I normally like this store, but I think the new arrows on the floors could be worse than just letting people stay 6 feet apart. I came in for 2 things; I knew exactly where those two things were, but your arrows made me walk through the entire store to get what I wanted! Just doesnt seem like a good idea to me right now.
Its a typical small town grocery store except the employees are scarce and arent as friendly as others Ive been to. You need to watch the meat close because it will be spoiled the day after you buy it, so if you buy a large quantity you cant consume in one meal, freeze the rest. Prices are high, but again its a small town style grocery store. I stop only if I forget an essential item from my shopping trip in the cities and cant wait till my next trip to the cities.
The meat coolers were down again. Not all produce needs to be refrigerated but some items in produce do and those were under hot lights in a cooler that barely worked. I expect overly priced items in a small town but when you start flirting with selling foods that may not be properly stored then we have a problem.. also there was rotten produce still sitting on the shelf to sell. Eww.

2022-04-30I think its great their food is great and up to date ... but they are very over priced and if there was a other store that sold fresh vegetables and meat. I might go there in sted. Just being honest. P.S. the ppl are friendly and helpful

2022-03-01Everything is overpriced. No competition so they can get away with it. I only shop here if I need something quick.

2021-06-28Im not sure if I will be back to buy groceries here. The cashiers were just standing around talking and not being helpful to each other. I had a discrepancy on the price of an item and the cashier argued with me instead of checking on it or having the cashier behind her check on it who didnt have a customer to wait on. So I just passed on the item. I will buy it later at another store. There is a promotional program running and the cashier didnt mention it. When I brought it up she seemed annoyed. Not that it took a lot of effort on my part, but I had to load my groceries in my own cart. I know that may sound petty, but another paid employee was just standing around doing nothing. I brought all of this up to the manager on duty and he didnt seem concerned. I try to give business to small town stores even though prices are usually higher, but not when I get bad service.

2021-06-28T heir fruits less than desired. Ive bought grapes, strawberries, blackberries and halo(mandarin oranges) at very high prices. Some of them had either mold on them or were rotten. Ive told the owners to no avail. Went back few days later and looked through every bag of the oranges and all but 1bag

2020-12-13Extremely friendly staff even if theyre very busy if you have a question or need to be shown where something is at they take the time to help. However their meat prices are very high with Covid-19 happening theyre blaming it on the meat packing companies not delivering enough meat to them but if you go to other stores in the region their prices have remained constant during the pandemic. I know theyre a family owned store but some of their other products are very expensive as well but luckily for the other products I mentioned there is a Walmart right beside them where you can get the products cheaper.
