Food was wrong as always is. hsshbrowns are cold unless you order cook to order. Management is rude. They are NOT sanitary by not wearing gloves while makin food also do not wear face masks.

Ordered two of the deluxe chicken sandwiches.They came without tomatoes. Theres only 3 toppings on them anyway. For 5 dollars a sandwich, Id prefer they were completed.They werent even busy
The staff and managers work the hardest Ive ever seen at any McDonalds to satisfy the customer. From here, to major cities, to Florida this is an excellently ran McDonalds by far!!! Great job guys!!!

Worst McDonalds establishment I have personally ever been too. Horrible service from the time you place your order to the time you get your food. I havent met a single employee who was friendly or even knew how to do their job correctly. Save your money and more importantly your time and enjoy another establishment . Not all McDonalds are bad but this by far is the worst Ive seen.

Employees are usually either rude, short, or disinterested entirely. Particularly irritated because I ordered two large fries and both were only half full. Good to know I paid extra just to get to mediums in large boxes. 👍

Tired of being told to pull forward for 3 items just to make their drive time seem like they are doing a better job then they actually are, 1 out of 3 times the order is messed up and 1 out of 5 employees are rude. Very poor management. Do not recommend unless you want cold food thats not made correctly , poor attitude and a 15 minute wait. Someone should contact cooperate office very soon, the remodel isnt what they need, they need a whole new crew and management. Springfield McDonalds is 10 times better service than this and at peak times like lunch.

I wouldnt even give a 1 🌟 everytime we have gone thru our order was messed up. Cashier told me today she over charged me by $8 the day before. Waited 30 mins for my food today. Not only was it messed up once but twice. 3rd times the charm i guess...
As a former employee, I would never recommend this place to anyone, whether youre thinking of eating here or getting a job here. Youre better off taking your money and your time somewhere else. So many things go on behind the scenes Im suprised the place hasnt been shut down yet. So in conclusion, if youre looking for old food, cold fries, and terrible service, then Beardstown McDonalds is for you.
For a McDonalds this one was good. The fries were crispy and the burger didnt taste like it was bathed in grease. Very good for mcdonalds.
This McDonalds is pretty decent, although I think the other one in town is better. Theyre good at getting the food out quickly here, and usually its right.I just have the bad luck of getting new people some of the time, so it takes longer than Id like. The other day someone new took my order for 2 iced mochas, and it took about 10 minutes to make. They turned out well, but it was kind of a long time to wait.
I didnt appreciate the Crispy Chicken sandwich only came with pickles. Dry bleh.

Nasty place, slow constantly getting orders wrong. Food makes you sick, most managers are very rude and inappropriate I stuck up for another manager while another manager verbally abused her about an iced coffee issue. Staff will talk about you to see how you will react, soda machine drinks like Sprite, coke, diet coke taste like BUBBLE GUM. Ive only ever been greeted, four times with friendly welcoming know you by name individuals. This place is 100% Disgusting, my own dogs wont even it.

Actually my rating is a -1 star...Dont go to this McDonalds after midnight..especially on a Friday night. If you do, you cant get any signature burger, any chicken sandwich (except a mcchicken),no nuggets, and no fish sandwich...the service was horribly slow, and unprofessional. Ill never set foot into the restaurant or waste my gas in the drive thru again.
Went to the drive-thru and ask a simple question how much something was and I was told I dont know...... So out of frustration I just went ahead and ordered not that it was a big deal but seriously aggravating.
Same old McDonalds food. The fries tasted like they had been fried in old oil and the fish sandwich was just thrown together.

Although they mess my food up all the time, and Im pretty sure they know not to by now because I come so often, McDonalds isnt perfect and it is decent food when youre wanting a quick bite.
This place is always a hit or miss. They need to bring back styrofoam cups for the sweet tea. I loved the styrofoam cups for the sweet tea to me that is a summer thing. But you cant avoid going to McDonalds.

Like the renovation. Pretty crowded but they got everyone taken care of. Play area was pretty clean considering all the traffic
They have changed. Crew members are slow, their whole demeanor is off, I only buy the Quarter Pounder & even that is not as it used to be!!

2022-07-06Seems like they don’t know customer service. No tray no tomato catch up. A few of the favorite drinks running out. They need to give training on customer service. We love to see more menu on fish and veggies.

2022-03-22Cashier was rude and not wearing there PPE properly. I do understand that per company policy certain bills can not be excepted however when telling a customer this you can use more equivalent and polite ways to tell someone and if I am spending almost the amount of the bill and not much change would be needed then the bill should be accepted. My main issue with this establishment is the hospitality of the works first I did not get greeted upon entering. Then when I finally got the attention of the workers they were rude and unwelcoming. I will not be back to this establishment.

2022-07-18They usually always mess up your order. A few days ago I ordered two pies and two drinks (an orange HIC and a sweet tea.) I didn’t receive a receipt (I asked for one) and when I got to the second window, they gave me a Dr. Pepper instead of my tea. I then said: “I ordered a sweet tea, not a Dr. Pepper.” The lady at the window told me that I would have to pay extra to get my drink replaced. AND THEN today I went with my mom, she asked for extra pickles on her sandwich and got it plain. She went back to get it fixed (again did not receive a receipt) and she heard the crew snickering in the back about her wanting her extra pickles. The sandwich came back a complete mess (I actually wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in it.) I’m not rude to fast food workers because I have worked in the industry but some of the kids that work at this McDonald’s could use a good chewing, with them being as rude as they are of course.And on that note, ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT SO YOU DON’T GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S MISTAKE.

2022-05-22The bathroom was clean one of the stall doors in the womens would not lock you had to use tp to hold it place.Try your drinks before your leave or get to far away. Ordered 2 large drinks - went to fill them and the spirte was flat and you could tell just filling it - so got a coke and a root beer to go. Should have tried them as well the coke was undrinkable flat.

2021-08-02A double cheeseburger is called a Mcdouble, they will not take your order otherwise. The double cheeseburger tasted like a salt block, the french fries were cold shrunk and horrible. HOrrible service from start to finnish
