I am so sad to leave a one star review.I came into Morphe with my sister-in-law and our children for my Birthday in hopes to find some new makeup. I never get a chance to get out of the house because I’m always so busy with my children, so we decide to go to the mall. We were greeted by such fine women upon walking in, but after spending some time there our children started to get antsy. We then overheard some of the workers talking outloud about our children. We gathered the remaining products that we purchased and left. I wish I had a more pleasant experience as this was my first time shopping here. Nethertheless I do love the lip sticks that I bought.
Everyone was very helpful! The young man at the register reminded us of the deals and specials. There was another associate, african american young lady, who did an excellent job of suggesting and modeling highlighter for my darker skin tone! Wow!! Ive never been to a Morphe store and I was blown away. Exceptional experience
Went here to get the new Jeffree Star Brush Set and girl they are amazing!I will say that the staff there in comparison to other makeup stores were very nonchalant throughout my time there not a single one greeted me nor approached me to see if I needed help or asked if I was finding everything alright.However the products are great
Very open floor plan with room to move around unlike the other makeup product stores. The place feels like the equivalent to the apple store for makeup products if you can get a taste of that, but without the constant support of people asking you if you need help. That is fine because some people just want to shop and browse instead of needing assistance all the time.
I have been to this location probably 10 times since it opened a handful of months ago. 5 stars for every one of my visits. I always walk out with something new to try. Every staff member I have encountered was extremely kind and helpful and even helped color-match me for foundation/concealer/bronzer/highlight. The only bad part about this store is their stock on Jeffree Star Cosmetics. They normally only have a couple highlighters and lots of lipsticks are missing. Maybe that is a good sign and I know it isnt their fault sometimes how much they get in. For anything else youre in for a treat every time!
The morphe team over there are super kind and amazing. They know what they are doing and are great at giving makeup advise. I love coming to the store because of how kind they are truly accepting. They are very diverse group of makeup artist and diverse makeup style which is the best.
I had a wonderful experience at Morphe Woodfield! Mariah helped me pick out palettes & brushes for multiple gifts and she was a great representation of Morphes brand. As an LGBTQ person, I felt so comfortable here and there was absolutely no judgment, but so much encouragement. Not to mention, their store is gorgeous and clean! I will definitely be returning.
The employee profiled me and I felt as though she was being blatantly racist to me. Completely unacceptable. I walked in asking a simple question of if the makeup is cruelty free. The woman had no answer and when I leave she called me rude, I did nothing wrong.This place is unprofessional and needs to re train their employees.people are free to think and have an opinion but you never insult a customer.
First time in the store. Was super excited I was able to go. Initially I knew what I wanted to get. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. 2 girls were just chatting and as i approached them they ignored me and i had to say excuse me to get their attention even though I was literally next to them. I asked about the brushes and got the answer i needed. Not like she was even interested in answering. At the check out same girl had an attitude about even attending me. I was shocked that the big palette I bought and brushes was put in a cheap dollar store bag. This is Morphe right? Smh. Ill just order my stuff online to avoid that experience again. They should take a training class with Sephora and Ulta they know the value of their customers.
When I first stared playing with make up I bought my first palette here. Seen a guy in makeup made me feel alittle more comfortable a gentleman name Jonathan helped me out and was very nice and helped me pick out my 1st James Charles Palette and since then that my go to place. All the ladies are so welcoming and always gretting. You cant go wrong here. If you had a bad experience here that because you been having a bad day in general but this place is 10 star not 5.
Visited this place for the first time since I happened to be visiting the area (wish they would open more locations in the Chicagoland suburb areas!) Ive heard a lot of good things about their products so I was very excited to finally get to see everything in person.Store was clean, products were displayed very nicely, and they really do have a wide variety of product for all levels of artists.Only thing that was off-putting was some of the staff. A couple greeted me and a friend and said to just ask if we had any questions. Good start. However some of the other staff seemed to give off some elitist/judgmental vibes. I usually wear makeup daily but this was on a day when I happened to go out with a naked face-- should also note that I dont have eyebrows, so I can understand that most people would be off-put by that. Going bare faced usually doesnt bother me but I dont know, the atmosphere made me feel insecure and kinda embarrassed. And the vibes they were giving off was like they didnt want to interact with me because I appear like I know nothing about makeup rather than being more inviting.I definitely do like the store so I would go back; maybe next time Ill go in with full face makeup and see if their attitudes are any different lol
Employee with many tattoos was discourteous after asking a simple question on a product. After getting a unpleasant answer, I attempted to have a simple conversation with this employee. However, this employee decides to cut me off, and orders me to insert my card to pay for the product. BTW, there were no other customers waiting in line. This company should screen employees on their social skills because they lost another customer from this experience.
Today my friends and I went to the Morphe store for the launch of the Jsc concealer and powders. We arrived at 10 am and the line was half way down the hall. The store was great about crowd control and getting people in and out smoothly, unfortunately everything has to some faults. The Morphe employee that was helping shade match (brunette with black gauges and glasses) told my friend that she could not buy all 5 concealers and that the limit was 2 per person. When we asked if it was 2 per shade she proceeded to say with COMPLETE attitude and ignorance “it’s 2 per person, do you see the line of people.” So once we went up to the front to pay Leah told us it was PER SHADE. None of us had any duplicates of the shades. Jonathan and Leah were amazing and handled our grumpy selves with class and professionalism.
I completely agree with all of the other reviews saying some of the employees are rude and unprofessional. My friends and I were very excited to visit a morphe store for the first time and upon check out I told Angie I wanted to use Kathleen’s code for 10% off. She was very, very rude when telling me that wasn’t the right code and she couldn’t help me. (The code is kathleenlights) So, I used sister James’ and got my 10% off. Morphe owes ALL of their success to the YouTubers who promote their products should be a little more friendly when customers want to try to support their favorite ones. I would suggest training the employees more in customer interactions. I won’t go back, thanks!
Worst experience of my life I left in tears. No one was helpful and completely ignored me when I tried to get the new foundation only helped the pretty skinny girls. Absolutely embarrassed and hate morphe now when I was looking forward to this for weeks. So embarrassed

2021-04-04We’re from Ohio and do not have any Morphe stores in our mall or nearby. So when we were shopping I just had to stop in. Had a wonderful experience, probably the best customer service I’ve had in a retail environment. We weren’t looking for anything specific. Once we got to the skincare my boyfriend told me he wanted a new cleanser. The employee came by and was very nice and informative. She let us try out the different skincare. He has sensitive skin so she let him try it on his hand to make sure he wouldn’t have a reaction. He was nervous at first and then started to ask her questions and got really excited to get new products! The employee was not judge mental at all and was more than happy to help him. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of toxic masculinity in the world and some people mock men who are into skincare but she was absolutely amazing. Any questions we had she was able to answer and gave us great recommendations. My boyfriend was super excited to try out the products and he loves them! Also, the Morphe gel moisturizer is a great dupe for the Dior gel moisturizer!

2021-11-03I walked in to the morphe store for the first time ever at this mall. I had always walked by but never went in because I knew I wouldn’t come out empty handed. I was looking around and Hailey came up to me she was very sweet and patient with me. She showed me a demo of the Suva beauty water activivated colors and I fell in love with them however once I saw the Morphe X disney collection I fell for it. So I bought it. Thankfully I was able to use afterpay in store which was awesome. I was having some issues with it but Hailey and staff were very patient and helpful. I felt embarrassed but it was an issue with the app. Thank you so much Hailey for your patience and best customer service ever!

2020-10-16I rarely leave reviews but the service was amazing! Katie helped me throughout my whole time there and she was very sweet. She wasn’t hesitant to help with swatches or any questions i had and even helped me choose the best deals for some lip combinations! Overall amazing experience. Katie was an amazing help!

2021-01-12I had a pleasant experience shopping at this location. They’re much more inviting than the location inside of The Water Tower Place. There was a male with blonde hair and glasses who helped my daughter and I pick out some items. He was very knowledgeable answering all of our questions. It’s unfortunate we cannot try on the makeup but he made it easy aside from that. We will be back again. He is highly recommended!

2020-11-20I came to Morphe for my birthday yesterday and the most amazing employee. (I believe her name was Bernice) helped me SOO much. She was super friendly and made me feel welcome in the store and gave me a bunch of amazing recommendations to help me with trouble doing my makeup. One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Thank you Bernice!

2020-11-23Went in over the weekend with my daughter wasn’t looking for anything in particular until they told me some deals. Everyone was extremely helpful but Jessica went above and beyond to answer every single question I had in detail and gave me some great tips on how to use all the products I needed. She even helped my daughter with her questions as well. Very helpful would shop here just for her. We didn’t even bother going to Sephora
