Got our order all wrong, both sandwiches but they charged us for things we didnt get 🥺. Last chance to get it right! My money spends elsewhere.

Terrible location, it has gone done in quality over time. Its obvious the employees dont care and need to be evaluated. The photo is a nice example of what you can expect for the night crew at least. The photo is of what is supposed to be a Big Mac.
I love McDonalds but this was the worst experience ever! First of all we were waiting 10 minutes to order at the drive thru only to tell us that they accept only cash! No problem! we left the line, we ordered and paid through the app and we came back for the pick up! we pull up to the window and they tell us they do not have sundae but they charged us for that and they asked us to pay….. although we paid already through the app! Anyway! we were tired and hungry! we picked up our food and we were ready to eat when we realized that the order was wrong!!!!!!!!! Please train your staff appropriately! If we come back another time (and this is a big if) we hope the service will be better
Staff needs re training on cutomer service. This place always seem to only accept cash for some reason.. wait time definitely excessive for the drive thru. And on top of that food was cold like come on, ithougjt i was waiting for fresh food...
It is what it is. Had the craving one night, within walking distance from home. Not cheap anymore. Didnt use app; 6 reg cheeseburgers and a large fry 17.00
In my area, I have two McDonalds I go to regularly. Ive made it a rule that I dont order food at this location. Time has shown, consistently, that my orders come back with error or incredibly sloppy.NOW: I find I cant even go here anymore for my 1-dollar diet sodas because they come back regular...(I dont go in to complain-- in fear of appearing crazy or seeming ridiculous for the diet/regular soda argument 😂)But I wish you guys all the luck in getting your team together. And its my hopes I can come back soon --even possibly with a food order.
Wasnt busy manger that took my order was very fast and new exactly what to do.
I have to edit my review they been getting better and better, they even make me a steak bagel and was already 11:10am. They been friendly and im a happy customer again. Thanks for care about your customers. :)
So i ordered the new strawberry watermelon drink, but they ended up not having it available even after i paid for it. they asked if i was willing to wait 5-10 minutes (which was nice of them already) and i said sure, since it’s late & im not doing anything + i paid for the $2 drink already. After waiting in the front, they gave me a complimentary apple pie for waiting! To me, that was really sweet and awesome of them. 11/10 to the employees, the management, etc. Thanks so much & both the apple pie and drink was delicious~ cheers!
The service is really bad and they didn’t give me what I ordered. Also they harassed me and they are very racist. For example, they gave me 7 chicken nuggets instead of 10.

After orderig through the drive-thru we were told to drive around to the front and wait. When the food runner came out he had no idea which order he was carrying or which car it was suppose to be handed to as he asked us to repeat the order. Subsequently a second food runner came out repeated our order to us to confirm it was our order and handed the order over to us. Upon arriving home we found our order missing a sandwich and the bag included sandwiches we did not order. Tags on the bags were correct but the food bags were incorrectly filled.Disappointing...
One star is too many here. Just do yourself a favor and drive another few minutes to another location. And if you must stop here check your order before leaving. Like really open the sandwiches youre getting, you may find out that they forgot to put the patty in or all youre getting is one sandwich instead of two because now they sell them by the bread slice. That happened to us yesterday, we stopped for two quick mcgriddles just to find out that by asking for two mcgriddles you get one because they call it two bread 😂😂. On top of that no sausage patty (which we discovered later when we opened the darn thing🤦♀️). When we pointed out that we were missing a sandwich they pointed out that all we get is that one sandwich (with two bread) because thats what they charged for. I pointed out that I asked for two mcgriddles (meaning two sandwiches).. any way as you can see on the rest of the reviews their favorite phrase is go park on the front and come back to get your order so they can keep taking peoples moneys and screwing up their orders.
Fries warm at best, certainly not fresh from the fryer. We were asked to drive around to the door to pick up food and I asked the young man to PLEASE give me 4 packets of ketchup. 5 mins later I got my Fast food with NO KETCHUP! We drove back to the window and I told him that he forgot my ketchup...no apology or care in the world. Go to the Park Ridge location...they are better managed.
Probably one of the better staffed McDonalds, not saying much tho.

Found plastic inside my quarter pounder, and also when I tried to call and ask for a manager they hung up first time the second time they left the phone on for 30 seconds and then hung up. Awful place wont be eating there again.
I dont understand why they call it drive-thru regardless of what you order they always make you go to the front door to wait for your order. If thats the case I might as well go inside and order, also 97% of the time my order is always missing something. I go back inside to tell them my order is wrong and they get upset at me because I guess that was my fault they got their order wrong/missing items!

My husband went through the drive thru and ordered two Quarter Pounders with cheese but w/o onions. We got the order home and the special order has ADD MAYONNAISE. Definitely didnt want that on it. Should be pretty simple, but once again screwed up.

We go only to McDonalds as a special treat and my daughter was really excited to get the Pokemon happy meal. We got the bright yellow Pikachu box and she was so happy... Until we got home and the toy inside was for 3 and under, definitely NOT pokemon either. If they would have said something, if they were out, I would have understood but nothing was said at all. Normally wouldnt even post about this but this has been a really tough year for her and all I wanted to do was give the kid a special treat. Now Im the bad guy for promising and not delivering. I tried to call, nobody picks up and their voicemail is full.
Youd be better off going to Rosemont or Des Plaines. The two locations along Higgins Rd. They both hold a higher standard of quality, or have better management, or have better workers..You pick.This place lets me down exponentially more often than these other 2 locations.Food is often overcooked, or sometimes the furthest away idea from freshly made food.I know, its fast food, so there are expectations within that kind of business, but..I can say, without a doubt, that I have gotten fresher and better food from other McDonalds locations, around the Chicagoland area, whether time frame is a factor or not.
The person- Carlos.(at least he gave us the name), who just ( 03/28/21 at 3:55pm) took our order was very impolite. First he screamed to us what drink we want, then cut our ordering and screamed again to move to the window even when we did not complete the order. I think thats very bad for the MC Donald that hires people who do not have patience and are angry to the customers. I am not recommending that location.
Although its been forever since I got fast-food I went in and ordered filet-o-fish and ate 2 they were soooooo yummy. Kudos

Just went to this mcdonalds with my friends and they charged my friends card twice for her food and kept saying it was declining but when we showed her the bank statements she called her manager over and the manager was yelling and cursing at us as soon as she came to talk to us, telling us that’s our problem and to handle it with the bank and still wouldn’t give us the food.
The most friendly, clean, modern, and efficient McDonalds I have ever visited! Although it was probably near time for lunch, the guy at the counter was able and willing to accommodate my breakfast order (with a smile) and suggested a way for me to order so mine would be less expensive for me. I dined-in (which I dont usually do) and observed that each customer received the same 5-star service...even the lady who came in and had 6 different orders. The food was the usual McDonalds fare, nothing great, but the customer service was what was stand-out for me.

Quick service, food as ordered. A great place to bring kids as they habe a playplace.
Slow service. Waited over 10 minutes for food to be ready after ordering. Nothing complicated, hamburger happy meal and quarter pounder meal. It was 1:30, so lunch rush was done and not too many people in the store.
HORRIBLE. 2 merging drive-thru lanes. Order wasnt repeated back & there wasnt a screen even confirming the order or amount. It was a mystery til I pulled up to the pay window, which took almost 20 minutes at 12:30p. No apologies offered. Its lunch time! Get your act together! Fast food is NOT a new concept people! 😝

Service was a bit slow & there werent many people there. I had gotten coffee & when our food was brought out, I tried to get her attention & was totally ignored. Our order was correct besides no sugar or creamer.

I ask for fresh salted French fries and I got stale cold fries. I left and came back around for another order. I specified again that I wanted fresh salted french fries and again I got stale unsalted fries. I did the serveys on the receipts and requested a team member contact me about my issue but no one jas called. I do not recommend this McDonalds
Aaron provided exceptional customer service. I’m glad that this McDonald’s hired such a good and enthusiastic employee. I will definitely visit this McDonalds again because of Aaron’s service. Aaron definitely deserves recognition for being such a great employee.

Cant get an order right, cant speak English,and the manager Theresa yells at customers who want to get the food they ordered. Updated review! Went back again because I was in a hurry, if anything they have gotten worse. Not only can they not get an order right idiots now screw up a sausage biscuit with egg. Cheese is only a special request on that sandwich, reach into my bag and pull out a sandwich covered in the florescent yellow mold. How do you screw up a sausage egg biscuit. With the plethora of McDonalds on the area this one should be avoided unless being brought there by a masked man with a gun.8/31/18. In my never ending quest for a sausage and egg biscuit this week I decided to come here at 4 am because the mcds by my work is under construction. No line. Good. Prompt answer at the drive through. Getting better. Cash only. Who carries cash these days...who cant take a card these days...even your local smack dealer has a card reader on his smart phone these days. Still no biscuits another day of disappointing gas station hot dogs for me.

They mess up your order.. make you take time out of your day to drive back and try and get whats missing and then argue with you about it. Absolutely ruined my already rough day. Not going back here.

This place has gone down hill quick the past 6 months in my opinion. Constantly going through 2 times to get the rest of my order. Food is also much sloppier than before. Not sure if there was a change in management but somethings changed and not for the better.

December 2017: Ordered a coke with my order with easy ice. Got a Dr Pepper. We always order to go for ease of taking left overs with us and stayed in play place. (We come here for my son). Got to playplace realized I received a Dr Pepper with lots of ice. Went back to counter to correct the issue. 3 people were at counter and didnt acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. They even stood at the computer order button thing that hangs from ceiling literally right in front of me and I said excuse me a handful of times and not like no one could hear me. Ignored! I even had cap off my cup so they didnt think I was just waiting for rest of my order. The one lady completely ignored me pretending to not even see me standing there for the last 5 minutes. She sipped on her drink and hid around the corner in back of the front area. Finally, the guy I’m working who seemed to be running around getting stuff ready for Drive thru assisted me. Even the last few times Ive been here the staff seems unhappy and cranky all the time. Never a smile and even seemed confused half the time. Also, why does this location charge $0.55 for refills. I asked when that changed and they said its been like that. Considering I only just started coming here I asked if it was just this location. The manager on duty unapologetically explained that he just didnt know. Not happy with this location and will be lookin for another nearby playplace in the area in hopes for a better dine in experience.

First trouble was, the entrance and exit into the parking lot, shares the same narrow drive.I directly went to the drive thru, (employee hates his job) I ordered Double Cheeseburger with only onion $2.79. Medium Fry $2.89. STOP WAIT!! Med fry $2.89 ? Hey, that was more than the burger. CANCEL the fry... Then to leave the lot, you can only make a right turn to exit. (rush hour at an intersection). So I decide to eat in the small lot. I had my own water. My decision to post a negative review, the burger wasn’t even hot.Now I know why Mac is never my destination place.Only when in a pinch and while traveling on a highway. Not all MacD prices are the same. Lesson learned.
McDonalds has revamped their menu removing a lot of items including cheeseburgers from the dollar menu. They also raised the cost of fries to nearly $5 for the large fry. Its a shame that people with kids or in our case grandkids cant afford to continue to frequent this business because they overpriced themselves out of clientele.
This place doesnt even deserve one star. Then again what can you expect from a McDonalds, yet they want a $15 minimum paying wage. It is sad that they cant even follow through with a simple order, when they have everything laid out for them. I still cant understand how hard it is to simply listen and get it right. We ordered for 3 kids and 2 adults. The 3 meals for the kids were wrong and the young man who was taking the order had a friend standing with him so he was not paying any attention to what was being ordered. When we complained he had a smart mouth.
It is usually ok, exceptionally in the drive through but today they messed up my order when i walked in but i really had to go to a meeting. I came back later and they did the same mistake, but it was probably a new girl because theyre usually amazing!
They Playland was great for the grandkids in a real hot day like today. They had a blast. Although the service was not great. I dont know if ppl were missing and called off or what. Also with the Happy meals, no sauce, no apples I had to go back, big drag really
The drive through operators need to show more patience than they did to us. We werent born in McD to know its menu by heart as you would know your countrys anthem.

Rudest McDonalds ever. They wont give you more than two napkins when you ask for extra napkins. Cant believe how incredibly rude the entire staff was when I asked for more than the two extra ones. They deserve to be fired.
I gave a 5 because the restroom was so clean and well stocked. When I drove up they were cleaning the childrens area. All I ordered was a sweet tea.

I usually go to the McDonalds location closer to my house at Howard and Asbury in Evanston, but stopped at this location today because it was on the way to my next errand. I would definitely suggest anybody who wants to stop for food at Mcdonalds not go to this location. I know prices vary among the different locations, but this one is absolutely insane. Are usually paid $4.23 for a sausage McGriddle with cheese sandwich and one hash brown but this location caused about $6.50 so over 50% increase in price. Also the sandwich was at least 20% smaller then the regular size sandwich. And I eat it often enough to know that its noticeably smaller than other locations.
This place used to be great with service and now it takes forever. They have people lined up at the other side of the building waiting for food all the time

When I asked manager for her name so I could report her for the way she acted towards me, she than started to yell at me to get out and that I couldnt come back. She then started cursing for no reason. I wish she could be fired for the way she acted. Never will go again and I hope people avoid this place as well.

Its really nice and clean inside. Just make sure the cashier repeats the order to you. They forgot to order my extra hashbrown AND gave my husband ham on his sandwich instead of sausage...
My husband & I go there every morning for breakfast they have a kiosk that you can place your own order and pay take a number they are the fastest of all McDonalds I have ever been too I am gonna give them five stars rare for any Micky Ds these people know what they are doing/ Peace

You gave me a free milkshake after your McFlurry machine was broken, and even though I couldnt stomach it without two cups of water I was struck by your depressed countenance. The lady messed up my order and when I went to tell her she just said oh and didnt know how to respond. She then just walked away. Thankfully I did get my food and it was pretty good

Never have I ever experienced rude managers like Dolores and Lupe. When asked for the owners number, they told us they couldnt give that info. When pressed that the number is on the window, they finally gave it to me. They also told my wife, in store, that she had to google the number. Really? This is the kind of garbage you have running your store?

This is a nice and clean place, with a full dining room, but the counter staff are extremely loud. Lots of yelling back and forth. Ther has to be a better way to communicate.
This is a first time that I entered a McDonald that you had to pay to refill a soda, otherwise the food was ok,and the customer service was excellent was good.

Crowded long line for the drive through and no where to park to go in to order. After the line to order had to get in another line to wait for the food.
Very clean facilities and accommodating staff. The Playplace was a little too tough for my almost 3-year-old to play on, but he managed.
One of the best things about this location is the lady that cleans constantly. She’s always cleaning the playplace and does a great job!

Its McDonalds. You know what you are getting. This location was recently remodeled and is very clean inside.
I am watching some plumbers rodding out the ladies toliet at 1:30 pm in the afternoon right now with a bunch of families in the play area and it smells so bad in this area eww

For two years after Dayley screwed us with to go tax at restaurants they charged everyone this tax!!!! Just one problem, theyre in hardwood heights. Owner is a crook.
Soda machine is inside, I guess no refills. No napkin dispenser, ketchup packets are by the counter.

2022-04-16Specifically asked for fresh biscuits for my sausage biscuits and that I would wait. They gave me over cooked or reheated biscuits and insisted they were fresh. Instead of filling the order as requested they stood their ground and told me that hard/Chewy edges are how biscuits are supposed to be… I just drove off…What happened to customer service… sheesh

2022-07-17Presenting my son’s first blizzard……paid for a cup of vanilla ice cream with Oreos on top :/ I guess I kinda get it, the drive through was busy, it was 2 in the morning but try and take some pride in what you are sending out to families traveling through.

2022-03-15Shamrock shake nothing like used to be. Darker green and different taste. Bitter. Whipped cream on top. I dont remember whipped cream. My 2 friends didnt like it either.We always loved them before.

2022-07-06A couple of days ago i went to this location. It has been the best one so far. Especially when i when to the drive thru and saw a very nice young tall blond boy. I think his name was nick and he was very nice he should definitely get a raise or some kind of bonus because he was just so nice and smiled the whole time.

2022-06-12I’ve had to wait for my order for over 20 minutes MULTIPLE TIMES (drive thru and mobile order). On one occasion I kindly mentioned I’d been waiting for over 20 min, the employee shrugged and said, “oh well” and walked away. Another time my husband mentioned he’d been waiting over 15 minutes and the employee said no, it’s only been six….So my husband showed them the time stamp on the receipt. The employee said, “oh.”I’m honestly not sure why I keep coming back to this location as we have to wait a long time for our drive thru orders. Zero stars, mostly bc of the rude employees.

2022-04-21Problem with the order every time!!! I visit that McDonald every Morning for the last seven days and my order was very simple “coffee 4 apple pie” first of all it takes forever to get any response by the speaker, Second they never had an order right, it’s a freaking fast food not a restaurant what can go wrong??? And the last thing why they always telling me it’s not their fault!!!so who’s fault it is mine???

2021-04-06Ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal this evening for $9.39, had to pull around because they were making the order fresh. Received order, opened when got home to find a greasy quarter pounder with cheese. Bacon was far from crispy, bit into burger to find raw meat. Called and manager said he was sorry would give free sandwich on next visit. This isnt the 1st time this has occurred at this restaurant with a quarter pounder sandwich. So frustrating.

2022-02-14I ask for well done fries and more than half come out soggy. Please listen to the customer when they ask for something that is way overpriced to begin with. The fries downgraded so much.

2022-06-03This location has bad service we waited 25 minutes for the food and then they never brought it to the table and what ever happen we bring the food to you 25 good minutes didn’t know that the employee left it on the front cashier the food was cold 👎
