw anyone clean anything!. Requirements to remove shoes for All, adults included even if no play. Security Guard was the pushiest Toy cop Ive ever experienced. Rude and ignorant. Shoes are to stay in the front of the facility where party rooms are way in the back. Disclaimer, dont wear your expensive pair of shoes and I Would suggest burning socks afterwards. Extremely crowded, staff is young and unorganized. Anyone is allowed inside no waiver was signed and never knew about one until after the party. Will never go back. The only reason I stayed was to not break the birthday girls heart.
The place is fine to take kids to play but their birthday packages are expensive and not worth it. The hostess was barely even there. Over $600 for 10 kids and 10 parents for pizza and flat soda. And one hour in the small room was a joke. The rooms were tiny and would not recommend to any of my family to have their parties there. Just take your kids to play but dont waste your money on their party packages.
Place has good variety of things to do for the kids. But I will not go back on a weekend. I was there on a Saturday and there was just nowhere to park. The parking lot in the front is very tight and congested. Finally found a spot behind the building in a lot with all kinds of trailers and containers parked. The place was hot as a sauna and PACKED. Had to wait good amount of time to pay and get in. Prices in my opinion are high. Also, it is great that you dont wear shoes inside, but the lobby needs to be better organized and planned so that it does not get so crowded, and so that you do not walk with your socks where people just walked with their wet shoes. Also the first time I have seen security person at the door letting you in and out of the play area. There is also no supervision from staff, and the place was so chaotic and loud. I will try it out again on a week day.
I had my nieces party over the weekend and it was great. However, I had a few complaints about our food being cold. The manager on duty Samantha brought us 2 fresh hot pizzas within minutes so my guest didn’t have to wait. She was very sweet and definitely cared for my concerns. Thank you again. The kids had a blast here!!! We will be back.
Stopped by this venue with family to hang out and celebrate my little ones progress in school. We had a great time. The staff (Trishawn L. in particular) was very helpful from start to finish with waivers, explanations of fees, offers, and services. The venue was clean. The food was decent. Very safe environment for the kiddos. Security onscene for the duration of our visit; always a plus. I will be returning with my family as this visit has left a lasting affect on the kids, which is of most importance to me.
This place used to be awesome but upkeep is non-existent. A bunch of stuff is broken. I dont think the floors or surfaces have been mopped/vaccumed/wiped down in years.... Everything is very very dirty. Really disappointed. Hope they change this. Definitely needs new staff or management that actually cares....
Gets very crowded and sometimes the older kids (15+) get very rough around the younger kids and it gets a bit hectic with no adult or employee supervision. We went after 3:30 and I don’t recommend doing that, it got very busy very fast!! We would go early in the day next time as that is less busy for our young ones!Didn’t like that the food court is closed on weekdays AND you are not allowed any outside food or drinks allowed. It’s a tough rule when you have little kids that are obviously going to get hungry and thirsty with all the fun they are having! No strollers allowed is also annoying because you’ll have to hold your baby the whole time in a car seat or in your arms. The place itself is very much fun. There is SOOOO much to do for different ages. Different sections for different stuff so it was great overall. I would love to go back and I will try again but if it’s the same experience I won’t be returning for the sole reason of older kids being too rough around younger kids and not being careful. I don’t think kids older than 13 are meant for this place so they shouldn’t be allowed to play in between younger kids!
What a wonderful place to have a birthday party for my three year old great nephew. The establishment was very clean. The employees were very professional. Everyone has to sign a waiver before entering & you must wear socks as you will be asked to take off your shoes before entering other than that I truly enjoyed all they had to offer as far as entertainment goes..! 5 Stars
My daughter loves this place. For the 1st time we went on a Saturday and it was extremely packed but the employees were AWESOME everyone I came in contact with. That group of young adults were running this place as business owners. They didnt miss a beat even with the crowd. They were very professional and apologetic. I will definitely be back for the umpteen time.
I used to take my kids to a play place when they were little and now that my daughters a mom it was cool to go to a play place with her and her daughter. With it being the weekend I thought it would he too crazy for my granddaughter....and it was...but an acceptable amount of crazy. Most of all I was so impressed with how clean the bathroom was when I went in. I hope this place is around as she gets older.
This place blew me away. I was so used to places like Chuck E Cheeses, that when I came here. I expect similar. Not only is this place larger, but its play equipment is set up to allow even parents to join in. The various arcade machines in there supply fun that isnt just climbing around, and the food vendors are actually serving very nice quality food. This is truly a place that is fun for the whole family.
The registration process was very long, the computer check-in should be simplified. I saw older adults having trouble signing in as well. It would be helpful to have a member of your staff assisting with the check in process. Also more parking options would be ideal.Once inside...I really enjoyed the facility. It was clean with plenty of activities for children. The imagination stations were well equipped and functional.
I love the concept, however, at anytime food is being cooked it is entirely too smokey inside. They need to invest in a better exhaust system. My grands were coughing as well as I. Also, lockers would be best instead of cubbies for customers, especially if they dont want to be liable for anything. Cant walk in bare feet and no coat with children!
This is a large space for kids of all ages. Its good for large parties. My only major concern is the toddler section should have a height restriction. I have small 2 year old & larger kids around the age of 7/8 were going in there. They have a bit too much equipment squeezed in that pocket as well. I saw big kids slamming into toddlers that can barley walk.
It was nice & spacious for the kids to run around & great for 1yr old. & up to 10yr old. FYI remember to bring your socks everyone needs them b4 u can enter the play area... U can buy socks there for 2.75 per pair. Not many games to play & more of a run around place. Enjoy
Ripped up safety nets on play area. Dirty play areas full of dust. 3/4 soft ball launchers are never working. All of the ride on cars are missing... probably because theyve been destroyed by wild kids, which leads me to another point. Its horrible on weekends its so crowded. Like extremely crowded. So to the owner/manager/partner... Guys for real? This is a money machine... Wake up and fix this place up seriously. The layout and stuff to do seems like it would be fun for the kids but whoever is in charge needs to reinvest in this place.
Not a bad spot at all! Came for a friends sons birthday party and as a guest it was fun. Seemed slightly unorganized due to a lack of communication between the staff but overall it seemed to be a smooth operation. Plenty of space for kids to do a lot of different fun little obstacle courses and such. Considering doing a party here for my kid in the future.
Its ok, they have a lot of things for toddlers as well as some older children to enjoy. I think for the amount of money youre paying to get in the food prices should be more reasonable. You cant wear or take your shoes in the play area. You have to leave them in an unattended cubby(no lockers). For the record none of our belongings were missing.
My 4yr old daughter loved the slides and the trampolines the most. She had so much fun also on the tricycle riding it around the track. The play houses were perfect for her to make believe she had different jobs to which she loved the grocery store the most as she had her own little shopping cart and was able to select food and scan them. My 5 yr old son had a blast going through the tunnels and tubes and the slides. They even have 3 different areas for children 4 and younger with a slide and ball pit or blocks and Legos. This place offers many different activites for all ages. They also have many arcades for the kids to have fun with. They also served food here like pizza and hamburgers and drinks. The only problem was that they had the ninja course closed due to water damage so the kids were unable to experience it which they really would have loved. This is definitely a place that I will be returning to.
Great place for kids, toddlers. Lots for them to do for the price. This place is mostly for kids 5 to 12 years old. They have a childrens play town, slides and trampolines, a big arcade area, a small Lego area and Ninja coarse, where the shipping docks are located. They even have a cafeteria where you can get a whole pizza, slice of pizza, cheeseburger, hot dog, corn dog, warm pretzel and a lot more! Also, if you want to come back a little later, you can as long as you have your wristband on. They charge a special discounted rate for autistic children which is a big plus!! There is plenty of bar stool seating for adults. Does get pretty crowded in the afternoons and evenings on the weekends though.
I came in yesterday and booked a party with two young woman (very lovely and polite) and they helped me but while I was doing that this young man let my son in for free while I was occupied and busy and was playing arcade games with him and watching him for me. I took a couple of pictures but they wont upload. The two young ladies gave my son a free little ball, love that. They are so welcoming! Cant wait for the party!!!
This place was great! It was very toddler friendly. There were areas for blocks (legos), a few different ball pits, a small jungle gym area and then a very large area with 2 small trampolines. There was a pretend town with 3 wheel toddler bikes on a circular track. A ninja area for kids 6 and up, various video games and a cafe area. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars....its a bit pricey and a few of the hands on ball games didnt work. My toddler ran me raggedy but, she slept great after! Definitely recommend for small kids.
Parking is a complete joke. The place shares the lot with a Fitness center. So people typically spend about 1-2hr in each establishment. Now I was having my daughter 5th Bday party here. Granted a Saturday from 2-5. The place was packed but its also huge. So space is not a problem. And honesty the kids had a blast. From the moment you arrive in this place your kid will almost have a instant anxiety attack. Overwhelmed by the whole set up. So its smart to have the food and cake and ice cream before hand.. I dont have anything bad to say about this place. The few issues I had the Manager was more then willing to make it right.but the staff will make or break this place. Our hostess was awesome. and the whole process of entering the place is a total pain and needs improvement.
LOVE THIS PLACE! I took my whole family here for Eid and the kids loved it. I seen bad reviews so I was nervous to come but all these parents are the issue. Parents aren’t watching they’re kids, Luv2Play is not responsible for watching they’re children, they don’t babysit them. Not every place is going to be 5 stars, and not everything is perfect. These place is more than average so I don’t know why everyone complains so much. They have a no shoes policy because the floors are foam... Simple I don’t know why I seen so many customers arguing with the staff about that rule. Parking lot is small but that’s not in Luv2Play control that they’re so busy and popular. Just make sure you have a waiver filled out before coming in, the staff is very strict about that. They won’t let nobody in without a waiver.
My kids went here for a birthday party and they loved it! Amazing experience made for kids in mind. What I like about the staff they monitored kids but also allowed them to play freely. The security was on top of things the moment we walked in til the moment we walked out. We will be back.
We brought out 2- year-old daughter and had so much fun! Since shes so young, I had to go inside all the tunnels with her, and they are all big enough to fit an adult so no problems. I cant wait to go again. Our favorite were the slides, trampolines, ball pits, and the pretend grocery store. I just wish that they offered a gluten-free food option, or some kind of gluten-free snacks. At one point, we got hungry for a snack, but there was nothing myself or my daughter could eat, so we just decided to take off instead. Our neighborhood really needed something like this. Ill be going back with bells on!
This is a really fun place for kids of all ages. This was our first time coming back since it reopened. The mask requirement is for kids 10+ now. When did that change smh. I did not know this. Too many kids here without a face cover. I probably wont return for a while.
I threw my 2 year old daughter a party here it was also my first time visiting, and it was a amazing! I have never seen her smile so much! The staff was accommodating to her need to wear her braces and shoes and no matter how many questions I asked, no one was rude or irritated with me! I cannot wait to go back
Great place - no issue.Of course it could be messy. Thats what kids do.My problem I had was, when we went Monday around 5:15 on 12/16, they had all the machines shut off (the blower machines and the merry go round - basically anything electronic not a video game) and the cars put away. It was as if they cleaned it all up and were just waiting to go home, so we did not get the full experience. We did have the monthly pas, so it was no big deal. But had I paid full price at that point, I would have been extremely upset.Just an FYI - I would still recommend it as my kids and myself always have fun.
Very disappointed. We came here when they first opened and were amazed at everything they had to offer. Each area was full with so many fun and educational items, now there is next to nothing in the play town, the ball shooters dont work, and the bikes which used to be heavy duty nice bikes now look like broken down old garage sale bikes that dont even work. The staff are not happy to be here abd get easily aggravated by the line that forms up front, when its their slow service and lack of attention that is creating the long line. The paint is already chipping everywhere and the foam mats are dirty.
I would never go to this place again ! I had my god daughter party there today and it was the worst experience EVER! The assistant manager didn’t know anything and had a attitude the whole time like she didn’t wanted to be bother . I was asking her questions about the timing and things and she were to busy on her dam phone like my baby party didn’t matter to her when I just spent $200+ on a party I could’ve had at chucky E cheese for a better experience .... AND MY BABY FOUND A BUNCH OF ANTS IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE.
Im torn between liking it and hating this place. Where to start well lets start the good since it is a shorter list. The place is fun lots of fun! Now the bad.. the staff are mostly children whom dont want to be there. Always on their phones and more than half have attitudes. There is no customer service. They also took the sand out and put blocks instead . understandable because the kids were throwing it everywhere but upsetting to other kids that loved the sand and have manners!!! The floor is uneven with the foam pads they have down... the list goes on!
Its a great place to take your child to play. Theres nothing like it close by anyway. The only problem I have with this place is they are new so its pretty unorganized. They need a better process for checking in. There was one person ahead of me and I had to have been in line for at least 15min. I had already filled out the wavier online to avoid having to do that once I arrived. A long line had formed behind me some people were saying they have a monthly plan and there should be a quick pass line for them. I think once they are accustomed they will be better. Other than that Its clean and HUGE I wish there was something like that when I was a child. We ordered personal pizzas and they were good no complaints there.
I just enjoy myself like a little kid! This place is awesome! The entrance is kind of unorganized, crowded and confusing but once you go trough you dont even remember those first 20 min.... This place is big and has different options to enjoy, staff is nice and the food isnt that bad. I cant wait to go back.
Great place, my daughter loves it. We’ve been here a couple times & will definitely be back.My feedback; the floors are made of foam pieces and they bubble up in some areas and I watched multiple toddlers fall on their face because of it. & none of the little ball machines have ever worked when I’ve gone. A little disappointing when you watch Blippi 24/7 🙄😩Also, I’m almost positive none of the staff likes kids. Or their job. Ok carry on 🤣
This place is amazing for children of all ages. The only problem was the staff. No much supervision on the different age activities. For example; the toddler and infant area had no attendees so my child was constantly getting stepped on by much older kids. In the imagination area no staff was present at all. Food was left for hours ok the tables and not cleaned. What staff that was available was at the entry talking and not helpful at all, that was so chaotic and crazy we almost left. When I came for a party which was my first time there I had no direction as to where the party rooms were no one instructed us where to go upon entry. Seriously if this is not corrected I don’t see this place lasting!
This place used to be 5 stars and amazing and well kept. However, now much of the stuff is either broken or missing. One of the reasons why I thought this was the best indoor playground was because it was so well kept and updated. It seems that time has now passed. While Luv 2 Play is still a very good place it is nowhere near what it used to be. I had no issues with this being one of if not the most expensive places because you were getting what you paid for. I now dont believe that completely. I hope they are gearing up for winter season and get things fixed and back to where they once were.
First couple times I loved it , my kids loved it. Cafe was great .But today we went again ... and wowIt was terrible we had a older lady who cleans around following us. And pointing out every single little thing myKids were doing wrong . I witness her kick out a 15 month old out of the baby crawling or newly walkers room! She told the dad “she has to go she is to big “ I did speak up and said something to her because it’s not rightThen I and another two parents witness saw her grab a little girl about 3 years old by the arm and told her she couldn’t use the baby room ... ok fine she is to big forThe baby room but don’t put your hands on no body’s kid! She was rude and everything bothered her . We went to eat and we grabbed our food and moved chairs to another table she then again proceededTo where we were and moved tables around and chairs and made it’s obvious she didn’t like we movedChairs to all fit on one table .We will not be going back to this place . It seems the place is going downhill mighty quick . The plat houses have no toys , ball pit no balls no more sand . It’s expensive and not worth it any more . This lady needs to be checked and talked to because she madeOur dad terrible. You can check cameras and see what we are went through.
I like the place and my 2 year old was very entertained. I get the sock only policy, but was confused when strollers were allowed inside (defeats the purpose of sock only policy) and I also saw staff with shoes on. The intake process can use improvement, as my 2 year old was excited to go in but we needed to wait due to the long lines. Parking wasnt ideal, but I also came at a peak time/day.
The staff is the best here! I brought my two grand children yesterday for the first time and they were having a blast, I wish I would of taken photos so I could post them. I was speaking to a Supervisor by the name of Odei, he was very sweet to me and my grandchildren. He gave us a free $5 game card because it was our first time and because the children didnt want to leave without a toy lol. My grandkids left yesterday with the biggest smiles on theyre faces. Amazing staff and very clean place. 5 stars for sure!
This place is starting to pick up. I enjoy coming here during the week days, because my little guy is to young for the rough weekends here. I noticed the kitchen was closed but the manager assured me things will be back up and running. Bathrooms were clean. Nice older lady that works here always asking if we needed anything. We will be back.
So its our fourth time in a row being here where they dont have any toys in the my kidzplay pretend area so its pointless...none of the ball toys worked before and now they dont even have them. Whats going on? The only thing they have going on for them is the playstructre...the girls think its pretty awesome.
Playground is amazing and worth the cost. Pretty happy they dont charge adults.Annoyed by parking, or lack of parking... Expect to walk unless youre lucky. Also, dont expect to run to your car for anything as they charge $2 to come back in.Food was decent but prices were outrageous... After the price to get in youd think theyd help you out a little with food costs. A pop is $2.50...At least a full pizza is an ok cost, but if no one wants pizza youre out of luck
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had a party here about a week ago and I could not stop talking about this place. My daughter is always saying she wants to come back. The party was very stressful on the day off but the Supervisor I spoke too over the phone and in person was so fantastic! I think he was Arab or Mexican, Im not sure but he had curly hair and a tattoo. I had a couple issues with the employees upfront but he pulled me to the side and figured things out for me. Was stressful at first but he was a major help same goes with my party hosts. Love this place I will most definitely be coming back with that free membership they provided for me.
On a rainy Saturday evening be aware that it will be packed. Fill your waver online to save you some time. 4 stars because last weekend we went I took my 2 boys and 3 girl cousins, it was my cousins first time going, and the girl who was redeeming the cards for prices was rude. I had 3 cards to redeem points and my oldest cousin had about 550 tickets. She skipped her and went to the next customer when she was not at all done with us. I understand there was a line but kids are kids, and you guys should definitely have another extra person there too.
This place is very cool in a lot of ways, but needs improvements. It was difficult to find staff on the floor, and my biggest gripe was the foam floor they have throughout was uneven and lifting in areas. Kids are running around and I saw several kids get tripped up on a foam piece that wasnt even with the rest, my daughter even fell into a machine because of it, she was ok. But things like that need to be checked daily for safety of their patrons.Theres a section for all ages here, I like the obstacle course area and the little town area for the smaller kids. Theres a large maze type thing, which I cannot keep track of where my child went, that was a little overwhelming, however there is a locked entrance where kids cannot leave the play area, but hard to keep track of lils due to the size of the play area.
Went for my granddaughters 2nd birthday and first of all, theres no parking. Had to go around and around to find something. Getting in was the worse! They make each and even person fill out a waver and wait in line to get a bracelet to get in. I get that but they need a better system because it took over 40 minutes. None of the employees seemed to be in a rush and with the number of people they had in line, all hands should have been on deck. After getting through the initial chaos, I guess it was ok. The kids has fun but pizza was terrible. Only upside is they gave us a few more minutes in our room because it took us so long to get in and we were the last party of the day.
No strollers allowed in a family friendly facility?! How does a parent of a toddler and infant supposes to get around?....how does the parent go to the bathroom with two small children? The flooring is uneven so I was constantly tripping while holding my daughter. The facility is nasty dirty and the workers are not helpful at all. We will never go back.
Love the facility. All sorts of things for a kid to do. Imaginative play, climbing, slides, trampoline, balls, things to swing from, ride ons. Wish they were more forward with advertising that it is a sock only facility (meaning you cant wear shoes inside, even adults, even just to accompany your kid) but of course they sell socks. Also wish outside food was allowed as theirs is quite expensive for the items offered and it is the kind of place a kid could spend the whole day at. Really fun
We attended a special event tonight. They dont officially open until around Oct. 18th. Tonight was a training night for the staff. Based on the website picture I was not expecting very much. I have been to many indoor play areas for toddlers. Luv 2 Play far exceeded my expatations. This is without a doubt the best play area I have ever been to! The photo I saw does not do this place justice. All of the staff were very friendly and interacted very well with the kids. Even the pizza they have is good. The two toddlers I was with had a lot of fun! We look forward to returning after they open! Several kids were crying when it was time to go. It looked like every child there had lots of fun!
Took my kids to alot of Amusement centers but 2bh this one takes the cake. Huge playground for kids of all ages. We loved it. 5 stars easy. Anyone else rating less are the type to nitpick everything which sucks for them because they can never enjoy things in life. Another issue ppl are complaining about and rating them less than 4 stars is the parking. Yes the parking is tight and the cement is in terrible condition but that falls on the OWNER of the PLAZA and not the center itself. My kids loved it and thats all that counts. I wish i would have went a day where i was off all day because my kids did not want to leave. Cost me about $33 dollars for a 7 year old, 5 year old, and 2 year old. Which is not bad seeing that its unlimited play and on a sunday btw. The best part of it all for me at least was no stench of socks whatsoever lol. Our first time but definitely not our last time. Would def recommend bringing your kids.
We love this place!!!! The area needed this. Sumthin for all the ages. I read some review that were bad and after we took the kids we realized no this place was really good. Someone always walking around cleaning, ALWAYS place is big and super busy, garbage always empty. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more and better, young workers not doing a great job in there but still cleaning everywhere. Food was good! We will come for sure again again again
Half of the games aren’t working! They charge $16 for what? The pay games such as basketball hoop, coin drop etc weren’t working, most of the ball shoots or ball guns in soft play area weren’t working, even the bathrooms were not properly working! only 2 functional toilets the rest were out of order and only 1 soap dispenser was working. I really just wanted to get out of there and get my money back!
Ghetto crowd....had a crowd of hood gangsta single mothers threating to fight my gf over a parking spot...UPDATE: I’ve went to this location serval other times after my bad review and they have been beyond pleasant. One bad experience shouldn’t tarnish the establishment…. Just watch your kids and be aware of how they are treating one another.
This place could be so much better if they had people actually working. I went on a Thursday afternoon and needless to say the place was packed. However, it would be helpful if I didn’t have to watch my 2 and 3 yrs old from being knocked down by children way too big and old for the toddler section. I would expect there to be an employee at each section managing who goes in and out.
This place was amazing and the staff made my experience 100x better! It was my first time here and definitely not my last. The staff was so welcoming and the man upfront I believe his name started with a O? Im not really sure but he was showing me around and giving me a tour around the place and he gave me a lot of information about parties, Im booking my party ASAP, thank you too that one wonderful man! 5 stars for sure!
This place used to be AMAZING!!! The best in the south side and very affordable. I recently visited to find it in ruins... It was very neglected. None of the cool little pressured air gadgets worked. At certain places, the protective net was ripped, even with a hole the size of a tennis racket. Ninja course closed. And the little town almost bare. I hope they can fix this issues and go back to being awesome, but until then, I will spend my money somewhere else.
Not too crowded, nice little pretend town with a grocery store, post office, fire station, has station, beauty salon, etc. Price was decent, all in all my toddler had a lot of fun. Food prices ridiculous tho, for one uncrustable pb&j was $3.50. Thats the price of the whole box at the store.
Went on a Saturday....will.never do that again. A few too many kids for me. Had a much better experience during the weekday visit. Nothing bad about the place or staff (although my food order wasnt right the first time, maybe too many orders going at once due to crowd) just too many kids on this particular day for my liking by me having younger/smaller children with me
First time we visited in January, the place was amazing. Was here once against last week and while the kids still had fun, the place was a mess. Huge holes in the netting, none of the air machines worked, workers were scarce and areas were not cleaned/organized as they should be. We have now discovered that we had contracted head lice, as well as hand-foot-mouth disease from this establishment (has been the only place our children have been and falls within the incubation period). There needs to be more frequent cleaning of mats, tunnels, slides, etc all through the day to help prevent things like this, play clothing should not be present in establishments with high volumes of children frequenting regardless of being washed every night (only takes a couple seconds to spread lice), and there needs to be a notification system in place that alerts families who visited the location during the time frame of incubation so they can are aware and can act appropriately. This place is still very much a children’s play wonderland, but it just needs much better protocols to help prevent situations like this. The short time we were there has cost us money, time and energy which will continue well into the following couple of weeks.**My initial review was made out of anger and during a period of distraught- shower cap on my head and deep cleaning home, which is why I have rewritten it. I have contacted this location and notified them of all that has happened to which the supervisor on duty was very polite and listened.
Brought my kids here to play they worked up an Appetite just to find out they had no food or drinks. What happened to this place it was nice right before Covid!!! How do you have nothing for your guests to eat??? And the staff in the kitchen didn’t seem like it was a problem...ridiculous!!! What a bunch of kids running this place..
Youve thought of everything! We visited today for the grand opening. We used the complimentary valet , nice and conveinant. Entry was a breeze. Along with the warm welcome we received at the door, the ladies who took care of us at the front were very friendly. Its a well set up area with easy access to every aspect. The play area is massive! Its also big enough for adults to manuever thru as well with a 250lb limit. There are two designated areas for those 4 and under as well as a new walkers and babies. We loved the luv 2 pretend area. How cute with the pretend grass and all the benches. Just incredibly well thought out. The entire place is well padded as well as floor. There were staff walking around cleaning with spray bottles which is wonderful and i hope that would continue to be a daily thing. There is plenty of seating for adults all throughout the facility. The options they offer in there concession are well thought out for parents of little ones. Love the sock cover idea for the washrooms! Keep it up ! We will be back!!!!
I like that it has an age limit. Recently they added security so im guessing something happened. The worst part is the parking which is why i gave it 3 stars. They are literally only 30 parking spots and a gym uses the same parking lotWith all the birthdays they have there two parties will ensure there is no where to park
This place is AWESOOOME!! My children and I went on opening day and it was a great experience, love how fresh and clean it is, hope it doesn’t go downhill, the girls really had fun, including myself! Food was okay, could improve. Not too far from my home, definitely recommend this place for hours of fun!!!
This PLACE is AMAZING!!! My daughter had a birthday party there 10/12/19. She and her guests had a BALL!!! Samantha Ramirez was the manger on duty. This was my first time here & my guests. Samantha came by to make sure everything was to our liking. And it was. Thank You Luv2Play. For making my daughters birthday the Best One Yet!!!
All the ball pit machines were broken. Screws were sticking out in the play house area and they wouldnt redeem a coupon for a free slice of pizza that was sent in my email because I didnt tell them when I paid to get in that I had it...which I get was my fault but nothing is posted that said I needed to mention it when i came in. I tried to put my daughter in a tea cup machine which i paid for and it failed to work and they wouldnt give our money back for it because they said it periodically reboots on its own. They also need to post on their website when things like the ninja room is closed because of flooding...Highly disappointed in the management, customer service and the place in general. Should be cheaper for everything that is actually broken and cant be used.
My sister and I took our kids here for the first time yesterday 10/28/2018. My 4 year old and I had gotten separated when she was in the little playground part and the staff didnt do very much to help. I had two workers come up to me and tell me that they found my daughter but just stood in front of me looking at me instead of taking me to her. Another parent that was visiting the facility came up to me after my daughter and I were reunited and said that she stopped the workers from announcing my lost my 4 year olds name over the intercom and explained to the workers that announcing her name over the intercom would give anyone the opportunity to pretend like they know her and come to claim my daughter. Im not sure what their procedure is when a parent and child gets separated, but I feel like this was handled poorly. My niece also had gotten her ear and face sliced open on one of the counters.I really wanted to like this place because it is so close and seemed fun for the kids.. Maybe it is because they just opened and are still trying to get their act together... but I wasnt impressed. We wont be back. At least not for a while.
Overall a satisfied customer! 2.5 year old loves it!The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because a few items need to be maintained better for aesthetics (netting ripped, few air ball machines werent operational, saw duct tape holding some foam on wall), but didnt take away from the fun.
Place is great! Have to go early during the week. For the people who complain about staff not baby sitting your kids and complaining about loosing their children, how about you interact with your kids and get off your phones. Adults are allowed to go anywhere the kids can go.
Great Pizza, Great chocolate chip cookies, today was our 1st time, the website says typical stay is 1.5-3 hrs, six hours later my 5 year old is STILL going strong.Getting is and registering was annoying, but once in, its fantastic. PS, owners, put the ice cream machine BEHIND the counter for theft prevention...we totally would have gotten ice cream today if it were stocked!! ;)
This place is not clean and the staff really dont care about the place. the toys are always thrown everywhere and they dont seem to wipe everything down as often as they should. The staff themselves act as if your bothering them when you ask a question or need some assistance. I definitely do not recommend this place.
My daughter was given tons of random info on a bday package. We didn’t know we had to pay full amount for the package we wanted. We called and asked to speak to a manager, all for her to tell me to calm down she didn’t do nothing to me for me to be upset with her. I was just misled and upset I had so much confusion with something that should be so simple. She was very rude n loud And kept repeating she was the manager.. she didn’t care to listen to my complaints. We have to continue on with the party no refunds she said we are hoping she won’t be there when we have our party n hoping for better service.
I was very disappointed in this establishment after visiting on 2/26/21. The world is still very actively in a pandemic, but you couldn’t tell by visiting this place. When I walked in, the place was filthy. When I asked the staff where the hand sanitizer was, they had to search for it. There were kids running around with no mask and there were no staff visibly available wiping the place down to free it of germs. The owners and managers should be ashamed of themselves.
We all had fun as a family! I love this place more than any other kid place I’ve been too . The place is way better in person than the pictures on the website . & it’s a great price for all the things that they have available . The staff is super friendly and it’s very clean !
I went today with 3 grandchildren 2-7-11 They had a great time . But more important it was clean and so many things have improved . Broken ride on toys replaced. Pretend area replenished with new toys . Balls replaced and legos put in so first area is made useable, tea cup ride and other games all fixed . Mesh netting repaired. Overall I want ownership to know it did not go in noticed. Staff was very friendly , I was there 7/11/2021 from 11:30 -1:30 can’t wait to come back
Ok this place was pretty cool but if you plan to bring your kids here just bring plenty of lysol wipes, spray & hand sanitizer!! This place wasnt the cleanest! The entire floor inside is cover in blue dirty mats! I understand wanting to have mats for safety but some of them are buckling causing you to trip & fall. Not only that u can see old spills on them its a horrible idea. You guys need to purchase carpet & with good padding & leave the mats in the rope swinging rooms! Its just not sanitary! YOU GUYS CHARGE ENOUGH MONEY FOR ENTRY THAT U CAN US THE FUNDS FROM 1 GREAT WEEKEND OF BUSINESS & CARPET YOUR PLACE!! All the sitting benches in waiting area were filthy! EVEN THE COUNTER WERE KIDS PICK OUT PRIZES. THE GLASS WAS SO DIRTY U COULDNT REALLY SEE THE PRIZES. If your a germ fobe THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR U! NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT & THIS REALLY IS A NICE PLACE OVERALL BUT THEY NEED A SERIOUS CLEANING CREW IN THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH GERMY KIDS.
We absolutely love this place!! I seen a few reviews that made my husband and I chuckle..The staff are young but what do you expect? McDonalds, Starbucks, Moon bounce they are all young. Get over it. Next you have the people commenting how their kids get ran over by other kids and blame it on staff.. I cannot believe it needs to be said BUT you all realize it is NOT their job to control your unruly ferral children? Get a grip and control your own kids, really?? Cannot believe a grown adult goes into a place like this and expects staff to parent their children. Put your phones away and stop thinking the world owes you something and parent your kids. Get over it. Next you have complaints of it being dirty, while you were there mid day on a Saturday, do I need to say more? No matter the business there will be dirt, you combine the unruly kids with the distant and irresponsible parents that bring them there, you will get some mess. Get over it. Finally, the parties being chaotic, this one made us really laugh. Shake your heads, YOU chose to have this huge party at.. now this may shock you .. AN INDOOR PLAYGROUND, how could you think this was going to be a calm day. Stop thinking the staff are there to be at your becon call for your over populated show off party for your 2 year old who will never even know you did. We LOVE this place, our local schools come here on feild trips and rave about it, our mom Group loves it and we are happy to promote it. Thanks for coming to our community!!!
You Should take your kids here! I have none of my own, but it is a kid Heaven! Made to make the lil ones wear themselves out haha. And can be great for learning to share and bond. All parents & kids from all walks of life. Parking can be a pain seeing its off the main street and next to a gym, so get there early! Be warned the hardest part is taking the kids home haha.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to save lives. The staff is horrible, Not friendly, Not Knowledgeable and very untrained. They want you to remove shoes (Which is understanding. But However, they don’t secure we’re your shoes will be placed No secured lockers all ur belongings will be exposed. It’s so outdated and everything looks dirty, Chipped paint, it smells this place is totally a joke. I WILL NEVER COME AND VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER.. If I could’ve gave NO STARS that’s exactly what it would’ve been.
The A.M. is PATHETIC! She does not know what she is doing. She had my guests running all over the place. This place is unorganized and unprofessional... They could at least clean the check in section, I stepped in a old spilled sticky drink and there were a bunch of ants under my block when changing my kids shoes. Yuck!
This Amazing place for kids is going terrible, you can see African Americans all over the place wearing down pants, eating and leaving dirty all around, spitting out saliva, etc.etc.during the time their kids crashing them heads on sliders. Its a real shyme that beautiful nice place got as third world ..
I have posted pictures on here if you would like to have a look. Pictures of sharp screws sticking out holes in the nets up top a child can crawl through and seriously get injured. Everything is dirty and unsanitary. They make enough money to fix this place up somebody needs to check and shut them down until fixed.

2022-03-21Huge play center for the kids. The process to get in this place needs to be updated. The lines are long, the cubbies are right where the lines are so it gets really crowded in that area. The floors are extremely dirty but you can not wear shoes. I guess thats why they sell black socks versus white. They did however have hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility, but the soap dispensers in the bathroom did not work. There are chairs and tables placed all around so parent can sit while the kids play.

2021-12-31When this place originally opened it was beautiful! Looks like they haven’t cleaned since. Slides and play area are fun but not well maintained, everything else is broken. The beautiful “city” is bare bones, just a handful of broken accessories left. All air guns for balls broken. Such a shame. Have some pride in your business and clean it up.

2021-12-30We have been going to this place for years. They are not been keeping up with it at all. They have a lot of ripped safety mats that can cause harm when the kids are playing on the equipment! The kids still have a great time though .

2022-02-01The place has nice games and fun elements for kids, but the management brag too much about safety and the effort they make to limit covid spending. I was there with my family on January 31st 2022 for two hours, two girls were doing well cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs in the party lane area, but many guests were not wearing their masks and no one from the staff bothered to tell them they have to.I went there with my kids under the impression that they follow safety guidelines, but was surprised to find out that nobody cares after you pay and get inside.Very dissatisfied and will never go back again.

2021-12-30Great time with my kiddos. Friendly workers, decent facility. We left for lunch and then came back for more fun, making sure to keep our bracelets on for reentry. They have multiple areas: imagination, soft play, arcade, and a ninja area. We had a blast!

2022-06-09This is my first time coming here. I love the open space and many things for my kids to play. 17, 10 &3 all enjoyed themselves. My only complaint is the food . they only sell slices of pizza chips and drinks at $3.00 each well I prefer a whole pizza for kids I like bugers. I wish they had a better selection of food.and my kids dont eat sausage pizza .they dont have pepperoni.so thats why I gave 4 stars

2022-01-05The set up and idea is great but my main issue is the cleaning. For it to be a place of no shoes the mats were very dirty and some of the baby/toddler toys need to be discarded. I really wanted to have my daughters 3rd birthday here but needs a good cleaning.

2022-03-27Kids love this place. Yes its a little dirty and needs to be maintained a little better but very few places can keep the kids occupied for hours. Arcade games are also half broke and dont work. Fix the games and do a real good cleaning once a month and it would be fine. Oh and nachos are a great deal but kids want pretzels. Easy money.
