I recently bought a 2022 S class from Mercedes Benz or Naperville. I honestly was just going in there to browse with no intention of buying anything. I saw the S class, the price and fell in love there. I worked with Greg and his manager Joe and they were super helpful from the test drive to purchase. My fear anytime I go to car dealerships are the pushy sales people but that wasn’t the experience here, they let me think gave me my space and it was seamless. I service my car here and that experience is also great now purchasing my car here was also great. Definitely will be working with them again in the future if I decide to make another purchase.
I purchased a brand new car from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville! Danny Bronny did a fantastic job! Helped me locate the car I wanted, followed up on shipping and walked me through every little detail on delivery day! Most importantly, honest and not pushy! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes.
Very disappointing experience at this dealership today. I am giving it a 2 instead of a 1, because the space looks nice, and your experience may differ from ours.My wife went through the online system, built the car she wanted and made an appointment and also confirmed the appointment with the dealership. We arrive on time and told the front desk who we had an appointment with. They called the sales person, and we are left to wait for 15 minutes standing, we are not offered seats and an office to wait in.The sales person finally arrives, after 15 minutes late from our appointment, shakes my wifes hands and completely ignores me... I am not easy to miss, I am 6 ft 6 and standing right next to her.He tells her that he is helping other customers (why did we make an appointment then) and is looking for a key for the car we want to test drive. Again we are made to wait, without being offered a seat or a place to stay while they get their act together. We left after 10 more minutes of this. Weve purchased many vehicles in the past, this is one of the strangest customer service experiences we have ever had, especially since we went out of our way to set an appointment showing that we are serious buyers. We expected better from a Mercedes dealership than what we got.
My experience at this dealership was very brief but at the same time good. I came to this dealership for service & that was completed as well then noticing that I had a recall & took care of that for me well. The customer care manager Frank was very professional, friendly & kind-it’s very difficult to find great customer service now A days so it was so refreshing to see that from him. My car was ready to be picked up the time he told me it would me, so I cannot complain there. Overall, good experience.
Gil and Laurie (?) were exceptional. Did my research prior to even showing up. Just wanted to get in and get out. Greeted promptly, vehicle was up to par, paperwork went through no issues.Pleasant experience with everyone there and couldnt be happier with the purchase and experience as a whole. Thanks Gil and MB of Naperville.
I am giving Mercedes-Benz of Naperville three stars out of the five possible. My rating represents my customer service experience with the salesman, financing, and car sales manager. My salesman was a newer hire named Josh. He seems like a great kid and wants to do a good job. A critical error he made during our transaction was not confirming that both keys were available. Josh thought the finance manager had the second key. After he went back to check the deal bag, he told me to call back the next day so that he and others could work on getting me a key. That didnt happen. I havent heard back from him despite several calls. I didnt leave him any messages. I did speak to his manager about the situation. Initially, there was some hesitance to take ownership of the mistake, and to date, I have not heard back from the sales manager, who eventually promised to get me another key. Despite this issue, they did sell me what appears to be a nice car. I hope the manager will follow through and get me a second key.
Yesterday I sold my Mercedes to this location through AutoNation. I had the opportunity to work with Daniel Bronny and he was awesome. He made this process extremely easy. I never knew they purchased vehicles and I wouldn’t have traded the experience to work with any other sales representative. Thank you Danny for making this experience great by providing exceptional customer service! If your looking to buy or sale ask from Daniel Bronny you won’t regret it!
Really awesome place! I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. Seraphine, Frank, and Fidel, are knowledgeable and professional. They were super helpful and repaired my car very quickly and got it back spotless. I will definitely go back would and definitely recommend them to anyone.
My experience has always been pleasant with the service team. However, my service advisor Frank A. continues to provide excellent customer service. From my first encounter with the service department Frank has always made it a great experience. My vehicle gets the best service possible and the purpose of my visit is always resolved the first time!
Nick in the service Dept was excellent to work with. I called to inquire about some part costs and add ons for my recently purchased Mercedes.. they got me in quick, had all the parts on time and gave me a loaner plus completed my installation in one day and was able to keep the cost below where I wanted to be. Would recommend and use them again in the future.
Experience and professionalism was amazing. I spoke with someone and they gave me options on the services I needed and helped me decide which option would be best for my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off, they got me a loaner and I was on my way. My vehicle was ready the same day. It took all of 5 hrs. I appreciate the customer service and quality given!
The team at MB Naperville were great to deal with. They got back to me quickly on all my questions, and most importantly, were very honest and straightforward in their dealings. There were no hidden fees, and the car itself was exactly as advertised (important to me as I was a remote buyer.) I would buy another car from them.
Serviced my cur for the failed part covered by MB extended warranty, the repair was done promptly (took few days), was provided a loaner vehicle. When I got my car back and drove it on highway I noticed some new noise coming from under the hood, visual inspection showed that mechanic didnt put air intake plastic duct properly in place (didnt click it in, just fastened on the edge), so it came loose. Had to push it in and tighten it myself.Another concern: loaner has unlimited mileage, but you cannot cross the border of the state, you can drive 1000miles within IL, but cannot go 100 miles to WI, real nonsense.
I had a great experience with some warranty work on my vehicle.I left with no questions unanswered, and they were in constant communication with me throughout the my time my car was in the shop.I have gone to other Mercedes dealerships in the area and haven’t had the same quality of customer service that I get at the Naperville Mercedes location. Thanks again guys!
My service rep Rich is stellar in his professional and really cares and looks out for the customer. The dealership is always exceptionally clean and everyone is kind and courteous. I know I will get good service and pricing when I go to have my car serviced, in fact this is the only Mercedes dealership I go to....I am thoroughly satisfied.
I usually am happy with the work here. This last time I took my car there they messed a few things up. I made an appointment for a day they told me they would have a loaner and took my car in early so that it can be done by end of day. When I showed up they did not have a loaner and then strike number two was that a 2 hour work was not done in the same day and I had to leave the car overnight. That’s bad for a Mercedes dealer! Again this is the first time in 2 years I have had issues with the planning here. That’s why I give them a 3 out of 5. It would have been a 1 if they did not have good history with me.
My service advisor Kevin Vosburgh was HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL!!! I took my ML350 in to get an estimate on replacing the rear-view mirror. He came back with an estimate on the mirror and of course 5 other things that he recommend I fix. I passed on his other recommendations but told him that I wanted to get my mirror fixed through insurance since I have a low deductible. This is where the problem begins!!! First he told me that I should just get the mirror replaced and pay him in full then seek reimbursement from my insurance. Anyone whos had a repair done through insurance knows that they can and will pay a lower amount than asking which means I would be out of the difference - and I dont have cut-rate insurance either! Of course I said no. I got another quote which was lower than the Mercedes Benz quote but I still wanted my vehicle fixed at Benz. I forwarded Kevin the quote from the other company and he automatically tells me that they cant fix my mirror for that price. So I called my insurance agent and he told me that all Kevin has to do is submit a change request (pretty standard Im told) and my insurance company will pay what Benz is asking to fix the mirror (within reason of course). I called Kevin back, told him what my agent said, and he told me that he didnt want to go this route which is why he NEVER offered it to me as an option- like he couldnt be bothered with submitting a change request! I said its clear you dont want my business can I speak to the service manager . He said Ive already spoke to him but let me reach out to your insurance . Needless to say, I have not heard from Kevin or Mercedes Benz of Naperville on a solution and it has been 1 month since my original quote. They will not get any of my business going forward! Maybe they work on commission but this is unacceptable from a luxury service company!!!
Went here for a used Jeep, Janice helped me out. She was not your typical used car sales person. She didnt pressure me into buying and she told me everything thing the were fixing on it before it left the shop. They actually did more work than I was expecting. Update as of 6/29/21. One of the lower control arm bolts that they installed was loose and was causing clicking and that could have been a problem if the bolt would have fell out and I would have lost control of the vehicle. so maybe their managers can have them check their service work before they leave. The bolt was a full two turns loose.
Michael Hurst was a fantastic salesman to work with. We were very early in our buying process when Michael first reached out. He was very patient and followed up with us on the timelines he said he would. Ultimately, leading us to come in a month later and purchase a new GLB.The dealership was great to do business with. Very transparent and professional. Including providing a nice little gift box for my pregnant wife, whom the vehicle was purchased for. Definitely would recommend Michael Hurst and this dealership!
My car was stolen and recovered. They had to work with the insurance company and establish what needed to be fixed and then get it fixed in budget. Mainly wheels and some superficial stuff, but also a wiring harness hand made in Germany that required some pretty intense work to install. The work was performed 100%, communication along the way was great and they smoothed out all issues with the insurance company. Very happy with the process and the outcome.
Purchase 2 new cars from Naperville Mercedes dealership recently, friendly environment, not a difficult process nor dealership to buy from. My saleman Josh always returned my calls and was easy to work with. We need more dealerships that are as helpful when buying cars threw this shortages of vehicles.
I cannot say it enough, Adam D. in service works his bum off! This guy, from day one over 3 years ago, has been nothing but awesome! He is accommodating, personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and gets back to you when he says he will!I have nothing but great things to say! Adam is why I keep coming back & my husband has switched from our old MB dealer to Naperville for this reason as well. Customer Service is his gift!
Josh at Mercedes Naperville was great. I hadn’t bought a new car in a very long time. I keep my cars so am careful what I buy and he answered all my many questions patiently. He did not over promise and kept me informed every step of the way. The people at Mercedes in Hinsdale we’re not nearly as good as the people in Naperville.
This is my first visit to Mercedes Benz of Naperville for service on my GLC43 AMG Coupe. The service technician was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions on how to keep my car in top shape. I left my car and had the service completed. I was not able to pick it up when it was done and they were very much ok with me leaving it overnight. There was plenty of communication throughout the process. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Naperville for your service needs. I know I’ll be back!
I am writing this review with utmost gratitude to all of the employees at this fine dealership, but most importantly to Gregory Bibbo. My parents have just had the pleasure of purchasing a GLS from Gregory, and they could not stop talking about how he made them feel like family. English not being my parents’ first language, it is always so heartwarming to hear that someone took the time to communicate with them properly and ensure their needs are met and understood. Gregory even followed up with them, informing them that he will do whatever is necessary in order to help them navigate the features of their new vehicle, underlining that his “job didn’t end when you left the store,” and to contact him with any questions. I can honestly say that this gesture was the first time we experienced such care throughout more than a decade of buying vehicles of various makes. Mercedes of naperville and especially Gregory definitely know how to make their customers happy!
Gil was amazing. After spending three months of trying to find an Audi in this market, I gave up (and stay away from Audi Westmont BTW, nightmare). Always wanted a MB never imagined I could get into one. Overnight I found a fantastic, certified GLC barely used (service loaner) for a very fair price - especially in this market. HeIts been increasingly frustrating working with Chicagoland dealers who are unabashedly exploiting prices in this market the industry somewhat created. (Yes research shows the auto brands chose to use outdated fabricated chipset over modern fabricated chipsets.) I had a very different, positive experience at MB Naperville. They truly represent a brand well.Gil was fantastic and never tried to upsell us with anything we didnt value. Opposite Audi Westmont, Gil walked me around the vehicle and show me all of the features. He spent time setting up the vehicle before we took it for a test drive. He went on a long test drive with us explaining all the safety and advanced features - including walking me through how to have the car park itself. Plus, the team washed and detailed the car so that it was spotless before arrived. Spotless - like a brand new car. Lucy from financing team was also very accommodating and efficient with our time, while explaining the paperwork.Mercedes-Benz of Naperville has not only renewed a near broken trust dealer customer experience, it has championed the Mercedes brand. This is after being a former loyalist of 15 years owning VW group automobiles.
I recently purchased a 2022 C300.I had a very pleasant process with Omer.Mercedes had not revealed a release date for the 2022’s in the U.S. yet, so Omer stayed in contact with us and provided weekly updates on the status of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was delivered he scheduled time for us to come and complete and view it and finalize the purchasing process. Omer and the entire team at Mercedes Benz Naperville worked to make the process as painless as possible. I am very satisfied with the service provided, and in love with my new vehicle.
I bought a brand new 2022 GLS 450 and Elmis went above and beyond to give us the best service. The best service you could ever receive while purchasing a car.I am definitely recommending Mercedes Benz of Naperville and Elmis from their sales to everyone.Thank you Elmis and Mercedes Benz of Naperville for such a pleasant experience.
Had a great experience working with Service advisor Frank Amanti at Mercedes Benz of Naperville for a recent repair of my 2004 SL55. He was very responsive in setting up the appointment and took time to understand what I needed repaired on the car and stayed in frequent communication on the status of the repair. Would definitely recommend working with Frank and taking your car to this dealership.
The worst Mercedes dealership ever been.No attention to the customer at all, no communication, all the employees seems to be God.I was sitting yesterday for about 40 min inside asking couples time for a sale manager they looked at me like “ pff you sure “, and in the end I just left being tired to wait.Don’t recommend at all to use they’re service with an attitude like that.
I work with Frank Almati for Merc B Services to maintain a 2018 GLS we own since Sep 2021. The communication, service quality, transparency and advisory is always top of the class. I will recommend them strongly for every small or big service or repair need you may have. Billing is also very clean/simple and always great follow-ups. They truly ace at customer experience.
My service required more time than I had planned for and it was going to take 5-6 hours, my technician arranged a lyft to take me home and also to pick me up when my car was ready. Car drove great after the service and I got my car back far cleaner than I dropped it off which I always appreciate
We purchased an 2022 Mercedes Benz GLB 250 4Matic from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville last week and worked with Mark Curtis. Our experience could not have been better. Mark was super responsive and professional and spent a lot of time with us explaining the various features of the car. Mark is incredibly genuine and not at all salesy. He truly just wants you to find the car that suits you and your budget. We felt like we were spending an afternoon with a friend that wanted to help us find the right car to us. This was our first car we purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. The only dealership in the Chicagoland area that honored the actual MSRP price we got from our AMEX True Car membership program. Every other dealership were adding 5K to the MSRP price due to the car shortage. If you are looking for a trustworthy person and have great experience in your car purchase I highly recommend Mark Curtis from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville to anyone!
Easy to set up any appointment & the workers are very amazing to talk with the customers or owners of the cars and the dealer is very clean with a nice waiting area so if you need to wait for your vehicle you can relax and watching TV on so make your waiting time going fast thanks Mercedes-benz for your help to my self I appreciated.
** UPDATE since the unfortunate visit last year I have had several oil change appointments that went very smoothly. They recognized the issue and made sure to have the correct oil and filter on hand. They have been friendly and welcoming every time.**I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Service manager gave excuse after excuse of why it was taking so long but not one was valid. This was my third oil change on the plan we purchased yet the service department did not know what type of oil my car took so could not have it on hand. My appointment was at 0730, I was told at 0830 that they just realized they were out of my oil and had to go to the shop to get some. The customer care manager did not give any indication that he was concerned about my time. It was just the way it was.
Terrible Shysters dont go here.its an Auto Nation Store.who ever heard of waiting hours to get your Car to get Maintenance? I mean You can drop it off and it wont get touched for Hours ..You have to speak to a Service Advisor before you can drop it off. Ridiculous!!! They do not stand behind their product. Terrible!!! GM doesnt care so what do you think or what his people do? The same or worst. Go to Mercedes Orland Park ..Real Mercedes Store..See Greg Comer in Sales Peter in Service.
Our sales associate, Michael Hurst, was simply terrific. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, and in a tough environment to find new cars, he was able to find pretty much exactly the car we wanted. He knew the car inside and out and really made buying from him a great experience. I would highly recommend working with him if your in the market for a car.
For my experience the line of communication, responsiveness and attention to detail from service manager was impeccable. The analysis and repair was quick, precise and accurate, also I was provided a loaner vehicle which made my experience very pleasurable and convenient as it allowed me to keep other commitments while awaiting for my vehicle.
I had made an appointment for a multiple inspection. But when I took almost two hours from Chicago to get there. There is a service advisor told me I dont have any loaner vehicle for me to go back. Because my car is CPO from them, and my front window shield is not factory made and one of tail light had a crack whichs I never find out when I purchased, I think warranty would cover it. And he told me that my car is not CPO because it got a open recall. And he stated that I dont havent any warranty right now even factory one. But when I went back to check my paper work. Which shows all those words this man was said are all wrong! I still is a CPO and had a auto nation limited warranty. I feel very very bad and disappointed in Mercedes Benz of Naperville. Especially this service advisor. It wasted me over THREE HOURS on round trip.
Richard Wildeveld always goes above and beyond as a service advisor. He represents Mercedes of Naperville in the best possible way, working with the customer to the best of his ability. He responds to all of my questions quickly, and always has a solution to any of my concerns. Richard is a great representative for the Mercedes brand and an asset to this dealership.Tom C.
Had a great experience with Jacqueline as our salesperson. She was willing to stay late and come in on her day off to accommodate our schedule, and was very friendly, not at all pushy but helpful, and great to work with, including following up the next day to make sure all was well. The rest of the staff was also great to work and we are very happy with the whole process of buying a preowned auto here. Would definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic car buying experience here! Danny helped us out tremendously with his great attitude and knowledge. We bought a used car here, but everyone made us feel like we were buying the newest Mercedes in the showroom. During the financing steps Tim was incredibly efficient and knew how to explain everything in the simplest most comprehensible way. This was easily the best place weve ever been to for a car.
I had a great experience at this dealership with service manager Adam Dellert. Adam is an excellent communicator and has wonderful customer service skills. He enjoys making your visit to the dealership very pleasent. He got my car fixed and resolved my issues to my liking in a timely manner. When my car was ready he asked if I had additional time for a complementary car wash. I recommended to ask for Adam when you make your next service call at the dealership.
The salesman was a little too pushy in trying to sell me extra services that werent necessary to the tune of almost two thousand dollars. Once I said it wasnt affordable, somehow the price change to under seven hundred dollars. I just wish salesmen would stop trying to hassle women and rip them off when they bring in their vehicles.
Bronny Daniel was awesome to work with, right from the moment he greeted us in the showroom in Naperville, IL. Helped us showing the inventory, understood our needs. We were already sold on the car, but he made sure that we do a test drive, understand all its features before we take our decision. He made sure that the car was delivered clean and we could have real fun experience buying our first Mercedes. He also scheduled a one hour session the next day so that we can get accustomed to all the technical features inside. Highly recommend Bronny Daniel, we were just visiting but we went out as Mercedes-Benz owners.
I’ll start with saying that we’ve had other interactions with this dealership and those have been fine. But this time I took our car (purchased from them and still under warranty and with a service contract) in for a service. The tire pressure indicator kept falling really low and I asked them to check. They did a detailed check and found the tire to be fine, adjusted tire pressure and sent me on my way. Almost immediately the pressure fell again and I went back in. They did the entire check again, this time they said a valve was loose and they tightened it. Again they said the tire was fine and sent me on my way. Almost immediately the pressure fell again. This time when I took it in, they said I’d *probably* taken it somewhere else because there was a plug in the tire. I had not. The car had only ever been to them. They insisted that they had not put the plug in there. And I hadn’t either. So, well, must’ve been elves. Now I need a new tire and of course that’s not covered under warranty but obviously something was going on for weeks during which I took the car in multiple times but they didn’t catch it. Oh and after they were done with everything, and shrugged away what happened, it took them an hour to bring my car out.
Fantastic service department, I was recommended to this dealer by a friend and they did not disappoint. I normally service with MB of Westmont but they have gone down hill significantly over the last year. I was created promptly by Adam in the drive he took great care of me, there was some deep technical questions that the service director Chris was able to answer as well. You can tell the staff of people Chris has cares deeply for the customer. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Naperville Service dept. You have earned a customer for life!!
I absolutely loved working with Greg at MB of Naperville - he was so responsive and helpful through my out of town purchase of my new car. He sent photos of the car, answered all of my questions, walked me through each step of the process, and was always available to answer text messages or talk on the phone. The car arrived and I couldnt love it more. I had such a great experience with Greg and would highly recommend him!
Service was late, staff was rude, did not let me know my car is out there, I was just waiting. They did not vacuum the car either, while I had requestedI am stuck with them because I bought the car from them Thank God that my contract is over, I will take my car for service to may be Schaumburg next time Done with Naperville snobs
I would rate it higher if I could. I took my car in for service without an appointment and was immediately greeted upon pulling my car into the garage. Everyone was courteous, professional, helpful, and attentive throughout this entire process. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. My car was returned looking like a new car. This has been by far, the best experience Ive had with any service department .
Great dealership!! Worked with Janice and team to purchase a car and Janice was always prompt in communication, went over details at every step (test drive, paper work, delivery), and made sure to help us find something we really liked after understanding what we were looking for. The dealership is also very clean and everyone we interacted was great!
I recommend this dealership in Naperville. I came all the way from Chicago and Elmis Figueroa was a fantastic salesman. The whole procedure of buying my car was very professional and fast. This was my second time using their service and I will definitely visit their again! I very recommend!!!
Excellent customer service, they were kind and honest. They saved me a ton of money on a repair I was told I needed by another shop that I did not need and found a repair I didnt know about that I actually needed. By far the best dealer I have ever dealt with hands down. I would reccomend them to anyone. Their service department is exceptional.
Went to Mercedes dealer in Naperville to see particular car I found online. First, I sent an email to see if still available and got response almost immediately, made an appointment with James Brown. No pressure, very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable staff.Needless to say I left the dealer owning a car. James was very helpful, personable and easy to deal with, followed up with me few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I am really enjoying my new Mercedes Benz ML350 truck. Naperville Mercedes Benz was excellent I was treated like family. Their customer service was very welcoming, they were very attentive upon my arrival. My sales person Mr. Hurst and finance person Ms. Lucy was very helpful with assuring I had the understanding about my new truck before I left the dealership. My sales person Mr. Hurst has been hands on since the beginning with making sure I was satisfied in getting the vehicle I wanted and needed. Thank you to my sales person Mr. Hurst for being who you are and a great sales person and the Naperville Mercedes Benz team for being on board with assuring my safe drive home. Keep up the great work of serving others. God bless !
Had my first visit at the Mercedes in Naperville and the experience was wonderful. The staff welcomed me as soon as we walked in. Asked if we are here to see someone. Had the great opportunity to make a sale with Jim Bloom. Great salesman! Wonderful attitude and helped me out so much! He made sure I knew everything about the car functions before leaving. I love my Mercedes and I would recommend this dealership to anyone
I had an amazing experience at MB Naperville. After a long search I finally found the perfect car on their website. I reached out for a test drive and received a response in less than an hour. Arnele was my sales rep and he made sure to get me in and out. He was polite, direct and transparent.Once we migrated over to finance to get all of the paperwork finalized, Lucy was an absolute doll. She reviewed all of the add-on costs line by line. My mom and I even left with some super adorable new coffee mugs.I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you MB Naperville! Feels good to apart of the family. ❤️
I can’t speak highly enough of the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville! it doesn’t matter if you work with Kevin, Rich, or Adam all three have taken fantastic care of me and my family of vehicles. They aren’t afraid to ask the lead tech Ryan or their manager Chris if they don’t know the answer, these guys just want to take care of your vehicle and do some in a timely respectable manner!Thank you Naperville Service Department!
On the day of the service appointment the car battery died. Mercedes service department was contacted immediately and notified the car would be there once it was operating. Service was also reminded a loaner car was required and confirmed when the service appointment was made. It was made clear to service given the length of the repairs a loaner wasnecessary. Upon arrival at service no loaner cars were available. Disappointingly this has been one of a MULTITUDE of issues with Naperville Mercedes service department. It was the last straw. The parts ordered were purchased and the car taken to another dealership for service. Naperville service will not be used again.
Thank you Mercedes Benz Naperville, especially Service Advisor Adam! He was very energetic, friendly, and professional. He approached me right away when I arrived for my service appointment, and he explained everything I needed and the cost in a very non-intimidating and timely manner. When I came back in the evening to pick up my vehicle, he was still just as energetic and friendly as in the morning. He provided such quick and efficient customer service. I’m happy to continue coming back to this dealership! Thank you Adam!
Greg helped me out, I showed up a bit late and he was already waiting for me outside with the keys, let me test drive vehicle with no questions asked. Some places won’t even let you open the vehicle unless you’re already qualified. Called me over the weekend too to check up on the vehicle and how I was doing, 100% recommend Greg to be your salesman !
We went there to get our new/used vehicle assessment done and almost got ripped off for things we didn’t need fixing. I would very careful if the service advisor tells you need something repaired. They hold us we needed about $4,600 worth of repairs. After verifying there assessment we just needed the brakes replaced not the battery and definitely not the water pump.
I had such an amazing experience at this dealership. My sales representative James Brown was very responsive to all of my questions via text and email. Upon arriving at the dealership, he was very courteous and professional. I was able to test drive the C300 coupe as well as the GLC 300 and he gave so much valuable information regarding both vehicles. I’m very happy with my car and I would recommend the Naperville Mercedes Benz dealership to all of my family and friends.
Excellent buying experience on a used car. Dealership was customer very customer focused and took time to listen to concerns and to address them. Worked with Janice B and couldnt ask for better experience. Took her time to ensure that I was updated on every step of the purchase. Will certainly head back to the dealer and work with Janice for future car purchases!
As we all know this is a complicated time for buying a new or used car. Nevertheless my wife and I decided to check out what was available at MB of Naperville, not even thinking wed be buying a vehicle that day.Michael Hurst came to meet us looking at the cars outside. I could even say I wasnt even dressed liked a MB customer that day 😄. Differently from our experience at the BMW dealership, where we were promptly ignored, we were treated well and with dedication by Mr Hurst. After some debating and light negotiations, interrupted by a trip to pick up the kid from school, we left the dealership driving a car that makes us happy, with a comfortable and fair financial commitment.I cant praise Mr Hurst enough for his customer empathy, politeness, and knowledge. And everyone else we dealt with at the dealership that day were absolutely top notch.
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from James Brown. He was very knowledgeable & accommodating which made it an easy business transaction being from another state. James is definitely the person to partner with if you are looking for a honest sales person; he deserves your business. Highly Recommend!
This is ridiculous! No managers available on weekends picked up a new key 200.oo on Friday only to find out it does not work. Then the guy tells me well bring the car and we can get it figured out for you. great! if I had a key to bring the car in I would. I could tell you where I’m not buying my next Mercedes10/18 Now a manager calls me back to tell me keys are nonrefundable. If they think I’m gonna sit down and take a $200 piece of shit key they made which did not work and I’m suppose to eat it! it they’ve got something else coming!Buyer beware!
Hands down the best customer service I’ve had at any dealership service center. I have very high expectations of high end dealerships that frankly haven’t been met in the past at the other dealership service centers I’ve used (Acura, Audi, and Porsche), but not here- they were great. Adam was efficient, communicated well, and was very accommodating to my needs. Got me thinking about buying Mercedes again in the future.
Without a doubt the worst car buying experience of my life!!!I’m 65 years old and have purchased several expensive and rare cars, but this purchase from this dealer was a mess!I had ordered a 2022 MB AMG GLE 63S Coupe from my local dealer here in Westchester NY, but then MB announced no more V8 engines for the AMG’s, so I set about finding an existing 2021 model. After contacting several dealers, I called MB of Naperville, Ill.They had a vehicle I was interested in, and after some back and forth with the salesman Greg Bibbo, we reached a deal. Then I spoke with the f & I manager, Tim Burns, and told him I wanted an extended warranty, the price of which we also agreed upon, and I thought we were done.A few minutes later, he calls me to tell me that “unless” I also purchase their Auto Nation Protection Kit which was some car wax that he called “polyglycoat”, dent protection, and door edge guards, for some $1,400, the deal was off.” The salesman Greg, even said to me that they were installing the door edge guards “as we speak.” However, the Product Warranty itself says that purchase of it, is not a requirement for the purchase of a vehicle.I had no choice but to agree, and we moved forward, and they received a wire for the full amount a couple of days later.I then had to arrange my own enclosed shipping since no one there seemed to care once they got paid. The car arrived filthy, inside and out, and obviously had not been treated with their miracle Appearance Protection products, and there were no door edge guards! And we have the video to prove it.It had 88 miles on the odometer even though their website and Carfax said 7 miles, and there was no Window Sticker. An employee’s cell phone was still programmed into the car allegedly to see if the “Burmeister” sound system was operating properly.Clearly they took the vehicle on some joyride(s) since the pics of the vehicle on the showroom floor seemed to show it in better condition, and I couldn’t imagine a car in this shape being on any dealer’s floor.I registered the vehicle on my wife’s Mercedes.me account with the help of their Concierge, only to see it “detach” from her account later that same day.Upon calling Mercedes.me support, the agent saw in real time that someone was inputting a different person’s name, a local Illinois customer, for that VIN, and that it was all very suspicious. The dealer tried to explain it away by saying that someone at perhaps any other dealer in the country had done this by mistake. Just absurd.Mercedes Benz is looking into this, since it could have been an attempt by the dealer to have someone intercept the survey that Mercedes sends out.We finally received the Window Sticker which is nice to have for a vehicle with a sticker price of $137k, and a refund check of $1,459 for “product that was not installed”Bottom line, they are inept, just don’t care, or even worse, and would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Worst Mercedes dealership that I’ve visited and I’ve owned 3 of their vehicles so far.1. Customer service is abysmal and surly. I wouldn’t say rude because they do just barely enough to get by.2. I got charged $1500 labor to fix a valve on my new car that has 26,000 miles on it. When asked why it was broken so soon, I was told that there was a known issue with these original valves but I was reassured that I now have the new style valve and they haven’t seen anyone come back a second time…3. It was obvious these people don’t run a professional shop here.I think I still like Mercedes, but I will never give this place my business again.
Very bad service went to get my GLE thst is not even 3 years old In for just a simple oil change they came to me with list of issues that they demanded to be fixed I denied and let it slide until I get it looked at the next day my alignment seemed very off and its very obvious it was set up
I was in the market for a new car and had a couple of different options in mind. Like every savvy buyer, I did my internet research to compare various brands and models. Mercedes was one of my options and I had the good fortune to work with Jim Bloom at this dealership. Jim was knowledgeable, patient and a totally no pressure salesman. Being a former salesperson myself, I dont respond well to high pressure sales tactics. Equally important, Jim worked with me to get the options I wanted and every discount available on my purchase I was able to get the car that I wanted at a very fair price. Cant ask for more than that! I highly recommend working with Jim Bloom at Mercedes Naperville.
I am very pleased with the service i received from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. A recall was issued by the parent company and the Naperville Service Department contacted me promptly and scheduled conveniently. The Service Manager was very courteous. My vehicle was also due for a B service. I normally use a third-party authorized service provider for all of my German vehicles. Mercedes-Benz of Naperville offered to match the service price and we agreed to both services (recall and B) during the same visit - saving me time. I was given a higher quality loaner vehicle which also impressed my wife. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Naperville.
Need some of customer service only good before we purchase the car. Ignored our questions concerns after the purchase. Also making sure cars has complete tools and manual. There is no lug nuts cover removal tool and no user manual in the car have to follow up the following day and still nothing.
Think twice-I brought my car in for service and an interior detail. The interior detail was terrible. Fingerprints not cleaned, inside windows not cleaned/still streaked, center console spill not cleaned, trunk ledge, door sill dirty, not cleaned. So I complained and was told to bring back in and it would be taken care of.Wrong! No follow up work performed. When i went back to pick up my car, the same fingerprints ( i pointed out to service guy when I dropped off) still there, the center console spill mark still there, and the interior windows marks were still not even cleaned. So, I left it there again to see if they can get it right.. We will see if they can fix the 3 rd time around.I expect more from a detail offered by this Mercedes dealership. The detailer did not do his job, just took my money. I was told that they received many complaints about the detailer. Knowing this, management should be doing a quality check to make sure this guy is doing his job or get a new detailer or don’t offer detail services at all.I left a message for service manager but no follow up return phone call.I called again and the person who answered could not reach anyone or give me any status. The loaner car I received the second time was filthy. 3 half empty water bottles, worn face masks, and trash left behind from previous driver, not vacuumed, dirty dash, exterior not washed.I had to clean up the interior and throw out the trash.Don’t understand how a service employee could give a customer a dirty car.I am very disappointed. Why is the service manager and general manager allowing any bad services performed.Management get busy and fix the problems!Definitely do not recommend getting any detail or extra services from this dealership. If they can’t do a simple detail or provide a clean loaner, how can they do good service work?I expect outstanding service and got bad detail service.I will update when I pick up my car. They have had 6 days to do a detail.
Katy Branch is by far the best car salesperson Ive ever dealt with. Shes professional, honest and doesnt come across as try to sell me, and instead she is just authentic and so easy to deal with.In fact, while I might have gotten a slightly better deal elsewhere, I preferred to have Katy buy my car because of my very positive experience with her. She is a gem!
Elmis was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. I saw the car online and he told me it wouldn’t be available for a day or two, but I told him I needed to buy the day of. He got in touch with the detailing shop and drove me there to test drive the car and got the detailing shop to prioritize my car and they finished it up while we were signing the paperwork. No haggle pricing and not overly pressured to buy the car. All in all great experience at this dealership.EDIT: Elmis was still great which is the only reason I am not giving 1 star, but have to downgrade review because I purchased vehicle on July 13 and it is now August 10 and my title still has not been received in the mail. I have had to call dealership twice and both times they said they would quickly follow up with details about where the title is and that has not happened. My temporary permit will expire in 2 days and now I will be unable to drive my car until I get the title. Really frustrating and poor communication.
Mark Curtis was a excellent listener and ultimately delivered on exactly what I was seeking. I visited more than 6 different manufacturer dealers and he was the only one who did not try to change my request into some other type of vehicle in the line-up. He also did not over pressure me on timing from my original test drive. I was ultimately happy to give him my business based on being a great sales professional.
Mercedes-Benz Naperville has gone above and beyond to give me the best service and sell me the best car. I originally went in just to look because I had been car shopping for my first car for weeks. I left with a beautiful and affordable Mercedes that completely took away all my driving anxiety. Coming in for my first service was nerve-wracking because owning a car is new to me, but the process was quick and easy, and everyone was so helpful and informative. Very happy I chose to buy from this store.
Ever since Auto Nation took over, the service at this dealership has gone down hill. In addition, the service manager is completely unfriendly, impolite, and speaks to customers as though they are his employees. Ive spent almost $35,000 in their service department over the last seven years (E55 AMG) and he has never once told me that he appreciates my business or even really introduced himself to me (I dont even know his name). When I asked to speak to him, he took more than five minutes to come talk to me, even though I could see him and see that he wasnt busy. He then came in and said Whats up? Thats how he introduced himself and greeted me. He said very little and appeared to want to leave my presence as quickly as possible, which he did. Comparatively, when I go to the Ford dealership (I have a few different cars), the service manager always greets me warmly and asks how Ive been. He even asks how my dad is doing. Little things like that can go a long way. Even though Ive been a loyal customer of theirs for seven years, Im considering giving Mercedes of St. Charles a chance next time.
If there more more stars to give I would. I have not bought a car in 12 years and the whole team at Mercedes of Naperville were fantastic. From my salesman Serafrain, Manager Joe, Tech Dennis, Service advisor Adam, Cashier and Frank from parts just to name a few. were ALL great people. What a great experience I had and they really know how to take care of their customers. I can honestly say I will never go back to any other dealership than Mercedes of Naperville even if I dont buy a Mercedes I will just buy from them. I love my new car and so glad I am part of the Mercedes family now! I did go to another Mercedes dealership to check out what they had and they were just not as helpful or nice and to be very honest really was not interested in giving me the time of day. I will not say who they are but it was not nice. Naperville Mercedes is definitely a 1st class dealership. Took the time and patience to help me get what I wanted and gave me several options and really wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I really could not be more happier with them! In fact my husband is looking to buy a truck and we are just waiting to see what they get in so we dont have to go to another dealership!
I worked with Janice! Definitely call in advance, and ask for her, as I would give her 5 stars for my car buying experience... She was patient with me as I was a first time Mercedes Benz customer. Janice had the car ready during my appointment time and was very knowledgable. If there was ever anything she did not know, she was more than happy to go find the answer for me. They provided me with a great trade in value for my Mazda CX-5, and a great price for the vehicle I purchased. I am deducting a star for a handful of things. The vehicle was cleaned and detailed while I completed paperwork. Once I took the vehicle home I noticed some minor cosmetic things which I had to bring the vehicle back into servicing for which they should have caught originally. (I live a 40 minute drive away from the dealership). Lastly, I did NOT have a great experience with finance. The tone of the room felt cold and I felt any question I asked or any paperwork I double checked was an annoyance to whom was helping me. But overall, I had a good experience.
I recently brought my Mercedes GLB250 in for service A. The experience was great. My Service Adviser , Frank Ananti, was very professional efficient. When I prepaid for service I was not sure how well it would work. As it turned out, it was the best decision possible. The service was complete and thorough. Everything I needed was covered. Both the auto service and the customer service was first class. Shout out to Katy Brand, my sales person, for recommending the prepaid service. I am happy all around.
POTENTIAL SCAM ALERT!!!!! IS THIS DEALERSHIP SELLING A HOUSE?!Visited this dealership this past weekend to look at and potentially lease a 2020 Mercedes GLE. Called and made an appointment with Jim Bloom, he handed me off to a salesman by the name of James Brown. James was nice and professional, and took us through a test drive for the model. However, when inquiring about the prices for leasing the vehicle, the manager quoted us 1400 a month/ 36 months for a 3 year lease, with 3000 dollars down payment. This was a leasing cost of 53,400 while the car’s sticker price to own the vehicle is around 62,000 dollars. No effort was made to try to negotiate or discuss a possible payment plan that would satisfy both ends. We were given a quote and was unprofessionally told to take it or leave it. Upon doing research before visiting this dealership, prices for a lease were listed at 700 a month. The quotes given by the manager here were outrageous and did not make any sense considering it was for a lease. Am I buying a house or a car? I expect consistency within the Mercedes brand, when it comes to prices.Autonation, and Naperville Mercedes, are you trying to sell me a house or a car? This location constantly prides themselves on being the best dealership in the Chicago- Suburban area, but is not consistent with the service that other dealerships provide.
Frank in the service department was great to work with. He was thorough and explained the repairs my car needed and didnt need. I was very pleased with the service. Dealership pricing is hard to swallow, but I left feeling my car was repaired by the best Mercedes mechanics in the industry.
We had our 2020 GLE450 serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville for one minor recall and one 48V battery issue recently. The work was done in few hours. Both problems were fixed. Nicholas, the service advisor, is great. He explained their findings in details with us. I am very impressed by their facility and service.
MB of Naperville made my sales experience unbelievably smooth. Found my perfect car at a great price! Mark Curtis, my sales consultant was very helpful and respected my time.Thank you Eric Hoffman, Joe Wasson & Mike Banks for your part in making this an awesome experience!
Top Notch experience! This was the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had with a dealership! In and out - so simple. Got a great deal and a satisfied teen! Loves his car! Thank you Serafin Avila and Lucy in finance for an awesome experience at Mercedes Benz in Naperville!
I dont know what happened this time. I have gone to MB of Naperville for all my service needs and purchased two out of my three vehicles there. The past two times I have brought my car for service, the first time my service adviser didnt really know the features of my car and almost didnt believe the problems I was having. This last time, I had my less than a year old car towed there because I was having mechanical issues. My service adviser wasnt communicating very clearly. Usually I would get a phone call at the end of the day to update me, but it seemed like this time I would have to call him constantly to get an update and it would take him pretty much all day to get back to me. Also, he kept saying there should or would be a loaner car available that day and no loaner car was given to me for all three days my car was in service. He just kept saying there should be one today, and no further communication until the next day until my car was done. I was basically in limbo for all three days carless. I would have just appreciated if he communicated clearly and just told me flat out that they didnt have a loaner available, then I would have just rented my own car or made arrangements somewhere else. Also, when my car was fixed, I had asked him what exactly the problem was and he seemed like he really didnt know what he fixed or what the repairs they did was for. He was nice throughout, but just very poor communication.
Staff is thoroughly professional and courteous. They do a great job in explaining the work performed and identifying the future work required.I could have given 5 star rating but stayed with 4 star due to the pricing they quote for repairs required are extremely high. As an example I can have a battery change from outside between $150-$200 but they quoted over $400. Similarly rear break work which can be done outside around $400 they quoted close to $700.I think they need to work on service side quotation so customer can stick with them instead of going. Understand the premium of Mercedes but double than market is something to look into.
First experience at an Auto Nation dealership. I’ve had great experiences at nearby (Naperville) Maserati & Infinity dealerships & this clearly wasn’t at that level. I didn’t appreciate the 2k in upsells for a vehicle with 10k miles on it- I’m not sure how you do that & maintain your credibility. Also, my checkin took 50 minutes- might have been my fault as I missed my appointment time by a bit, but others in the waiting area took quite a while as well. Hoping for better next time or I’ll be moving on from Mercedes in a few years.
I had a **very small** budget to buy a used car. Mercedes-Benz of Naperville was the first dealership to actually respond to me quickly. Ron gave me all the information I needed, he quickly arranged for a test drive, and he let me take it to a third party inspector. This was all while going the extra mile to keep me and my family safe during the COVID19 epidemic. The dealership was great and Id buy from them again (though that might not be for a while given the quality of the car I got). I like that its a no haggle dealership because it makes the buying process a lot smoother. Plus, the mechanics are great (the car I got was in *excellent* condition). They were very honest and upfront. There was very little pressure but they were also incredibly responsive and fast. Im really happy I bought my car there and I would highly recommend the dealership.
This is the 2nd Mercedes dealership that Ive ever visited. The 1st one, well, I vowed to NEVER visit them again (thats an older post that can be found under my profile). Moving on....Merceses-Benz of Naperville was refreshing! Mike Banks and Kevin Vosburgh were absolutely phenomenal. Mike ensured that my service appointment was flawlessly processed. When I arrived, Kevin greeted me, checked my car in for service and walked me through all the options available to me. He took his time and explained everything. (Pivotal point, I had no idea how uninformed I was). He was professional, personable, and thorough. These two gentlemen made my visit seamless and they both naturally reassured the expectations that one expects from the Mercedes-Benz brand.Everyone that I noticed at this facility was CoVid conscious. The dealership was clean, everyone had on a mask and remained socially distant enough for comfortability and safety.Thank you Mike & Kevin for being naturally amazing!(....Mike...the donut was a true perk 🍩 thanks for sharing!)
I had a great experience working with Arnel Durakovic at the dealership. We did all the work through text and e-mail, and I was nervous about not seeing the car live, but he sent videos and pictures to help ease my mind. Once I received the car, everything was as he had shared. It was missing a floor mat and a keyless-go button, but he ended up shipping that to me right away. Overall, easy process and happy with my car and the experience.
Nicholas was amazing. He explained me in details the service that my car needed, went over the service history of my car had and gave me good recommendations. I really appreciate his time and dedication in helping me to understand the type of services my car needed. You are always the best and provide the customers an excellent experience. Keep the great job!!!!
My experience at MB - Naperville was exceptional from the introductory call to schedule services, to my in-person visit for services. Nick and his team coordinated my services seamlessly with kindness and professionalism. Nick also did a great job explaining the results from the Service team and what I will likely need to follow-up with soon. The facilities are well-equipped for safety and social distancing including the waiting areas. I drove off the lot feeling secure with a complimentary interior wash. Thank you MB of Naperville!
The Customer Care Manager that helped me with my visit Frank was excellent. Not only did he check me in and have me on my way with my loaner in minutes he also offered to have someone fix a tear in my drivers seat while they had my car for a recall. This kind of value add is exactly why I go out of my way to visit MB of Naperville for all of my service. Thanks again Frank your value is exponential!
I had the pleasure of working with Michael Hurst this weekend. He helped me get into my first Mercedes-Benz. Michael Hurst’s customer service and knowledge of Mercedes-Benz was nothing short of amazing. He was very genuine and professional. He took his time to understand what was important to me in a vehicle and matched me to the perfect Mercedes! I recommend that everyone work with Mike. You’ll get a great vehicle and receive great service. I left the dealership feeling like I purchased a vehicle from a family member and not a salesman. I will be going back to Mike Hurst for my next Mercedes! Thanks for the great experience!
They obviously dont need our business if there closing early! Why have a closing time if your going to close whenever you feel like it! My husband and I arrived in the parking lot at 5:42 walked up to the door only to be stared down by some ignorant employees looking at us trying to open the door. The operating hours clearly stated 6pm closing but they decided to close early and ignored us. Horrible customer service! I am extremely disappointed we drove over an hour to get to your location. We definitely wont be coming back. I guess business must be extremely good to the point where customer service goes out the door! Disgusting!!!
I am a happy customer! I would like to mention that since Kevin Vosburgh, Service Advisor joined Mercedes-Benz of Naperville, the standard of this dealership went up!!! He brings in with him, a higher standard of customer service. Kevin is knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!!!
Mercedes-Benz of Napervilles service is more than expectation. In particular, Ms. Katy Brand is more helping & guiding source for Customers.I had a two experience with Naperville sales office,1st when I Leased a Vehicle 3 years back and2nd when I bought the same car. Both the time I had a very Good Experience. The only Complain I have with their Service department is,they dont include the Tire Rotation in none of the contract, which is very very essential for any vehicle at every 5000 Mile!!
Worst customer service ever. Their website offers you to purchase Mercedes Benz OEM parts that they are unable to provide. Called to figure out what happened with my order and they dont seem to care. I am also contacted the AG of Illinois for false advertisement. If you have something on your website for sale, you better be able to actually sell it, especially when you are receiving funds for it.
Mark Curtis is one of the best salesman Ive met. I went to almost every Mercedes dealership in Chicago, and the surrounding suburbs and I couldnt get his quality service anywhere. He didnt push me towards a car I didnt want or features I didnt need. He asked me what I wanted and he showed me a car with it all. He showed me how to use the features instead of just talking about them. Great dealership.
Brad Schmidt was extremely helpful in finding whatever car we wanted, and setting up a test drive immediately. He was very thorough in explaining how things worked and making sure I and my wife understood how to use everything. Arnel Durakovic was even more thorough than Brad as he had to setup and explain all the technical connections to me.Eric Hoffman was also most kind and hospitable meeting with us to ensure we had everything we needed!Perfect teamwork!!!Buying was a great experience!!Service experience with advisor Adam was great. They were able to schedule me for a loaner and it turned out they wanted to keep it overnight to ensure there were no problems, so I really needed it!Adam was very friendly and helpful with my second service visit!!
As usual, when I went for services at my Mercedes - Benz of Naperville dealer last week, I came away very satisfied with the way they treated me and my 2013 C Class 300 Sport 4matic with only 47,000 on it. I found it here 2 years ago and could not be happier. My Customer Care guy Kevin, has been super helpful when I take my car in for service. Always goes over the requested service work, pricing, loaner car, return times etc..The loaner car is a HUGE plus. I cant see taking my Mercedes business anywhere else but Mercedes -Benz of NapervilleThe Dealership and shop are clean, orderly and everyone is very helpful. Now if you could just upgrade your car wash........
The team of Mercedes-Benz of Naperville is absolutely outstanding. In my recent visit to purchase my first vehicle, I received white glove treatment by the entire team. No haggling or pressure to upsell me on a vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they helped me to maintain my budget by even offering lower in house financing which saved me hundreds of dollars. My sales person was fantastic as well as the financing manager. After the process was complete they had a team to walk me the functionality of the vehicle, they didnt rush me out the door. But they took their time making sure I understood everything concerning my new car. What an excellent experience!! I am committed to being a return customer.
I drove to their location even though it wasn’t the closest to my home. It was very easy to set up an appointment. I will keep going to this location because an entire process was easy and fast. I had 3 separate bad experiences at Westmont location and I will never go back. It was like night and day. They had rental waiting for me so I can go to work.
The MB Naperville dealership has always been top notch in terms of customer service. Over the last 7 years, I have had nothing but positive experiences with sales, servicing as well as diagnosis of issues, appointment scheduling, loaner car availability and quality of repairs. A recent experience with a rather complex issue confirmed this opinion. The service advisor (Nicholas Scumaci) was exceptional in his handling of the issue.
5 stars for my great salesman Elmis. He is fantastic, personable, genuine and actually cares about his customers. I flew in from Colorado to pick up a used vehicle from them. I got 5 start service from start to finish. The car was mint shape, smelled new and came with a full tank of gas. Couldn’t be happier with the service Elmis provided or the vehicle. If you are looking for a new or used car, please contact Elmis. You will not be disappointed.
Had an amazing experience with this Mercedes location. They got me in the car I wanted and worked with me on price to make it happen. They really went above and beyond. Steve’s service was amazing & continued to follow up with me to see the process through until the end. His manager guaranteed that they would get me my car & they did just that. I will definitely be coming here for all my future car needs. Thanks for all of your help.
This was my first visit to MB Naperville. The service team got me in within a few minutes of my arrival and into a nice loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced.Adam was my service associate and was efficient and professional in our interaction!!I will definitely return!!
This store and each of the personnel in the store is exceptional in every sense of way - courteous, patient, and helpful - all the qualities you would want in your car salesman/saleswoman! I had a brilliant experience with everyone I interacted with in this store - and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new car.
Nicolas in service does not call customers back even after stating he would! I left a message and sent a text to which he responded in a bit. He doesnt manage time well. Hed rather text than verbally communicate problems and solutions concerning thousands of dollars! I cant understand treating any customers as if they were not a priority regardless of if theyre sitting in front of you or youre texting them... As a result, my car will two delayed because of his lack (costing me money on a rental car). And then I have to pay Mercedes of Naperville. Wow! Some service.
I went to Mercedes Benz in Naperville after a horrific experience with Zeigler in Schaumburg. I am so glad I went. I reached out over the web and Elmis Figueroa is the one that answered. Elmis is one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. Very responsive and answered everything. Took care of it all. Joe, the sales manager was great. Tim in finance was great. I cant say enough good things. MB of Naperville earned a customer for life.
When your car is due for service, it can be an intimidating process for a person who isn’t familiar with the ins and outs of cars. With that being said, I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I worked with Nick who took his time in explaining each aspect of the service including the necessities, various options, and plans for future service. He further took the time to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the service. I’d definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience working with Nick and my car now working at its peak performance.
After having me do credit application & the entire process of getting vehicle & having me do so much stuff they started then playing games saying things that made absolutely no sense at all. Finance people are atrocious at this place. Only helpful person was the salesperson other than that dont buy from here they will waste your time.
Ive owned my car for 5 years, but this was my first visit to this dealership. I could not have been happier with the service. All the repairs were explained in detail, all my questions answered, service was performed as promised, and the car was finished exactly when they promised me it would be. Im now a big fan. Glad I found these guys.

2022-02-28I purchased a used car from this dealership in February 2022 remotely from St. Louis. I couldnt find what I wanted locally and I was hopeful that this dealership would work with me virtually due to the distance. The salesman was polite and helpful and said he had plenty of experience selling cars this way lately. He looked the car over for me and said that this Mercedes dealership wouldnt even bother selling a used car unless it was in prime condition, said I had nothing to worry about. No defects, dents, damage or any issues. He sent me a video of the car that came through in very low quality (phone to phone via text) but assured me the car was great. Everything to this point was a great experience. The car was sent via trailer to me in St. Louis and I was surprised at how dirty it was. There was mud caked under the wheel wells and heavy dirt all over the body of the car. The front license plate mount was missing and so were the floor mats (with a badly worn floor) and access cover at the windshield wipers was gone too. One of the remotes was dead, the tire sensor light was on, the drivers side vanity mirror light didnt work and there is chipping damage on the interior console. On top of that there is a bad paint touch up job (looks like fingernail polish was used) in a very obvious spot on the passenger side. I called to ask about these issues and felt rather blown off. They asked for pictures of the paint issue and then never responded to me. I was assured that the car was in tip top condition and while it may be nit picky I would have to disagree. These issues could have been dealt with there at the dealership with very little effort, or at least told to me over the phone. All in all, I am glad they helped me get this car from a distance, as I know they didnt have to help me with that (it was a fair fee to have it delivered) and I do like the car I got. I just felt that there were a number of things that should have been disclosed over the phone about the car, especially since they knew I wouldnt be able to see it until after I bought it. I cant help but think that if I ran a Mercedes dealership I would never deliver a car in this condition, when just a few very minor touches would have made all the difference.

2022-04-14Really good experience at Mercedes Benz Naperville. I had checked out a certified used vehicle online and went into the dealership to see it.The dealership is very clean and well kept from the showroom, the waiting area and service areas. The staff was courteous and professional. I did purchase the vehicle I went to see. The sales person Josh Stoll very helpful, he explained all the features of the car and even the process for service and check ups when that time came.Very little pressure or sales pitch, the cars definitely can sell them selves.I definitely recommend this dealership looking for a good quality vehicle.

2022-06-28Walked in dealership having an appointment with my service manager for tire replacement. Learned he had relocated to another office. Nothing to worry about though! Frank stepped right in and took care of me without delay. Helped me select the tires according to my needs along with offering his professional input without any pressuring. The entire process was seamless. I left very happy with my experience and the customer service I received was exceptional. Thank you Frank! Also, As I walked around the dealership, anyone I came in contact with made sure I was being helped. All around great experience.

2022-07-06My experience with the dealership was fantastic, not only were they helpful at the dealership but I received calls at home to help with the process and purchase. My salesman Ron was above and beyond in his assistance. When the time went by due to reasons beyond his control he was gracious enough to offer us lunch. Im an very grateful for his kind gesture. After my purchase they followed up with any questions or assistance I might need. Ron was a genuine gentleman and a great person that made my buying experience stress free and smooth. Thank you too all that made it possible and I wish you all the very best!

2022-01-04Our salesman Omer did a good job. He was very polite, personable, and organized. The woman who did our tax / title transfer had the process down to a science. She was super efficient and had a great sense of humor. Overall I am very pleased with our buying experience and would definitely recommend giving Mercedes-Benz of Naperville a try.GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!

2022-05-17I purchased a used vehicle from MB of Naperville. I traveled over a thousand miles for this purchase. I worked with Josh Stoll on this purchase.I was confident I was buying a quality vehicle because Josh was so thorough in answering all of my questions and being so responsive. The dealership had my vehicle thoroughly inspected and detailed when I arrived. Very pleased with my purchase. The vehicle was priced right to make it worth my time to carve out a few days and fly out to make this purchase. With all of the paperwork in advance, the time spent at the dealership to complete paperwork was minimal.

2022-07-01The service department at MB of Naperville was terrific. We had a situation of having to coordinate with a third party extended warranty company due to a fairly large dollar amount repair needed and my service advisor, Adam, was on top of it from the onset. He worked very diligently for me to get everything approved and did so as quickly as could be expected He kept me apprised as to the progress and everything worked out very well. I would recommend MB of Napervilles service department to anyone asking.

2022-06-03An extremely friendly and welcoming environment with hospitable staff. I didnt feel like I was being rushed or pushed to purchase a vehicle, unlike the other dealerships Ive worked with during my car buying process. With their Autonation prices, it was easy to find the perfect car at a reasonable price (in this market no less!) Would highly recommend you make a visit here as they have vehicles of all shapes & sizes of high quality for the best prices.

2022-02-18Eric Perez - The service advisor was assigned to take care off my Mercedes car service. Important to note as I scheduled the service online - and there is no option to select a loaner, which I believe Mercedes of Naperville (Autonation - please note!) should need to make provision when scheduling service online!Eric was very helpful to get a loaner for my service appointment checking with his manager and in my opinion that is customer service for not having to make me wait - knowing the service appointment was going to take 5-6 hours. The service was done to my satisfaction and thankfully there was no recall work.I have consumed all of free services and will need to explore options for next time!

2022-04-21I just bought a 2007 used Lexus ES 350. From start to finish I had a great experience dealing with Jim and Ron. My initial contact was Jim, veteran sales person with no nonsense honest approach, I truly appreciated his old school approach in dealing with customers. If you get a chance walking in asd ask for Jim. Ron handled the second half of the transaction. He was just as clear on the communication and the follow through. This dealership does not add B.S. fees or hidden charges like some of the dealerships nearby. Just straightforward fair pricing. Other dealerships will charge you $400 for glass etching for theft deterrent, they will also advertise a one selling price but that does not include $1400 for delivery and prep. This is the game others play to make their price look low online until you go there and look at their window. so it adds $1800-$1900 roughly to the cost. Just be honest and advertise the TRUE price. If more dealerships used the honest approach like Mercedes of Naperville, maybe consumers would not have anxiety buying New or Used cars. Car buying experience is right up their with having a root canal on your tooth. No one likes it and it can be emotionally painful.Thank you again for your honest pricing, great follow through, and authentic way of running your business!I will be back in the future...
