ME SPA in other cities:
ME Spa is definitely top of the line. They are always super nice and you come in and leave feeling like a valued customer. They sometimes have great deals on Groupon, if you are able to get to an appointment during the week. This was my first massage with Alex. Usually I have a woman for a massage, but I was able to get a better time with him. He is a well trained Masseuse, who treated me super well. There was no awkwardness because he was so professional. I think I will ask for him next time.
Facility is calming, soothing, clean and definitely wall away feeling they Are taking safety seriously. What you expect from a spa/prices commensurate. Shopping area had good variety or products, sizes. Had a massage. It was good. Not outstanding but that could.be on me - guessing I over emphasized a certain ache and a great deal of time spent there. You also have to learn each salons definition of some of the messages. Did not feel hurried at all. Was easy to relax.
From the very instant you walk through the Twin Oak doors you know instantly that you are about to be pampered by the best in the business. I was immediately greeted by my name. My appointment was verified the day before by text so they were ready to transform my day to day running around to total and complete serenity. I was shown to the dressing room, there I undressed and was given the most comfortable robe Ive ever had. I was then shown to the relaxation room where I was offered tea and water. A neck warmer was placed on me. They then gently placed my feet in warm soapy water to relax me completely before my massage. A few minutes later I was shown to my room and introduced to my care specialist. The entire experience was topped off with the best massage and back facial in the country. I dont know how they do it with such reasonable rates. Patricia was my specialist and Im not exaggerating when I say the absolute best in the business. Well done! I will be a regular customer.
Madison is an AMAZING massage therapist and reflexologist! For a Christmas gift I took my two daughters to the spa (for the first time) and each of us received a massage, a facial and a reflexology treatment. Each one of us was completely impressed! I have been to many spas but this was the most amazing experience - all the stress left my body - I was a different person leaving than I was arriving (I like the person who left much better). :)
I would certainly return to MESpa Naperville. When I called prior to booking, both Sue and Meg were very helpful and friendly in answering my questions. The spa appeared well-run, Covid-19 conscious, and most importantly for me, was very quiet - I could not hear outside downtown traffic (and the locker room area is beautiful!).My manicure and pedicure were both done by Barrie, who is fantastic - she is so friendly and kind, and a great help for choosing colors! My massage was with Nicole, who was also kind and professional, and did a great job; I left the Spa highly relaxed. The only thing I might suggest about the massage is to provide guests with a questionnaire, or have the therapist ask if there are any specific areas a guest would like prioritized. Finally, both Meg and Meghan (the Spa director) provided very much appreciated customer service for me to achieve my total spa experience (the getaway I planned for myself, nothing to do with their obligated/provided services). I would certainly recommend MESpa Naperville. Thank you, all, and I hope to be back again soon!
ME Spa has the best facials, pedicures and massages I have ever had which is why I have been going there for over 10 years! Both Alvia and Susan always greet you with a smile and eager to make your experience a very relaxing and pleasant one. Although everyone gives 100% on services my experiences are usually with the same 3 people. Steve is the best and gives you exactly what you ask for with his massages. I usually make that appointment later in the day as Im so relaxed I cant do anything else that day! Daniel gives the best facials and Behije the best pedicures. The other thing that I really appreciate is although they make product recommendations they dont push them on you. If youve never been I would highly recommend!
Best massage Ive ever had! Everything about this place is 5 stars. Natalie was so kind and clearly an expert. I usually will Groupon hop for massages but this is the first place I actually booked a future full price appointment for when I was done. Cant wait for my next massage!
This afternoon, I had an appointment for a massage and facial but unfortunately due to personal issues I was unable to make it for the noon appointment. The receptionist told me I would be charged 50% of the service that I missed. I told her I would be able to make it to the 1 o clock but would be cutting it close. The receptionist was sympathetic and told me that she would not charge me a fee this time and I could just cancel my 1 o’clock and we can just reschedule my appointments with no charge. I was so relieved since I was going in with an expired birthday Groupon that I already had to pay to be able to use for each one. A couple minutes later I get a notification from my bank that I had a charge on my card from the spa.I was so thrown off as to why I was being charged when the receptionist told me she would waive the cancellation fee due to my private life complications. I called the spa back inquiring why I was charged when I was told I would not be. The receptionist told me that her director decided she was still going to enforce the company policy and charge me. No one contacted me to tell me this and I felt that this action was extremely deceptive, as well as unprofessional, to tell me one thing and do another. I was appalled as to how I was convinced that not coming to the 1 o’clock appointment was okay because both would be rescheduled and I was charged for both services.I spoke with the director and she was very rude. I was trying to explain how emergencies happen and I was told that I was okay and not going to be charged this time. All she did was talk very loudly over me, repeating that the receptionist doesn’t control the charges and how her massage therapist has to get paid somehow. I could barely get a word in about how it is not right that one person says one thing and then another does another and how they deceived me because I would’ve made the one appointment if I knew I would be getting charged. The director told me to try to refund my groupon and that there would be nothing she would do to mend this miscommunication from their end.I have never spoken to anyone in the service industry who was so incredibly disrespectful to a paying customer. This spa director fails to acknowledge that some people may have personal things going on in their life that come up unexpectedly, which do not allow for a cancellation 24 hours in advance. I recommend that this spa treats people with more respect, and has some flexibility for unfortunate, unplanned circumstances.I will definitely not be recommending ME SPA to any of my friends or family.
I have been going to MeSpa Naperville for a couple of years. My last visit was a huge disappointment. I understand with Covid-19, there needed to be adjustments made. But being pushed out the door while my feet weren’t even dry, having to change even though I was there for hours so they could get us out quicker. Not having my cash for change to give tips. There was no water offered. No hot wrap for our necks. I understand there are adjustments needed to be made but prices need to reflect that. I spent a lot of money for a “spa day” and felt like I was being pushed out the door.. needless to say I won’t be back anytime soon and I won’t be recommending this place anymore.
I came here for the first time as my friends treated me here as a post Graduation present. Absolutely loved my facial and the treatment that I got here! I felt very welcomed and pampered from the moment I stepped in to the moment I got out. I would very highly recommend Natalie for facials. It’s a little pricey, but so worth it!
I recd a spa package as a gift and finally was able to use it. From my first warm greeting by the lovely hostess to getting my coat to leave, my experience was wonderful. The facility is a little oasis in bustling Naperville. Each of my attendants was gracious & soft spoken. They didnt try to make conversation with me during my services, which allowed me to relax and soak in the experience. I had Behije, Patricia and Deanna and they were all excellent.
I went for a massage in December. The massage itself was marvelous, but I heard my massage therapist say to another, My last client was so gross. She was overweight and had acne. This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. While I do realize certain aspects make the job harder, if youre going to complain about someone, MAKE SURE THEY CANNOT HEAR YOU.
Well, Ive waited for a week and still no response from manager. I emailed 3 times, once on their site, once from their info at and once to Naperville at, asking for a managers response...no response. After reading reviews I was willing to drive 2+ hrs RT to experience the zero gravity 90 min pedicure. However, after our experience, Ive gone back and see there are mixed reviews (see hidden reviews on Yelp). My letter to manager speaks for itself:I wanted to wait until after the Holidays and our guests to leave to address our experience at your spa. I also want to discuss this with the manager as I know most Yelp reviews are positive, before I left my review. I live in St Charles and drove an hour to visit your spa in Naperville after reading about your zero gravity pedicures. I booked, paid and tipped for both my cousin and myself for your 90 minute pedicure. I discussed with the receptionist that my cousin was undergoing treatment for cancer and it meant a lot to me to pamper her and give her the spa experience. We arrived 20 minutes early, directed to the outside bathrooms and then told to sit in the shop area (paper towel roll in seat, as if cleaning up), which I brought up to front desk. After a few minutes I realized we were not going to be shown to the relaxation room with robes and slippers, tea or infused water as I had read & and was told about when I made our appointments. I went back up to the receptionist and had to request to be taken back (and whisper my cousin has cancer and I want her to relax, even though its quite obvious with her bald head). Once in back, since we had wasted time, we were taken to the pedicure room before we were able to finish our tea or water. The foot soak was so quick that bath bomb hadnt even fully dissolved before we were laid back. I dont know if this is usual, or if everyone was rushing as it gets even more rushed as the pedicure continued. During the pedicure Im hearing a LOT for noise. After the pedicure I realized that the manicurists were cleaning bowls and whatever else was used, during the entire pedicure (not relaxing). My cousin (fortunately) feel asleep as chemo has taken its toll on her, I on the other hand was on edge with every clinking of the metal, water running and whatever else was being cleaned in the pedicure room. Once we were done, it was exactly 90 minutes, ok as advertised, however it was 5:30 and I believe your hours on Tuesday are until 7:00. It was obvious everyone wanted to go home. Both doors to the locker room were propped open (no privacy). We were told to wait a 1/2 hour and our polish would be dry. So we were ushered back to the relaxation room where the tea and water were already removed and the air conditioning was blasting on high (as if set for the night). So we sat waiting for our toes to dry, in the cold, nothing to drink and feeling like everyone was just waiting for us to leave. If I had of known the soak would be 2 minutes at best, I would have requested the complimentary foot soak in the relaxation room. Very rushed, not relaxing and not feeling valued when I paid full price (no Groupon) and drove an hour. That being said, my feet felt baby soft and the polish was spot on, so I of course tipped the ladies that did our pedicures. The spa experience was lacking, to say the least. Disappointed.
I had bought a groupon for my girl for christmas to get a massage here, she said the massage was great but the lady at the front desk told her the groupon expired and made her pay for half price of the massage. On top of that she was supposed to get a take home product. My girl said the bag was on the counter with her name on it but the lady took that away also. Needless to say ill never buy from here again.
Gifted a Spa Day package from my wonderful husband of 27 yrs as an Anniversary present! Best ever! The deep tissue was done by Kat! Amazing experience! She found knots I didnt even know I had. She was so meticulous and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The ambience makes you fall asleep no matter how hard you try to stay awake to enjoy the massage. I didnt want this particular session to end! While Im sure the other therapists are all good, I will be asking for Kat for my returns!Next up: my facial by Sarah. Soothing. Relaxing. Also therapeutic. The scents were so calming. I smelled like an herbal plant afterwards! I havent had this facial smoothness in yeeears! She was so gentle. Her neck and shoulder massages were exactly what I needed! Then finally: my pedi w/ Yolanda. Soft-spoken and immediately calming! She massage my lower legs and feet. She did a fabulous job on my pedi! I chose a deep red nail polish since its my fave color for toes!An 11 out of 10! Bless em all for their services!!!

2022-01-16ME Spa is my all time favorite spa in the Chicago suburbs. I’ve been to hotel spas and numerous around the area and ME Spa gives you the best quality for the prices you’re paying. I’ve had a lot of services over the years and I’ve never had a bad service. Just today I had the best facial I’ve ever had with Maria, I swear her hands are heavenly. She was kind, friendly and didn’t force conversation at all, she let me relax in the way I wanted to. To get the best bang for your buck I highly recommend doing an 80 min service. The little extras they add to it just elevate the whole experience. ME Spa is absolutely worth every penny.

2022-02-16I got a 50min Swedish massage from Julie and it was amazing! I work in Physical Therapy so I’m pretty picky about my massages, but Julie did a great job. She knows what she’s doing, really listened to what I had to say, and was professional and easy to chat (while also respecting the silence and relaxation of a massage). I can’t say enough about the ME Spa from start to finish. The cleanliness is really important to me and as soon as you walk in they have a soap and hot towel station. I’ll be back for sure :)

2022-01-13The most amazing experience! I vow to do this more often! Marissa and Kathy (back facial and pedicure) were outstanding! All the little touches make the difference….the foot soak in the relaxation room, the neck wraps, the zero gravity pedicure chairs and eye masks (and NO talking) made the experience perfection! Extremely professional and friendly staff. A++++++++

2022-04-15The front desk staff was great, very friendly and inviting. My husband and I came in for a facial and reflexology treatment. The facials were so relaxing we didn’t want them to end. We felt so rejuvenated afterwards. One of the reasons we chose this salon over another salon was because ME SPA offered reflexology, this was the deciding factor when booking here. The reflexology was not the experience either one of us expected. Alex used more pressure drying my feet off after soaking than he did on the reflexology. When I read the description on the treatment I was expecting firm pressure on my trigger points in my feet since that’s what reflexology is. That is not what either one of us experienced. He did a lot of turning my foot from side to side and rubbing it more than anything. To choose a spa based on a specific service they offer then that service being less than par was highly disappointing. This service was definitely a waste of money and I would not recommend anyone getting the reflexology treatment. My nail salon pushes harder on my feet/trigger points after a pedicure than this service offered.

2022-03-16Julie is incredible! I got the 50min Swedish massage, would definitely love to get 80 next time. I added scalp massage on as well and it was the perfect combo. The atmosphere, little treats and everything was so on point.

2022-07-13I had an amazing facial done in April. loved it, came back happy!!! but the signature manicure and basic pedicure were soo sooo dissatisfying and disappointing, I walked out of the spa unhappy today. the esthetician were both very nice, that is the nicest thing I can say.

2022-07-03Best Medi /Pedi ever. My SIL and I both came out walking on clouds.Amy and Kathy were amazing. From the minute we walked in to the sec we walked out, we were given the best service. The antigravity chairs are amazing. Our feet feel so good. I can go on and on! Highly recommended.

2022-02-14This is a wonderful place to unwind. From the minute you walk in. Serenity! Highly recommend the pedicures in the zero gravity experience. This has ruined me for regular pedicures now! Lie back all cozied up with neck and eye wrap. No talking. Just so wonderful!

2022-01-04Update 01/04/2022: I want to give credit where it is due. ME Spa contacted us and offered a reimbursement service. It is fair to say that the massage I received was outstanding. From start to finish the masseuse was friendly and professional, and was never at any time overbearing or inattentive. I felt a little strange about returning, and was very much set at ease. We will be returning. Thank you for doing the right thing ME Spa! Very much appreciated.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I have had many massages in my lifetime, and I can safely say by way of cross-comparison... ME Spa is not worth their overpriced menu. I recently had an experience there that was incredibly disappointing. A very by the book experience, and the masseuse didnt even bother to inquire with me before or throughout the service about pressure, or pain points to address. Of which I had a few very specific concerns having recently had surgery. I was her job for that time period, and it showed. What makes it worse is that I reached out to the spa to let them know, and my concerns fell on deaf ears. No response. Not even an apology. This took me from disappointed, to offended. This was a gift from my wife, who was a fan of the spa previous to my visit. We will not be back.
