Let start by saying Alexis youre the best. Im from out of state and had my phone stolen so I stopped at this store to see what I can do about it. Alexis was so helpful. She gave me all my options I had and help me walk out with a new phone. I usually hate going into metro stores because the people are so rude and dont want to help. Alexis welcomed me and went straight to helping me out. I so appreciate everything you did for me. Thank you!

I came into the 79th and Cicero this morning. Alexis was my sales representative. She waa very helpful, found a great phone for me within my price range, and alson with that, helped me get a phone case and a phone protector.She alao had wonderful music playing, and set a wonderful mood. Such a great experience, one of your employees went above and beyond and made our experience unforgettable. Never have I had someone be so patient and help us step by step and answer all of our questions. She deserves a raise because whoevers owns this metro would be a fool to let this person go. My brother bought a phone two days ago and it still didnt arrive. I spoke to this bread guy and he guaranteed to be here by 8:40 pm today and guess what? it wasnt there. He told me that his manager was like 15-25 mins away. i told him Ill wait and will be back at the store at that time. I literately went next door to subway. And he thought he would be slick and close the store while I was in subway. When I confronted him he said he told us his manager wasnt coming until tomorrow. He said that is what we agreed to. Which of course was a lie. I have never had an experience like this before and tomorrow Im going to get that refund and those headphones he promised.
New management is great and so helpful. Metro has really turned it around! I recommend this store for all your cellphone needs and will definitely visit again.

Dont ever buy any accessories from Metro PCS. Today at 1:34pm We purchased the LG TONE PRO HBS-780 Wireless Stereo Headset - Black. Jesus gave us such a deal. Normally the headset sells for 119.00 but he gave it to us for 85.00. I go home and on Amazon I buy 2 with a 3 year warranty for 75.80. Metro PCS website list the same headset for 69.99. We go back to the store and all we could get was a 10.00 Store Credit. No return on accessories. No in store sign stating this! No sales receipt stating this! Metro PCS customer service is a joke because the store at 7947 S Cicero is an authorized dealer they can do what ever they want. Jesus is the smooth talking sales associate to avoid! I am furious! Shop here and bring the lube!

I bought an unlocked Galaxy S8 plus phone and brought it there an hour before closing. I already had an account with them and Some big light skinned guy with a beard and fro was either lazy or didnt know what he was doing because he said that they couldnt activate the S8 plus because they didnt carry it.Umm okay its unlocked. Thats the whole point buddy. He lied to My face and said he ran across that problem himself. LolAll because I couldnt argue with a retard , I just walked out and was forced to stop by Metro inside Ford City Mall and THEY ACTIVATED IT FOR ME.Lazy sack of s**t.

Bad customer service they do not complay to the metro pcs rules, I wenr there to return and the associate did not helped me and. He scream at my face to leave :( I called the police and I called the corprate office to set a complain against them

2022-02-01Im so glad I stopped in at this location. I was looking to upgrade my phone and Edgar, the sales rep, could not have been more helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well as extremely patient. He took time to answer all my questions, addressing every concern I had about phones and service. I also feel good about value to cost for the phone I ultimately purchased. I highly recommend visiting this location.

2019-11-06I had a great experience here! Got a new phone and the worker, Rosie, even gave me 50% off on accessories!!!! The staff was very nice and helped me right away! The sales people were very knowledgeable about the products they have there and really helped me pick out the best phone for me! I was a little worried going here based off of the previous reviews but they told me that they are under new management now when I brought up to them and it is a 100 times better now with the new management! Hands down one of the best customer service experience I have ever experienced! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here in the future!!!!

2020-10-15All 3 times visiting this location I have been very pleased. Had to bring in my original Metro LG phone for I shattered the video screen. MARIA was very helpful in trying to salvage was she could to put on my new phone. I had to go back with an older phone and ROSIE was excellent getting my contacts put on. My 3 trip ALEXIS was also knowledgeable and helped getting my emails put on. With all 3 gals, they make a great team.
