I have been getting my eyebrows waxed with Merle Norman ever since they were at the mall location years ago. The last 4 or 5 times I’ve gone to get my eyebrows done, they have done an awful job. Missing spots that shouldn’t be missed, not plucking or trimming, I was very upset after my brow wax today.

They called, twice, and texted twice confirming my appointment....too bad they couldnt be depended on to keep it.I walked in 5 minutes early and was told by Marlee that she would be with me as soon as she finished up the make up of the client she was with. No problem. I assumed 4, 5, 7 minutes. If she would have let me know that it would have been a *minimum* of a 20 minute wait, I would have run some errands and come back. She never advised me of ANY time frame of a wait. (Itll be just 5 more minutes... etc.) She, nor anyone else, asked if they could help me or if I needed anything. I had no idea of how much longer she would be. My eyebrow tint *should have been completed* in that 20 minute period. I just walked out. I need someone more dependable.

First time here and its so cute inside and the avocado toast was AMAZING!!! The people whom were working were so nice!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I had an uncomfortable situation with a facial I received at this location. I addressed it with manager and ask for a do over since the party who performed it talked me out of my usual service I get. They agreed and setup the appt a week later. The day before the appt I get a call from the manager telling me I will have to pay the difference because I got the birthday special.I responded you didnt say that a week ago and requested that thecowner contact me..She advised she would be back the next following Monday and that she will call me then..a week later I still havent heard from her. So I call today they advised she was busy and to call back. Seconds later the manger calls me with a funky attitude telling if I wasnt going to take they offer they done and the owner is notgoing to talk to me about it and had a nerve to HANG UP IN MY FACE. BBB it is..customer service is a serious thing to me....Dont support this business..they are partial to a certain kind..

Love this place! They give the best pedicures, and Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed here for years. Wouldnt go anywhere else and the staff is always so friendly!

Stacey was fantastic! She waxed my eyebrows and did a wonderful job! She was very knowledgeable about products and the store! The only thing would be the bathroom. While the bathroom itself is clean, you have to walk through a cluttered storage area. Not a very professional appearance. Other than that my experience was good!

Ive never had my makeup done professionally before, and honestly, I feel like Ive been cheated! The ladies here made everything fun, and even informed me of what they were doing while they did it. They also keep track of everything that they use on your face so that it can be recreated! This was great, and I hope to be be back to do it again!

Went in to Merle Norman as a walk in. I was given a gift card, and it was my first time in the store. The first thing the woman working said to me was, are you just wanting product or something? I told her I didnt know because it was my first visit. She handed me a service brochure and walked away. I went to look at the skin care wall. The woman made ZERO attempt to help me WHATSOEVER, and a few moments later she and another employee commented about me behind my back. I have heard great things about Merle Norman products and Im disappointed. The women at this location were very rude and are clearly not interested in earning money or potential long term clients.

Lack of quality. I walked into the store in January after a sidewalk sign announced Free Gift With Any Purchase all to be told at the counter that they misquoted. What the sign should have said is free gift with any two (2) purchases. The clerk refused to give me the free gift despite the sign being in error.I returned the product I purchased in January (a $22 lip conditioner) today because I was told when I bought it that it would heal my chapped lips. My lips look the same! I felt the clerk suggested that the lip conditioner didnt work because I didnt use it properly by not purchasing a lip scrub. I said that lip scrubs all work the same- their job is to wipe off the surface skin; I didnt need to buy Merle Norman Cosmetic Lip Scrub for another $20 - $25.While I did receive my money back, the experience I had with Merle Norman is below the experiences and results that Ive had with Estee Lauder cosmetic counters.
