Can’t name a time I actually enjoyed the food at this location fries are always luke warm, meat patties are never fresh sandwiches dry as ever always. Just had a number 8 peak of lunch time and it was disgusting I always forget how bad the last time was after about 6 months and surely they always remind me 😒 the sprite was good.
Wonderful customer service. They give a joy attitude when helping individuals but I would like to see meals come out the window correctly. There have been times when I receive incorrect orders or missing orders from my bag.
I was so distracted by the lack of conversation by the cashier I forgot to show the app and get my fries for $1. No Thank you or total. He didnt feel like talking and I Get It but I paid the price. I dont like talking sometimes either lol. My fries were delicious tho

Drive thru girl taking the orders was really rude. Her behavior was just unacceptable. I know its just McDonalds but you still have to talk to the customers in a respectful manner. Taking our order was like an annoyance for her. The girl at window 1 collecting the money was extremely nice.
They were out of milkshakes and the line was super long and slow. Service could have been a lot better

Order 2 Mc Chickens and the sandwich assembler cant assemble a burger to save their life.Suggestion to that assembler. Unless you have a handicap, if you want to go somewhere in life. You have to do your job well. Youre not going anywhere or your selling yourself short by not doing a simple task correctly.
Super slow service and it’s so hard to get someone to acknowledge you if you walk in.I’ve gone through the drive through, ordered inside of the store, ordered delivery and even done delivery for this particular McDonalds and I will never go back for anything anymore. Each time I’ve tried to do business with this particular franchise I am met with a dismissive attitude by whoever is running the restaurant or I’m not addressed at all.Also.. if you do food delivery I highly advise against coming to this store because they take forever and a day to get the orders ready. I had my son (1.5 years old) with me and no one ever asked me what I was there for the entire five minutes I waited. I had to stop the girl who was running around in the back, who saw me walk in and standing there multiple times mind you, to say I was there to pick up and I after I told her the order number she demanded to see the order on my phone as well, as if I was going to steal a McDonald’s meal.The employees at this restaurant are either untrained on customer service or just unwilling to give it. But I won’t be coming here any longer. I tried to give them a chance and I could go on about more experiences I’ve had with this place but I’m just going to let my complaints be known to corporate because this is ridiculous!
This particular McDonalds is fast and efficient very clean the bathrooms were clean. Its a very nice place to bring your kids because they have a play area which the employees were sanitizing everything at all times. Mask were required.
Wouldnt have stopped here other than their dinning room was open. Taco Bell was drive through only.Had a double cheese burger bun was dry, typical tasteless fries. Thank ketchup to make them palatable.

Took my daughter for an afternoon coffee break. I got a mocha frappuccino and she got a caramel machiato. Not quite as good as Starbucks but then again not as expensive either. Also didnt have to wait in a long line like Starbucks as well. Would definitely go back.
530 in the afternoon and they closed the dining room. Left no notes on the doors or anything even though current signs on the doors indicated the dining room was open until 9pm. How does a business stay open if they cant even keep employees?

This place doesnt serve food for a semi truck driver because he walked in to Drive thru since the restaurant is closed. Although driver explained that he can drive in , they refused !DONT YOU FORGET THAT FOOD IN MC DONALDS IS BROUGHT IN SEMI TRUCK.

I ordered two Mac chicken around 12 noon, they both looked and tasted old, it seems that they cooked the chicken patties the night before and kept it for the next day.
I ordered 2 apple slice a 6 and 10 piece nugget, quarter pounder meal with sweet and sour sauce...pretty simple...apple slices I paid for not included, nor sweet and sour sauce for 1 of the nugget orders. Disappointed but the food tasted good.
Screwed up our drive through order, we were able to replace the bad soda, but didnt discover the mistake with the coffee until we were on the road. Wont answer phone calls.
Horrific experience today. Sat in drive through. Arrived at 10:56am to monitors. Asked for happy meals and guy told me it will be a,few minutes. I told him no problem I can wait and proceeded to tell him the rest of the order. He then says yeah look do you want to just park and wait?So I say sure i can are you not then taking my order? He says no. You can just walk in.Nice customer service. I left and went to a different store. I wont be returning to that particular McDonalds unless I hear that things have changed. I live nearby it and have had multiple times gotten the wrong food or missing items, but disrespect is too much for me to return.If I knew who the owner of this franchise was Id happily tell them how their business treats customers.
Everytime I go here they never give me my full order or mess up. They give attitude and never check my food. I get that usually its kids but they have adults watching and training them. The adults need to be here and take care. Its fast food and I shouldnt care but its kinda ridiculous how its every single time.

Come to this place if you want to start your day upside down! They didint get my order right ( I ordered 2 shots of espresso) and they asked me what size... i say just give me small iced late! They charge me for a small coffee with 2 shots of espresso and I get my initial order of 2 shots the only difference i paid more !
Staff is always super friendly and they always have delicious food and sweet tea :)! The ladies who work both windows are always smiling and doing an excellent job! I would take this McDonalds over any other in the state. I rarely leave reviews but Im lucky to live by this McDonalds. Thank you!
Ordered breakfast via McDonald’s app st this restaurant a few days ago. On arriving , restaurant was closed for repairs. I didn’t have time to go to a different location as directed . Had to order all over again at different chain .

Not too long a time in line in the Drive-Thru. The food was fresh and I appreciated that they made the oatmeal cookies after I ordered them even though it means an extra 4 to 5 minute wait. Some of the crew are exceptionally nice and always talk to my puppies. This is the most convenient store in my area.
Ordered food asked for Everything to be made fresh...Got to the window asked the young lady was this food made fresh because Everything was cold including the fries and nuggets and she had the audacity to say, you tell me if its fresh...Terrible customer service
We special order our order. They still mess our order up ever time. Its ridiculous. Also unless we ask for fresh hot fries there cold. I ask for my pop easy ice. I have to send it back because its only three quarters full. I dont eat there but my grandchildren do otherwise I wouldnt even go there anymore.
This restaurant is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a decent dinner, this restaurant comes first to my head. best and many types of food and a large menu.courteous team, and nice atmosphere. In addition to that, the bill is decent. I tell about this restaurant with no hesitation.
Ive visited this location several times with no problems. They have 2 speakers to order at, but generally only use both at peak times from what I can tell. My longest wait has been about 10 minutes total right at the lunch rush, still not bad. Relatively easy to get in and out of with close access to 55.

I have had better food at other McDonalds restaurants! Today was NOT that day! I just happened to be in the area and stopped at this location. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles, extra dehydrated onions and ketchup. Both times the sandwich was disgusting! The first time the sandwich was remade. I ate on the second sandwich and it looked as if they took a whole pan of onions and just spread them all on the buns with ketchup. I just threw the disgusting sandwich away! Waste of my $1.89!

It was Sat June 2, 18. We went following watching a movie. It was 10:30 pm the hours on the door were Mon to Thurs until 11pm Friday & Sat 24 hrs. For the dining room.The Drive through hours were on the door separately beside the dining rm. We tried the door & it was locked. We triple checked the hrs & they were as above. An older woman was cleaning the inside of the entry doors, she said something but was not clear English. She went into dining area and got The Manager? Who was a young black girl who came towards the door and very rudely said we are closed I was trying to tell her that you need to change the hours on the door so people are not mislead. She turned her back on us and walked away. Very sad display of customer service & any hope of managerial qualities. We left & went to Wendys. We wont be back. Please update your hours of operation on your entry doors.Mike & Cheryl Waller
This was my typical McDonald’s experience: received the correct order and handle in a quick fashion. On top of that, my nuggets didn’t taste they had been sitting in the warmer for too long AND the ice cream machine worked.

Great service, nice clean and fast accurate order as I request. Fresh ice tea, men bathrooms are clean and soda area is always neat. Never use drive thru neither playground but I give them 5 stars for the last 2 years hope you continue like that. Thanks
This McDonalds hasnt been remodeled. It is though very very clean. Friendly and prompt staff. My order was filled correctly and I was thanked for my business.Washroom was clean. I recommend.
Very unhappy with todays visit. Went through the drive thru for two shakes. One strawberry and one chocolate. Watched them through the window stir my daughters chocolate shake and then used the same spoon without rinsing stir my strawberry shake. Thank goodness this strawberry shake was for me and not my husband who is allergic to chocolate!
No kidding...we were in the drive through lane for over 15 minutes. One young man working. 2 just talking to him and distracting him. Then he gave us a dirty look when my husband said he refused to take cold fries. The burger was cold too. Cant believe this was the best they could do at 9:38-10:03 pm.

They didnt put 2 patties on my double quarter pounder and they gave us burgers before they were cooked all the way with pink all throughout the middle. The manager I assume was reasonable with me and gave me my money back when I went up there the third time.
McDonalds food just is no good in general, I was there for a visit with my son and his mother, didnt eat anything but I can tell you that this place is not filthy, but they need more staff to keep tables clean, one good thing they have is the indoor slides. The kids love it

Getting water and coffee when I realized I saw a purple head as a back door behind the kitchen was closing. I rushed outside with my coffee and my water, went around the perimeter of the building, and did not see him. Grimace is constantly getting away.

Go here some days for lunch. Most of the time they are on point and they get orders right. Only once did they mess up and they fixed it right away.
Service was very poor management not enough staff,the cashier was taking drive up order and customers had to waite for a long period time to place our order, this is bad when you have only 30 minute lunch period.
Prettt bad restaurant. Went through around 10:30 in the morning. Woman taking my order was rude. Woman at the last window didn’t even say a word to me. My pie had, had the sticker ripped off and new one for the wrong food item applied. YET THAT ITEM WAS EXPIRED TOO! It’s not hard to read the time on a sticker! Come on!
I believe that some of the food they sell is very bad for you at this place. Although I am a food addict and love french fries and hamburger I am learning to be healthy. And I am also disappointed that they are trying to eliminate jobs by putting ordering machines in the lobby and getting rid of people running cash registers.

The workers were nice and understanding but made me pay for water. Even when I paid for the water, I went to fill it where is says water and kool-aid came out. Ended up throwing away my drink.
This restaurant is the same as all the other ones that we checked out, service is less than desirable and the food isnt all that good, and the lady serving the food at the drive thru window spoke horrible english. I noticed our drinks were almost an inch from the top and mentioned it to the lady at the drive thru window and her only answer was in her thick Mexican accent its the matchene, what a shame
Placed a special order for a bagel: bacon, egg, and cheese with extra bacon, extra sauce, and only one slice of cheese. When I got my order, there were two slices of cheese which wouldnt necessarily be a big deal except that...the employee even acknowledged my request and didnt put it on the order. Just give me what I ask for please.
I made a purchase at the drive through. Part of my order was an Unsweetened Iced Tea. As I pulled away from the window I took a sip and learned that I was given a Coke. So I pulled into a spot and went inside.The cashiers were extremely busy. So I went over to the sofa fountain and dumped out the pop. I rinsed the cup. I put some ice in the cup. I put iced tea in the cup. All under the scrutiny of lady with a cleaning cloth.When I went to leave the lady said to me,Next time you pay, ok?. I said I did pay, I was given the wrong drink. She said No, you came from outside. I said youre right, but I came from the drive through and was given the wrong drink. She said, No, you are stealing. Mind you she watched me pour out an entire drink. She watched me clean the cup. She could have said something about this sooner. At this point I said, I can get my receipt and show you, its in my car. At this point she simply repeated, Next time you pay.Yes I walked out a little frustrated but said nothing more. I got in my car and when I looked back to back up out of my spot I see her standing at the door pointing at my car. At this point I put my car in park. Grabbed my bag with piping hot fries and hot hamburgers and a receipt and approached her. I said look I just bought this here is my receipt. I showed her my receipt but she refused to look at it saying Its ok. its ok.What a joke. If McDonalds is so hard up for caah and worried about people stealing Iced Tea I think theyd just be better making sure people get the correct drink in the first place.As for the lady saying, Next time you pay. Dont worry, there wont be a next time. Ill hit up the Burger King up the road if get hungry on the run..

They forgot my 2 sausage mcmuffins three times this week. This has been going on for awhile. The morning staff forget to fill our order completely and we go there every morning!

Drive up service was good and polite, however the drive up design sucks! It entraps the motorist along with the awaiting motorist zone and the store exit backing everyone yo the drive uo windows. This is dangerous with only one exit/entrance. Horns blowing and cars backed uo. This is dangerous as nd possibly illegal should there be a emergency.
Staff messed up order, the staff was very rude, burnt part of it, messed up and charged me for drinks I didnt order and refused to give it back because I took.the drinks. I mean the whole food experience was bad. I drove past several McDonalds to go to that one because of the play place, without the play place I would starve before I ate there again. There must be deaf people working here who dont know how to read. They literally got everything on my order wrong, after the cashier read it back to me.
The childrens play area needs to be cleaned more often, trash was everywhere, all the tables were covered with food and spills.

The play room was over 85 degrees and no air and it was like an oven and bathroom 🚻 was dirty!
Some of the cashiers always gives an attitude to the customers, plus most of the time when I order from the drive T. they give me my order incomplete or wrong.
I made a quick stop and was not disappointed. They always do great!

2022-04-16Definitely needs to make changes on different cooks for night shift!. Ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and half of them were not cooked all the way. Also got burnt fries. I understand it’s McDonald’s and it’s late at night but come on how do you serve this 🤦♀️.

2018-08-13Good food. The place is just ok compared to like high end mcdonalds around. I do feel that they do need makeover to compete better. Only advantage they have is that they do have a play place which is the only reason why we go to this one. If they dont have it, this will never me my option. The staff is also just ok. Nothing special like you would feel like you are a valued customer. Needs improvement.

2017-05-16Soda machine on left side has been out for longer then a month. They have also stopped carrying Hi-C orange. So now my child is left with sweet tea, unsweet tea or soda to drink.Not a good idea, for traveling parents who dont want bubbly drinks in car.Our food was decent which is why the 3 star review.Ps our food is always decent and edible.

2018-11-11I really enjoy taking my daughter to this McDonalds. The staff is always so helpful. They help with taking your order and they give you a number and bring your food out to you.
