I got a phone confirmation that my files could be printed in the next hour, when I did a follow up call to confirm they received my email they guy told me he was leaving to a different location. These prints were for a funeral wake. I explained that to him on the phone and he still left to the other location. He couldn’t do the order in time for the wake. I had to scramble and get my order printed somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone, go to office max down the road instead!
I have found Jordan to be continually responsive and he has provided an excellent product every time I have placed an order. In every instance he has exceeded my expectations for quality and service.
Very professional and we received our items much sooner than expected.

2020-03-18Working with Jen from Minuteman has been a smooth process. I had business cards, brochures, and contracts designed and printed and it all looks great! I am extremely satisfied with their communication & effort they place into their work. Prices are reasonable as well. I have been doing business with Minuteman for 2 years now and will continue on using their services! Thanks Jen & Minutemen team!

2021-07-09Jen was/is AWESOME and super helpful! However, the owner Dan was quite rude, clearly was/is uneducated and inexperienced. Being an owner of a printing company, you would expect better service, communication and follow through. If I were to take a guess as to why/how this location is still operating, I would confidentially say it is because of Jen.

2018-09-28Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past BUT not at Minuteman Press. Besides excellent Quality and Customer Service, Jordan always goes above and beyond. His ability to delight the customer cannot be measured. Keep up the GREAT work it is greatly appreciated!!!!

2018-10-02Thanks to minuteman for the beautiful booklets for our wedding! I had used Minuteman for work, so their prices and quality made it an easy decision for this personal project! Would definitely recommend! And thanks to Jordan for working with us to get it printed and picked up on time!

2020-12-23I emailed Minuteman artwork for our invoices, packing slips, applications and flyers. They beat out four local printers, including a larger printing company. Wish Id done this years ago, Id have saved thousands$ Of course, they are lowering prices to get more business, because of Covid.

2018-09-27Jordan is great to work with. Hes very customer focused and gets orders done quickly, sometimes even ahead of schedule. We have always been very pleased with quality of products as well.

He and the MMP team help you think through materials, options, and timelines thoroughly so you both feel like the projects are successful in the end.
