Scheduling isnt ever accurate here. You will typically wait even if you have an appointment, and then they often rush to get you in and out. Now they just canceled my scheduled appointment two and a half hours before the appointment time via text, then sent a broken link to reschedule. Dont waste your time here.

Great bedside manner… NP Fabis and her assistant were very sweet and patient with my 2 year old. Highly recommend!

Ive been coming to this office for around 20 years. This used to be a good doctors office, but it no longer is. All of the good doctors, who care about patients first, have left this practice. Now, its all about money, money, money. DMG is huge, so its convenient, but you can definitely find doctors elsewhere who will take better care of you and your family. Such a shame.

Brought my 6 year old in on a Sunday when she was complaining of ear pain. We were seen, her examined, and out with her prescription within an hour! Nurse practitioner was very friendly and caring. Best part is they take my insurance! I will definitely keep them in mind whenever I cant get in to my regular physician, for myself or my children!

I came in to get the wax flushed out of my ears. Not only did the Nurse Practitioner delay her lunch to see me, see was extremely kind and pleasant. The entire visit as a new patient was only $89, which to me is unbelievable for this level of service. I am an Optometrist, and very few if any discount chain-type places in my profession offer this level of service and professionalism at this price point.

Ive been to the clinic a couple of times with upper respiratory infections. The staff has been extremely efficient and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the CVS Minute Clinic, especially for colds and that sort of thing.

I went in during the week while my parents were out of town to get my sports physical for the up coming football and wrestling seasons. Ive had good experiences in the past and when i have the sign in machine had said that i could come in with a signed letter from my parents. When i got there on saturday i wait inline for about an hour before the nurse finally came out. I gave her the form and the letter and she said she could not do my physical. So I came back today with my father. He left me waiting so he could pick up a few items. When he was gone the nurse came out and said she was leaving for lunch. I sighed said that all of this was pissing me off got up and left. Then we came back when she got back from her lunch. The first thing she said when we walked in is I would like to let you know your son was very rude to me today. He was raising his voice and being downright rude. This annoyed me very much. I have a history with loosing my temper with people who lie and are rude to me knew things were not going to end well for me if I continued with this visit. So I asked her if it was to late for me to walk away. She said no I can refuse service if I want to so thats what im going to do because this is verbal abuse. I have had good experiences in the past with some of the other doctors but they do not make up for all of this.

USELESS CLINIC..SPENT 10 MINS ON PHONE JUST TO REACH ACTUAL DEPARTMENT AND AFTER THAT..ITS VOICE MAIL WHAT A USELESS CLINICIS THIS??
