Worst McDonald restaurant, mostly every time that I order to take out they serve wrong orders. Usually missing something and couple times I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, please guys take seriously your job is really frustrating when I got home and have to return because you didnt right your job.
I ordered a bagel but it was sooooo dry cold and stale, yikes!!!! Nothing close to the Dunkin donuts bagel sandwich, but since it was my only chance to have breakfast I confess I eat it. Couple minutes after, it gave me stomach ache and felt bloated the whole day. Usually never have bad food in any McDonalds but this was my first time
Had to go back 3 times to get the order correct. After the 3rd time and when the rest of my food was cold I got these burgers. Full of white stuff in my patty. Employees forgot about me and I waited an overall 40 minutes for burgers with some kind of gross material on it. Employees act dumb when they make mistakes. I would like my money back. Calling someone in the morning.(I HAD TO REUPLOAD THE PHOTO THEY KEEP TRYING TO DELETE)
Decent food at good prices. Place is regularly busy. Going inside is usually kinda a jumbled mess. People blocking door inside waiting to order because the lines get backed up. Orders seem to take longer inside as well even using app. Restaurant could be cleaner. Esp near Soda machines.Drive thru is usually the way to go. Order ahead using McDonalds app.
It took server 4 times to get the order correct. I was very clear when I placed my order- filet of fish plain nothing on it. First time came with cheese- sent it back. Second time came with mayonnaise- sent it back. Third time- came with mayonnaise. Fourth time FINALLY plain. Then I spoke to manager and she just said oh plain means with cheese.. What?!?! Then what about the two times it came with mayonnaise. Definitely staff needs a vocabulary lesson to learn meaning of plain! Also fries were SUPER salty. The only thing correct was the diet coke.
The business was clean as a whistle. Ive been to McDonalds where I would be afraid to touch a door handle. And there was a miscommunication in the order my lady made and the staff had no problems getting the order correct and they even threw in an extra sandwich for the mix up. Who does that?
Why does the corporate office even allow this store to run? Its absolutely filthy and a real pock mark on the city. The food is never right and I mean never. I have ordered from this store 5 times in the 3 years I have lived in this city and it has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! My wife and I ordered two McChickens and the meat was absolutely hard as a rock, you could really tell they were undercooked and that some lazy incompetent person just threw some frozen solid patties in a fryer and pulled them out without checking if they were done. Alas I had planned ahead for this as I also ordered a McDouble with no pickle for fear of them messing up even a simple chicken sandwich, and after feeding the McChicken to the dogs I open my McDouble to find right there clear as day, not ONE not Two but THREE pickles on my burger and their were no onions. I hate this store, the fact that you guys can continue to run a store so poorly with employees who care so little about providing a quality product or service, and then do neither of those things but still manage to provide terrible customer service and poor attitudes is shameful. If McDonalds cared about anything more than money, they would NOT allow this store to represent their brand because they do a very poor job. 0 stars I would never recommend this chain.
Over 20 visits to this McDonalds and ever time they mess up. Today was the final straw. My boyfriend and I drive up to drive thru being pack because the person on drive doesnt know how to input things correctly. We had to say we wanted a big Mac meal with extra pickles and a medium vanilla latte 5 times. We then pull up to get our food. They didnt give me a straw. We had to knock on the window after 5 people walked pass and seen us waiting. We get home and I pull out my food. I didnt know that McDonalds fries could be super soggy. My big Mac was covered in Mac sauce to the point where the only thing you can taste. I will get them credit for having extra pickles.i dont know how a McDonalds can be so poorly manage.
I pull up to the drive through. Nobody else is there. I sit for a good 3 minutes with no word from anyone. Another car pulls up and is taken care of and then im finally taken care, but of course with an attitude. Im not big on complaining, but this was very bad customer service.
I came here with my family at 10:58 on a Saturday to get a happy meal with nuggets. I saw the breakfast menu and asked if I could get nuggets. The cashier said ahh..idk. Instead of him asking a manager that was his answer.. so I then asked. Can you ask a manager. The cashier walked over to the manager and asked the question and the manager said no, only breakfast and pointed at the screens above. At this point, I walked away to see on my phone what time they start serving lunch. Turns out, lunch is at 11. As I walked up to confront a manager about this lack of service, I see all the screens change to the lunch menu. I then asked can I order lunch now? they said yes. As if they couldnt take my order literally 2 minutes before 11. Talk about bad customer service. My gosh.. I get its McDonalds but WOW.
This place is a joke. Tried to get food last 3 nights after midnight as its one of the only places open. First 2 nights was told they were doing cash only. No explanation why but fine. Maybe their system was down or something. Went tonight and was told theyre only serving drinks. Clearly this is just a strategy theyre using to get people to leave cuz they dont wanna do anything. Hope management or something starts paying attention whats going on.
This particular location always gets my order right. I am usually ordering for at least four people and so many other McDonalds locations get our orders mixed up, just plain wrong, or forget to give us our drinks or even our chicken nuggets. Not so at this location. The accuracy is a reflection of the good training that must be happening. Keep it up!
They take expired coupons like the free Halloween coupons from last year as well as coupons that are for other McDonalds locations. I had a B1G1 coupon for coffee as well... their Carmel and Hazelnut lattes are incredibly good! Manager there is super laid back and super quick. Im mean who doesnt like Mickey Ds? Kudos to this location!
Hands down, THE worst McDonalds in the area.S L O W drive-thru, unprofessional and impolite staff, always some issue (were out of this, were cash only, were credit only, no shakes or ice cream, etc) They always close the dining room earlier than posted hours. Night time staff doesnt seem to know how to work the delivery app orders (theres always some issue).The owner and/or corporate NEED to secret shop the overnight crew at this location.
South Elgin McDonalds in Elgin Illinois . Outstanding ! these people are on top of their game. With the service that was provided to me today its evident that I mattered. Its nice to know that customers continue to matter to a business. thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to what you do. Thanks for making your customers count!
Absolutely disgusting. We ordered four quarter pounders, 2 of which has modifications to the condiments that were not followed whatsoever and the other 2 were completely RAW INSIDE!!!!! How can someone even allow them to be sent out while seeing that the burgers were not even cooked?!?!
I dont go to McDonalds often but some days we do a family quick snack/lunch/dinner. Seems like every time I visit this location, my order is just never correct. This time is just pretty much the last of it. My order was one Big Mac Bundle deal (comes with two Big Mac, two 10 pcs chicken nuggets w/sweet and sour sauce), two orders of the same happy meal (plain cheeseburger, fries w/apple slices and a marvel toy and apple juice box), and two large strawberry/banana smoothie. When I received my order, I got the big Mac bundle but didnt quite check if it was correct, the fries were old so we asked for fresh fries. They agreed and took our bags back but continued to give us our smoothies, juice boxes, and happy meal (which happy meal fries were fresh). When we finally got the bag back with fresh fries, one of the 10pcs nuggets were missing and we also got BBQ sauce along with the sweet and sour (at this point, the sauce was the least problem so we didnt bother). My husband had to go inside to get the order correctly. Coming home trying to enjoy hot food, the happy meal were missing the apple slices and the toys were some old minions. My husband drive out to have them fix the meals correctly and to get the toys we wants. Since my husband was still trying to come home fast so he can at least enjoy something hot (fries were definitely cold then). Then after eating, we came to realize that they only gave us one apple slices from the two orders we asked for. Overall, it will take about 4-5 tries to get one order done correctly. Never had a good experience, the employees dont even put a smile on either.
- WELL DONE- I ordered through the drive-thru and it was quite a big order so they told me to go to the 1st slot in the parking lot. After a few minutes they took my food to me and told me to check of everything was okay. They waited patiently until I counted everything on my bags and then left. 5/5 service.- Reccomend going here if you have recently experience a miscalculation in your food order

Why have sent UNCOOKED food on many occasions but we still decided to come back but this time they sent me an overflowing frozen drinking knowing it would spill and they had no remorse what so ever. They always say they don’t have ices and when we pick something else they always give the wrong size overall they don’t listen to costumers nor do they have our best experience in mind
Three times in a row this Mcdonalds has messed up my order. And all three times they were not busy in the slightest. I hadnt gone in a while and I thought Id give them another chance only to have my Double Cheeseburger missing an entire slice of cheese. The previous two messups involved lack of fries in a large and medium, cold food, and general lack of speed. And they gave my order to the person in front of me in the drive through, only to have it returned to them and then given to me. I do believe thats a hazard right now and when I drove back after thinking about it, I had to wait 10 minutes to recieve another Mcdouble and Medium Fry only for it to be cold and unseasoned.
McDonalds promotes pokemon cards in happy meal, but does not give the correct toy on them. Some of us have CHILDREN that WANT the SAME toy. It is not the first time I have problems with this McDonalds there is always something wrong going on. Around midnight employees are serving my food cold.
Service is horribly slow and mistakes are frequently made. Staff is rude and sometimes petty. But I blame management and administration, because all of this is most likely due to the staff being overworked and understaffed... I get it. The food, by the time we get it, is good, but always cold.
I ordered two large Diet Cokes and two apple pies I was told that there were no apple pies and I would have to wait 12 minutes. That was fine but then I get to the window and he gives me two medium Cokes and I tell him no large he says theyre the same price I said I want the plastic cup one then he handsome to us and I asked him they are diet he didnt answer me he walked away very bad service
Please, please someone just get my coffee order correct? I simply want a Large Hot Coffee w Sugar free Vanilla. Thats it. No cream, no sugar, not iced, not a small, or a medium with random stuff added to it that I didnt ask for! Additionally, the people that work there should be more respectful when a customer has to come back to have there simple coffee order corrected.
Bad service! Girl taking order put wrong purchases on screen. I repeatedly let her know. She continued to reply wrong order.When I got to the pay window I was told $10.++. I said it was to be $9.++. She appeared bewildered. I asked for 2 of the Halloween Treat Packs she said cash no Debit Card. She needed 2 dollar bills. I replied how acout a dollar and 4 quarters. Eek no sale. Went to pickup window I do believe 4 different staff tried to sort things out. They wanted to give me orginal order although I paid more for someone elses. I was so frustrated I drove off. When arriving home the child complained they received everything on their cheese burger when they wanted Ketchup only!
Ill be calling corporate. Wrong orders are a regular thing at this place. Several staff members, and atleast one manager are extremely unprofessional. When I ask to have my orders fixed Its nothing but attitude and I even had an employee come to the window once and say pandejo to my face. When I asked who that was the other employee just tried to stone wall me and hide the person and say he doesnt know who it was. Kinda ridiculous to have to put up with this much from a fast food joint. I literally work in service and its not that hard to treat customers with some basic respect and politely correct their orders when you mess up. You guys should really get your act together. Like I said Ill definitely be calling corporate.
Worst McDonalds ever! If its not their frappe machine broken/they forget to give you your complete order. This morning i waited in this insane line forever, only to find out theyre only acceptig cash. I mean lets be honest who carries cash now a days!! No signs anywhere to let consumers know theyre not accepting cards. It was very very annoying and upsetting to have to wait in line for like half an hour only to find out i can even buy because im card holder!! Not even an apology, no signs, nothing! I told the girl Id have to go get cash and by the time i came back and got in line for another half an hour..theyd probably be done serving breakfast. She said- i dont know....Worst, worst, worst customer service ever!! Management at this location need to get it together. It is NOT right to make people wait for such long time when you can post signs to save them from waiting!
I don’t like their service because they give me wrong food. I order hot and spicy mac chicken but they give me regular mac chicken and also they charge for two French fries but I only get one 🍟 I understand their work but still they have to be more careful when they are giving food or taking order
I have ordered from Uber Eats and through the drive thru. When it’s from Uber Eats, I have orders missing, I don’t get half of the stuff I ordered, or I get different items. If it’s through the drive through, I get missing items too. I’ve gotten back to complain yet they have the nastiest attitude as if it’s my fault for them being irresponsible.
I stopped coming here after my favorite employee was no longer there. Until my friends told me they saw her again, Manuela is by far my favorite employee there shes kind and always goes above and beyond with every customer. Her customer service is indeed one of the best I have ever seen! Shes just amazing her smile is also very welcoming and no Im not a creep she wears a name tag! The food is good quality as well I mean not always perfect but its fast food its understandable that here and there they might slip on something we all make mistakes.
I think this place brings the neighborhood up. I know some of the higher functioning special needs kids from School District U-46 work here as well. I think its great theyre willing to take the chance to employ them. Too often they are forgotten about and they are left dependent on others. This McDonalds helps with that.
Thie.place is a JOKE....putting it mildly! Its 10/28/2020 @ 10:15pm.... Mind you drive-thru services are 24hrs, the girl asks how can she help us and when my daughter made her request....she responds by saying We close in 20 minutes, so I asked what does that mean? Are you still servicing customers? This broad Rudely says umm were closing 😳 But as soon as we drove next door to the Mexican restaurant....they were taking orders for at least 5 cars!!!! Just plain disrespectfulThey will NEVER re-gain my patronage to this McDonalds on Summit and Dundee Ave. 🤬🤬🤬🤬.
This is one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. They are terrible at getting your order correct. 75% of the time my order is wrong. I had to stop going there because of this issue. The worst is when you have to wait real long time, for whatever reason, but then when you get home your order is wrong. Im done with this location. There are issues too many times for me to keep going there. Good luck...
The food is consistent with any other McDonald’s. But several times when going through the drive through late at night they’re very slow. I once went for an Uber eats pickup which was ordered before 3am cutoff for chicken nuggets, but by the time I made it through the drive through line to get to the speaker they were telling me it’s too late for chicken nuggets. Not the customer fault that they’re so slow at completion of orders at this time. I had to argue with them that they needed to make their order. What’s the big deal? Fryers are still on as they’re cooking fries and hash browns at that time. I had to wait over 15 minutes after I insisted they cook my customers food. So over 30 minutes in a drive through to make $5 for a delivery did not make me a happy customer!
Even though my order was wrong I’m giving them 5 stars because a woman named Ariel and another named Mandy Helped me and made us feel like They would do anything to fix the problem. They offered us extra food and jumped us up in the line. They gave my son a toy which was clutch. I was mad when I came in and wasn’t when I left. Not just any employee can do that. And for what they make, dealing with the general public, and the hours they work. Please. Those are some employees that are hard to find.

I hope headquarters or the owners read reviews! The manager on duty now 10/29/19 approx 12am cst Marie is awfully rude!! I seen her attitude body language with the customer in front of me while in the drive thru. To my surprised she was rude to me. Gave me incorrect food on a uber eats order and never said an apology or any word for that matter. I will be reporting her to corporate.
Who doesnt love McDonalds.Its bothersome when pictures of unpleasant critters behind some machines have been posted on FB viral and people eat here. I never had a problem with my order at anytime. They make my order fresh when asked (with no problem) and it comes out as asked.
Went there last night around 945 ordered through the drive thru. Pulled up handed me my food, Good thing I looked because my nuggets werent there. So they told me to pull up to the 2nd window I waited almost ten minutes and my kids a cranky because they are hungry. Took the bag only to find out when I got home it was cookies they gave me posted of my 20 piece nuggets. Will never go there again. My kids were so hungry. Ridiculous.
Ive given this location multiple chances to provide even average service but they continue to fail. Ive order from the kiosk because they have nobody at the register multiple times, Id rather go to the register since I get no discount or get paid for doing the cashiers job just another corporation trying to make an extra buck while taking a humans job away. Ive been there while they called the police on an employee for waiting in the restaurant for the manager to come in. What I over heard was she was banned from the restaurant because she was fired for not coming in for multiple shifts. She said she just got out of the hospital and still had a hospital wristband on. Theyve gotten my order wrong 3 times, when I go through the drive thru they forget to give me napkins.
I was their earlier with my family for a quick lunch and the lady that helped us out was having trouble with our order and she asked the lady adriana for help with voiding stuff im not sure if shes asistant manager but she kept ignoring her alot of times. If your not willing to help out other people then i dont know why she s their with a face like she doesnt want to help anybody or be their is not the customer fault that she is not having a good day. HORRIBLE experience in the drive-thru. No other cars at the menu boards, so ordering was fine. Paid for food and pulled to the 2nd window. Was handed my drink and was told my food would just be a couple minutes and to pull forward. 15 MINUTES later, someone came out to ask what my order was. Are you kidding? They obviously forgot my order! Have had more bad experiences at this location than good ones, so Ill drive a little further to go to a different McDonalds from now on - lesson learned!
If I could give a negative review I would... very disappointed with this run McDonalds. Very poor service, been to the drive through a few times. Each time order was wrong, and tonight I was not being served. 3 other cars on the 1 drive through went before me as I was calling for help or service... poorly trained staff, which is a direct reflection of the mangers and owners.... Went in.asked for simple 10pc chicken nuggets.(barbecue sauce) fries.Regular coke. And frappe. however Didn’t get any barbecue sauce. 👎🏼 No napkins. And they gave me a DIET coke (which is gross). And workers seem distracted switching around your order.not the first time.
I ordered 2 egg and cheese biskets 1 hash brown and 1 large columbian coffee black I ended up with 5 sandwiches no hash brown and had to wait for coffee to brew they were out this happens alot at this store they dont pay attention to customer and work too fast the end result is poor service and wrong orders
They could be a little bit more polite and get your food right I dont know how many times I came to the drive-thru and my food was wrong when I got it home I see it is if you dont like where youre working and find somewhere else to work not trying to be mean at all just saying
My wife did a mobile order and I had the code with me and everything. They couldnt find the order even though I confirmed the address and told them the code multiple times. Then when they brought the manager to speak with me she basically called me a liar and said I needed the phone with me.
(DRIVE THRU ORDER) I ordered 2 sausage burritos and 2 hash browns. The price seemed to be to much, so I asked for them to say-back the order... no one answered at the mic after I waited. I pulled around to the first window, and got the same price. They took my card while I asked to hear my order again, I got no response. I figured the price changed... but when I finally got my food after almost 10 minutes at the second window, the kid said 3 sausage McChickens... I corrected him and said that it was supposed to be 2 sausage burritos and 2 hash browns... he responded oh thats what I ment proceded to hand me the same bag and I drove off thinking he was correct after reading me something else... NOPE! I got a ham breakfast sandwich and a chicken nugget... not even close to what I ordered or what I was originally told by the kid at the window. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!
My order is always correct everytime I come here, but the staff is ALWAYS wierd, for example, I was using the new order screen one day, I asked someone if they had the 2 for $5 still, he said yes, because I ordered the Big Mac & 10pc McNuggets, but he told me it was only the Big Mac, not the nuggets, I was like Im not stupid, I know the nuggets are part of the 2 for $5. I ended up just ordering a McChicken that day.Also, there is a guy who cleans the Dining area all the time im here, when im ordering on the new screens, he asks me if im okay, i reply that im okay. But the way he behaves is like he has been doing drugs, or acts HIGH. It just irritates me.Last but not least, theres this female manager also almost everytime im here that just gives me this look of her face like she just doesnt want me to be coming here (Unwelcoming), Im like to myself, is she okay with me, like what have I done with or to you? One night I came, I ordered Two McChicken with no mayo, and they where made with mayo, I obviously came up to the counter, she came up to me and I told her that I wanted no mayo, the only thing she said was ALRIGHT. No apologies or anything else.Other than my three reasons everything else was okay. I just wish you can think on either re-training or laying some staff off, and get new staff in.
Been trying to get an ultrasound done for a month after rescheduling 3 times after one excuse and another. Until they finally tell us at the last appointment they cancelled that they cannot take our insurance anymore and to go somewhere else to get it done. And my wife and I dont knew how far along the baby is with their tests. Theyve told us 6 weeks, 8, weeks, or possibly 12.
Fries are usually cold. Would be a miracle if food was hot and freshly prepared. Staff is ghetto and laughed when I asked for fresh fries. I try to avoid Bear Family McDonalds because they are notoriously bad locations. The problem is they have a monopoly on all the locations in general area from Elgin to Hoffman Estates to Streamwood etc. I Would have to drive way out of my way to avoid them if I have a taste for McDonalds.Ran out of Mac Jr. during peak of promotion. Signs advertising as available. Got one at another location in the area. Fail.
Ok service. First of all, Why is it that oatmeal is not prepared with the dry fruit and apples anymore? We are just paying an over priced cup of plain old oatmeal, at least before you put everything together in the cup, this is not longer fast food, so if you are picking up something somewhat healthy driving through, having to prepare it yourself defeats the purpose, better off going to a traditional old restaurant and for a $1 or 2 more you have a decent breakfast. Second, Its NOT SAFE to walk on icy pavement/sidewalk when walking from the parking lot to your restaurant. There is quite a few retirees going for their morning gathering and coffee , its hazardous to make the walk from vehicle to the restaurant . Throwing salt where is very low transit (e.i garbage tanks area) as opposed entrances and parking lots. I truly believe is unsafe to walk inside the restaurant, there is too much ice. I really hope you have no incidents this winter season.
Last time for me at a McDonalds for a lunch. Three of us 28$ may as well go to local diner still and have some real big burgers. Very disappointed in the quarter pounder now days versus the Whopper XL for less 8$ and some meat and taste. I still enjoy the sausage mcmuffin but no more lunch at McDonalds for this small crew of workers.
I was there last night (3/13/17) at 10:00pm. I was going through the drive thru and didnt know what to order so I asked the girl that was taking my order to give me a minute while I decided what to order. The minute was not even up yet when this girl told me pull up to the first window, Ill take your order there I was pulling up slowly because I was still seeing the Menu and I heard another girl (a black girl, not trying to be racist) say Hurry up and pull up to the first window I said excuse me and she replied Hurry up , come to the window. Oh and by the way there was nobody behind me or on the other lane. And of course, I didnt pull up to the window, I just left. And as I was passing the window this young Hispanic looking girl peaked her head out and was cracking up. Of course, I immediately called the manager which was Brian and he just apologized for the inconvenience. I hope Mcdonalds traines their employees on customer service because obviously this young girls dont know what it means. This Mcdonalds is the closest to my house but after this experience Im not going there ever again.
Worse mc Donalds in the community, everytime i come here on break no smiles are given, and I overheard some girls talking about personal sex life so unprofessional !! Who wants to hear things like that especially in front of a lot of customers . their pants are to tight looks like they cant even breathe in them!? Are you working at mc Donalds or a strip club?!?!
Unfortunately this is the closest place to my house and we stop there quite often for coffee theres not a lot of healthy options some of the staff are extremely friendly While others are very hard to understand and you always have to repeat your order I would not suggest that you leave the drive thru without double-checking everything

2022-08-06Ordered a decaf iced coffee and a sausage Mcmuffin. First it was cold and crunchy. Than I asked for a decaf iced coffee. I got to the window and told me they only have hot decaf coffee and gave me that without asking. Manager made fun of me and no one seems to speak English when there is a problem. I will not be going back and I hope others read this post. Its a quiet Saturday morning in their drive through. My question is why they couldnt just tell me when I ordered that they dont have certain items when its clearly on the menu. Yes its cheaper but food quality and service was bad. If Im laughed at Im done. Thanks

2022-07-09Worst service I have ever received. I placed a mobile order at 6:10 pm on 7/8/22 near the McDonalds. I made it thru the drive thru by 6:15pm and they had me wait at the secondary waiting window for my order. Waiting there for 20 minutes and no one brought me my food. I had to go into the store and wait almost another 10 minutes for them to give me my order. They never made my food until I went inside. I did not get so much as an apology for the wait or inconvenience. I ask to speak to manager but was ignored. I was given the store number and left shortly afterwards. Visit at your own peril.

2022-06-23Messed up my order multiple times. Guy kept asking me if i ordered this, ordered that. No! I just told you what i ordered. Manager asked for my receipt. Never got one. Had to place another order for what they missed. Waited at the 3rd window and only got my 2nd order. They completely forgot my original order. Finally got my food. Looked at the big breakfast with hotcakes and the sausage was missing. How do you mess up 1 sausage egg mcmuffin, 1 sausage mcmuffin, 4 hash browns and a big breakfast with hotcakes?! Staff had such a bad attitude and from what i see from other customers, this place needs to reeval their employees. Im not one to complain but when an order is incorrect multiple times in ONE trip and the employees thinks its ok to give attitude when THEY messed up, then we have a problem.

2022-08-06Not a single person in that building knows how to do their jobs. They don’t know how to make the basics that are on the menu, orders are never correct, and the employees are incredibly rude and refuse to take responsibility for anything they’ve messed up. This experience happens at every single McDonald’s we try, so I guess this is the new normal for the chain.The other major issue is how they treat their customers based on language and possibly race. I’ve had a native Spanish speaker call about an issue on my behalf. Guess what? He was treated significantly better than my husband or I when we call or even stand in line inside the store. Most of the time when we have to call them about an issue (this is for all McDonald’s), we are met with someone who either can’t speak English, or chooses not to when they screw something up.I attempt to get iced caramel mocha everyday, and 8 times out of 10 they mess it up.

2022-08-15I thought the quarter pounders were now made to order? I ordered one 2 nights ago. It was ice cold and tasted absolutely terrible. This is the WORST location!

2022-07-30I have nothing agaisnt fast food service in fact my first job was Mcdonalds this particular location ia down the street from my house but I rather travel to the other side of town for a different Mcdonalds then go to the one in Summit street.Today my boyfriend went to get me an oreo Mcflurry they did not mix it they just put the oreo on a sunday, also this location never please the customer of you ask for a frozen the flavor you chose they claim the out of it, if you ask for ice they out of it, anything you asl they just ran out or something is not working so they are not able to make it. This Mcdonalds is the shame of Mcdonalds coorporation, should close for good
