This is the second time I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle. I was told to pick up my order at 7:10 and I didnt have my order until 7:30. If you are planning to get food here, you might want to bring a pillow and blanket because you will have plenty of time to take a nap while you wait. Needless to say, my food was again ice cold. I have been to this location twice and both have been terrible experiences. Im not going back. I will go to Chipotle by my office downtown instead where the employees arent laughing and playing around while twenty customers are waiting for food.
Orders never are ready on time, I once ordered ahead and still waited over ten minutes in store. Another time it was delivered over an hour late. Just got it again with double meat delivery and it was the saddest bowl with half the amount of food they normally give. Also cold. Absolutely would never order from here again but it’s the only one that delivers to my work.
Save your time and money, this location is terrible. Workers only refill food after it runs out, doesn’t matter how long it’s been sitting. Me and my friend got extremely sick after eating meat that was probably sitting out for more than 4 hours at least. We were gonna add queso blanco & chips to our order but the dip looked nearly hardened that’s how long it sat out for. I’ll only give 2 stars because the lady who helped us with our order was helpful and sweet
This is the absolute worst Chipotle. I gotten food here several times and they always managed to miss a bag of chips, or the guacamole is completely brown. Tonight was the worst, they ran out of bowls so they put out food in the tinfoil tops which doesnt hold as much food as a bowl does. Also, they didnt give us the chips we ordered and the guacamole was brown. Dont ever go to this location.
Okay SO I placed an online order via their website for pickup at 8:50pm. I arrive on time, and all doors are locked. The restaurant staff looked at me, and acknowledge my presence, but made no move to open the door. Not only do they close at 10:00pm, but there were a few customers inside too, so I was just really confused. I tried calling, but immediately got an automated message that stated, “our restaurant staff is unable to take your call”. After 10 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, a dine-in customer finally opened the door for me. I go in, find my order on the shelf, head back to my car, and go home. However, upon opening my order, my burrito bowl was missing half of its toppings, was drenched in an insane amount of sour cream, AND my large chips and queso were missing. I went out of my way to drive back to the restaurant. Upon entering, a staff member said, “something was wrong with your order, right?” that statement alone means you knew my order was wrong, and still put it out on the shelf for me to grab. No apologies were made whatsoever, and I was told I had to call corporate for a refund, they could not do it in-store. So now I’m out $20 for a meal that went in the garbage until I can manage to get ahold of their corporate office. Horrible experience. Ruined my night honestly, after a long day at work. Will not be returning to this location in the future.
Honestly this place has gone downhill over the past few years. They are really skimpy with the ingredients even when you pay extra for their extra topping. I recently walked in cause I thought to myself man I havent eaten here in years. The moment I saw the bowl they served the customer in front of me, I walked right out, instantly I remembered why I havent eaten there. Then drove right over to canes chicken lol.
Stopped here after work at 8:25pm on 7/8/22 with a coworker, we were the only customers there at the time. We walked up to register and I said to the young lady hi, how are you doing, she ignored me and continued cleaning behind the counter. As we stood there for about 3m she started making another order I believe a delivery. Not once did she or any of the other 3 employees say, be right with you or acknowledge us at all. After about 7m she walked over and said what can I get you, I can see she was in a bad mood. We ordered bowls and she literally tossed it in there like slop. When it was time to ring us up she put the bowls by the register and walked towards the back. She called another young lady to ring us up and that young lady did not want to so she asked one of the the young men to do so and he said no. So she eventually came up and let us pay. Worst Chipotle I been to, some of the worst customer service I ever had.
I, still hungry and frustrated after trying to get Pollo Asada bowl. I waited in line and when i got to the front i was told it would be 15 minutes to make teh chicken. I said ok, i went to the car and came back 15 minutes later, waited in line another 5 minutes and when i got to the front this time i was told it would be another few minutes. I said ,ok because I could see the cook taking the chicken off the grill. I get to teh back of the line and once i get the front (5-8 mns later) i was told another 5 mintues. This now makes the 3rd time theyve made the cook aware that Pollo Asada is needed. I said ok again and as Im sitting there waiting i see teh cook clean off the area and start cutting beef. I could not believe my eyes so i asked if that was beef. No one answered so I politely ask the chef to please make the pollo asada because i have to go and Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes now. He stops cutting the beef and cleaned the area. However he starts doing any and everything but cutting the meat. I just decided to walk out because I had a meeting to be to in 5 minutes and I was so frustrated I knew it was best for me to leave and never subject myself to this type of treatment again.
Chipotle, whats up with this location and online order only? Been like this practically all summer! As I sit here five customers walked out as other people and I tell them that its online order only. Yall need to hire more help! Or your manager needs to step up their staffing at the proper time... like dinner!
Absolutely the worst service ever took over an hour to get a burrito bowl for a customer . Then they told me there was an additional 10 minute wait for the chips they ordered . Then came back and said they were not making any chips.An hour plus wait and they couldnt complete a simple order like this one. Place was completely jam packed . Absolutely a fire code hazard not to mention NO social distancing to speak of whatsoever . No offer at all to compensate customers or delivery people. Sad ! Watched a young man preparing an order for a steak burrito put 3 ( three ) small pieces of steak in a burrito and roll it up ! Absolute disgrace !
No matter what, if you place an order on the app, these guys are for sure gonna forget something. They forgot I even placed an order. 2 hours later I come in and they claim to have never gotten my order even though I showed my confirmation number. So I ask if I can still get my order and the manager said I have to pay again. So apparently chipotle just lets anyone with a pulse work for them.
I havent been to a worse Chipotle. Every time, and I mean EVERY time, we order online the food is always at least 30 minutes late for pickup. Because of this, today we decided to wait in line. There for 40 minutes with only 4 people in front of us in line. The line for pickup orders was over 10 people long and pickup customers were demanding refunds. One of the customers that ordered through the app was scolded by a staff member for not having her purchase credit card on her when asking for a refund after sitting there for over an hour waiting for her food. Once we got to the counter, we realized 3 out of the 5 workers were literally doing nothing but standing around and talking. This Chipotle location continues to have problems that are blatantly worsening because the company refuses to address the issues there.TL;DR: This Chipotle location is trash. Youll wait over an hour for poorly prepared food. Go to another location if close enough or eat elsewhere.
Online order was late in the first place, then when the prepper handed my bag over I was told they didnt have queso blanco which prompted me to request a refund. The response to this was for me to go to the app and explain what happened and make the refund request; so as Im shaking my head walking out the door the cashier yells Sir! Were getting the queso ready right now. So I waited, not realizing it would take yet another 10-15 minutes to heat up some cheese. So at the end of it all, my order was at least 20 minutes late to pick up.
Theyll charge $15.70 for a burrito bowl, but theyll be out of half the sides you want for the overpriced fast food. Today they were out of brown rice, black beans, pinto beans, roasted chili corn salsa, and Im sure other items. I wouldve walked out midway through the order, but I needed to bring something home for my wife who is with our fussy 7 day old newborn baby.
Ive been to this location 3 times and each time I was disappointed this time my food was half portion for everything they close at 10 it was 3 oclock and they said they were not making anymore fajitas Get a 1/2 portion Of guacamole at full charge All in all bad portions bad food and bad service ! I will be going to the Chipotle on 87th and Harlem from now on only!!
The employees at this location are great, but whenever I order my food for delivery service, the order is always skimpy despite my extra toppings request. In the past I never complained, but today I drove to the location and requested my order to be remade. There were no problems with my request and the employees were polite and understanding of my annoyance. I suggest you always go there in-person and order.
So good! Veggie salad bowl. I had my own chips at home so I used it with for a little crunch. The people had great customer service and a young lady who was leaving out helped get me more chipotle sauce that they had ran out even wen she was not on the clock. Thanks so much.!
Would give this chipotle 0 stars if i could. Ive been going here for years and a very loyal customer. But never again after today! I online ordered and waited 45 minutes for my order to be ready (yes 45), before i finally went up and asked for a refund. Leaving with no food and lots of attitude from the worker. About 12 customers walked in and out with their food while i sat there and waited, along with many other angry online order customers. Terrible service, and this isnt the first time lately. Management had to of changed here.
My online order was supposed to be ready at 7:30, got there at 7:35 and still waited for 20 minutes for it. People who arrived to place on the spot orders were in and out faster than my order was ready. There were people waiting for mobile orders even longer than I was. The bowl was HALF full. I’m not even exaggerating, it was messy and there was barely anything in the container. I watched the girl on the in cafe line make heaping portions. Not only did I have to wait twice as long I got half as much. I wish I had read all the one star reviews before I placed my order, I would have gone to a different location.
This place is horrible they have the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. They completely messed up my online order I asked to speak to the manager they told me she was to busy closing the store to speak to me. If you guys want to stay open treat your customers better
If I could give this location a 0 I would. They are the slowest location ever and have the worst food. You’re forced to order online even though there’s a full staff of people staring at you while 1 person is fulfilling an entire cafe full of people who ordered online. Over 45 minutes to make 3 tacos is ridiculous. The management of this location is awful. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this place. Save your time and go to literally ANY other chipotle.
Decided to go to chipotle today and I order my food online and went to the Cicero location to pick up my food and I went home to eat my food I had the burrito bowl and my boyfriend had the burrito. My burrito bowl was spilled to its side im assuming someone drop our order when they were putting it on the pickup rack my top to my bowl had dent so when I opened my bowl it was just a mess and my rice was hard like not fully cooked rice and the lettuce chipotle put on my burrito bowl was all old it was brown and soggy and chipotle put very little of my barracuda meat in my bowl so it was like a rice (hard not fully cooked rice ) bowl with soggy old lettuce. I will not be returning back to chipotle ever again. 🤮
The steak is cold. Everytime. 3 out of every 4 online orders are either missing food or late. When I bring these things to their attention they dont seem to care. No remorse whatsoever. No regrets. Not a care in the world. Most of my bad experiences are with ordering online. Im there in line and watch them make the burrito I end up with a bigger burrito than I did ordering online. The chips are always iffy. I gave them one more chance and got a bag of soggy chips. No one wants soggy chips.
One of my favorite places to dine, especially if you are doing a keto diet. Please skip the tortilla Chips and both white/brown rice. This will kick you out of ketosis. By all means, load up with the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, guacamole, steak, chicken and sour creme and grilled peppers. Occasionally, I get a couple of tablespoon of the roasted corn. It enhances the texture and flavor.
Horrible service, slow staff, small portions, sloppy work areas.Ordered 40 minutes prior to pick up time arrived at restaurant food not ready and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a sloppy half filled bowl. The person preparing online orders was just running in circles making orders with minimal ingredients. Instead of refilling his station to properly make the orders..
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every other time I go they are only taking online orders, but will let people in the building? Makes no sense. I will never step foot in this location again, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get ONE burrito bowl. Now you get charged for sides or tortillas, each one. You can’t order quesadilla in store now, you can only order them online. There was no chips, low on everything in the store. there was also at least 10 people waiting for there pickup orders.
UPDATE - After reaching out to corporate they were VERY understanding and apologetic!! They understood the whole point of ordering online was to AVOID THE WAIT!! Not only did I get 3 free meals but the entire Management Team would be notified. I asked for her name and she said Eureka? When I asked for HER Manager, once again she responded - she was the Manager. I told her there has to be someone above you, but she said there wasnt. I find that hard to believe as EVERYONE Reports to someone. I’ve been in Corporate America a long time to know that we all report to someone. She made it clear she was not going to provide me with anyone’s name who had more Authority than her.After a 12-hour work-day, I placed an order online for 1 Barbacoa Bowl. The pick-up time was for 6:10pm. There was no indication upon placing the order to expect extensive delays. I did not leave with my meal until 6:40pm. A 30 minute wait may not seem like a big deal, but my time is valuable. Not to mention standing for 30 minutes with back pain and a soar arm after getting my flu shot was no fun.While waiting, myself along with other Customers who had also placed & paid for their orders online began noticing that walk-in Customers (who had not placed their order Online) were able to walk up to the counter after a brief wait in line... place their order... and walk out with orders in hand... meanwhile... those who had placed their orders some as early as 5:30 pm (per my conversation with others) were STILL waiting!I finally approached a Customer getting ready to place his order and asked if I could ask a question to the Woman behind the Counter (Eureka - the Manager).. He had no issues. When I asked why are there such extensive delays and why were those walking in getting their orders before those who have ordered online? Her response was There not. Im taking one order at a time. I told her Yes, they are... we all have been watching and discussing it and all agree that those coming in off the street are getting served first. She again disputed what I was saying. Thats when I asked for her Manager, and she said she was the Manager and there was no one else I could speak to.I understand there may have been a staffing issue. They may have been short. However, why continue to take money from paying Customers when they cant keep their end of the deal. To me thats very unfair, and is a form of fraud. Had I known the true state of this Chipotle I would have taken my money elsewhere.This experience ruined my entire evening. I never got an Im sorry... can I offer you chips and guac on me as a token of my appreciation for your wait. ... or better yet.. Your meal is on me due to your wait. Nothing - but I could care less attitude.Although the damage is done, I would hope to hear something from Corporate on this matter.
I usually order online but this location is always busy. I had two incidents recently that’s making me write this review. Food quality is better and fresh but the wait is long. I literally had to go to the counter and ask for my food. This time my food was on time but literally 3 pieces of chicken was in it. The rest was the crusty edges .
I can’t even count on one hand the amount of times this location has messed up my mobile order. One time I had drive back 3 times because they kept making my bowl wrong. And what’s with chipotle not offering anything for their mistakes. You don’t even get a I’m sorry half the time. A free drink or anything would be nice especially when you have to get back in the car and go back over there. They’re not training their employees well or something because your mobile order has a 80% chance of being incorrect. A freaking shame. I’m no longer going here.
Was here at the end of March and was mostly happy with the service - 4/5 stars. We were able to order inside as well.Today, however was a very different story. I’d put 1/5 stars for today, but because last time was better I’ll give it 3 today. Today, with the online ordering, my husband does not have lettuce or pico, and it’s the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen from a Chipotle. We’ve never been hungry after eating at Chipotle, and today we are. You know the store has missed its mark if you’re still hungry after one of their typically awesome burritos. The burritos are poorly wrapped despite how empty they are. Very disappointed in today’s experience. It appeared both employees making food were new and clearly not trained well.
Smaller portions than previously. Steak was very fatty. Had to throw out half of it. Slow service. No one in line social distancing. When I was telling them what I want on my burrito, the person in back of me was so close, she kept hitting my arm. Online ordering was down. I was disappointed with this visit.
20min in line and they ran out of food, they refused to get stake from the online order station or from the girl who was cutting it up fresh. They make there own wait. Very slow, you spend your entire lunch waiting in line and when your time to order, they are out of meat, or they tell you that they are only taking credit cards, or there pop machine is down. Many bad experiences at this location!
I frequent Chipotle and this is by far the worst Chipotle… as a matter of fact, it’s the worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. There is ALWAYS an issue one way or another. You use the app to order your food for pick up and it is NEVER ready when it says it would be. Ok. Not the end of the world. Apply another 15-20 minutes from when you’re suppose to go and pick up it up and guess what, it still won’t be ready. Can’t wait any longer, guess what, they can’t give you a refund without jumping through hoops. If it’s not your prepaid order not being ready, it’s the credit card machine being down. If it’s not stale chips, it’s we ran outta chicken, steak, rice, food. You will have better luck getting ice cream from McDonald’s than having all the components of a fire bowl ready to serve. If you are not hungry and looking for the ultimate waste of time, place your order here.
Placed an order for pickup and got there on time and when I got home the tacos were ice cold………I mean not even tepid they were actually cold like not sure when they were made or the steak used was cooked! I paid almost $14 for 3 tacos! I am not working and when I eat out which isn’t that often right now I expect good food! This order was totally unacceptable
1st - waiting for almost an hour from the time I got in the door to the counter is unacceptable. 2nd - you should have the bags of chips prepped and on the side to put the order together quicker like Ive seen at other locations 3rd - someone should take charge to make workers hustle instead of having their heads in the clouds. Poor management!!!
Where to start - first, the front doors were locked at 7pm with no sign explaining why. We learned that a single side door was open. Second, as we walked in, we were told were only taking online orders. Why couldnt you put a sign up out front then? We proceeded to order online. Third, our order was 15min passed the estimated pickup time. And then, fourth, once we get home, the food is absolutely COLD.DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE.
Absolutely horrendous experience with ordering online. We ordered at 550pm for a pick-up at 610pm which wasnt even the fastest pick-up time. We arrived just after the pick-up time and still had to wait another 30 minutes for our food to be ready. They seemed to have no sense of urgency whatsoever in completing the online orders for people picking up.
Friendly staff, food is done right! I always come here for a quick lunch. Unfortunately lately, staffing issues have caused long lines, unavailable food items. Also you never know if you have to order online until you enter the store. People who are on a time crunch for lunch better just order online.
I wish an option of no stars was available. I’ve been coming to this particular location over ten years and I have never been so disappointed. I don’t know if they’re hiring people who don’t want to work there or if they need to let some people go. My burrito bowl had rice that still has uncooked hard pieces, I asked for medium sauce and wasn’t there, asked for mild sauce and had 3 small tomatoes, I asked for extra steak and got under cooked chicken. I asked for 3 hard shell tacos and only got 1 taco that was made sloppy. Everybody stop going to chipotle. I’ve been to 3 locations and they are very poor. Qdoba is where it’s at.
0 stars!! The absolute worst location ever. Waited over an hour for my food and when I asked for a refund the employees had nothing but attitude! I wasn’t the only one frustrated waiting over an hour long for my food there was plenty others! Never coming back again not even an apology for the wait and there was employees standing there doing nothing worst experience ever
Ive come to understand the sometimes the staff can be swamped with orders and they are trying their best. If they mess something up they will be accountable and I appreciate that. They are doing a great job and bringing us delicious and affordable meals. Burrito bowl for life!
Ordered on line for a pick up , went in to grab my order bag was clearly marked with my name upon returning to work with my lunch purchase found that this wasn’t my order, called and reported that I received the wrong order and since they have a delivery service can they send it out ( only a few blocks ) and I was told no , I was told that I’d get a full refund in approximately 3 to 5 business days. I’m upset about this, I should not have to run back , which I can’t because I’m working, and since they have a delivery service I should have been able to receive my correct order. Poor management. So this entire experience was a waste of my time and wasted food . Won’t be back .
Ordered food for delivery on chipotle’s app. We ordered two chicken quesadillas with a side of rice and beans for both, also ordered a chicken bowl and a large order of chips. Our order finally came and to our disappointment there were no sides with the quesadillas the chicken bowl had sofritas and we got an extra small bag of chips. I called the store and their response was come to the store for your food. I ordered delivery for a reason. I was then put on hold so I can speak with a manger, when they got back on the phone their response was call the 1-800 for a refund. Thomas the manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. I understand mistakes happen but when your manager won’t even talk to a customer that’s bad business. I’m sure they don’t care and life will go on but I will be getting ahold of corporate to make sure they well aware of their managers customer service skills or lack of.
Maybe its me. Been coming here for over a year. Now, Im told that I couldnt place an order for takeout without using their o/l app. I almost did, but it suddenly dawned on me how ludicrous it appeared to be loading personal info to an app while standing in the place surrounded by all kinds of prying eyes, and in 4G, too? I think not. Not wise. Aint no Ai burrito worth that risk. Stupid is what stupid tries to convince you to do. Good-bye.
Closed. Only online order pickups... Scanner didnt work for rewards on last visit so I couldnt use free meal or scan my receipt. Now after app update lost my free meal and cannot add receipt..Saw 15 people in the 3 minutes i was here typing this up walk away.. This place is losing business and going downhill. No way to treat their customers!UPDATE - 1 month since first email, 1 week since 2nd email to customer service and no response! Chiptole is giving a bad taste and not the company they used to be..
Terrible service- rude employees. We were not satisfied with the cashier- we simply said that we probably wont be returning, and the lady said straight back to us Thats okay, next customer!.Not only that they are charging for everything extra. I couldnt believe $27.00 for a burrito and 2 tacos!!! No drinks or chips.Not going back to over pay and get rude people!
THE WORST. CHIPOTLE LOCATION EVER. There is ALWAYS an issue. If you ever decide to order here, make sure you pack an additional lunch because you’ll be waiting in line FOREVER. The lines are long and always backed up. They never have enough staff. The people who are working ignore the lines and don’t help get customers in and out quickly. Food tastes fresher at other locations. Whenever you place and online order ITS NEVER READY at the schedule time. Last time I visited the pop machine was out. They had people in lines wrapped out the door waiting for online orders that were placed IN ADVANCE. Today I walked in to try to get food and they were only taking online orders. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They honestly should close this location. A complete embarrassment to the company.
I find it absolutely outrageous that they would not take my order when I walked in the restaurant! I’m tired of these outrageous self-imposed COVID-19 rules!!! At the height of the pandemic they were letting people come in to place their orders now they think they’re going to make everybody use their app? You can go to hell I will never spend another dime at your restaurant
This location is only doing online orders.I got a burrito bowl. Literally half of the bowl is missing the only field one side I didn’t check it until I got home but this is unacceptable. This is a rip off I’ll never return. I wish I could post a picture but it won’t let me
Huge fan of Chipotle but this location is consistently horrible. Food is ALWAYS cold, they have gotten my order wrong several times, and I always have to wait an extra 10-15 min for my pickup orders. I typically order barbacoa and on several occasions they have given me huge chunks of meat that are 90% fat, disgusting.
Good location. Staff is quick and accurate and friendly! There was a young girl as the lead on the line and she was totally in control of her team. Everything was well stocked and delicious as always. Very clean too! A pretty busy location too, or at least it was when I went, but they kept that line moving! Essentially no wait and awesome service!
I would not recommend this Chipotle. I ate here and got sick. Chipotle did nothing to remedy the issue. Store manager Alexis is unprofessional and has no care or concern for customers along with Raina at the corporate office. Not worth your money during a pandemic. Eat where you are appreciated.
I ordered a barbacoa bowl to go, i wanted it with green salsa, barbacoa, lettuce, and cheese. When I got home, I opened the bowl, and it had Chicken, salsa roja, and no lettuce or cheese. My point of this review is that they over charged me for something I didn’t order and what if I happened to be allergic. I’m very disappointed that I called multiple times to resolve this issue, but they hung up on me and never answered again. I hope y’all learn from this experience and improve your customer service skills.
Came to get a order to go and it was closed at 9:15 on May 19, 2021 when clearly it says they close at 10:00PM.Workers saw me at the door and ignored me and when I called to make sure the timing on the door was not correct they also ignored the call.From my previous experience working in the food industry if your sign says CLOSE AT 10PM you close the door at 10PM and stop serving at 10PM.
Not happy with my visit today ordered a bowl and the person preparing it seemed to not know serving portions and smacked her lips when asking for a little more to make it an actual portion. As a former employee of the company I was very upset when I had to ask for more of anything. The bowl was not even a quarter of the way full couldnt even make a regular burrito with the amount of servings given out you could maybe get a small quesadilla made. I will be going to another location from now on. also the bag of chips I received where more small broken chips that any how and I supposed to scoop out of my bowl when the chip is the size of a quarter please fix these very easy thing to keep the great name of Chipotle going
Very clean, prompt service, friendly staff. Due to covid. Dining room is closed but patio is open. They do deliver from online orders thru dining apps. Best dip queso blanco with chips. Best meal for me burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, corn, medium salsa , chicken and steak , with sour cream , cheese , and graucamole no lettuce. Best drink. First of all 😂I just stood outside in 20 degree weather for 30 minutes because not only was my order not done when it said it’d be but they had NO ONE in the restaurant because of COVID. I understand social distancing but you can social distance inside. My hands are purple and when they finally gave me the order it was wrong😂😂😂😂
I was on the phone and stepped away from counter until I was done. The girl working there was put out when I did this. I thought it was better than holding up the line. I guess the customer is not always right. Not in a hurry to go back when much better real mexican restaurants around here.
I absolutely love Chipotle (like everyone else 😉) but tonights trip was extra special. I have a serious avocado allergy so when I order I always ask the employees to change their gloves for me. Tonight I had the pleasure to order from Taylor. Not only did she wash her hands, she made sure she was food safe all the way through the line and even pulled cheese from the back fridge to make sure nothing was contaminated. Beyond that she was incredibly sweet about it all and didnt make me feel like a nuisance. Having a food allergy can make ordering at restaurants scary and frustrating but Taylor made me feel welcome and valued. Thanks girl!!
Ok so its close to home (finally) and the employees are all new, meaning they didnt transplant employees from other Chipotles. So I am giving these new workers a month to get used to the new job and perfect their skills. That said, I am basing my review off of the service that they rendered, not the food (which I thought was fine by the way, the brown rice always has a few difficult pieces). Anyways, the employees were all friendly and smiley and understanding of what I wanted because I forgot the names of some things (like the amazing roasted vegetables). They were quick to get the food packed up and all of them said goodbye when I left. This is the most important part of the Chipotle experience in my opinion, their skills will get better with time.
Terrible store- slow service, difficult parking, staff are not at all organized. Half the food I get for delivery is cold, half the time its late because tickets sit on the counter instead of getting made. Plenty of other places to get a burrito, a few good ones nearby. Im ditching this store permanently.
I have visited this location three time in the last week. I have had a good experience up until today 4/30/2017 at about 2:00p. I was ordering a vegeterian bowl with pinto beans. The guy that took my order was not the nicest person at all. I noticed the pinto beans were very dry like they had not been stirred in awhile. I then asked the guy if they had anymore beans because those like dry and old. He gave me an evil stare as if I said something wrong. Then after starring for a while he said no this is all we have. The lady at the register name was Lisa, she immediately came over and said yes sure we have more bean. Lisa then took a couple steps over grabbed another pan of beans and told the guy here serve her these beans. After dealing with him I said I was not going to buy nothing else from this location, but after Lisa stepped in and provided such great customer service I will be returning back here again. Thanks Lisa for going above and beyond to make sure your customers are satisfied.
Walked in ordered a burrito no biggie the girl puts the shell down rice on beans on meat on walks away for 10 mins then some other girl walks up to finish it I said its just been sitting there for ten mins its probably cold she said no it hasnt its fine I just left dont go here.
Food charges are different from downtown. They charge you for guacamole in your bowl. Felt a little hint of racism-the girl started cleaning all around us & mopped us in, so we had to get out. They didnt tell us, when we sat down to eat that they were closing at 3 due the 4th of July, but yet allowed another group to remain & did not mop them in. GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTLE-WE DONT HAVE TO BE MISTREATED WHERE WE SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
Was there recently brought a bowel this was rhe first time in years in my last time. Corn has changed meat looks buried. You have to order extra meat to appear you have a full bowel. They have changed the portions and the prices has gone up. To be fair a lot of these fast food places prices have gone up. I willnt be back.
I think some of these other reviews are unfair. Ive been here a total of 4 times, 3 times within the past two weeks and have been coming here because I was given a gift card. This location has opened a couple of years back and I am right now enjoying a burrito from there. Sounds like some yelpers here only went there once or twice and/or have caught them on bad days. They could have been busier than usual. It happens. Have we all not had heavy days of chores? Perhaps they have a bias in comparison to other places. Like they know someone in another Chipotle they frequent who plays favorites and caters to specific customers i.e. them. But this is just speculation. I purposely waited until I visited this place multiple times at various times of the day to make valid judgments and post on here. Im a stickler about being fair and I feel some of these reviews are too harsh and exaggerated.1) It seems others have this grandiose expectation of restaurants to be automatically clean all the time. Each time I went there, I actually checked to confirm these claims on here. I went late morning, afternoon, and near closing time. I have not seen any dirty tables and if a spot was missed, it wasnt like a landfill. Simple oversight. To spot a piece of meat between seat crevices and what not suggests you are an overly critical individual who is a perfectionist. Perhaps you have bad-timing and caught some patrons leaving the tables as you came in so the window to clean the area is short. Again, this is a restaurant. They can even miss things in an OR. The people who work there are only human. They do their jobs as best as they can. Thats like expecting doctors to cure cancer all the time. This observation is unfair.2) The chicken is grilled so its going to have some char. Its grilled chicken. It didnt taste burnt though. Some may have more sensitive or picky palates. The brown rice is actually delicious. Im usually apprehensive of ordering brown over white, but the burritos flavor wasnt really impacted negatively by it.3) The staff can be shy but they are friendly and obliging. The last visit, they loaded up my burrito with so much meat because one person made it for me. This visit, they didnt put enough because a different person prepared my food. So I asked for some more meat and cheese and they didnt try to Quiznos me and charge extra. They were happy to do it. Speak up and offer a little guidance. Youre literally right there in front of the sneeze-guard watching them put it together.4) Im not really a drinker but I do like the fact that they have alcohol and sparkling juices there. Not many fast food joints do that.5) I like that the meat doesnt have too much fat or cartilage on it. Usually, when I get a burrito from a ma and pa place, I expect to bite into something rubbery. Had that few times with other fast food joints. Not a single time did I experience that. I also like that the meat is cubed. I dont particularly enjoy the texture of pulled meat which they did offer in pork and beef. They also mixed and matched my meat. I like to order half chicken and half cubed steak which is the spiciest meat in their selection.6) Theyre open decently late, 10:00 PM at this location. Thats good for someone like me who can only snack but then get major hunger pangs later in the evening.7) The interior of this place was decent. They have large pane windows that actually gives you a clear view of the scenery in the lot. I like that I can sit there with lots of natural light entering as well as being able to observe my vehicle. Ceiling was tall enough too.8) My only gripe isnt the place itself but the fact Chipotle in general doesnt have more variety on their menu. For example, the chorizo is pork which I feel alienates kosher customers since I know for a fact that there is soy and beef chorizos. The sofritas (tofu) can go well with soy chorizos. No ground beef either. Hence why I only gave them 4 stars. Aside from that, the food actually fills me and keeps me content. Its quick to make when Im on the go.
The service was great people were friendly and pleasant. Food on the other hand was not, the chicken had been misc with chicken that was burned that cause it all to taste burned. We ate around it because we were OK with taking it out but I did mentions it to the lady up front and she thanked me for the information. I really hope they stopped serving it and refresh the staff on what is cooked and what is burned.
The guy who made my bowl gave me the smallest scoops of everything I ordered for my meal. They ran out of cheese and when I asked him for cheese I was assuming hed grab another container of it. Nope.... Dude literally scraped it out of the container. It was all the dusting of cheese that was left over.
Chipotles are really good at diversifying their ingredient pallette, which is why I was turned on to the franchise to begin with. My experience here was not pleasant whatsoever. Theyve had a problem of providing Thin, Barely Cooked tortillas whether youre ordering tacos or burritos, and that is a feature existent across all chained Chipotles; Thats why I shouldnt be surprised my burrito tortilla broke before it was even handed to me. Such a simple problem, yet its recurring, and thats why I wont be returning Chipotles anywhere even if was paid to. I have much more to say, but Im honestly tired of incessant disappointment. The hype was cool while it lasted, but I doubt itll last for long
I absolutely love Chipotles its the best food thats both fast and healthy and to tast good as well .... What can you say. Now for my HUGE COMPLAINT the workers act like asking for extra that you are taking food off their kids table. Give me what I ask for I dont mind paying the extra I just want a decent bowl.
This is not a review of this particular store, but of Chipotle in general. I find the food incredibly bland and the meats more grisly than they should be. I suppose I should stick to the guacamole or a quesadilla. I mean, how can you mess up a quesadilla? Hmmm....Chipotle may know how, actually.
I just never cared for the good here to me it jist tastes too inauthentic i would recommend avoiding this place and going to one of the many authentic family owned and operated Mexican restaurants right down the street from here on 111th st there is a el gallo tapatio they have pretty decent Mexican food inwould recommend going there instead.
So this chipotle had a line outside a total of 3 people at the time I was the 3rd and I waited 15min before a 4th person came and we continued to wait and the lady that was taking orders AND ITS ONLY HER Finally came out and looked passed me and took the ladies order that came after me WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING AT THIS LOCATION I can say I will never go back I would give zero stars if that was a option

2022-07-09This is the second time this has happened to me at this location unfortunately. I DoorDashed this so I could not physically watch the food being made. With that being said, I ordered double chicken, and from the looks of it both times I received MAYBE one half serving of chicken. This is one ladle spoons worth. It it $3.55 extra to order extra chicken. On top of ordering extra chicken and receiving less than a normal portion, I have dietary needs in mind that need to be met when I order double. I like to give the benefit of doubt to people, but this has happened twice now with the same result. I would never order from this location unless you can physically watch them make your food.

2022-06-13This location is horrible and careless. I order online for convenience and always end up with something I didn’t want. They also dont pick up the phone either which doesn’t help. Tonight my husband wanted tacos which the receipt clearly shows what we ordered but once we got home we saw it was a bowl. It’s pretty hard to mess up a simple taco order. Do better chipotle.

2022-07-07Terrible customer service. They were short on a bunch of ingredients. Beans were being scooped as if there’s nothing left. Everything was poured into the bowl as if they had to save some for the next costumer. When I asked them to add more they charged me double for the items.Definitely not worth the 20 bucks I paid for a bowl that usually costs 11 for the same amount of ingredients. When I asked she kept repeating to me “this is 4 ounces” as if she was measuring after grabbing and tossing the food in the bowl.

2022-02-09First off the girl who was taking mine and my moms order behind the counter was not very people friendly and she didnt seem like she wanted to help us with figuring out what to get since we had never eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill before and we were lost. I am not pleased with the service that we received. The food was good but a bit pricey.

2022-04-10By far my best burrito bowl from a Chipotle in a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection in the bowl, was warm and tasty. The two guys taking our order were very polite. However, I would agree with the prior review that the person taking our money was not very friendly. All in all, a great experience. I only wish it was closer to my house

2022-01-19This location consistently gets overwhelmed and goes into “online order only mode. I’ve ordered online here many many times and they mess it up and are late to get the order out. Rice is always undercooked and crunchy. Online order bowls are ALWAYS half filled!! They never give you all the ingredients you pay for.Tonight I ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole (an extra $2.50 now) and corn salsa and fajita veggies and NONE OF THOSE INGREDIENTS MADE IT TO THE BOWL. There were probably ten employees back there. It’s already taking an extra 20 minutes to fill an online order, they can’t take 30 seconds to make sure they’re doing it right? I did not go back because there were about 20 customers sitting there and I didn’t want to wait even longer to eat. One employee said they are no longer taking walk in orders since they had 35 (!!!!) online ones to fill.Online customer service is quick to respond and offered me a free entree reward as well as promised they’d follow up with this location regarding their lack of attention to orders.Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

2022-05-17I give them a 5 at sucking at their job. Horrible place! The guy that took care of me and my family was an African American guy with a horrible face expression like if he didn’t want us to be there and he got my order in correct and when I was telling him face to face. I had to repeat myself many time and out of curiosity I didn’t ask him to remake my order again because one he had a long line and two he didn’t make my bowls right! Need better listening skills and better customer service! I didn’t want to make it a big deal but I will give a warning. Save your money and spent it at another place. I don’t recommend this place at all. Not this chipotle. Tho place might as well be shut down at how dirty it is too. They can’t even pack the order right. The kids were open, the salsa on the bowl spill and my burrito didn’t even look like a burrito, it look like a large flour taco. 😂

2022-04-09Never again. Always have problems here. From them being online ordering only, to my gift cards never “working”, to only taking cards no cash, to walking in today and a manager SCOLDING an employee at the tables where customers eat in front of the entire store, to not having chicken ready, to not having veggies ready for another “40 minutes” when it’s a half hour into the start of the day. There were at least 6 people behind the counter you can feel the tension as everyone did their own thing.

2022-04-04Avoid this location!!!! Less then one star!They did not fulfill my order. I order double steak and received less then one serving. I was rudely refused at the door and told to order online. Once ordered online, I had to ask three different times were to pick up my food. Each time I asked, I was rudely told they were closed. During both of the encounters the manager stood the there and did not intervene.

Wrong I was asked to wait while she wiped down the counter for no joke timed it 5 minutes then after making my order there was a line she packs my order and then walks away I’m like “okay I guess someone else will cash me out “(to myself) after another 5 minutes I ask who will be checking me out she responds I will I am just helping this customer - why wouldn’t you just check me out first instead of my food getting soggy do better maybe don’t smoke before your next shift
