I was referred to Dr. Mike while I was searching for a chiropractor for my sister 3 years ago, although due to an injury to my left ankle last August, I now have become a patient too. I slipped, fell, and seriously sprained my ankle and I had been attempting to protect it by putting more weight on my right leg, but it resulted in a compressed disc in my lower back. I had pain in my lower right back that ran down my leg and ached all the time. I started seeing Dr. Mike at the end of November and I was placed on a program consisting of adjustments and exercises 3 times a week. I went down to 2 times a week in mid-January and I am now down to once a week. I am pain free and can workout again. I want to thank Dr. Mike and his staff for all their help in getting me going again.
Momentum gets high recommendations for chiropractic. The staff is friendly from the moment I walk in the door. They are knowledgeable and create a positive friendly atmosphere throughout the shop. It’s like getting treated and cared for by friends. The docs are top notch. Give this place a try and you’ll see for yourself.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike for my lower back pain for several months now, and he is the BEST! Adjustments are comfortable and effective, I always leave feeling way better and with less pain. Everyone at Momentum is friendly and knowledgable and I know I’m in good hands there.

I’m very grateful I was recommended to try this place! I was very impressed from the beginning with how nice the front desk staff was and willing to fit me in as soon as possible. Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind, helping me tremendously in the last few months. Programs are written down at every evaluation to accommodate my individual needs and staff to assist with the exercises if needed. Ive been a patient of Dr. Mikes for a few months now, and couldnt be happier with the results of his work as well as just the entire experience of being a patient at Momentum Health Center.I needed a local chiropractor and when I was chatting with my brother about seeing his doctor, he actually ended up recommending Dr. Mike instead. He had heard some great reviews, so he passed his name along to me.I, by no means, have an average back. I have severe scoliosis (had a back brace for over 3 years) and have fractured a few vertebrae during my years of training for athletics when I was younger. Over the years, Ive been able to keep pain at bay and am very lucky for the level of discomfort, considering the significant curvature of my spine (over 50 degrees).I had a chiropractor that I regularly visited, yet now that I work from home permanently, I wanted something close by. Once COVID hit and my position became remote, I noticed very early on, the increase of pain and discomfort in my back with sitting all day long (along with little movement throughout the day). One day, I noticed my right foot dropping when I was walking. Obviously, I was very concerned and thought the worst. Within a few days, I was able to get an appointment. As soon as I saw Dr. Mike for a consultation, we ran x-rays and he took time to identify my problem areas. My curvature had gotten drastically worse since the last time I got x-rays as a kid. Dr. Mike was so kind and empathetic as I nearly lost my breath seeing the x-rays. As he reassured me with a realistic expectation, I immediately felt calmer and knew I was in good hands. In my experience, most other doctors wouldve been hyperactive with the prognosis and treatment plan.Dr. Mike is extremely professional and genuine. He advised that we start with regular adjustments (twice weekly). Within a matter of 3-4 adjustments, my dropped foot was no longer an issue. Not only is my foot back to normal (thank God!), I have significantly less discomfort in my entire back throughout the day. I used to go through tubs of Icy Hot, Ben-Gay, and anything else I could get my hands on, to relieve the aches and pains.Thanks to Dr. Mike and his practice, Im all good to go and will continue my regular adjustments to ensure that my body stays in alignment. If youre considering a chiropractor, search no more. Every person in the practice is authentically friendly and helpful. The front desk administrator has dealt with my non-stop scheduling and re-scheduling, all with a friendly smile and great attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and will be a patient for many years to come!
Hands down, Dr. Mike is the absolute best chiropractor in the area. Ive seen several others over the years and he not only has the best bed side manner but he also has the magical hands ever. Ive been seeing him towards the end of my pregnancy for back pain and Ive been feeling so much better! The office is very efficient - usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Dr. Mike and his Team are terrific. I am 54 and I suffer from lower back pain and autoimmune Psoriatic Arthritis. Dr Mike and his staff through meticulous exercise movements and specialized adjustments have me feeling better than ever in the last 15 years! I love the family atmosphere they exhibit. There is heavy traffic with many patients yet Dr Mike and his staff know every single person by name and little tid bits of each person. This place is top notch...highly highly recommend Dr Mike to help you if you suffer from any type of ailments!

I have never seen a chiropractor before. I had sudden debilitating low back pain which kept me from doing the simplest of tasks. I saw Dr. Mike about 3 weeks after the onset of pain. He came highly recommended from a co-worker. I am so glad I listened to her. I immediatley started to feel better. I was treated with compassion from the entire staff. I am so so thankful for Dr. Mike and his team for how healthy they keep me! I drive quite a long distance (about 45-50 min) each week to see Dr. Mike because I know how much better I feel afterwards and how important good health is to living well. Especially as a musician in a demanding grad program, I rely on my body to play pain-free and want to be doing this for decades to come. Each week, Dr. Mike thoroughly examines my spine, neck, shoulders, and arms/fingers to ensure that I can play at my best. He is attentive when random pain pops up, extremely thorough in making sure he adjusted the right places, and thoughtful about stretches he gives me to follow up. He’s funny and a great chiropractor so I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re in pain, just want to get a tune up, or stay healthy/be healthier, go see Dr. Mike! I am so so thankful I found him and that he takes care of me every week. He rocks!

Dr. Mike was fantastic! I was experiencing back pain that was limiting my ability to play with my kids as well as impacting my workouts. Dr. Mike did an intensive assessment to identify underlying issues. The day following my first treatment I noticed my back was already feeling better. I can now play with my kids without worrying about hurting my back and have also been able to exercise without any restrictions.The office is clean and the staff is super friendly. Going to momentum health center has been a game-changer for my kids and I!!! My 3 month old is benefiting incredibly from seeing Dr Nicole as he has torticollis. I am amazed at how much his weekly visits have helped his development. Every time I enter- everyone there is smiling and friendly. Not just the staff but the clients as well. My chiropractic adjustments make me feel like a new person. Highly, highly recommend visiting for yourself, your family and especially your children.
Momentum Health Center is the best. Dr. Mike and Dr. Lindy are incredibly knowledgeable and want the best for their clients. I first went to Dr. Lindy in January 2019 for acupuncture due to a pulled shoulder and muscle spasm. After 30 minutes of acupuncture, my pain had subsided almost completely. Dr. Lindy helped my pain subside when muscle relaxers and pain pills were not making any progress. I continued acupuncture while pregnant and now go for headache and neck relief. Dr. Lindy is gentle, patient, and flexible with appointments. I also see Dr. Mike for chiropractic care. He takes the time to conduct x-rays, explain the images, and review the recommended course of care. My course of care involves adjustments, physical therapy, and traction in order to get the best results in a short amount of time. Dr. Mike is always punctual, friendly, and gentle enough that I felt comfortable with services even while pregnant. He also provided equipment so I could do my exercises at home to shorten the amount of time I was away from work every day. Furthermore, front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. This place is truly the best - you will get personalized, quality care that will improve your quality of life. It cannot be beat.

I was very skeptical about what benefits I would see from a chiropractor as I’ve suffered from back pain my entire life, but I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been going to Momentum since early 2020 for lower back pain. I had a good experience with physical therapy years ago after having had a bad experience with a different local chiropractor, so I was hesitant when my husband started going to Dr Mike regularly. After seeing the impressive results in terms of pain reduction and postural improvements my husband was experiencing, I decided to give it a try, and I have been going at least once a week since.I’m currently 9 months pregnant with my second baby, and receiving treatment at Momentum this time around has made a WORLD of difference in my overall well being. My first pregnancy really amplified my lower back pain-The burning sciatica pain in third trimester was at times immobilizing. WhileDr. Mike is amazing, I was very fortunate that Dr. Nicole joined the Momentum team about halfway through this pregnancy. She has an incredibly impressive wealth of knowledge on prenatal health and chiropractics, and my back pain has been significantly less in this pregnancy compared to the last, never getting to the level it was with the first, even with me being bigger this time around 😁 I would recommend her to any pregnant women, whether preventative or already dealing with pain. Not only has she helped with my back, but also round ligament pain, hip, neck, pelvic pressure - she really knows her stuff and can help with everything! I’ve gone from being a chiropractor cynic to a full believer, all due to the amazing staff at Momentum.

I started going to Momentum health after going to every doctor and specialist with no answer or relief. I was suffering from daily headaches, brain fog no energy.Everyday was a challenge. Twice I even went to hospital once with a T.I.A and once with migraines with aura.When my Aunt suggested my husband go for his herniated disc and he was getting relief I thought what do I have to lose? Well things have really turned around! My headaches are down to maybe once every two weeks I have energy and my fog is lifted! Its only been about a month and I have more relief than I have had in two years! Dr Nicole and Dr Mike are wonderful! They really care and unlike alot of doctors they remember you. The whole staff are friendly ,caring and knowledgeable! As you can see I highly recommend Momentum Health!

Dr. Mike is the very best chiropractor Ive ever been to! He and his elite staff have worked wonders for me. I had neck pain for the past few years, and was getting headaches more frequently. I was so impressed with the staff at Momentum fitness. I am always greeted with a smile and prompt service. The chiropractic team is top notch. I have had hip issues since finishing track in college and Dr. Mike has helped alleviate that pain and discomfort. I am stronger more flexible and overall happier and I owe so much of that to Momentum. I would recommend them to any friends or family. Their chiropractic care has been important for acute and chronic pain. I don’t worry about common colds or restless nights of sleep because their care keeps me aligned and healthy. Dr Mike and his staff at momentum hc are understanding, flexible, and personable. I went to them with a serious hunch back and other spine problems and slowly but surely, I forgot that I mentioned I was in serious pain in my first appointment, x-ray and consultation with Dr Mike. Once I completed his regimen of therapy I went from daily pain to weekly pain and occasionally less frequent. Great place to go to really relieve your pain, they arent pushy like other chiropractors I have talked to.
They dont mess around when it comes to helping you get better and stay better. Totally different from most Chiropractors whos goal is to get you to come and stay forever and have you keep paying money. Momentum sets you up with a specific plan and leans you off to fewer and fewer visits as your issue gets better. In September of 2018, I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis after X-rays revealed that I had broken bones in my mid-back, crushed a vertebra, and compressed 2 discs in my low back. After completing the recommended 4 months of therapy to help the bones heal, I began searching for a chiropractor who offered rehabilitation services. I was referred by my sister to Dr. Mike Dziurgot, who came highly recommended by her trusted friends in the fitness industry, and after reviewing his website and reading the reviews, I decided to make an appointment.I started at Momentum Health Center in February of 2019, and after completing a consultation with Dr. Mike, I was placed on a program that consisted of 3 appointments a week where I received adjustments, traction, and exercises. I was initially unable to lie down on the chiropractic table for adjustments because of the pain, but Dr. Mike had tools that allowed me to be adjusted while sitting up. After 2 weeks of being adjusted in the sitting position, my pain level had reduced to the point where I was able to lie down for adjustments. I remember leaving his office that day feeling something I had not felt in a long time; hope.A year has now passed since I have been coming to Momentum Health Center, and my back pain has improved greatly beyond the original expectations that I had due to the seriousness of my injuries. I have been reduced to 2 appointments a week, and during my recent review with Dr. Mike, we discussed setting goals; another positive step I could not have comprehended a year ago because of the degree of pain I was in at that time. While Dr. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, and up to date on the latest therapies, both he and his staff are also very helpful, friendly, and caring. I had been homebound for an unrelated disability for 25 years before having to get help for my back, and they made this experience much more comfortable than I thought it would be. I am both thankful and grateful to God for leading me to Momentum Health Center, and to Dr. Mike and his staff for the help I received during the past year, and I am also looking forward to improving further in this new year, too.
I have had the best experiences with Dr. Mike and the Momentum Health Center staff. After my car accident, I could hardly move my neck and after the first few adjustments (with the help of suggested stretches/exercises) I saw so much improvement!! I moved to the area recently and needed to find a chiropractor. A brief internet search , and the fact Dr. Mike’s office was a few blocks from my house was a bonus. His staff, from the front desk to the therapist team are all outstanding to say the least. Dr. Mike is an outstanding chiropractor who tells it exactly like it is. I am a no nonsense type of guy. Tell me the facts and don’t hold back. Well Dr. Mike is fantastic. He tells you up front what your condition is and what his treatment plan is. Another great point is the no pressure approach. His approach is just what I want and needed. Here is the issue(s) and here’s my plan of attack. You, as the patient can choose to follow or modify as you wish. I was immediately impressed with that approach. If you want a great and honest chiropractor then Dr. Mike and his team are where you want to be.
I came to Momentum finally after getting tired of dealing with periodic lower back pain/spasms for most of my life, the latest tweak leaving me literally crooked and struggling to walk normal. Dr. Mike diagnosed the root cause quickly and came up with a sensible plan to relieve the pain and then build strength for long-term health. Im now mostly pain free and my flexibility has increased significantly. I continue to work with Dr. Mike and his team, and continue to get better. And I actually look forward to the visits because its a welcoming, friendly and relaxing environment. Im so happy I decided to seek help, and that I chose the right people and place to get it.

Dr. Mike and his entire staff are just amazing! Ive had neck pain since November 2018 and for the first time I was able to get a diagnoses through x-rays. After the second visit, I was able to move my neck without pain. Dr. Mikes staff has been wonderful to work with and very helpful with my treatment. Im very lucky to have found them.
Choosing Momentum to correct and maintain the health of my spine was the best decision I have made this year. The staff is extremely friendly but also knowledgeable while guiding through my exercises. Everyone at Momentum is great! I came in with neck stiffness and tingling down my arm. It’s completely gone! Dr. Mike did a great job diagnosing the problem. With the adjustments and exercises, I have no stiffness, tingling, or pain. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Lindy for my frequent leg cramps, and through acupuncture, the leg cramps are significantly improved as well. I highly recommend Momentum Health Center!
Been going to momentum for about a month now and can truly say I could not be happier with the experience at momentum. They really focus on 1) making sure you understand whats wrong, 2) how you will work together to fix it and 3) making sure you can live a healthy and active life. Dr Mike is the greatest chiro out there. Ive been to a ton and none of them are nearly as good as him. The staff is incredible, the facility is great. Dr. Mike and his staff are great! Ive suffered from neck, shoulder and back pain for over 5 years now. Ive seen several other Chiropractors over the years and they are the first ones to actually treat my issues and symptoms. They do more than just assigning home exercises, doing a chiropractic adjustment and sending you on your way. They assign you exercises to do while you are there & help you with them if necessary. If the exercises get too easy they change them up. Ive never had anybody put me in traction - it has worked wonders over the past 4 months for my neck! They constantly review your x-rays, monitor your progress and ask how you are doing and make adjustments as necessary. I look forward to going in twice a week - its become my new hobby. Dr. Mike has absolutely figured out what it takes to be a pillar of service and community. His approach to not only fix and or remedy an issue is followed with a strong focus on continued support and a wellness plan. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are treated with respect and are also very informed. The staff here is outstanding and match everything that Dr. Mike stands for. I have moved numerous times in the last five years ( some further than others) and refuse to go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Mike since I was a teenager (half my life at the time of this review) and i have to tell you, Internet, he is an excellent doctor. Injury or illness, Dr. Mike and the staff at Momentum Health have helped me guide my body back on the right track.The care I have received is geared toward allowing your body to find proper alignment on its own - through traction and regular adjustments, he personalizes treatment to help your body live it’s best life. Which is a bonus for you!The staff is friendly and full of smiles and jokes, and willing to accommodate weird schedules like my own. Parking is abundant - there’s a parking garage a block away from the office, and it’s a short walk from the Metra. All in all, i highly recommend Dr. Mike and Momentum Health. Dr Mike and his team have been great to work with the last few months. I’ve had chronic mid back pain for several years do to poor posture. Im a disabled drug war Navy veteran. Ive had multiple surgeries, and currently dealing with a brain injury resulting in a serotonin deficiency . Dr Mike, and the staff at Momentum Health Center are some of the most professional and compassionate folks Ive ever come across in my new career as a patient. Everything from their bedside manner , to the equipment used is world class and have allowed me to continue living my life out of my wheelchair. After only two months of treatment , im able to move my neck with very little pain. Ive also been able to stop taking hard narcotics for pain. Ive been going to see Doctor Mike and the team at AHI since October of 2014. It only took about 3 visits before I started to feel very comfortable working with everyone there, and its very clear that they go out of their way to make patients feel at home and familiar from the get-go. I think thats super important when it comes to treatment like chiropractic that is on-going and requires consistency - you need to WANT to keep going back and staying with your exercises. Doctor Mike and his team make that happen. And of course, feeling noticeably better and seeing measurable improvements to my health help also.

Dr. Mike and his staff go out of their way to learn about each individual client that comes in to see them to make them feel comfortable and to be able to treat each individual for exactly what ails them. After years of chronic back pain and back spasms, I am finally feeling relief. They gave me exercises based on my health and body to help me to feel better and be healthier. Even though they cannot prevent injury, recovery is much quicker with regular treatments and focused individualized exercises. Dr Mike and his team worked with me to identify and address the back pain I had been experiencing for years. Best chiropractor ever!!! I used to work for a chiropractor but I can honestly say Dr. Mike Dziurgot has helped me twice now for two different issue I’ve had. He takes xrays so you can see the proof yourself. Not only has he helped me feel better over all with a bulging disc, severe neck pain after a car accident but he’s also helped me with my wrist and knee issues I’ve had. He makes everyone feel like family here and important and he’s even had to suffer through me crying my eyes out to him about a personal issue. He’s amazing in every way and the same goes for his staff. They are all so friendly and caring and make you feel so special. I highly recommend Momentum Health Center to everyone and anyone. Ive been a patient of Dr. Mikes for 3+ years and I can attest to the truly outstanding chiropractic care that he and his staff provide to myself and a wide variety of patients. Due to prior sports related injuries, I see Dr. Mike weekly for chiro adjustments that definitely improve my overall health and outlook. Without the weekly chiro treatments from Dr. Mike, my health would not be anywhere near as good as it is. Since starting regular adjustments with Dr. Mike, my chronic back and shoulder pain have been much relieved. Also, I have not had to receive more injections in my arthritic knee. Hopefully, no surgery in my future for that as my orthopedic doctor forecast. Cant thank Dr. Mike enough, and I always enjoy the great staff there.
Ive been to chiropractic in the past and was pleasantly surprised by the combination of effective physical therapy like treatment in addition to chiropractic. My original symptoms and reasons for visiting have significantly abated and were already working towards correcting long standing issues. Ive had severe migraine headaches, neck and lower back pain for years due to a career with bad posture (dental hygiene). Ive visited other chiropractic offices in the area looking for the right fit for my needs but none of the other doctors provided what Dr. Mike offers at his treatment facility. Dr. Mike offers a special traction technique needed in order to gain a long term approach to pain elimination/management instead of just adjustments for a rather short term approach mentality. He has a nurse practitioner on staff, an acupuncturist, and there is nutritional health coaching available as well (for an overall systemic cellular healing approach). Dr. Mike recommended neck and lower back traction for me. I was a bit freaked out about having anyone touch my neck but realized that I needed to push past that fear in order to regain lost mobility and function and to possibly reduce the migraine pain which was affecting my quality of life substantially. I was taking medication almost daily for headaches. Within 30 days of starting treatment with Dr. Mike, I was able to stop taking all medication for my headaches! Ive had significant improvement in my neck mobility and my lower back pain is completely gone. Lastly, where there is a successful doctor, there is always a successful team of staff members. The staff at Dr. Mikes office is personable, friendly, and attentive to you personally. They all know your name as soon as you walk in the door and the environment is a warm, friendly, family feeling. Dr. Mike and his staff members are a true team of personable wellness providers. I’ve been coming to Dr. Mike and the team at Momentum Health Center off and on for a few years now address some pesky shoulder and back problems that get in the way of my sleep, work and exercise. I appreciate how after my initial visits, I know what the actual cause of my pain is, and how the exercises and adjustments I do while there actually make a noticeable difference. There’s a comfortable atmosphere while visiting and my scheduled appointments don’t take long, maybe 15-20 minutes each time or 30 minutes tops if its busy.
I’ve had back pain going on for months and tried different places around the area. Always getting the same result as still having back pain. I’m so glad I have found Dr. Mike and his staff. The care in my well being from all the staff has had me pain free for months. They all have my health in their best interest and they deliver results. Greatest Chiropractor office ever. When I first came to Momentum Health Center at the end of February 2015 I was unable to walk from one end of the Center to the other without resting half way through. I had back surgery the month before which did not turn out as expected. I had more back pain after the surgery than I did before. With the help of Dr Mike Dziurgot and his staff, Anna and Ashley I have made great progress toward living a more normal lifestyle.. I continue the program he has designed for me. They are always there for me, encouraging , supporting and helping me to regain much of what a poor surgical outcome had taken for me, I cant say enough about the fantastic job they have done and continue to do for me. That is why I recommend Dr. Mike to all my friends and family.

Best experience by far! I had back pain due to a work injury and after a few months the pain is GONE! I also suffered from chronic migraines (daily or weekly) and I can happily say I have little to no migraines! Dr. Mike is very accommodating and has a pleasant demeanor. I have a serious problem with spinal stenosis. I have been seeing Dr. Mike for 5 yrs. He has eliminated much if the pain I was experiencing. With a combination of adjustments, traction and exercises he and his team have allowed me to maintain my active lifestyle. I have been able to avoid back surgery thanks to their therapy. Additional issues tend to happen as we age. Each time I have a new issue, Dr. Mike knows what to do to alleviate my problem. I have complete faith in what he does, particularly because he keeps me away for more invasive treatments.

Dr. Dziurgot was great! We came up with a good plan to deal with my neck pain after a thorough assessment.When I left my first appointment I was shocked to be pain free. His hands quickly sensed how much pressure to apply and where to ease up. He straightened me out and I felt great.

I went in and saw Karissa for an acupuncture treatment, it was my first time. She explained everything so thoroughly that I felt so comfortable and much more relaxed. My treatment went really well! I was directed to Dr. Mike after I suffered a low back injury on the baseball field last year. I am currently an NCAA collegiate athlete that goes through physical actions day to day. I have been seeing Dr. Mike for over a year which has led me to continue to play at peak performance. He runs his building very nicely and the staff are very supportive and intelligent regarding different RTIs that is put together by Dr. Mike. This is a place I recommend to anyone that has stiffness, soreness, and are in pain anywhere on their body, not just lower back.
I have never considered acupuncture but decided to consider it as a last option to avoid neck surgery. I saw Lindy and felt very informed and had my first treatment immediately. The next day my pain was at least 50% better, after 5 treatments, very little pain (sometimes I dont have any for a few hours) and my range of motion has improved very much. Both Lindy and acupuncture is great, Ive told all my friends and family how very pleased I am with the results and would certainly recommend it.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mike, Dr. Lindy, and all the attentive and caring staff at MHC. Everyone at MHC takes the time to listen to your concerns and help implement a successful plan for recovery. I’ve never felt better than I have since becoming a patient of Dr. Mike’s and Dr. Lindy’s. I have been going to Lindy for acupuncture treatments for a year now. I cannot state how much of a difference she has made in my overall health and well being. She has treated acute symptoms as well as general stress and discomfort throughout the body. Lindy genuinely cares about her patients and has the knowledge to assess what is required to give her patients the best chance at a quick recovery. Starting treatment with Dr. Mike now almost three years ago, I did not have any symptoms, but wanted to check my spine to prevent any degeneration and to see how my spine looked. Sure enough, though there was no pain, my spine was showing signs of degeneration. With regular treatments at first and now maintenance to slow and prevent degeneration with aging, I am pleased to say my spine is better than it was when I started. Hopefully, this will prevent problems in the future as I age.Thank you Dr. Mike!

I have had an excellent experience at this facility since going there about a year ago.I started out 3x a week with exercises, adjustment and traction with awesome results. I feel I stand straighter and dont have the low back pain that I came in with.I also got Halagan injections in both knees and now I can walk for miles without pain and go up and down the stairs, again without pain. Before, my knees were so sore and they used to give out on me when I would be walking. I continue to go 2x a week for maintenance.I highly recommend Advanced Health Institute.
After shoulder surgery, after physical therapy, and after the surgeon told me my only options were more surgery or living with the pain, I went to Momentum Health Center in Arlington Heights and saw Lindy Camardella for acupuncture treatments. I was skeptical, but she made me a believer. In just a few sessions I was pain free and able to once again enjoy a normal life, including golf and bowling. She was also able to successfully treat my hemi-facial spasms, and eliminate the need for the quarterly botox injections I had been enduring for years. I highly recommend them and have referred friends and relatives to them for their effectiveness and friendliness that make each visit a very satisfying experience.

Approximately 1 year ago I stopped in AHI to inquire about acupuncture to help with lingering cold symptoms. Today, after only a handful of acupuncture visits, I have a better ability to fight off colds that used to last for weeks, and get fewer of them.But the bonus comes next. Dr Mike asked how I was feeling otherwise on my initial visit and listened carefully. I thought the neck pain I was experiencing was one of those “getting older” things, and would probably just have to live with it. It turned out to be a mis-aligned spine which has been corrected through regular therapy and today I am pain-free…AND have better posture.Dr. Mike and team have provided me with a long-term solution to ward off spine degeneration problems.The whole AHI team is always attentive, pleasant and accommodating – it’s the “doctor’s” appointment I look forward to.Thank you Dr. Mike and team!
I have been to several Chiropractic centers and this is the only one that is the total package. They feature up to date equipment, guidance thru strengthening exercises and a fully trained staff of professionals. They truly promote heath without meds when possible. Acupuncture, meditation and aroma therapy are other services my family has enjoyed.

Well, the review above mine says it all! I had been going to Chiropractors for about 5 years after a bad jetski accident and injuried my neck. After a few months of therapy I started to finally feel a difference. Now, I can finally sleep and just about back to normal. There are not words that can describe how good the staff is, it is not like going to a doctors office, it is more like hanging out with friends.I try to refer everybody I can, it is worth the ride even if you are not close by.
My arms were suddenly going limp for short periods of time 2-3 times a week when I would do jobs that required lifting or extending my arms out - turned out it was an issue with my neck which Dr. Mike diagnosed and has been treating to prevent further damage. I rarely get those spells now, and it has allowed me to continue my work as a piano technician and teacher. Would not be still working if it werent for him! THANK YOU!
I decided to try acupuncture for my elbow pain which was excrusciating. I had a steroid injection which did nothing for my pain. I also tried PT, but it only made my pain worse. I started having acupuncture treatments with Lindy and I was amazed at the relief I got. I am now pain free, back using the Elliptical for my workouts. And best of all, sleeping through the night. Both Lindy and Carissa are so nice, and caring. They made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone who has pain that does not want to resort to medciations.
Dr. Mike takes the time to teach as well as adjust. Hes concerned with whole health and works to offer additional support and supplements, such as an acupuncturist and herbalist.
Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and is truly an expert at what he does. He has helped me so much, I never thought that my back would feel as great as it does now. I continue to see him to prevent any future injuries. Thanks Dr. Mike!

After visiting Momentum, they tested and diagnosed my problem area, and found the trouble was primarily in my hips. From there, their prescribed treatment and expert execution helped me feel pain free in no time. They’re all SOOO sweet and it’s so easy to make an appt and/or change an appt. they also have cupping and acupuncture, so that really helps too! They sanitize everything before and after, so you can tell they’re safe!

Everyone from the chiropractors (both Dr. Mike and Dr. Matt), Dr. Lindy, the PT specialists, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always make everyone feel welcome and cared for. The adjustments and PT always make me feel more comfortable and Dr. Lindy is an incredible acupuncturist. She’s incredibly kind and takes the time to genuinely listen and understand the various factors that might be contributing to your need for acupuncture treatment. The entire team here is top rate!

2022-08-17Dr. Mike and his team have helped me find relief from chronic migraines over the years. They are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I’m always welcomed with a friendly greeting and never rushed through the process. Despite there being a lot of patients who are treated at various stations during my appointments, everyone is always super attentive and dedicated to proper treatment every visit. So glad I found them!

2022-04-23I would highly recommend. I started visiting Momentum starting in September 2021 to try to get relief from a major back injury. I’ve had lower back pain and issues over the last 15 years and have seen several chiropractors over the years with mixed results ranging from no relief to temporary improvement. The team at Momentum have gotten me back up and running to where I am having more good days than bad, and the bad days are far more manageable than they used to be. I am still in treatment and optimistic that I will be able to live pain free and without much restriction. Momentum is the most complete chiropractic center I have been to, and they offer various methods of treatment to deal with the individual. Dr. Mike and Dr. Matt perform the adjustments well (I’m a bigger person and they are able to manipulate me fine) and their supporting PT staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy and there is rarely any wait time. Would highly recommend to someone if looking for relief.

He could explain what he recommended and why very easily, I saw improvements very quickly and I even sent my young daughter and sister to him with their complaints. Highly recommend.
