When the cost is half of every other hotel I know what Im getting...but they went from 3 to 2 stars primarily because the room smelled so strongly of stale cigarette smoke I had to go out and buy extra strength Fabreeze...that luckily worked. They also understaff their front desk. The young woman at the counter was very nice, but she wasnt at the desk for a bit because apparently she has to wear a lot of hats, not her fault. Lastly, a newly refinished room shouldnt have peeling paint, 80s furniture, chipped floors, or mold in the shower...just saying. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean...the middle blanket however...lets just say an unknown crusty substance was dried on it...so I threw it on the floor. All that being said, Ive had worse experiences at other Motel 6s...and I very well know just how far my $50 doesnt go.
Basic hotel with attempt to be clean. Loved talking with Angelica at front desk when I checked in. When I went to the room, it wasnt horrible, or dangerous, or filthy, but it was poor to average. laminate flooring was worn to the masonite underneath, TV was fuzzy and unwatchable all night because of a broken cheap coax cable. matted dirt filled the corners and depressions around the floor. There was not hot water after 10 minutes of waiting. Flourescent lighting everywhere so not one light could be left on as a night light, then all were bright and buzzed. The bathroom fan was loud enough to wake neighbors. However, the bed was clean and the room didnt stink TOO badly. The real kicker was in the morning at 7:30am, the inner door to checkout was deadbolted so I had to leave the key in the door and several of us stood and waited. I left, as I had an appt to get to.
Budget lodging done right!I stay at literally hundreds of budget properties per year. Almost always, i have the thought why dont they just.... (Smile, sweep, wipe, fire, train, vacuum, mop, spray etc). Not here.Sandra checked me in. Despite having a lobby full of people, she was very fast, efficient and strikingly friendly. There was a policy presence to deter the types of activities that no decent and law abiding citizen would want around. The room, at check in, was clean and functional. Thats all I expect from a budget property. It was also fairly recently updated. Then in the morning Crystal was five-star friendly. She would have been a good fit at a luxury hotel. Which is where the bulk of my work experience has been acquired, having work in that industry for over 20 years.I must have stayed at upward of 500 budget properties in the last 3 years. For the money, this experience was as good as it gets. Thanks and kudos to the management and staff.
Great motel! Its like a home away from home. Didnt burn a big hole in my budget either. Room was clean. Internet access was reliable. Only drawback was that the TV remote wasnt working properly because the batteries havent been changed in a long time, but thats no big deal. Its great that they enhanced safety and security measures at this motel. Will definitely come here again!
Motel 6 is always a dump. I tried one again because I was 400 miles from home. This one was no exception. First thing I noticed was the super hot room. I worked with the air conditioner, but had no luck. The dials were all smashed off. I wasnt there long, but did notice all the floor tiles curling up. I returned to the front desk and asked to examine other rooms for working AC. All she was willing to do is give me another room. I asked her if the AC works in the replacement room. She said, I dont know. I dont go in the rooms. Long story short. . . the AC was not working in the second room. At least it had control dials. Then she said to me, I cant keep putting you in different rooms. It looks bad. As she started to find another key, I stopped her. I got a refund and went next door to the Fox Valley Inn. That review is coming soon.
The lady that checked me in was nice . The room itself was pretty bad. Its looks like they started to clean then bailed out. Bathroom counter was dirty and there was a wet rag with brown stains on it laying on the counter. For the price and location its not a bad place to stay. But come on , clean the rooms.
The lady Norma at front desk is always fast and friendly. Need to make her manager! Not the new manager he sucks, inappropriate. Calling guest snoop dog, yes we hear you! Trucker knocked out electricity, no cable period, and young girl working evenings is useless. Called me rude when we had no electric or lights or hot water. Where is my refund? Free night? Im never compensated at this hotel. Even before when maids left my door open! When you gna make this up to me? Hire a manager who is around!
Good for the $$ but a very tired structure that is not particularly weather tight- the room door had drafts and visible gaps around the edges - tho the latches and dead bolt worked fine. Because of the poor weather-proofing, the annoying noise of the heater /AC worked overtime all night. The room was CLEAN, and the daily refresh was great! An overall VERY GOOD VALUE if you need a clean room, good bed, and a hot shower - and wont be spending a lot of time in the room. TV was very dated and picture quality was marginal to poor,The video says a mini microwave and mini fridge are avaialble at this hotel - they ARE NOT.Also, be aware that the drivers of 18 wheelers are regular guests at this hotel. You may hear the diesel engines running all night unless your room faces NORTH.
It was not a pleasant experience. I requested a Non-Smoking room and when I walked in the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower was not clean, there was a womans hair on the floor. I called and complained about the smell and they said they could give me a air freshener but thats about it. I asked to change room but she said I couldnt. As I was about to take a shower, I noticed there was no soap in the bathroom. I checked by the sink outside of the bathroom and there was no soap. I called the front desk and she said I would have to go to the front desk and pick up a bar of soap. I had to get dressed and go down 3 floors to get a bar of soap because they said they could not bring it to my room. I did not stay the whole night because the smell of cigarette smoke, I was very uncomfortable. When I checked out I let the person in the front desk know and she said to call back the next day and let the manager know because there was not manager on duty. I am never coming to any Motel 6 again. You have lost me as a customer forever.
The manager is about as rude as can be. There are some very nice employees but they cant make any calls without manager approval. She treats most of them like dirt. I know of several I personally let her know were going above and beyond and she told me she hears that a lot. She did nothing to keep great employees around.Told her about a major safety issue where someone is breaking the doors in a way that they can get in late at night if they think the room is empty. I checked the doors and with maintenance and she never even made any effort or took her guest safety seriously. Someone tried to get in my room as I was exsiting with my senior citezen mother inside and ran off.She needs to be in a different position completely. If she was gone, this would be a cheap three star hotel. House Keepers are all pretty nice and the front desk ppl. After staying there off and on for over a month and a few weeks straight, no complaints, she came to our door and said we broke a rule because our cat ran outside the door while she was talking to us, which i retreived while we were talking. She said he was supposed to be in a cage the entire two weeks straight which was news to me. I think she just wasnt happy for some other reason but didnt have a real reason to say or call the cops like she does twice a day at least. We were more than polite to everyone there and cleaned our own room for them.Lastly, i recently left a very positive review of everythibg short of saying the manager was very nice. Who knows.
The front desk hello was very overwhelmed because he was the only employee working. The TV in my room did not work. I head to unplug it to keep it from turning on and off by itself. The smoke detector battery was going out and chirped all night. And when I complained to the front desk was told he couldnt do anything about it because he was the only one there. Very disappointed. Will not be returning!
My non smoking room smelled like smoke so bad it woke me up several times. There was an ash tray in the room and burn marks on the restroom floor. The floors felt so grimy that we would not walk on them without shoes. There was facial hair in the sink and long hair on the furniture and all over the floor. The cheap flooring and furniture was damaged and peeling. There was only one person on staff so it took us at least a half hour to check in. During check in the front desk person had to leave to go help someone whos door broke, locking them in the room. She was unable to help them and had to make several calls to get someone to come assist. Also, the phone did not work well. I would never stay there again due to the improper staffing, lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping.
The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We got big size room with 2 full size beds. They changed the bed sheets and towels everyday. The plus point is location, very near to many restaurants, Chicago premium outlets, Walmart and many more sightseeing places. Free parking. My kids enjoyed a lot. The only negative we found is wifi, we have to pay $ 3 or 5 everyday, which is annoying. They should have more channels on TV. Other than that great place stay for great price. We love to go again and I recommend my friends and everybody. Nearby Papa Bear restaurant is good.
Location good but Very disappointed when I arrived, ants were crawling around in the bathroom and the sink and toilet clogged up. when we asked for another room due to the issues, we were told that we would have to wait until check out for others but by then the maintenance will have been there and fixed the problem. We left and returned after checkout times and NOthing was done and no documentation from the previous clerk so they gave us another room. Wont be back! Oh P.S. PLEASE revert back to carpeting because laminent wood flooring is NOT the way to go!!! (slippery, dirty, tracking from shoes)
7/5/18 room 309 sheets are abit dirty, toilet wont flush, missing chain in thank so i had to stick my hand every time in water tank! was back on 7/6/18 room 227 bad floors, missing towel holder, missing aerator in sink so got water everywhere, water in bathtub takes like 10 mins to drain a.c wasnt blowing rigth so check air filter and it was filthy dirty so i cleaned and worked better, im disappointed had guy in next room smoking and drinking on balcony loud! not coming back!
Unbelievable noise from C Club across the street. No sleep due to incredibly loud music! Called front desk twice - they refused to call police. Loud music is clearly a public nuisance. Will NEVER stay here again! Will ask for refund. Heed my advice and just keep driving. Deserves 0 stars. Drove 9 hours to get belongings out of storage to take back to new hometown. Will probably take 2 more trips to get everything, but will NOT be staying here again. What a nightmare. Exhausted from driving, and then have to put up with this unbelievable noise. Will spend the extra money next time and stay somewhere decent, clean quiet and safe.Update:. Front desk had so many complaints from other guests, they finally called Aurora PD. Music noise actually got worse after PD supposedly told C Club to turn it down!!!Other bad news: Ants in bathroom. Homeless man rifling through trash can right in front of office, then followed me in to office to get coffee!!!LESSON LEARNED - NEVER AGAIN.
The lady who checked me in could of told me about the cleaning crew BANGING on our door. And going into our room without notice. I walked into the African American lady cleaning our room And it was half an hour before my checkout. Why couldnt she just wait for that last half an hour. My stuff was all over the place. I gathered my belongings and searched the WHOLE room before turning in my room key. And then I noticed my Bluetooth headset and charger were missing. I notified front desk and searched my car TWICE. After management talked to the lady all of a sudden it appeared. She said it was behind the tv on the floor. I was gone and my youngest daughter wasnt even there to mess with anything so how did it fall behind the tv like she said. I rather spend more money to stay somewhere else. And front desk needs to notify all customers about the room service rules. Or maybe your location should invest in the do not disturb signs to hang from the door know.
Honestly. I cant complain too much. The room was about 50 bucks a night and I got a 50 a night room.I dont usually stay in hotels like this but I wanted to save money.I guess I cant blame the hotel for the guests that they have because that wouldt be fair. The room smelt like cigarettes even though there is no smoking. The police were there the two nights I stayed there. I didnt see that there was an elevator (we were on the 3rd floor).
I stayed at Motel 6 in Aurora Illinois last year and the room and service was fantastic. The room was newly remodeled. This year the room was a major disappointment. The floor was buckled, my bedspread had burnt holes and I did not get a room close to the office as requested when I reserved room on line. My 15 year old daughter was not comfortable at Motel 6. But the office desk clerks service was above expectations- very friendly and the room was very clean. Also paid for internet but could not get to the point of service inputting the password- kept asking for money.
I was very happy to find this motel 6 located near chicago but not at Chicago hotel prices. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I will have to remember to ask for a handicap room in the future as the shower was spacious and that was much appreciated.
Im giving 4 stars because the booking was very easy. I didnt cancel before 6 pm because we were still planning our trip, unfortunately a few hours later my daughter came down with a concerning temperature, so we had to take her to the docter and stay home. I do think its a great courtesy that you allow customers to cancel for free up to a certain point! : )Even though I didnt stay, Im going to give everything an 8 for 2 reasons. 1, I have stayed in a Motel 6 before and was happy. 2, these surveys are important to Corporate Offices, and this location shouldnt be penalized because we didnt cancel in a timely fashion. (No we never contacted the motel for a refund. I didnt think it was possible because the terms were very clear on the website.)
Very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Very happy with its location to the UA training facility. Reasonably priced which helps with extended stays. Only downfall was no refrigerator or microwaves available in the rooms. There is several places to eat in the nearby area but would not recommend eating next door.
Used to use this hotel over ten years ago working two jobs and it was a decent room for the price. When you pay under 60 bucks for a room these days you cannot expect it to be top notch, but if your so tired you cannot drive anymore and need a place to crash this is a decent place for your buck. There was always someone in the front to help you out if need be.
This room is way to expensive to be this low quality. The sheets had stains on them, beds were uncomfortable, in the am the sun lights up the room with the curtains drawn, housekeep banged on door well before check out and would not go away after saying no thank you had to open door she didnt speak any English. No microwave or refrigerator. This room should have been no more than $40 not twice that. I will never stay here again nor refer this dump to anyone
You get what you pay for. It is pet friendly, that was the plus, as well as Papa Bears Diner, next door. No frills, meaning coffee, shampoo, or any toiletries. Very shady area. Witnessed police presence, three times, in two nights. Definite drug activity and solicitation in the parking lot. Will not be staying there again.
They are updating hotel right now but still plenty of rooms available and the price was low. No breakfast but they have coffee. Right across the street from the outlet mall so a good location and the price was right. Ample big truck parking and a close location to get on your way without the issue of trying to find parking at a truck stop. The televisions need updated but other than that not a bad place to lay your head for a night or two
I did not stay at this Motel 6, but fantastic customer service is present here. Specifically by Flor, the receptionist, who was so kind to every customer and was generous to lend me her charger when I was stranded because of car trouble with a dead phone. I was in the lobby for a few hours and noticed she was nothing but pleasant and helpful to the customers. I would say she is absolutely deserving of recognition or a raise!
Desk clerk was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Rooms were HORRIBLE. Bedspreads looked dirty. Stains all over them. Towels had yellow stains. Floors were dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Room wreaked of cigarettes and musty orders. Tom Odell should be ASHAMED of himself for letting his motel chain fall apart this way!!!
Stephanie is a bright light at the end of a long day. Fast friendly and very pretty as well. My only complaint is in the morning. I would like coffee before I leave and I am out most of the time before 6. The guy in the office seems to think his paper work is more important. Checking in is great, checking out without coffee sucks.
This is a very cheap motel (for the area) and as a wise man once said, you get what you paid for. The fake wood grain flooring (vinyl sheet) of my unit had huge holes, the one chair had torn fabric, the toilet seat was broken with a missing lid and there were holes in the bathroom wall. Do you want me to go on? OK, there is no little bottle of shampoo for the shower just a sliver of bar soap. No microwave or mini fridge either. And, if you want to use the hotel WiFi to access the internet, there is an extra charge. Dont leave the light on for me - I wont be back.
For the rate charged you would at least expect a room with sheets that do not have old stains on them. Stains that do not come out should result in the sheet/comforter being replaced. I should also not be able to see daylight coming in room while the door is closed or the window curtains are closed.
The accommodation is at best average compared to other motel 6 locations Ive stayed. The flooring is already worn and shows signs of delamination on the seams. The strainer on the sink is a watersaver that barely provides enough pressure for daily hygiene use. The freestanding table and accompanying chair is dated.
Room was clean was told I was getting a queen bed but it was a full tv was not as shown very small old model tv only 1 set of towels police stayed in the parking lot also call and check your reservation before you go they will give ur room away.... made the best of the situation
If i could give 0 i would. TODAY RENTED A ROOM and cannot get in or out of the room have to climb out the window. Called the owner he told us not to call his personal phone and hung up on usNow im reporting on google yelp bbb as well as the city this is hazardous. Not to even mention the nasty sheets on beds as. Stained with body fluids all.ober the sheets and matress not clean at all.
Just one of the nasty trashiest places to stay, just dont do it! Bugs on floor in room, cigarette buds in room on floor! Outside grounds are just filthy with stains of all kinds! Bed was not made and was used!Tv stations were all static and many stations did not come in at all! Location seem like a halfway house with down and out people. Outside garbages were full, garbage on grounds every where, liquor bottles and cigarette buds all over outs side in parking lot by building all around! Arguing customers!Just a nasty place overall! All this info was brought to two female workers and there were nothing but excuses for what was all taking place and one attempt to correct issue! this is a failing Facility and is a hazard and not a safe comfortable environment for anyone or family...
Every door says: for your safety please lock with deadbolt and security latch well we went to lock the latch and it came right off the door. My husband took it to the desk and they gave us a new room. Its very basic not much to it. It served the purpose of a bed to sleep in after attending a wedding.
Id rate 0 stars if i could..worst motel 6 Ive been in!! Lady at front desk did not know what she was doing..there was hairs all over the tub and bed! The cold and hot water label in shower was reversed so I ended up burning myself!! There was a hole in the wall! Never again..i would stay away if i was you!
The room had over 60 ants I killed over night. I called at night no answer. I called in the morning the desk lady told me manager is a no show. Im still waiting to be compensated for the time the cleaning lady left my door wide open while I was at breakfast. No one has ever gotten back to me. Id be happy with 1 free night. Everyone was stingy. Then desk clerk sent maintance man to sweep up ants with windex??? I will keep trying to contact someone if I get no reply.
Checkin was quick and painless; the room was freshly redone in bright white, all new bathroom and dressing area; modern flat screen tv, and the beds were clean and very comfortable.Checked in with minimal expectations, but enjoyed accomodations that were second to none. Nearby Hampton Inn wanted $125, We stayed equal or better room for just over $50.
I had stayed 3 nights before and the rooms where still dirty. Hair on the toilet and in bathtube. Lights where not working as well and it was late at night as well so it was dark in the room for the most part. And the wifi was free at one location in Naperville and the one in Aurora front desk told me that they ran out of data so we have to purchase it!!! I also was told if I gave my email address and fill out the Survey that I will be able to get a discount on my room!! This is the only email that I received out of the three times that Ive been there!!!
Housekeepers are great and so polite. Do not waste money at the horrible hotel next door when this is cheaper and run much better. Ive stayed at both and Im willing to stand outside with a sign to tell ppl turn to Motel 6, NOT Aurora Fox Valley Inn. This hotel changes sheets and handles problems that exists so you will have a low key stay. No sheet changes next door or no working wifi. Fox valley is independent and can treat you how they want. Motel 6 is at least Corporate if you have a problem. I feared bed bugs at Fox Valley and stayed awake one night. I sleep great next door at Motel 6! The handicap amenities are all out of order at Fox Valley. Motel 6 will get you on the first floor and has plenty of handicap accessibility if you let them know.
This place left me with an uneasy feeling from the moment I checked in. The glass and metal screen doors on the office window made it feel like I was getting a car out of impound or bailing a friend out of jail. Then the room felt like a hospital room with no furniture or anything and then later on in the night when a fight broke out in the parking lot , it felt 100% unsafe. I had to go and move my car because the people fighting in the parking lot where right by it!!!NEVER stay here again! I even watched some guy get pummeled. Dont stay here. Its not even worth 1 star.Stay somewhere else.Motel 6 you should be ashamed!!!!!Shut this place down!!!!!!JUST LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS
I know many people will write that they have nice stay; but I am here to say that I had a great and memorable time in motel 6Arora. The crew are fantastic more especially one girl call Stephany. After checking out and was at the airport, I realized that my wallet is missing , I immediately call the hotel and this girl Stephanie went and retrieve my wallet for me . When try to show my appreciation by offering her some money . She refused and simply said I am only doing my job to make your stay a happy one Please say thanks for me to her, for she is a wonderful host, and for that ,I will be back again and again
You get what you pay. The staff is friendly. My room smelled like cigarettes and the floor is warped, plus theres a leak somewhere because water keeps pooling. But I cannot find the leak. Probably a ghost. The biggest issue is the shoddy internet at $5/day. Probably a bad router or that ghost. But its cheap, and I would stay here again.
There is a much NICER and slightly CHEAPER Motel 6 nearby in Naperville. Ive never reviewed a motel but stayed at many. This place was a nightmare (and Im a budget traveler). AC leaked on the laminate floors and were too weak to feel any difference even on high. Bathroom light broken, some outlets were busted. Smelled strongly of cigarette and cleaner. Wi-Fi was extra $$Go to Naperville, trust me. Their Wi-Fi is free there.
Sandra gives amazing customer service. She is a star employee and deserves to be recognized! My boyfriend and I stay here often and her along with the other staff members we have met are always accommodating. Dont let the outside fool you for a budget stay this is great. Only improvement would be a fridge and/or microwave :-).
No communication between staff. Wouldnt allow me to pay for another night told me I was already paid. when I get to my room that night my key doesnt work. Then they give me a 1 oclock check out. And at 12 oclock some big Mexican is pounding down my Door trying to act all tough and muscle me out. Place is ok but the staff here are idiots
I constantly go to motel 6 and I never have a bad experience in any rooms, also the employee that works at night shift her name is sandra she always gives great customer service and always makes me feel comfortable everytime I rent a room at motel 6, 2 thumbs up for her and motel 6 :)
Less than 1 🌟 Dirty filthy everything! slep for 3 hours and ran outta there with unwashed mouth and all💀💀💀💀 This place should be condemned there is mildew on the peeling ceiling and the tub is unexplainable of how disgustingly dirty it was. The rug was indescribableStayed at Motel 6 in Aurora 2 days earlier reason why I thought this one was the same NOPE like night and day from each other. Again this place is not even suited for homeless people and thats an under statement.
Its a place to lay your head but its shady. There was something going on when I checked in and the front desk guy was calling the cops. In the morning, the housekeeping team was rude and intrusive. On my way out, I looked at my car and it looks like someone tried to pry the back door open, leaving it scratched. Avoid this place.
A friend of mine had her mom stay here last week and her dog was stolen and has had no help by management to help assist in finding the dog even not showing the video to Aurora PD. This dog belong to a VET is this how we pay back someone who fought for our country? Also this dog was going to receive its service certificate.
Honestly night shift sucks but next day evening shift made my day stephanie its the most gently and nice girl she helpme out and change the vision i had from previous niths she rock thx her i stay here room ok bathroom ok o well i been here 3 days everything looks fine i like this place
There was very low water pressure in the room, no towels till we asked for them, and the entire room just seemed dirty.... and then there were the very suspicious stains on the comforters on the beds, and black hair on every pillow.... my hair is red and shaved bald... wasnt mine.... just overall a disgusting uncomfortable experience... its hard to sleep without touching the bed
Dont expect much AT ALL.honestly I wouldnt stay here.but I have UNFORTUNATELY theyre tearing this building down and theyre trying to squeeze every penny out of it.the premium outlet mall bought it out and are tearing this facility down and the fox valley inn next door.i give this facility no stars.they should be ashamed of themselves.

2018-11-25It is getting 5-star review solely on customer service. We arrived after driving 20 hours with pets allowed early check in ,room given smelled of cigarettes, being a non-smoker I mentioned it. They came and offered a different room which did not reek. That alone made my day. The cleanliness, linens and presentation overall gets 1 star. Being a business owner myself there are some small steps they can take to take it to another level.

2015-08-26I came early morning and paid for one night. The attendant was nice and got me a room quickly. The third floor room I got was perfect for the price. The bed was soft and comfortable, the shower had functioning hot/cold water, toilet worked fine, the tv and remote and no cigarette smell. Overall the room was nice and clean.Since it is a 1-star place, nothing is provided except towels and two bars of soap. Everything else cost extra. I had no issues when deciding to stay and pay for another night. Both morning and evening attendants were friendly. I handed her my room card and checked out quickly.

2017-06-01Stay on 05/27/17. Good Overall stay. Location was great. Front desk staff was great. Room was good. Only issue is dial was missing on the air conditioner. I used pair of pliers to turn the dial to turn the unit on. I notified front desk of issue upon check out.

2017-01-23The room smelled fresh and not chemical-ly. Heater worked quickly and kept the room at an even temperature. Shower was nice and hot, too. Front desk staff was cordial. Little noisy, but that was expected being on a major road. Also, the toilet leaked from the bottom and soaked the floor towel. All minor issues for what I paid for a night.

2018-09-12Front desk employees where great upon checking in and checking out. The room was just okay. The linens need to be thrown out once they gets stains that can not be removed with regular washing. The television was the old tube style and was between a 13-15. The heater did not work for the room and the water pressure was extremely low.

2017-03-25I seldom give Motel 6 a bad rating, I travel a lot, and they are my go-to economy motel when I have a choice. The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean. The room I had was in poor repair, it had some minor upgrades in furniture, and the bed was comfortable, however the unit needs upgrades in the bathroom, flooring, light switches, water pressure and temperature, and door lock. The toilet had an odd flushing sound, it was not very enthusiastic. The place looked safe.

2017-01-09Its pretty much what you would expect for a motel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated that it had no carpet. I was actually pretty impressed and surprised that the interior decorating was so modern, however, the TV was really dated (though I never used it so I wasnt really hurt about it). The only complaint I had involved check out and cost. We did a walk-in reservation well after midnight (we were visiting an arcade and didnt leave until very late) but they still charged us for a full night and expected us to check out at noon. Thats less than 12 hours of time! I wasnt impressed but I was exhausted so I didnt argue.

2017-06-04The worst part of our experience was checking in. The lady was very rude, short and give us a lot of attitude. As far as the room, you get what you pay for. It was small and no fridge or microwave but we didnt plan to spend a lot of time in the room (stayed out late and left early in the morning) so it worked fine. Not a lot of TV channels, mostly news stations. But the bed was super comfortable, the ac cold, the shower hot.

2017-05-01I ordinarily do not complain about things, however this is the worst experience I have ever had with any motel room, ever. Let me begin by saying that checking in was great. Norma was very friendly, efficient and informative. Upon arriving at my room, however, I am disgusted. Not only is the floor in horrible shape, it is also sticky and shows dirt build-up. The baseboards are filthy and in three separate places there is some kind of dried brown substance stuck to the wall. Another wall has drip marks down it where someone must have spilled soda or something. The desk is missing pieces of laminate and the top is also sticky. There are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and it is also bubbled where there must have been a leak.As for the bathroom area, the vanity has some dried substance on it and the floor is also sticky and dirty. In the actual bathroom, the floor next to the toilet has black dirt or mold on it, the paper holder is falling off the wall and the bathtub has debris in it, and it is wet.I called Norma at the front desk to request a different room and informed her of the disgusting state of this room and she apologized but stated there were no other rooms available. For this I paid $65.39...Im so unsatisfied and Im hoping someone can help me make this a bearable night.

2016-11-28Front desk representative was slow and impolite. She gave me keys to a room that was used and not cleaned after. Even non smoking rooms had smoke smell. The bed sheets were dirty and seemed like they were not washed since the last tenant. No hand soap or other basic aminities. Overall price too much for quality
