All,I have never wrote one review in my life, good or bad. But I feel like it would not be responsible to not do so in this case. I had an appointment scheduled 6/23/22 for some issues I was having. Even scheduling the appointment I knew it would be tough to have a good date for I am in the ag business and am very busy in certain times of the year. According to the receptionist on 6/23/22. I was 9 minutes late to the appointment. She stated that there is a 7 minute late rule that I could be turned down. I UNDERSTAND that, is what i said. But since there was NO ONE else in the doctors office waiting area. And by no one I mean NOT ONE PERSON! IN ONE SEAT the receptionist stated that it would probably be no problem since they were not busy at the time. After she called back to the nurse she stated that they they would not see me. I was shocked and so was the receptionist. I called back later that day and asked to speak to the manager. (Which I have also never done) I was informed there is no manager but they do have someone who handles complaints. I left that person a voicemail and never heard anything back. I rescheduled for 7/27/22 but did not show up for that. Due to my symptoms getting worse and I went to the emergency department 5-7 days later and received some help. Now on 8/11/22 I received a warning to be terminated of the physician-patient relationship as per policy letter if I missed another appointment. Please save your time and do your research. My doctor was awesome but this place is terrible. There is a reason kokemill is rated what they are on the internet. Attached is a photo of the letter.

This doctors office likes you to take their recommendations “orders”. They don’t like to be “challenged” or asked questions on simple tasks. Such as why am I being referred to a specialist over a simple matter , no test ran , no urine test , no blood work done and they don’t like to answer those questions. They have a lab down stairs. I work in health care. I could be seen at an express care and got what I needed done. In the middle of a pandemic when omicron is at a high you want me to go to another facility on a different day and come in contact with more people. Makes no since. None at all. I didn’t disrespect anyone I was respectfully told to find another primary care physician and I agreed. I want a doctor that understands I care about my body. That I want to know the risks of each medication and if there’s a healthier route then I’d rather go with it. I seen many red flags , starting with bugs in the waiting rooms and garbage in the corners but this was truly beyond me. A simple urine test or a blood test would have told them what was needed and if it didn’t then I would have agreed to go to a specialist at their request. Go at your own risk.

Professionally perfect and Kingly Golden people work here. My primary doctor is Dr. Michael V. Comerford, M.D I love him as our family doctor. Twenty plus years with this wonderful man. We had to find a family doctor about 21. years ago.that we started going to Dr. Comerford. Kenneth Charles Jenner II is my third child with my husband John Jenner. Kenny has autism. He was diagnosed in 1993 at St. Johns Childrens Pavilion off of North 9th Street in Springfield, Illinois USA. Dr. Joost M.D., a renown expert in the field of everything AUTISM in the United States, diagnosed him with that ghastly moniker. Poor Kenny! Poor us!! How to deal with this?? We had absolutely NO freaking idea if we could even meet our new and current challenges. God help us!! More to this story... ((××::

Im actually really shocked at the negative reviews. All the staff have always been very nice and professional. Some of these reviews are knit picking at its best, you cant make everyone happy I guess. I have Dr. Carmella, he always listens, doesnt rush and has alot of knowledge. I also like his nurse practioner although I cant remember her name. They did have some phone issues that were beyond their control. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Im sorry to say that this office is barely functional right now. I waited for 50 minutes on hold to try and get a confirmation on my appointment time today before giving up. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last month. My primary care physician is currently moved to this building thanks to her usual office being turned into a Covid center, and I am this close to simply finding another doctor with another network if she doesnt go back to her old practice soon. I have multiple ongoing health issues and yet cant even make an appointment without spending half a day on hold. It would be one thing in a country with socialized medicine, but I am paying OUT OF POCKET for this service. These people send me bills that I am expected to pay, and yet I cant get someone on the PHONE? And yet I never waited on hold for longer than 2 minutes when I lived in Canada, where I also never paid a red cent out of my own pocket. Its disgusting. You want my money? You are a business, I am a costumer, and I am not satisfied.

A law went into effect January 1st that a live signature is required from doctor to pharmacy for opiods, including Tramadol. 9 months and they have never ordered it correctly. When you try to call you can expect to be on hold at least 10 minutes. This is intolerable. Im look for a new doctor, not because of my doctor, but the way the office does business. Losing 3 patients that have been with them over 20 years.

Beware Mr. Shams. A doctor who will not prescribe certain medications because they dont like those medications or dont agree with their use is not a doctor. In this case, we have birth control.I have endometriosis and suffer from horrific menstrual pain, bleeding, and depression. I take Junel solely for that purpose.Mister Shams is not willing to use all the tools in the arsenal of a real physician. Therefore, he is an amateur. Does anyone really want an amateur for a doctor? Beware. Dr Ellison, his PA, and the rest of the staff were all right, though.

So lately my experience with Koke-Mills Physician Service has been poor at its best. I called today to make sure my prescription got sent to my local pharmacy and was stuck on hold for well over 20 minutes both times I called. Now I will be visiting in person since I still can not get my prescription. Hello Management, please fix the phone issues here! Needing medication that is needed for post-op purposes and still two days later I have not been able to get the medication needed!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the doctors want to survive police your nurses they will let you know that they have 72 hours to refill your prescription sorry I give them 48 on a holiday weekend so I went 4 days without medication

I dont know what happened to this facility the medical staff is incapable uncaring and this facility is absolutely disgusting as far as cleanliness goes if you have mental issues or any type of of disability I would recommend going to a physician services actually capable of taking care of you properly and then actually cares about your well-being cuz this place does not
