I went into Motor Werks Honda to trade in my CRV for a Pilot and the service was excellent. I worked directly with Alyssa, who was extremely kind, efficient, and client centered. She put my familys needs and care first. There were no gimmicks or games. Everything was laid out for me and easy to access. I was in and out with a new car within hours!I would highly recommend Alyssa along with Motor Werks Honda for your next vehicle.
Anna Marie was excellent! She found a car within my price range. She was very friendly and treated me like a family member. She communicated well with me throughout the build, delivery and purchase. The whole process was pain free! I would go back to her for my next car.
My service experience at Honda was amazing. My service advisor Jim D., got my car diagnosed right away only to find out that there was a major issue and that it was not drivable. Jim kept me updated on the parts, warranty coverage, and the timeline that my car would be done. This was the best service experience at a dealership I have ever had! First service for my new car! Scheduling appointment was so easy. I decided to wait while auto was being serviced.The negative. It took almost 2 hours for the oil change. I would hope that scheduling be better for “waiters”. Wait room has numerous TVs. All playing nothing but videos promoting Motor Werks. It would’ve been nice to have live tv. Bottled water would have been a good thing too.Now the reason I come to Motor werks. All personnel are friendly and efficient. Jim was my “advisor”. I had questions about my new car. He not only answered them, but showed me particulars on vehicle.Car was delivered to me freshly washed. Wiped down too!Price was reasonable (they mailed me a coupon).A few tweaks and Motor Werks gets 5+ stars from me.
Highly recommend this location. Yaniel was very helpful in every step of the purchasing process. And kept us informed about the status of our order when it arrived. Very happy to have dealt with them. I am also very happy with my purchase of the CR-V 2022 EX-L especially the obsidian blue color of my car I love it.

Weve been dealing with Jim Rubey for over 17 years, he was the 1st person I called when it was time to find another vehicle. Motor Werks Honda Service member were very polite and friendly before.I’m seeing a big change in their Service team members attitude.I did my oil service and My car need some extra additional services. Which was printed out and gave. I asked for the details, he replied you can read yourself and gave Boolean (yes, no, you can check the print out) answers.They used to be a nice team.
Great experience buying my new Honda CRV with Kurt today. In my opinion, hes what salespeople should be -- honest, not pushy, but working hard to get the client what they want. I felt respected and as a solo female buyer, that does not always happen. Ask me stories about other dealerships.He stayed late with me and waited for us to get out of the lot, and really truly was a genuine guy. Unfortunately this will be the last time I use Motor Werks. After 19 years, the Honda service is just not worth it anymore. Not being prepared for my scheduled service, parts not there, contradicting information being shared by internal Honda people, etc…. I don’t mind overpaying at a dealership for service, but it has to be great. The service the last 3-5 years has been poor at best.
Even though a lot of customers were on line to have their vehicles serviced, the service I received was fast and professional. I really liked the service professional sharing a video of the mechanic actually showing you, on your own vehicle, what he feel needs to be done. Overall this was an excellent service experience.
I had a wonderful experience shopping for an Accord Hybrid at this dealer. Anna Marie Horn was extremely helpful in showing me the vehicle and was very up front with all aspects of the deal. I enjoyed working with her and appreciated her honesty and time. Ultimately I decided not to purchase at this time due to personal timing.The only reason I am giving a four star rating and not five is that the dealer is adding a $1995 Zurich Shield package to all its vehicles, and though it is currently not a buyer’s market I do strongly believe these items should be up to the buyer to purchase regardless of their benefit. (If they would guarantee $1995 in added trade in value as a result of adding this I might talk). I would definitely return to this dealer to purchase in the future if they remove that requirement. I know plenty of people who have purchased here in the past pre-chip shortage who did not have to buy this package, so they are taking advantage of the current situation.
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Motor Werks. What I appreciate the most is that they dont make me feel pressured or stressed. This time, another exceptional gentleman by the name of Brad helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and super flexible. He even offered to drop off my vehicle to me as I was going to be recovering from surgery. I always refer anyone thats looking for a vehicle to Motor Werks. My experience with them as been nothing but amazing.

Excellent Customer Service: I just wanted to share details about a a very good experience I had with Motor Werks Honda recently. The name of the staff who had helped me with servicing my car was Kelly. He was kind, courteous and awesome! I am not too knowledgeable of cars in general. But Kelly was kind enough to explain in detail of what is being done and he took great care of me as a customer such that I felt comfortable and confident in the service I am receiving from Motor Werks. I had such an easy experience at Motor Werks Honda. I messaged Guillermo Vasquez about a BMW they had in stock but it was missing one option I wanted. Within about a week, he emailed me saying he had the exact car I wanted. The deal was super easy. The paperwork was sent to me, and the car was shipped across the country. The condition of the car far exceeds my expectations. Guillermo will also respond to your texts pretty much at all times of the day. Thank you Guillermo!
I worked with Bill C on a new Civic. I needed a car ASAP and he then helped me find a used one and did everything he could to help me with it. He test drove it for me, texted me pics, went over all details of the paperwork, my options, financing and the car over the phone, all in under a few hours and I picked up my used car at 5:30 that night! This is the 2nd Civic Ive purchased from this location and I HIGHLY recommend Motor Werks and their staff for their customer service, professionalism and ease of doing business!! Dropped off my car for an oil change.It had been idling roughly for a few days as well, so I asked my service supervisor - Manny Sosa - to look into it.It came back that I needed a few things replaced. Manny explained everything to me and the work got done in a timely manner.Manny was great to work with and helped me get back a better car than the one I dropped off.

Being from the car industry (sales) in the past myself; I cannot stress this enough.What Motorwerks is doing, is revolutionary. Purchasing a vehicle from them has never been easier. It was such a smooth and simple process. In and out with a new-to-me GT-R in just over an hour! Their 1-1-1 motto is wonderful. No bouncing between the sales person, finance, etc. Who you work with, is who you do everything with. 1 price, 1 person, 1 hour. Honda Service Quality fell off a cliff!I have been a customer for almost 20 years. For many years, the service was generally very good. The last 3 times I took my car in for service, there was a problem that required a follow up visit.After 1 recall, the gauge cluster was not put in correctly. It was at an angle, and several lights were not visible. It took effort to screw this up so badly.Another issue came up after the rear differential was replaced.It leaked oil all over because a sensor wasnt tightened down.I just checked the oil today, and at the 60% life it was really dirty, which is just not right for a low mileage, well maintained vehicle.
My Dads truck broke down on the weekend and we needed a brand new car soon as possible. Called looking for a CRV, which no dealer had one in stock, Moter werks Honda had one. Alyssa started helping us with everything since Monday to buy the car today. Really appreciate Alyssa the help and time that she took to explain all the paperwork. Best experience weve had buying a new car from a dealership.
Manny Sosa and the team went above and beyond as usual. They did a pick-up and delivery when my wifes vehicle had an emergency check engine warning come on. Top notch service. Vehicle was even cleaned inside out before delivering it back. Thanks to the superp service, You have a customer for life.
I made an appointment to have my snow tires changed over to my regular tires on a Saturday. I arrived early and waited almost 10 minutes before being greeted. Once the service writer arrived and got the information about my appointment I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour.I walked around the perimeter of the property and went to the customer lounge. At about an hour and a half the service writer came to the lounge and told me what the inspection found. I thought we were done, but was told the tires still needed to be changed. I went outside and checked to see if I could see the car when it came out to be washed.. I watched the car wash for about 20 minutes. During that time no Hondas came through the wash. I waited until 2.5 hours and texted the service writer and asked him what the status was. He said that the car was done and just waiting for a wash. I told the service writer that if it was going to take another 30 minutes or more that I would pass on the wash. It still took almost 25 minutes before my car was ready and still no wash.I had a simple appointment that shouldnt take much more than an hour that took 3 hours. There didnt seem to be any consideration for my time as a customer that brings 3 cars to this dealership for service.
Jim Rubey and Motor Werks exceeded my expectations. Not only did my car arrive way earlier than expected but with more options and no haggling on the price. The sticker price is what I paid! Which means a lot to me because other dealers take that and add all other types of charges without even telling you! Jim was honest and upfront about everything which I appreciate. I will tell all my family and friends to buy from Jim Rubey and Motor Werks of Barrington!

DO NOT return your leased car here. Ann Marie took advantage of my friend who was not aware they can cut you an equity check back for the adjusted market value of the car. Unfortunately my friend did not know this after signing over the lease. After learning this and going back to Ann, they told told my friend there is nothing they can do about it. It is clear this dealership is not concerned about their reputation and do no want returning customers
Bought a certified 2018 Honda Ridgeline on June 29th from this dealership. Started to notice a noise coming from the vehicle on the expressway. IT was a loud whistling sound coming from the dashboard. I had recorded a video proving the noise coming from the vehicle and sent it to the sales rep. We also noticed that the sunroof was not sitting flush with the roof of the car. Pictures were taken and sent to the sales rep. This was all sent and notified to the dealership after having the car for a week. This was not a car I was planning to return but because the car was stated certified I as a consumer was under the impression the car went through a thorough inspection of the vehicle and theses issues should of not been missed. I contacted the dealership hoping these things would be taken care of because the car was just bought and it was claimed certified. Unfortunately the answers I have received from motorwerks technicians is these are the characterstics of the vehicle and they wont fix the issues. At first I almost believed them but when i dropped off the car for them to look at they gave me another Honda Ridgeline as a rental. Now with the same exact car the sunroof sits perfectly flush with the roof of the car and I have no wind noise coming from the dashboard when driving on the expressway. Bringing this up to motorwerks that the rental they gave me does not have these issues but they still told me it was the characteristics of the vehicle. As a consumer I feel very duped in purchasing a car from motorwerks. I wish I can add the photos and videos to this review but it looks like I cant. For all the bragging motorwerks does about there customer service and rating, please show me now how great it is. Motorwerks still has my vehicle and I am still hoping for the best!Just added a photo of my ridgeline sunroof and the second photo is the ridgeline they have me as a rental.

Only purpose of any business is to make money then only they can pay to their employees. But guess what some dealers do unethical way of doing business. I believe all the dealers have have 5-20% markup onto sticker price. but moter works wanted to charge me $1820 over sticker price and gave me a reason of market adjustment. Check out the proof. Avoid at all cost unless you want to get ripped off. Save your hard earned money give your business to some other dealer in the area.
This the second car I have bought from Niram and the 8th car from Motorwerks. Niram has been straight forward throughout the whole buying process.I have found motorwerks to be a very good dealership to work with over the decades. From salesman thou the service department. I have recommended 6 other people to them and two are also repeat customers.
We had a wonderful experience working with Anthony looking for a new Honda to replace our last vehicle which we had purchased new from Motor Werks. We started communicating 2 years ago and he stayed in touch periodically until we decided it was time to seriously start looking. Anthony was very congenial, knew his products thoroughly, and listened to our needs to help us decide what vehicle to purchase. Throughout the process, he was very prompt in returning calls or texts and truly made buying a new car as easy as possible. He took care of everything from start to finish. Matt Korzatkowski has been great through the entire process! MW has a different feeling than all other dealerships Ive been to - they dont give off scummy salesman vibes and truly want to help you during the car buying process. Everything was super quick and easy, I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! Manuel Sosa was very rude when I came in for a scheduled appointment. Told him about my car door lifting a bit on the inside and he punched it down even though I asked him to check it out. Once I received my keys back my car was nowhere to be found and I waited 25 minutes before even getting it with no explanation. Very upset because the other people there were so much nicer and helped out when I had questions.
Motorwerks used to be great, now, not so much. I will not go back again. They overcharge and try to get you to put for more services you don’t need to make money. They don’t have the same attention to detail they used to. I’ve had multiple instances where after a service, something else was wrong with my car when I picked it up and they forced me to pay to fix it.
I service my Honda here I didn’t buy my Honda here but since the first day i stepped foot in this place i felt welcomed the service staff is great they like to chat about anything Manny makes me feel like i’m visiting a friend. I finally walked the entire dealership and wow it’s badass tons of eye candy cars but the car sales staff seems humble helpful not pushy and friendly they all say hi. it feels good to walk into a dealer even if it’s just for service and feel welcomed. even though i didn’t buy my current honda here my next honda purchase i will make it here.
I just wanted to mention that sometimes you dont realize how lucky you are until something very tragic occurs. I truly believe that the technology and safety of this Pilot saved me from a lot of physical, and emotional damage. I was in a very bad head on car crash last on 2/15/21, someone lost control of their car in hit me head on (in my lane), then was spun around and t-boned by another car. Thankfully, I walked away from this accident in one piece. Im far from 100%, itll take sometime for me to heal, but I cant imagine what would have happened to me if I wouldnt have been in such a safe, and well built vehicle.We bought this Pilot new just last November at Motor Werks of Barrington. Thank you Terry Kioutas for making the entire sales process very simple, for giving us such a good deal, and for getting us into such a wonderful and safe vehicle. Im sad this vehicle is likely totaled as I LOVED it, but well be back soon for another one very soon, preferably another white one.
Service itself was fine and customer services was good. Very disappointed with the cost. The repair cost was 30% higher than the average price for this repair. They gave us a 10% discount. But, still disappointed in the high price. Labor costs at this facility are uncommonly higher than most.
I was very pleased by the interactions I had during my visit. The sales department went above to locate and bring in the car in the color I wanted most. It was refreshing to work with only one individual during the duration of the sales process. I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past and this was the only place I would ever buy a car again!
I have never had a better sales experience than when I worked with Anthony Juliano. This is the first time I have used the same car salesman twice and I will definitely be w him for a third. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was also delightful and calm in demeanor. I never felt pressured in any way to make a decision quicker or to commit before I was ready. And if all that wasnt wonderful enough, he was beyond kind and considerate to my children. He helped me keep them occupied and never once seemed irritated by them (news flash: little boys can be a nuisance lol). I love my new car, got a great price and look forward to using Motorwerks for all my servicing. Anthony and his crew made it a great day - thank you all!!
Took a full day to come up with a wrong diagnosis. They got a specialist to take a look and get it fixed. Poor communication over the four days the van was in. Not happy that a Wendys cup was left in the van. Tossed out their fries in small garbage bag I keep up front. However, the bag was tossed on the floor in the back seat. Not a big deal that the van didnt get a car wash, but I would not expect trash to be left or tossed.
Service writer tried to up sell fuel injection cleaning. I just had new fuel injecter put on three months ago by this dealership. Also, paid for a 5 year service plan from the dealership of dropping off a vehicle (in which I need every day for work) while they service the vehicle. Honda response is we dont do that anymore. Sorry.
Great place to buy a car. Anthony Juliano is, without a doubt, the friendliest car salesman we have ever worked with. He was very patient and helpful with us on all of our test drives, and very attentive to our needs in guiding us through the options in the extensive available inventory. We got a fair offer for our trade-in and a great deal on our new HR-V. The whole staff and the facility is fantastic. I recently purchased a 2022 Honda CRV from motor werks. I usually hate dealing with car salesman. But Brian Martin made the experience great! Never felt pressured. Good service; nice people (worked directly with Atif and Steve M.). Had fun bringing our whole family (including 3 boys under 10) and everyone was patient and kind. Good buying experience.Update re. service: Recently had rough experience in which front desk and service people were not aligned in recommended approach to car repair, resulting in more effort and expense in repair (specifically, not to use fix-a-flat, which we now realize can affect electronics). Adam Weller provided excellent service to resolve the issue, with not all costs recovered but a clear effort in making things right.
My experience with Motor WerksI just want to let everyone know the unbelievable experience that my wife and I had with Anthony Juliano, one of Motor Werks sales people for Honda. My wife and I had done our research so it was a little easier going there knowing what vehicle that we wanted. The part that was exceptional was Anthony. He couldnt have been more personable and professional. Purchasing a new vehicle is a little stressful but he immediately put you at ease and we ended up having a lot of fun dealing with him. We immediately was at ease and it became more of a social event than buying a car. Also dealing with Steve and Ian was a good experience. They all came in to enlighten our experience. I have to say that we were a little intimidated going to Motor Werks being we werent exactly in the Porshe or Mercedes bracket. By the time we left with our new CR V we kind of told our selves that we should have come years ago. By the time we left we kind of felt like we were part of their family.Thanks again to Anthony for the experience that we had and we would highly recommend him if you want to purchase a Honda from Motor Werks.Also we are looking forward to the servicing aspect in the future. One reason that I say that is after seeing the service department we almost felt that the floors there were clean enough to eat off of.So in ending, we cant say enough about our car buying experience that we had with Anthony and everyone else at Motor Werks, This includes the barista in the Starbucks Cafe. Yep you saw that right, a Starbucks Cafe.Thanks Motor WerksSince buying the CRV we’ve used the service department numerous times for both the CRV and also our Ridgeline. The Ridgeline has over 130k miles and we’ve been taking there for many years. Our service manager has always been Manny Sosa and I can’t say enough about the service Manny gives us. He and the service department are exceptional. Always 5 star service. I highly recommend them for service.

First time they said : there’s no problem with your camera.This time they did have parts which was strange because I learned from another client, there is a recall on cars with this specific problem. So now I need to wait until they call me with the part. 3 trips. 2 trips unnecessary.
My mother recently purchased a vehicle from Anthony. Surprisingly quick process, although we already knew which vehicle we wanted to go home with. I really enjoyed my experience buying a car at Motor Werks Honda. I never felt any pressure to buy or hurry up and make a decision. I worked with Leslie Toledo and I turned down the first car that she had offered, no hassle about it at all. Then I got a text asking if I was still interested in buying and Leslie thought it might be just right...and she was correct. She contacted me really early after they got the used car before it was broadly advertised, and it was and is the car for me. I felt really comfortable with Leslie, which is important to me. I had gone to another dealership with essentially the same car and it was even cheaper...but I told the salesman I wasnt in a hurry and he STILL called me or texted me every day. Leslie is terrific and I appreciate all the folks at the dealership that went out of their way to quickly help me out if I needed it. Hell yea, I would buy another car from them!
After nearly working Motor Werks.. yesterday is the first day someone who treated customer with respect and took care of well.On a different.. I went to look for a new Mercedes... also everyone looked at me and head down. My wife and I recently met with Rad Arsic to see a Honda CR-V we were interested in. He was extremely helpful. We took a test drive while Rad pointed out all the features of the car. I had a tremendous experience when purchasing my new leased Honda CR-V at Motor Werks of Barrington. I had only intended to see what was available when I went in, but decided that it was a no brainer deal that was too good to pass up and ended up driving home a new car! Honda dealership was great! Our salesperson, Jonathan, was great. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and purchase at Honda Motor Werks. I will say, it took a little more than 2 hours to purchase the car, not the 1 hour that we were told it would take. Not bad though.
We recently bought a 2018 ram rebel. Our salesman was Bill Covert and we had a great experience. We live far from the dealership and they made it easy for us to get all the information and details to make the sale simple. The dealership is very nice and well kept. Bill is a great salesman and made us feel comfortable and even offered to help my pregnant wife in and out of the car. That is classy and very respectable. We can’t thank Bill enough for the help and would defiantly make the drive again to buy a car there.

Excellent service by Motorwerks. It took a few phone calls to connect but once Jason took over my repair of a cracked windshield and fuel injector problem, everything was smooth. Compare to the “other” Honda dealer nearby, working with Motorwerks is night and day difference. Clean, large waiting rooms, fresh Starbucks coffee and personalized service to name a few perks of being their customer. The best part was that they provided a very nice low mileage SUV as a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired.Jason was on top of things and constantly emailed, called and texted me to kee me informed. Eventually the service and repair costs were comparable to others but with the vastly superior service, I got much more value for my money. I’ll be back for future service and car purchases here.

Car buying can be stressful, but not at Motor Werks! I had the best car buying experience, they have transparent pricing so no back and forth haggling. My salesperson Ian Higgins was great, so friendly and personable.Ian was very knowledgeable and went over all the features on the car andinfotainment screen. What an amazing experience I had purchasing my new car at Motor Werks Honda the other day. My salesman Bill Cover was awesome. He explain how everything worked in the car, processed all the paperwork in less than hour. He even brought out soda and chips for us. When we thought there may have been an issue with the steering on car. Bill worked with his boss Rich Altenhoff who was also amazing. They pulled the car into the shop and had a front end alignment done. No charge, filled the tank with gas and full detail. Love this place and the people who work there going above and beyond just to make the customer experiance perfect.

This is an updated review after a not a completely satisfying experience when I dropped off my car for service the first two times in 2018 and 2019 because of the service advisor who assisted me then - however since last 3 services over the last 3 years my experience has been amazing- Thanks to Mr. Jason Glasby!Mr. Jason takes an extra effort to go through the historical service records to ensure that only what is absolutely necessary to be done during a service is recommended to the customer and that the customer is not over charged for something which is not required.The new feature by Motorwerks Honda by which I am totally impressed with is that they now send a video explaining what are the things that require a fix which is easy to understand and as a customer I am doubly assured that I am not being recommended something which is not necessary.The option to get a loaner is something I have always looked for.Thank You Mr Jason and Motorwerks Honda!
I flew in from Minneapolis and the dealership actually picked me up from the airport to buy a car. The car was exactly as advertised and in great shape. I am extremely particular about the condition and have very high expectations! Bought a new Honda Accord here and all of the staff I dealt with were great. My salesman Kurt was very knowledgeable about the trim levels and car itself. They did not try any shady tactics or adding extra accessories to inflate the price. Everything was laid out plainly and the transaction was painless. Would definitely go back there first for another car when needed.
We did a one year search before selecting Universal. Doesnt always work, but this time it did. These guys were great.House and garage about 2,900 sq. feet with a number of roof angles. They completed removal of gutters, new flashing. replacement of some fascia, and the roofing in one day as they promised. We had an unforeseen problem with a chimney ready to collapse through the rafters. They fixed that too. Climbed into the rafters under the chimney and re-buttressed. Not sure all roofers have the capability to handle problems like this. It took only a couple of days after the roofing for them to redo all the stucco that needed to be removed and to repaint.Their lead salesman, Justin, has been at this for for decades, extremely knowledgeable and upfront.Thomas was the project manager, met every deadline, kept us informed throughout the project, and has carpentry experience as well as roofing . He is also a perfectionist which made us even more comfortable. He did the work to support the chimney.Everyone on the crews from roofing to stucco to painting were efficient and professional. They have have different crews for each of the steps necessary to handle the complete job.Every crew member we spoke with was cordial, friendly, and answered all our questions.Since they finished, we have found 3 old nails and 2 quarter size pieces of old shingle that got away. Great cleanup job for a roofing project.Over the last 9 years we have hired contractors for a patio, walkway, to rid us of squirrels and a few other projects. Some were really good, some not so much. These guys were the best.
Steve, the Sales Manager, and Jae, my salesperson, were both amazing and such genuine people! They made the process of transitioning from my old Mercedes lease to my new Honda lease easy and painless. Jae was so informative and took the time to explain all the various features of my new car. Outstanding experience... Purchased a new vehicle and worked with Shelly from start to finish. First time buying at Motor Werks. Very professional, organized, competitively priced and easy to work with. They don’t fit the old school mold for car buying. Get the impression they are trying new things to continuously improve. The facility is spotless which always seems to be an indicator of a well run business. I always dread the final phase of buying a car... meeting with the Finance manager. I didn’t feel that way at Motor Werks, very professional.
My experience with Motorwerks Honda was unique to say the least. Here’s my story:I had inquired about a 2020 GR Supra mid-April just to check the car out. Shortly after that inquiry, I received a call from Brad. We talked a little bit about the car and I told him that I would be there in about a week and a half to check the car out. The following week I had a schedule change and we met up on April 28th to take the car for a test drive. Before we hopped in the car, Brad explained that there was a strange smell in the cabin and they would send it into Toyota to get it checked out. Transparency...I love it! After driving the car, I was curious to see if we could work out a deal. To be honest, I wasn’t really looking to trade my vehicle in, but after driving it, I was in love. At this point the Sales Manager, Geno, met with me and we agreed on a value for my trade. Brad came back, we made a deal and everything was smooth sailing. I brought the car in on May 5th for them to take the car into Toyota and they gave me a loaner for the time being. Everything was great up to this point. The following day, I registered the car with Toyota and took a look at the service records. To my surprise, the car was labeled as a “Salvage Title”. Shortly thereafter, Toyota called me and explained that the car had been in an accident and the warranty would not be honored for any repairs. One thing I would like to make clear is that Motorwerks had no knowledge of the car having a bad title. Trust me, I called Experian and Carfax and their records showed a clean title. At this point I called Geno and calmly explained the scenario. Without hesitation, he offered to make the situation right and apologized for the inconvenience. Long story short, he FaceTimed me and ordered a 2021 Supra at no additional cost. He had explained that the car was coming from New York, sent me the vin number and told me he would be in contact with me. Geno stayed true to his word and kept me up to date with everything. He called me yesterday and told me that the car was ready to be picked up. I went in today and the car was absolutely perfect! I met with Brad and Geno and everything went as planned. One of the other Sales Managers, Filip, also stopped by for a little bit and thanked me for being patient throughout this whole process. At the end of the day, the customer service I received at Motorwerks Honda was exceptional and I will continue to buy my vehicles from this phenomenal team. Thank you again Brad, Geno and Filip for taking a bad situation and make it right.

I found out that Motor Werks had a low mileage used Honda Civic available and drove out for a test drive. One of the best car purchasing, experience I have got at MotorWerks Honda that never happened before at any other dealerships. They have one hour deal and vip pricing that is most beneficial for saving your time and money. They dont have those old gimmicks of bargaining and then agreeing at certain point or so. Flat reasonable rate is told to you from very first when you ask for any prices. They have great sales team that would take care of everything from sales to financing. One person, one hour, one price facility is great. 2022-05-24We worked with Matt Korzatkowski. He was fantastic. His approach was comfortable and knowledgeable. He didnt hurry us to make a decision and was very patient with us. He tried his best to answer any questions we had and looked for answers to ease any concerns we had. The entire Motor Werks team was pleasurable to work with. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. No high pressured sales tactics from anyone start to finish. We left with a smile and are very pleased that the vehicle chosen fits our needs and our budget. 2022-02-24I am redoing my review, as these guys have went ABOVE and BEYOND their services with me as a distant customer. Much more than any other typical dealership would!Back in March 2021 I spoke to a gentlemen named Rad about a Mercedes Benz GLA45 that I was highly interested in. I live in STL so I was at a distance when purchasing this car. I ended up buying the vehicle and was told I would have within a month or so after the vehicle has made its check out with their inspections etc.First issue they helped fix:During transit to their dealership, they received the car with the spoiler ripped off the vehicle. Causing damage to the car that had me wait longer to receive the car, this was out of their control, and their services were great as they compensated me with a rental here in STL since I was out a car (my previous vehicle was totaled out) so I needed something to drive. I appreciated Geno for covering those costs for me! They still ended up having to send me the vehicle without a spoiler attached due to parts they were waiting on. But over-nighted everything as soon as it reached their facility. Cars spoiler is in perfect condition now and looks flawless.Second issue they have helped fix and solve:Once I finally had the spoiler issue solved and the car was in my possession I took the vehicle to my local dealership to have it pass Missouri Emissions. It Failed. The ECU read that their was issues with the catalytic converter programming error. Even though it was all in tact and the catalytic converter was installed. The local dealership ended up flashing the ECU, this unleashed multiple thrown codes, which now made the vehicle undrivable. Boost error codes, throttle error codes, etc.The car is drivable but will need a retune. The dealership has reached back out and have agreed to pay 90% of the tuning fees to get the vehicle back to spec and legal to drive in the state of Missouri.Very grateful to be treated as a valuable customer, these guys have done an excellent job to go above and beyond to find a solution to help with this vehicle purchase. 2021-10-28The experience with Rad and his management team was unbelievably exceptional! I found the car that I wanted in Barrington Illinois also understanding that I live in Maryland. After my initial call with Rad I immediately was able to FaceTime him to look at the car in detail physically and he had all the credentials to prove the quality of the vehicle I was getting. My brother and I would spend hours with him before we finally made a deal because poor Rad had to answer all my million questions😜.You talk about honesty and integrity, this guy has it!When it came down to the final deal in terms of negotiations and coming close to finalizing the deal, there was never a no but all ways either compromising financially or fully covering my indirect costs.I might add the professionalism and attitude, was top of the line. Obviously all this really comes down to how their management represents their culture and they are all amazing. They even conduct at least 40% of their business out of state and do they have a great model/system in place to make this a smooth flowing transaction.Rad and management team I think you for your time and business!

2022-06-06I highly recommend Bill Covert, I bought a Honda Pilot and placed a deposit on a Mercedes with him today. The service was exceptional and free of any frustrations that can be associated with buying a new car. And even better that you can buy new cars from different makes available at Motorwerks through the same person!I was first here a few years back to help my cousin and his wife get a new car and recall that the service was great back then as well. They ended up getting another car here recently and I think that speaks volumes to the quality of the dealership here.
