Honestly do u think this is acceptable like i ordered a L not a L w a few ounces missing. And i ordered the breakfast burritos n got the ones w steak. This always happens to me. And then a worker directed me to the machines like no take my order. She didnt wanna take it, so disrespectful

This is getting old , drive thru customers check your orders All the time even if it holds up the line... You have no clue how many time Ive gotten home and I’m missing a sandwich , or the order is complete wrong... But today I had enough... the location on Harlem and Belmont I’ve never had a issue with my drive thru orders , guess I’ll have to start taking a longer drive just to make sure I get the order I ordered and paid for.

I did a mobile order and went in to pick up my order and it was gone. Showed my receipt and basically told me to reorder and pay again.

I observed a construction crew at this McDonalds. At approximately 5:15 a.m., a woman jogged past with her dog. I believe it was a Border Collie. One of the men exclaimed, Whoa, perfect ten! I soon realized he was referring to the woman, not the beautiful Collie. I asked around and apparently this scale only goes to ten. So she had achieved the top score.
I ordered 5 lattes - 4 were fine but one was only milk. I didnt notice until I got home. I also had to wait over 10 minutes curbside for my orders
Line was busy but still received my order quick and correct.This McDonalds is a lot better and faster then some of the others I been too.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich (4B) Dried out patty, too much sour tasting sauce with blackened buns is what I received in my drive thru order. Spicy sauce was sloppily poured on so much so that sauce was on everything they put inside bag including napkins. It was hard to choke down. I ate a couple bites then tossed the rest out.
I mean its McDonalds, not a 5 star restaurant. Sauce was everywhere except for the sandwich which was kind of annoying but like I said its McDonalds.
If you are craving for mcflurry or just a regular sundae ice cream? Don’t put your gps on your car/phone on this location because you will not get any. You’re better off going to wendys or other joints that will actually provide ice cream.

My experience at this McDonalds is good. service is quick. I often spent time visiting with friends there; we sit for more than an hour chatting without being hurried out. Just need to be very carefully when entering, as the drive thru ordering traffic passes very close to entrance door, and Its difficult exiting parking lot due to street traffic...dreadful!

Normally a pretty decent place to visit during the day to pick up a quick bite, but here at this time at night you can find yourself sitting in the drive thru with no one paying attention as you attempt to pick up your mobile order and speaking to yourself at the speaker with no answer or sign of life throughout the open store. I can say if I find myself in this situation again I will most definitely boycott this McDonalds and any others under the same management.
The restaurant was busy at the time, but the service was still great. The employees were nice, my food arrived at a decent time, and the atmosphere was positive. Its definitely a nice spot to go too in between classes. Just dont make a habit of it!
Ordered online waited 45 min. once I arrived. Once I recieved my food I see it is the wrong order. Its happened a few times Ill let that be the last one.
If I could I will give this place a zero I went today to this McDonald’s since I was in my lunch break and they always give me my food wrong today I had to go back.Because I ordered 4 hash browns 2 cheese burgers plain,bacon cheese burger,large fries,1 large Dr Pepper and 2 small slushes and they faced everything but the bacon cheese burger I’m so disappointed never going back.
This is a 24hr. Drive thru Location. Lobby does close at 11pm till 6am. One of the cleanest McDonalds Ive ever been in. Easy in & out and easy to locate. If youre like me theres nothing better than HOT McDonalds fries 🍟. This location definitely comes through and will make them extra salty for ya....
They have us a slushy in a broken plastic cup at the drive through window. It leaked everywhere. When we returned that had to discuss this back and forth yelling accross the store. We just wanted a replacement. Then we asked for napkins to clean up the mess in the car. They gave us 2 napkins. We then spoke to the manager - she listened to us and then was silent paused for about 1 minute and said sorry. Thats it. No wonder the employees were so bad. Top down problematic and unprofessional management.
I went there on a cold day in the afternoon to buy breakfast and the butter and syrup I asked for was cold. Nothing worse than getting your pancakes hot with cold butter and syrup! They said they couldnt do anything about it. Then to add insult to injury, I got my coffee without the sugar I told them to put in it. This McDonalds is new, but sometimes its not even busy in there and the tables are all dirty. Very poor customer service!
Really fresh food and fast service. I will definitely be going back again. Convenient location, right on the corner of Harlem and Grand. Been here plenty of times and the food is always consistent. The inside is newly remodeled, so stop by sometime and dine in, your gonna have a great experience, Im sure of it.
Every time I am here. If it is take out please check your order. There always seems to be something missing or wrong. I came back to this place at least 6 times. Unfortunately today not going back. The cheeseburger that I order, was so hard. Not to mention the soda was flat.
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. Screen said just sausage, so I asked again for the egg and cheese. Got to the first window and, not feeling very confident, asked again to be sure that we were getting the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and not just sausage. They said thats the way theyre made. At the pickup window, as they handed me the bag, I asked a third time to be sure we were getting what we ordered and was told yes. Guess what...As we pulled away and took the sandwich out of the bag, I had my concerns validated; damn sandwich only had sausage. And, to add insult to injury, when we turned around and went inside to get it corrected, they had the audacity to try to charge more for the egg and cheese! Someone behind us spoke up before I could! When we finally got the correct sandwich, the cheese was cold! What a fiasco.

This is the USAs worst McDonalds -they recook old fries, when you order a value meal, even though all soft drinks are a dollar they wont give you a large drink (no other McDonalds I have visited in the USA that has the ask drinks are a dollar have ever not given a large cup when requested) and there are no refill on drinks here. And to add insult to injury today, the bum on the Filet O Fish was hard and stale. How does this even happen when you are charging 7.54 before tax for a simple meal like this that is your speciality?
This spot is my favored. I visit many restaurants but here I go the most. The stuff is very helpful and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a pretty standard McDonalds, annoying that they don’t have the soda machine out for you to refill the drinks yourself. Bathrooms are normally very clean. Staff is nice enough.
There is no care in anything they do, sandwiches are always poorly put together and falling apart, fries are always cold.

Every single time I go to this restaurant I order BBQ Sauce with anything I order and the employees failed EVERY SINGLE TIME to bring it. Really hope they never get anywhere close to getting paid $15 thatd be ridiculous for a company who hires employees who can neither follow directions or read an order.
They need to seriously get more friendlier staff and not hire people with bad attitudes especially the night crew, on top of the fact that they are all high on marijuana they smell like it and their eyes are bloodshot red so theyre not even being discreet about it, is what bothers me. Theres this chubby girl that works there, that wants to be all snotty and have a disgusting attitude but cant speak for the fact that she works where she works. Wow you guys. I’m so happy we have this option to share, because I’m pretty sure I just had the freshest warmest made with love and care cheeseburgers from McDonalds. I mean the bun bottom was crusty a little, it was great. I don’t know what I did to deserve such love but I’m saving this McDonalds in my favorites. As a Lyft and Uber driver, you gotta know where quality is counted for over quantity in this business, and this location just won me over everyone else that’s for sure. Delicious. I applaud the team that works here at night. Wow.
Petty business practices. Spending $35 on a meal for friends, was denied a free refill and charged multiple times for sauces... The employees are great, the franchise owners need a refresher in logic.Know your customer.

Dear McDonald’s,I have a bone to pick with you!It was only open 23 hours! What were they trying to pull? My fries were ice cold after I left them out for 20 minutes. Absolutely disgraceful. This McDs is open 24hrs, so its nice to have it close to where I live. The burgers here are what you would expect from McDonalds. I prefer to get a plain sunday with fries, but in a pinch a McDouble and McChicken save the day.
The food was great. The problem was with the service. Two employees began to fight and yell curse words at each other. Honestly wanted to leave but I wanted my McNuggets.
Went here this morning and cashier didnt want to take my order because Im black! She took the lady in front of me order. Points to kiosk and told me to place order there. I said I dont know how to use that and I was pressed for time because I was working. The customerThat was in front of me said you can place your order at register . then she asked the cashier in Spanish if I could place order at register cashier said no and pointed to kiosk She did not take my order i walked out of line To ask manager if I could place order at register and she took the people behind me order with no problem. Manager said yes what happened I told her and she look at me with frustration and asked to take my order very nasty.Called corporate while i was there....Corp asked for the managers name,i asked the manager for her name she said for what. I told her because corps asking for it she said no i offered to take your order. Upon leaving out she said LEAVE ALREADY!
Fries and nuggets were old, they were barely warm. Service is almost always really slow. For 20pc nuggets they only give 2 sauces. No softdrink fountain accessible. Hold your hunger a bit longer and find another McDo.

I arrived and waited about 10 min for someone to help. They all would just look at me while they did nothing.They had an attitude. This happened 4 times out of everytime i have came here. It is literally empty right now, so there was no reason to drag.

So I go to Wright College and its literally just across the street so I go to this McDonalds all the time and never had a problem but today I go in and went straight to the bathroom come out order my food and while Im waiting the manager tells me shes gonna call the police because she saw me writing on the wall. I told her the truth, Im 30 years old and I dont have time to be writing on no walls and dont like being accused of something I didnt do. She tells me that since I took long in there she knows that it was me and plus she has me on camera doing it. Then the most disturbing thought hit me, why in the hell are there cameras in the bathroom stalls??? I maintained my innocence because I didnt do it. I was so blew that I threw my food in the trash and demanded she call the police because aint supposed to be cameras in the bathroom. Her response was, get out of here. So what then because Im a bald headed Latin male Im the one to blame for the graffiti on the wall and again why are there cameras in the bathroom stall at the McDonalds on Narragansett and Montrose?? It was around 7pm and I want my money back.

Overall its your average McDonalds. Only thing they should improve is the customer service. The lady who rung us up had an attitude as if we were bothering her.
They never fail to miss up to three or four things in your order, your food is not always fresh. I dont recommend this McDonalds unless your starving for anything.
When my order was not accurate manager Freddy fixed it promptly and offered discount on the next visit. Place is busy but kept fairly clean and well managed.

Something wrong whit the wifi.. I try to used to find something on best buy and the website said my connection wasnt private ... then I try to open apple store website and happen the same.. I told the manager about this problem.. she said that she cant do anything about it ...then I suggested her call at&t and let them know what happen and she said like sorry I cant do anything ... for me is the first time it happens to me ... its nice remodeled restaurant but without wifi and without the soda machine outside (you have to pay for refill ) gets boring and expensive macdonals ... personally I dont come back there ...Totally disappointed 🤔

Two of us had a very low quality coffee.
Service was poor and management had little control over staff. Not sure if this is site specific, but we came in for a diet coke. It was 3/4 filled which isnt that big of deal but they dont give free refills. Hard to complain about that but the service is why I made this review.

2022-03-21As other reviews have stated, they need to have a more friendly attitude in the drive thru intercom when taking orders. The person this evening sounded like she didnt want to be there. On the upside, she did take my order accurately. However, the food preparers did NOT fill the order accurately, so I didnt have my burger.

EVERYDAY!!! this is the 3rd day and they say the same thing and the same person that is taking orders everyday sounds very lazy thats why its empty at 4 am there because they avoid orders!!!! Alot of cars behind me always leave too for the same reason I think.

2022-02-23The bun for the fish sandwich was stale and hard half of the fries were old, the big mac was decent but there was a chunk of burnt meat stuck to side of bun. overall it was bad... this particular location is slightly worse than the others in the area with no quality control enforcement. still mcdonalds, but a lesser version

2022-04-21Staff was really friendly. That being said, it took a long time to get our food. I think the order ahead of us was crazy large or something.

2021-11-09Theyre efficient - but have to work on the friendly end. The first drive through window is always as friendly as anyone can be who is taking one customers order while ringing up another. The pickup window is just always eager to hand off the order with no greeting no matter if they are or are not at a peak/ busy time.

2022-03-23I moped around with my McDs app on my Andriod- I except my technical limits, then I waited for 7 minutes as the staff kept that drive- thru moving & finally left disappointed.
